High-production laser ablation is used to prepare nano-ink that is colored colloidal solutions of nanoparticles in water, characterized by a variety of physicochemical properties. 在一新型三维轴对称腔CO2激光器的基础上提出了一种对此激光器位相锁定的方法。通过在输出镜后放置一具有反射和整形作用的凹凸镜,让作为输出注入光束的谐振腔优先起振。此腔输出的光束到达凹凸镜时被其反射。利用重新定义光斑半径的方法,证明此光束能够覆盖其他放电管输出的光束,根据几何光学,此光束能反射进入各个放电管。然后利用光子简并度的概念证明了反射光束能够控制腔内的本征模式,并且数值分析了注入锁定后腔内模式匹配。在反射注入锁定的情况下,给出了数值计算的光强输出及其模拟,结果证明经位相锁定后,激光器输出光束的质量有了很大的提高。  相似文献

环形激光二极管抽运棒状激光器中瞬态温度和热应力分析   总被引:12,自引:2,他引:12  
直接从激光二极管发光强度的角分布出发,采用光线追迹方法获得激光棒内的热沉积分布,在此基础上采用热传导模型和热力模型,比较了不同抽运功率、不同棒半径下达到稳态温度分布的时间,并且对稳态和瞬态热应力进行了详细模拟计算。结果表明,采用环形激光二极管阵列侧面抽运的棒状激光器中的热效应问题十分严重,不同的抽运结构参量下,温度分布不同;达到稳态所需时间随棒半径增大而增加,而不受抽运功率的影响;抽运功率越大,棒内温差增大,热应力也越大;热破坏主要集中于激光棒中心区域和表面区域。  相似文献

The laser output characteristics under elliptically polarized optical feedback effect are studied. Elliptically polarized light is generated by wave plate placed in the feedback cavity. By analyzing the amplitude and phase of the laser output in the orthogonal direction, some new phenomena are firstly discovered and explained theoretically.Elliptically polarized feedback light is amplified in the gain medium in the resonator, and the direction perpendicular to the original polarization direction is easiest to oscillate. The laser intensity variation in amplitude and phase are related to the amplified mode and the anisotropy of external cavity. The theoretical analysis and experimental results agree well. Because the output characteristic of the laser has a relationship with the anisotropy of the external cavity, the phenomenon also provides a method for measuring birefringence.  相似文献

利用剪滞法建立了当光纤光栅传感器的轴线和基体主应力的方向成一定角度时,光纤光栅传感器的测量应变与基体结构实际应变之间的关系,进而得出了光纤光栅传感器的平均应变传递率的一般公式。采用裸光纤光栅传感器进行实验,在倾斜角度α为30.72°时,实验所得的波长变化之比分别为:0.727,0.738,0.746;理论计算所得的波长变化之比为0.739,相对误差都在2%以内。同时分析了埋设角度偏差对测量结果的影响。研究结果表明,非轴向力作用下光纤光栅传感器的应变与结构基体应变之间的传递关系与其在轴向力作用下存在明显的区别,埋设角度的偏差会给测量结果造成一定的误差。  相似文献

The beat frequency in a dual frequency He—Ne laser varies while the resonant cavity length is tuned.As to the laser with two longitudinal modes,the variation amplitude is commonly less than 500 kHz,proven by experiments and theories.This study reveals an anomalous variation of the beat frequency when a piece of element is put into the cavity and is aligned with the laser axis.Consequently the variation amplitude could reach 22 MHz,several dozen times larger than that without the intra-cavity element.This cannot be explained only by laser mode pulling and pushing effects.Some influencing factors are investigated experimentally,including the tilted angle of the element and the distance between its surface and cavity mirror.The qualitative analysis is discussed,which agrees with the experimental results.  相似文献

对高功率激光器输出耦合镜的受热情况进行了分析,在实际工作模型下 设定了圆柱坐标下的热传导方程边界条件。对高功率激光器输出耦合镜所处的物理状态进行了符合实际情况的简化,求得了热传导方程的解析解。对GaAs窗口材料分析了高功率激光器输出耦合镜内部温度分布,在考虑了材料折射率与线膨胀系数随温度变化的因素后,计算了等效光程变化及其引起的热透镜效应。  相似文献

The propagation of longitudinal strain waves in a solid with quadratic nonlinearity of elastic continuum was studied in the context of a model that takes into account the joint dynamics of elastic displacements in the medium and the concentration of the laser-induced point defects. The input equations of the problem are reformulated in terms of only the total displacements of the medium points. In this case, the presence of structural defects manifests itself in the emergence of a delayed response of the system to the propagation of the strain-related perturbations, which is characteristic of media with relaxation or memory. The model equations describing the nonlinear displacement wave were derived with allowance made for the values of the relaxation parameter. The influence of the generation, relaxation, and the strain-induced drift of defects and the flexoelectricity on the propagation of this wave was analyzed. It is shown that, for short relaxation times of defects, the strain can propagate in the form of both shock fronts and solitary waves (solitons). Exact solutions depending on the type of relation between the coefficients in the equation and describing both the shock-wave structures and the evolution of solitary waves are presented. In the case of longer relaxation times, shock waves do not form and the strain wave propagates only in the form of solitary waves or a train of solitons. The contributions of the finiteness of the defect-recombination rate and the flexoelectricity to linear elastic moduli and spatial dispersion are determined.  相似文献

