离子交换树脂是一种用途很广的功能高分子材料。自1935年酚醛系离子交换树脂问世以来,已有半个世纪的历史。在此期间,离子交换树脂及其应用技术得到迅速发展。四十年代末,苯乙烯系离子交换树脂开始商品生产;五十年代丙烯酸系树脂在市场上出现;六十年代大孔离子交换树脂及大孔吸附树脂迅速发展;七十年代以来,特种树脂不断涌现,目前国际市场上已有百余种不同品种牌号的树脂。  相似文献

大孔吸附树脂(macroprous adsorption resin, MAR)是近几十年发展起来的一种具有多孔立体结构、人工合成的有机高分子聚合物。由于其特殊的理化性质和吸附性能,已被广泛应用于化学、医药、环保和食品等领域。本文介绍了近年来国内外对大孔吸附树脂在吸附机理研究方面的进展,重点介绍了不同温度条件下大孔吸附树脂对靶标分子的吸附热力学行为模式,靶标分子在大孔吸附树脂表面及孔内的吸附扩散行为模式。此外,大孔吸附树脂性能参数和靶标分子结构参数之间构效关系也对其吸附选择性规律具有重要的影响。因此,大孔吸附树脂与底物间构效关系的匹配程度及其对选择性的影响是大孔吸附树脂分离理论研究的核心。本文最后介绍了可以准确客观描述吸附过程并具有一定使用范围的大孔吸附树脂吸附模型的建立和评价。  相似文献

采用AB-8型大孔树脂对纯化葛根素的分离条件进行了研究,分别采用HPLC和薄层层析法研究了大孔树脂从葛根素粗品中分离葛根素的条件及影响因素。结果表明:采用AB-8型大孔树脂分离葛根素能够获得良好的分离效果。用大孔树脂分离葛根素具有操作简单、分离效果好等优点。  相似文献

p-Aminophenol (PAP), a typical amphoteric compound, has been widely used as raw chemical material and important interrnediate in various fields. To study on the recovery of PAP, an experimental comparison of the adsorption and desorption properties of PAP onto three types of hyper-cross-linked resins in aqueous solutions was performed. This paper focuses on the static equilibrium adsorption and desorption behaviors, the adsorption thermodynamics, the column dynamic adsorption and desorption, and other influencing factors of adsorption, such as temperature and pH values. All the isothermal data fit well to the Freundlich model. The capacity of equilibrium adsorption for PAP on NG-10 is the highest within the temperature range 288K-318K, which may greatly contribute to the advantage in specific surface area, especially the micropore area, of the adsorbent. While in the desorption experiments, NG-9 achieved relative well regeneration efficiency whether by ethanol or by 4% hydrochloric acid. Furthermore, the results of column tests and field applications were also proved that NG-9 was an effective sorbent for the reclamation PAP from wastewater.  相似文献

<正>Tannic acid and its related compounds are known as refractory organic pollutants,and it can create serious problems for the environment.The adsorption and desorption studies of tannic acid on commercial resins XAD-7 and D-201 are performed,and all data indicates resin XAD-7 can be used as an effective adsorbent for removing tannic acid during water/wastewater treatment.Furthermore,adsorption thermodynamics studies indicate different adsorption mechanisms for TA on XAD-7 and D-201.FT-IR and solid state ~(13)C-NMR spectroscopy are used to explain the adsorption force between XAD-7 and TA.It suggests that hydrogen bonding is the main adsorption force for TA.Finally,XAD-7's adsorption capacity in the presence of different metal ions is investigated,which indicates that heavy metal ions in solutions can decrease the adsorption capacity for TA on ester resin XAD-7.  相似文献

研究了溶液中无机盐、pH值对氨基修饰超高交联大孔树脂NDA-99、氧修饰超高交联大孔树脂NDA-150和大孔树脂XAD-4吸附对硝基苯胺的影响。结果表明,无机盐对吸附影响不大;NDA-99、NDA-150在中性范围吸附量最大,XAD-4的吸附量随pH增大而增大;3种树脂的吸附等温线都能很好的利用Freundlich方程进行拟合,吸附皆为放热反应且为优惠吸附;3种树脂的饱和吸附量大小依次为NDA-150>NDA-99>XAD-4。依据上述结论,采用NDA-150处理对硝基苯胺生产母液废水,每批次处理量为40BV,废水中对硝基苯胺浓度由2130mg/L降至9.6mg/L,去除率达99.5%,吸附后的树脂采用95%的乙醇可完全再生,高浓度对硝基苯胺乙醇再生溶液经蒸馏可回收对硝基苯胺和脱附剂,实现了废水治理与资源化的统一。  相似文献

本文采用南京大学研制的AM-1型吸附树脂和ND-900型络合树脂联合处理对硝基苯乙酮生产废水,系统地研究了流速、温度、废水的pH值等因素对树脂吸附性能的影响,以及以NaOH为脱附剂,其流速、浓度、温度等对树脂脱附性能的影响。当废水的处理量为30BV时,其CODCr总去队达93%,表明树脂吸附性能良好。  相似文献

