CO_2气体保护焊接是一种高效、节能和低成本的焊接方法,在钢结构焊接生产中得到了广泛的应用。但也存在着诸如:金属飞溅、焊缝成形较差等问题,要解决这些问题,必须首先对CO_2焊接过程的电弧形态以及熔滴变化情况从理论上深入分析研究。本文以高速摄影与光线示波器同步进行拍摄,记录了CO_2悍接短路过渡中熔滴的长大、缩颈、脱落的全过程以及相对应的电流电压波形。利用影片数据分析处理系统对所得影片及记录波形进行了分析处理,得到了熔滴过渡形成金属液桥爆断瞬间的最大电流值及所受合力的大小。从理论上更进一步研究了短路过渡的机理,建立了短路过渡的模型,这对正确调节焊接工艺规范,保证焊接质量具有重大的指导意义,研究结果表明:在常规短路过渡CO_2焊接中,抑制飞溅是提高CO_2焊接质量的关键,利用焊接规范来调节短路频率和短路峰值电流是抑制飞溅的主要途径。 相似文献

玻璃化转变温度(Tg)是聚合物重要的特性参数,压缩CO2环境中聚合物的玻璃化转变温度的测定,更是超临界流体技术在聚合物科学领域中成功应用的前提条件。根据蠕变柔量实验原理,自建一套测定高压环境下玻璃化转变温度的实验装置。利用该装置对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)以及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)在大气中及压缩CO2环境中的Tg进行了测定。设定实验的平衡吸附温度为室温,平衡吸附压力范围分别为:PET,0~3.5 MPa;PS,0~11.0 MPa;PVC,0~9.0 MPa;PMMA,0~4.5 MPa。在大气中测定的结果与文献中的结果相吻合,表明所设计的实验方法及实验装置是可靠并有效的,可用于高压环境下聚合物的玻璃化转变温度的测定。从压缩CO2中的聚合物Tg测定结果可以看出,CO2对聚合物具有较明显的溶胀、增塑作用,可显著降低聚合物的Tg。 相似文献

本文利用X射线粉末衍射和位敏探测技术,研究了R2Fe4/3W2/3O7(R=Er、Yb、Dy)化合物经高温高压处理后的变化情况。在3.7 GPa,1 200 ℃条件下,六方相R2Fe4/3W2/3O7化合物按两种方式分解,而直接由R2O3,Fe2O3和WO3原料出发,经上述同样的高温高压条件合成所得的产物与六方相高温高压分解产物相同,均为R2WO6、RFeO3、WO3和Fe2O3的多相聚合物。同时给出了R2Fe4/3W2/3O7六方相高温高压下的稳定区范围。 相似文献

本文首次研究了Al80Mn14Si6合金在静高压下准晶相得形成。利用静高压熔态淬火方法,在压力2.8和3.1 GPa下得到淬火的Al-Mn-Si样品。电子和X射线衍射实验表明,高压淬火样品中含有准晶二十面体相和非晶相。X射线衍射实验还表明,高压淬火样品经350 ℃退火一小时基本上没有发生变化;而经过500 ℃退火一小时后,准晶相晶化为α-Al73Si10Mn17相。另外,电子衍射实验表明,高压淬火后样品中还存在其它中间亚稳相。本文还讨论了静高压熔态淬火方法的适用性。 相似文献

In this paper, CO2 laser–metal active gas (MAG) hybrid welding technique is used to weld high strength steel and the optimized process parameters are obtained. Using LD Pumped laser with an emission wavelength of 532 nm to overcome the strong interference from the welding arc, a computer-based system is developed to collect and visualize the waveforms of the electrical welding parameters and metal transfer processes in laser–MAG. The welding electric signals of hybrid welding processes are quantitatively described and analyzed using the ANALYSATOR HANNOVER. The effect of distance between laser and arc (DLA) on weld bead geometry, forming process of weld shape, electric signals, arc characteristic and droplet transfer behavior is investigated. It is found that arc characteristic, droplet transfer mode and final weld bead geometry are strongly affected by the distance between laser and arc. The weld bead geometry is changed from “cocktail cup” to “cone-shaped” with the increasing DLA. The droplet transfer mode is changed from globular transfer to projected transfer with the increasing DLA. Projected transfer mode is an advantage for the stability of hybrid welding processes. 相似文献

