 用压淬的方法,在6 GPa静高压下,以200 K/s的冷却速率冷却熔融状态的Cu70Si30合金,制备出块状Cu-Si纳米合金.X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜分析表明:该纳米合金由γ-Cu5Si和一未知相组成,未知相为简单立方晶体,晶格常数α0=0.853 5 nm,其热力学状态为亚稳态。并对静高压下块状纳米合金的形成机理进行了探讨。  相似文献

Melt of Nd60Cu20NiloAl10 alloy is solidified by rapid compression from 0.1 to 5.5 GPa at 793K and from 0.1 to 3.2GPa at 873K within 20ms, separately. A fully bulk metallic glass is obtained by the rapid compression method. By comparing with as-cast bulk metallic glass (BMG), it is found that Nd60Cu20Ni10Al10 BMG prepared by rapid compression exhibits a higher thermodynamic stability and a paramagnetic property. The relationship between the glass-formation temperature and the pressure in rapid compression for the BMG is demonstrated in the P - T phase diagram.  相似文献

Rheological characterization and an in-situ temperature measurement were carried out to investigate the solidification behavior and crystallization kinetics of injection-molded (IM) high-density polyethylene (HDPE) samples. The temperature profiles obtained via the enthalpy transformation method (ETM) were also used to disclose the effect of cooling rate on the solidification kinetics during the IM process. A four parameter model (FPM) was developed in the present work, based on a three-parameter model (TPM) we proposed previously, with the FPM shown to have an obviously better fitting effect. It was seen that heat transfer at locations χ?≤?0.5 was primarily dominated by a thermal conduction mechanism, which was unlike the situation when χ?>?0.5, with χ being the fractional distance from the mold surface to the center. The results of the present study are suggested to be of significance to further research on the correlation between microstructures and properties of IM products.  相似文献

High-density Cu_2ZnSnS_4(CZTS) materials are prepared via the mechanical alloying and high pressure sintering method using Cu_2S,ZnS and SnS_2 as the raw materiais.The morphological,structural,compositional and eiectricai properties of the materials are investigated by using x-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy,as well as by the Raman scattering and the Hall Effect measurements.The CZTS synthesized under 5 GPa and 800℃ shows a p-type conductivity,with a resistivity of 9.69 × 10~(-2)Ω·cm and a carrier concentration of 1.45 × 10~(20) cm~(-3).It is contributed to by the large grains in the materials reducing the grain boundaries,thus effectively reducing the recombination of the charge carriers.  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备了纳米晶ZrO2:pr^3+粉体,所制备的纳米晶ZrO2:Pr^3+粉体中Pr^3+的强室温特征发射的两个主发射带为^1D2-^2H4和^3P0-^3H4跃迁。不同热处理温度下纳米晶ZrO2:Pr^3+晶体结构不同,因此它们的发光不同;ZrO2基质向Pr^3+有能量传递,在高温煅烧得到的单斜相配位场中能量传递较好。荧光强度与Pr^3+浓度的关系研究表明:^3P0和^1D2功能级有不同的猝灭规律,由于[^1D2,^3H4]→[^1G4,^3F4]的交叉弛豫,使得^1D2-^3H4跃迁的猝灭浓度很低,在我们的实验中,掺0.1mol%Pr^3+时^1D2-^3H4地跃迁发射最强,掺2mol%Pr^3+时^3R0-^3H4跃迁发射最强。文章制备的纳米晶ZrO2:Pr^3+,Sm^3+中Sm^3+的^4G(5-2)~^6H(7/2)跃迁荧光峰因Pr^3+加入而增强,这除了两种离子某些能级相近产生荧光发射的叠加效应外,还存在Pr^3+→Sm^3+的能量传递。  相似文献

王水分解样品,Fe3+作减缓剂。对比了不同酸度的王水和HCl介质中Se的相对荧光强度。在选择的酸介质条件下,研究了不同量的Fe3+以及干扰元素对Se荧光强度的影响和Fe3+抑制干扰的效果。确定了Fe3+存在下,Au/Se的干扰限。样品中加入硒标准回收率在90%-103%,用于8个地球化学标样分析,结果满意。方法检出限为0.05×10-6。  相似文献

Engineering aspects of the preparation of palladium nanoparticles in non-ionic w/o-microemulsions are examined. In order to achieve reproducible synthesis conditions a semi-batch reactor with a standardized design is used. Influences of the stirring rate and of different ways of concentration control on the product properties are observed. For reproducible synthesis it is important to establish appropriate and defined preparation conditions. Monodisperse palladium particles of around 5nm size are obtained by adding the microemulsion containing the palladium salt at a constant feed rate to the precharged microemulsion containing the reducing agent. A quantitative kinetic model is proposed to describe particle formation in microemulsions. Unknown parameters of the model have been estimated by independent examinations or can be achieved by fitting to the experimental data.  相似文献