用吸附树脂ZH-01对氯酚生产废水的吸附进行了系统研究.实验结果表明,采用ZH-01树脂进行吸附,废水中氯酚类化合物平均去除率达92.3%,CODcr平均去除率达91.0%,树脂经碱液脱附可重复利用,并回收了高浓度的氯酚类化合物且运行稳定,该处理工艺投资少,操作简便,废水在得到有效治理的同时实现了废物的资源化.  相似文献

A wide range of products are produced in the chemical producing industry such as textile dyes, chemicals, printing dyes and chemicals, paper chemicals, electrostatic powder dyes, and optical brighteners. The aim of this study is to investigate the treatability of chemical oxygen demand (COD), aromaticity, and color in the wastewater of this sector, where highly complex chemicals are used. Most of the studies in the literature are related to the treatment of synthetically prepared dyed wastewater. This study is important as it is carried out with real wastewater and gives results of many treatment methods. In the study, COD, UV-vis absorbance, and color values were attempted to be removed from the wastewater of a chemical producing industry that was pretreated by coagulation-flocculation. The COD value of the pretreated wastewater discharged to the central treatment system was restricted as 1000 mg/L. Pretreated wastewater characterization is as follows: COD: 2117 mg/L, UV-vis absorbance values at; 254 nm: 9.91, 280 nm: 8.65, 341 nm: 12.77, 436 nm: 5.01, 525 nm: 2.24, and 620 nm: 1.59. In the study, adsorption, ozonation, and advanced oxidation processes (Fenton and persulfate oxidation) were used to remove COD and UV-vis absorbance values (aromaticity, organics, and color). The method by which the best removal efficiency was obtained for all parameters was the adsorption process using powdered activated carbon (PAC). The equilibrium PAC dose was found as 6 g/L. At this adsorbent dose, the removal efficiencies of UV-vis absorbance values were all around 99% and the efficiency of COD removal was 77%. The Langmuir isotherm constants were found to be qmax= 30.4 mg/g and KL = 487.9 (L/mg). The COD concentration at this adsorbent dose was 486 mg/L and wastewater was suitable for discharge to the central wastewater treatment plant in that region.  相似文献

In this study, a series of bisphenol-A modified hyper-cross-linked polystyrene resins labeled as HJ-L00, HJ-L02, HJ-L04, HJ-L06 and HJ-L08 were synthesized, characterized and evaluated for adsorptive removal of salicylic acid from aqueous solutions. The structural characterization results indicated that the resins possessed predominant micropores/mesopores, moderate specific surface area and a few bisphenol-A groups on the surface. All the bisphenol-A modified hyper-cross-linked resins were effective for removing salicylic acid from aqueous solutions, and sample HJ-L02 had the largest adsorption capacity. The adsorption equilibrium data were correlated by the Freundlich isotherm model, and a positive adsorption enthalpy was obtained. The kinetic data were analyzed with two diffusion models and indicated that the intra-particle diffusion was the sole rate-controlling step in the first stage. The dynamic experimental results showed that the breakthrough point of the HJ-L02 adsorbent was at 90.2 BV (bed volume, 1 BV=10 mL) for a feed concentration of 500.0mg/L of salicylic acid, and 14.0 BV of 1% of sodium hydroxide could completely regenerate the HJ-L02 adsorbent column.  相似文献

This study investigated the potential of MIEX resin as the adsorbent for the removal of phosphate from aqueous solutions. In our batch experiments, we studied the effect of some parameters on the removal of phosphate. It was observed that uptake of phosphate was mainly affected by initial phosphate concentration, adsorbent dosage, initial pH of solution, and coexistent anions. The adsorption equilibrium data at 288 K fitted well to Freundlich and Koble-Corrigan isotherm models. The kinetics studies displayed that the adsorption process followed the pseudo-second-order model. The diffusion studies showed that the intra-particle diffusion was not the only rate-controlling step and, the diffusion process of phosphate from solution to MIEX resin was controlled by film diffusion. The thermodynamics parameters were evaluated. The results showed that the adsorption process was spontaneous thermodynamically, endothermic, and entropy driven. These results have established a good potentiality for MIEX resin to be used as an adsorbent for the removal of phosphate from aqueous solutions. This work will deepen our understanding of the adsorptive characteristics of phosphate by MIEX resin and provide a better way to remove phosphate from wastewater.  相似文献

Wastewater discharged from chemical oxygen demand(COD) testing instrument was generally difficult to treat due to its high content of heavy metals and very low pH. In this study, a kind of cysteine-functionalized magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs-Cys) was synthesized and used to treat the wastewater. The synthesized MNPs-Cys as the adsorbent for heavy metal removal from aqueous solutions were systematically investigated. The adsorption dynamic process fit the Langmuir isotherms well with a maximum adsorption capacity of 76.92 mg/g for Cu(Ⅱ). The adsorbent could be easily regenerated by 0.1 mol/L HNO3, which exhibited a high adsorption performance within 10 cycles. This adsorbent, combined with a developed pretreatment approach, could make Cr(Ⅲ), Hg(Ⅱ) and Ag(Ⅰ) in the wastewater discharged from COD testing instrument effectively removed and the removal efficiency is more than 99%. This work gave a new insight into the design and synthesis of high-performance materials for treating wastewater with heavy metals.  相似文献