The droplet transfer behavior and weld characteristics have been investigated under different pressures of shielding gas in CO2 laser and metal inert/active gas (laser-MIG) hybrid welding process. The experimental results indicate that the inherent droplet transfer frequency and stable welding range of conventional MIG arc are changed due to the interaction between CO2 laser beam and MIG arc in laser-MIG hybrid welding process, and the shielding gas pressure has a crucial effect on welding characteristics. When the pressure of shielding gas is low in comparison with MIG welding, the frequency of droplet transfer decreases, and thedroplet transfer becomes unstable in laser-MIG hybrid welding. So the penetration depth decreases, which shows the characteristic of unstable hybrid welding. However, when the pressure of shielding gas increases to a critical value, the hybrid welding characteristic is changed from unstable hybrid welding to stablehybrid welding, and the frequency of droplet transfer and the penetration depth increase significantly. 相似文献

利用光谱诊断方法结合高速摄像研究所提出的药芯焊丝的填丝TIG焊接新工艺的电弧特性,借助高速摄像研究药芯焊丝TIG焊的熔滴过渡方式;通过对焊接电弧进行光谱采集点扫描,对采集的谱线进行元素标定,以药粉中活性元素K和Na作为追踪目标,统计得到电弧中药粉成分的分布范围;并利用Boltzmann图法计算TIG焊电弧的温度场分布,分析了熔滴过渡方式对电弧温度场分布的影响。研究结果表明,通过调整丝极间距,得到药芯焊丝TIG焊的三种典型的熔滴过渡方式:滴状过渡(2 mm)、渣柱过渡(5 mm)和搭桥过渡(7 mm)。药粉中的活性元素K和Na等集中分布在熔池上方的电弧空间,且其分布受丝极间距的影响,丝极间距越小其分布越靠近钨极,容易造成对钨极的污染。不填丝TIG焊的电弧温度分布呈钟罩形,等温线关于钨极轴线近似对称分布;与不填丝TIG焊相比,药芯焊丝TIG焊的电弧温度场受熔滴过渡的影响发生了不同程度的扭曲,滴状过渡的电弧温度场扭曲严重,焊接过程中飞溅较大;相比于滴状过渡,渣柱过渡和搭桥过渡的电弧温度场扭曲程度较小且焊接过程稳定,适合该TIG焊方法的使用。 相似文献

Interactions among the reacting species NO, CO and O2 on metal catalytic surfaces are studied by means of Monte Carlo simulation using the Eley-Rideal (ER) mechanism. The study of this three-component system is important for understanding of the reaction kinetics by varying the relative ratios of the reactants. It is found that contrary to the conventional Langmuir-Hinshelwood (LFI) thermal mechanism in which two irreversible phase transitions are obtained between active states and poisoned states, a single phase transition is observed when the ER mechanism is combined with the LH mechanism. The phase diagrams of the surface coverage and the steady state production of CO2, N2 and N2O are evaluated as a function of the partial pressures of the reactants in the gas phase. The continuous production of CO2 starts as soon as the CO pressure is switched on and the second order phase transition at the first critical point is eliminated, which is in agreement with the experimental findings. 相似文献

铝合金熔化极惰性气体保护焊(MIG)的亚射流过渡方式具有弧长调节作用强、焊缝成形美观的优点.本文从非线性动力学近似熵测度的角度对铝合金脉冲MIG焊的电弧电压信号进行分析,进而评价自适应控制模式针对亚射流过渡方式的适用性;讨论在自适应控制模式下,改变工艺参数和熔滴过渡方式时,近似熵值的变化;并对比自适应控制与普通脉冲控制在射滴过渡方式下的近似熵值大小.结果表明近似熵越小,自适应控制越成功,控制越有效.

本文以薄样品的分析为基础,采用高斯分解方法,在一定近似条件下,对纵向扫描进行严格的理论推导,获得了远场光阑归一化透过率的数值解析表达式.利用所得表达式,由测得的归一化透过率曲线可同时获得非线性折射率和非线性吸收的大小和符号.对非线性吸收和极值点的讨论进一步证明了结果的准确性.最后简要介绍了一种自行设计的全自动纵向扫描测试系统,并对CS2标准样品进行了闭孔测量.测得CS2的非线性折射率大小与国际报道完全一致. 相似文献

The production of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) using the cw CO2-laser ablation technique is reported. Different metals and metal concentrations in the carbon targets as well as different buffer gases and gas pressures have been used in order to study their influence on the formation of SWNTs. It is shown that the conditions near the evaporation zone, i.e. especially the local temperature environment induced by the laser radiation as well as the used metals play a key role in the formation process of SWNTs. Employing a very simple experimental setup the cw CO2-laser ablation technique easily provides the environment favorable for the growth of high quality SWNT material under a wide range of experimental conditions. 相似文献
