S. Hu and Y. Sun[1] defined the fixed point index for weakly inward mappings, investigated its properties and studied fixed points for such mappings. In this paper, following S. Hu and Y. Sun, we further investigate boundary conditions, under which the fixed point index for i(A,Ω, p) is equal to nonzero, where i(A,Ω, p) is the completely continuous and weakly inward mapping. E E. Browder and W. V. Petryshyn defined the topological degree for A- proper mappings and then W. V. Petryshyn studied a class of A-proper mappings, namely, P1-compact mappings and obtained a number of important fixed point theorems by virtue of the topological degree theory. In this paper, following W. V. Petryshyn, we continue to study P1-compact mappings and investigate the boundary condition, under which many new fixed point theorems of P1-compact mappings are obtained. On the other hand, this class of A-proper mappings with the boundedness property includes completely continuous operators and so, certain interesting new fixed point theorems for completely continuous operators are obtained immediately. As a result of it, our results generalize several famous theorems such as Leray-Schauder's theorem, Rothe's theorem, Altman's theorem, Petryshyn's theorem, etc.  相似文献

In this work, using an analogue of Sadovskii's fixed point result and several important inequalities we investigate and give new existence theorems for the nonlinear operator equation F(x) =μx, (μ≥1) for some weakly sequentially continuous, weakly condensing and weakly 1-set weakly contractive operators with different boundary conditions. Correspondingly, we can obtain some applicable fixed point theorems of Leray-Schauder, Altman and Furi-Pera types in the weak topology setting which generalize and improve the corresponding results of [3,15,16].  相似文献

In this paper, based on a basic result on condensing mappings satisfying the interior condition, some new fixed point theorems of the condensing mappings of this kind are obtained. In this paper, by using Mann's iteration process we will establish several weak convergence theorems for approximating a fixed point of k-strictly pseudocontractive mappings with respect to p in p-uniformly convex Banach spaces. Our results answer partially the open question proposed by Marino and Xu, and extend Reich's theorem from nonexpansive mappings to k-strict pseudocontractive mappings.  相似文献

Abstract The main purpose of this article is to prove a collection of new nxea point theorems for (ws)-compact and so-called 1-set weakly contractive operators under Leray- Schauder boundary condition. We also introduce the concept of semi-closed operator at the origin and obtain a series of new fixed point theorems for such class of operators. As consequences, we get new fixed point existence for (ws)-compact (in particular nonexpansive) self mappings unbounded closed convex subset of Banach spaces. The main condition in our results is formulated in terms of axiomatic measures of weak noncompactness. Later on, we give an application to generalized Hammerstein type integral equations.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a countable family of surjective mappings {Tn}n∈N satisfying certain quasi-contractive conditions. We also construct a convergent sequence { Xn } n c∈Nby the quasi-contractive conditions of { Tn } n ∈N and the boundary condition of a given complete and closed subset of a cone metric space X with convex structure, and then prove that the unique limit x" of {xn}n∈N is the unique common fixed point of {Tn}n∈N. Finally, we will give more generalized common fixed point theorem for mappings {Ti,j}i,j∈N. The main theorems in this paper generalize and improve many known common fixed point theorems for a finite or countable family of mappings with quasi-contractive conditions.  相似文献

In this paper we define the new concept of β -semidifferentiability of a mapping and obtain the positive fixed point theorems for β -semidifferentiable k -set-contractive mappings. Then the theorems are ap-plied to the nonlinear integral equation, x(t) = (s,x(s))ds , which can be interpreted as a modelfor the spread of certain infectious diseases, and the existence theorems of the positive solutions and positive eigenvalues for the equation are obtained.  相似文献

In this paper, we prove some fixed point theorems for generalized contractions in the setting of G-metric spaces. Our results extend a result of Edelstein [M. Edelstein, On fixed and periodic points under contractive mappings, J. London Math. Soc., 37 (1962), 74-79] and a result of Suzuki [T. Suzuki, A new type of fixed point theorem in metric spaces, Nonlinear Anal., 71 (2009), 5313-5317]. We prove, also, a fixed point theorem in the setting of G-cone metric spaces.  相似文献

A new class of locally finite continuous topological spaces (for short, locally FC-spaces) and a class of system of generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problems are introduced. By applying a generalized Himmelberg type fixed point theorem for a set-valued mapping with KKM-property due to the author, a collectively fixed point and an equilibrium existence theorem of generalized game are first proved in locally FC-spaces. By applying our equilibrium existence theorem of generalized game, some new existence theorems of equilibrium points for the system of generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problems are proved in locally FC-spaces. These theorems improve, unify and generalize many known results in the literatures.  相似文献

We introduce the concept of a weakly G-quasiconvex map with respect to a map on generalized convex spaces and use the concept to prove coincidence point theorems and almost-like coincidence point theorems. In [Aghajani A, Abbas M, Roshan JR. Common fixed point of generalized weak contractive mappings in partially ordered Gb-metric spaces. Filomat, 2013, in press], using the concepts of G-metric and b-metric Aghajani et al. defined a new type of metric which is called generalized b-metric or Gb-metric. In this paper, we prove a common fixed point theorem for three mappings in Gb-metric space which is not continuous. Let K be a nonempty, closed and convex subset of a real reflexive Banach space E which has a uniformly Gteaux differentiable norm. Assume that every nonempty closed convex and bounded subset of K has the fixed point property for nonexpansive mappings. Strong convergence theorems for approximation of a fixed point of Lipschitz pseudo-contractive mappings which is also a unique solution to variational inequality problem involving φ-strongly pseudo-contractive mappings are proved. The results presented in this article can be applied to the study of fixed points of nonexpansive mappings, variational inequality problems, convex optimization problems, and split feasibility problems.