为了探讨稀土Eu3 与纳米ZnO基质之间的能量传递,利用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-Cel)制备了ZnO:Eu3 纳米晶,测量了样品的X射线衍射谱(XRD)、光致发光谱(PL)和激发谱(PLE).X射线衍射结果表明,ZnO:Eu3 具有六角纤锌矿晶体结构.观察到稀土Eu3 强而窄的特征发射和ZnO基质弱而宽的可见发射.分析了稀土Eu3 激发态5D0→7F1,5D0→7F3和5D0→7F2特征发射机制.给出了Eu3 离子特征发射的峰值强度随掺Eu3 浓度增加而增强的变化关系,证实了纳米ZnO基质与稀土Eu3 离子之间存在能量传递.比较了Eu3 离子5D0→7Fl磁偶极跃迁(MD)与5D0→7F2电偶极跃迁(ED)的相对强度,证实了在ZnO纳米晶基质中大多数Eu3 占据了对称性较低的格位.  相似文献

KrF excimer laser annealing on ultrathin hydrogenated amorphous Si films with various initial Si thicknesses is carried out to obtain a single layer of nanocrystalline Si structures. It is found that Si nanograins can be obtained with the area density as high as 10^11 cm^-2 under the irradiation with suitable laser fluence. Raman and planar transmission electron microscopy are used to characterize the formation process of Si nanocrystals from amorphous phase. Moreover, a strong photoluminescence is observed at room temperature from well-relaxed nanocrystalline Si structures.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline molybdenum nitride (γ-Mo2N) with the cubic structure is prepared by the direct-current arc discharge method in N2 gas, using metal Mo or W rod as a cathode. The x-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) are used to characterize the product. It is found that the conversion of Mo to γ-Mo2N and affinity of Mo to N2 are determined by the nitrogen pressure. Moreover, we compare the effect of Mo and W rod as a cathode for preparing γ-Mo2N. The average size of γ-Mo2N particles is about 5 nm. The rapid quenching mechanism can be used to explain the formation of nanocrystalline γ-Mo2N.  相似文献

为了探讨稀土Er3 与纳米ZnO基质之间的能量传递,利用化学方法制备了ZnO:Er3 纳米晶,测量了样品的X射线衍射谱(XRD)、光致发光谱(PL)和激发谱(PLE).X射线衍射结果表明,ZnO:Er3 具有六角纤锌矿晶体结构.室温下,在365 nm激发下,在ZnO宽的可见发射背景上,观测到了Er3 的激发态4S3/2(550 nm),2H11/2(521 nm)和4F5/2(456 nn)的特征发射.分析了ZnO:Er3 纳米晶的带边发射和稀土Er3 的特征发射的峰值强度随掺Er3 浓度的变化关系,比较了ZnO:Er3 与未掺杂的ZnO的光致发射峰值强度的变化,给出了稀土Er3 的激发态4S3/2→4I15/2,2H11/2→4I15/2和4F5/2→4I15/2的发射机制,证实了纳米ZnO基质与稀土Er3 离子之间存在能量传递.  相似文献

利用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-Gel)制备了不同浓度的ZnO∶Tb3+纳米晶,测量了样品的光致发光谱(PL)和激发谱(PLE).在ZnO宽的可见发射背景上,观察到样品在485 nm、544 nm、584 nm和620 nm附近出现了稀土Tb3+的特征发射.给出了ZnO∶Tb3+纳米晶光致发光的峰值强度随掺Tb3+浓度的变化关系,分析了稀土Tb3+的激发态5D4→7F6、5D4→7F5和5D4→7F4的发射机制,证实了稀土Tb3+的特征发射来源于稀土离子内部4f电子的f-f跃迁和ZnO基质与稀土Tb3+离子之间能量传递.  相似文献

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) nanocomposites reinforced with hydroxyapatite nanorods (nHA) were fabricated by means of extrusion and injection molding. The thermal, mechanical, and dry sliding wear properties of HDPE-based nanocomposites filled with nHA loadings up to 20 wt% were investigated. The results of mechanical property characterization showed that nHA additions improved the hardness, elastic modulus, and yield strength of HDPE at the expense of its tensile ductility and impact strength. Thermogravimetric analysis and heat deflection temperature measurements revealed that nHA fillers are very effective to enhance the thermal stability of HDPE. The wear behavior of HDPE/nHA nanocomposites was studied using a pin-on-disk tribometer. nHA fillers of a large aspect ratio improved the wear resistance of HDPE substantially because of their load-bearing effect and the formation of a continuous transfer film on the steel counterface.  相似文献