自由电子激光(FEL)可以输出中红外激光(波长6-16μm,波数1660-630cm^-1),由于FEL提供的能量与分子的振动能级相当,所以可用于探讨与物质相互作用时的能量转换机理;其次FEL的波长在一定范围内能够连续调节,可以用来研究化学键的变化,即FEL诱导的分子结构变化,基于红外和拉曼光谱是分子结构变化的灵敏探针,我们比较了FEL照射前后苯甲酸及邻氨基苯甲酸的FTIR变化,发现N-H和C=O的伸缩振动峰经FEL照射后发生了位移,表明FEL诱导有机分子引发COOH和NH2之间氢键的重排,初步认为这是由于分子中存在稳态和亚稳态结构,进一步的解释将涉及到多光子传递以及非线性光学。  相似文献

利用有限元模型分别研究了回流过程和工作过程中传导冷却高功率半导体激光器的正应力、切应力和形变,并借助理论公式分析了热应力和smile的产生原因和分布规律.分析表明,在回流过程中热膨胀系数不匹配造成的切应力是正应力和变形的根源,而在工作过程中,热膨胀系数不匹配和温度梯度共同影响着热应力和变形.在此基础上,将回流导致的剩余应力和变形作为初始条件施加在有限元模型上,对工作状态器件的热应力和smile进行模拟,以获得更精确的模拟结果.最后,通过有限元模型和实验手段研究了不同热沉温度对smile的影响.结果表明,工作过程会导致器件的smile增大,热沉温度的升高也会造成smile进一步增大.  相似文献

借助高准确度数字散斑相关技术并结合标记点法,对工作的热风炉进行了实时位移和应变检测.测试了环向和轴向位移和应变,得出热风炉壳的位移场等直线,即环向位移呈现竖向条纹,轴向位移总体呈现水平状位移等值线,并且位移数据较为均匀.由位移场得到了应变场,由于温差变化不大,由此产生的最大热应力为63.85 MPa.数字散斑相关技术所测结果与标记点法所测数据吻合.现场检测表明,炉壁外表面,由热交换引起的应力远小于钢材的许用应力,所以结构运行安全.  相似文献

太赫兹(THz)时域光谱(TDS)技术,能同时测量幅值和相位信息,因而能检测到物质丰富的物理化学性质,已逐渐成为科学界一大热点。磷化铟(InP)因其载流子寿命短、质量小等优良性能,正逐渐成为产生和检测THz波辐射的首选光电导材料之一。文章利用THz-TDS测试技术,在室温氮气环境中,对n型0.35 Ω·cm的InP材料在0.2~4 THz波段的特性进行了研究。文章根据物理传输模型,利用更准确的迭代方式,选用新的初始值,更快更准确的得到了复折射率,介电常数,电导率等THz光学常数,并且用Drude模型进行了理论上的模拟计算,所得结果与实验吻合很好,最后还得到了载流子的寿命、迁移率和浓度等THz重要参数。  相似文献

三维复制人工耳和打印手枪把激光三维复制技术推向新的一页。激光三维扫描是激光应用中一个新兴的重要领域,在三维复制中扮演着无可替代的角色,其复制精度在目前所有复制技术中是最高的。而重现度标志着复制结果与复制对象几何形状上的一致程度,是激光三维复制最重要的指标。分析了激光三维复制的误差,得出激光扫描的点云数据处理是减小误差、提高重现度的关键所在的结论。主要创新点在于,在传统蚁群算法的基础上,将提出理性优化蚁群算法应用于激光三维复制中的数据处理。经计算对比发现,有效减小了复制的误差,提高了复制的重现度。  相似文献

In classical logic (Boolean algebras) probability systems involving correlations are fully characterized by the system of generalized Bell inequalities. On the other hand, probability systems with pairwise correlations on orthomodular lattices (OML) representing quantum logics are so general that the only inequalities that hold universally are the trivial inequalities 0p i1, 0p ijmin {p i,p j}. In this paper it is shown that every correlation sequence p=(p1,...,p n,...,P ij,...) satisfying the above inequalities can be represented by a probability measure on an orthomodular latticeL admitting a full set of {0,1}-valued probability measures with the additional property that isL ortho-Arguesian.  相似文献

随着计算机技术和信息技术的发展,视觉检测技术被引入到板料成形应变测量中。通过基于先进的图像处理软件HALCON,利用双目立体视觉原理,对摄像机进行标定,以获取摄像机的内外参数,并分析图像数量对标定准确度的影响。利用视差原理获得匹配点的三维坐标,根据圆形网格变形后的椭圆长短轴的长度变化,计算真实应变,并分析匹配误差对三维重建的影响,用OpenGL语言将应变可视化;在VC6.0下调用HALCON的算子库编程实现板料成形网格应变测量系统,实验证明该系统在速度、准确度方面能够达到测量要求。  相似文献

详细介绍了激光干涉原理,在此基础上,引入了一种简单实用的板条激光器夹具应力检测方法,从而减小了应力对板条激光器带来的不利影响。实验结果表明:夹具对板条各个方向产生的应力均匀,通过初步实验得到了6.94 W的1 064 nm连续光输出。  相似文献
