LetN r (x) be the number ofr-full integers x and let r (x) be the error term in the asymptotic formula forN r (x). Under Riemann's hypothesis, we prove the estimates 2(x)x1/7+, 3(x)x97/804+(>0), which improve those of Cao and Nowak. We also investigate the distribution ofr-full andl-free numbers in short intervals (r=2,3). Our results sharpen Krätzel's estimates.  相似文献

We obtain the analytic expression for the total cross section of the reaction e e +l l + (l=,) taking possible quasianapole interaction effects into account. We consider an analytic system X=(X) in the neighborhood of the fixed point X=0. Depending on the characteristic numbers of the matrix (/x)0, we define the integer d 0 as the dimension of the normal form or as the multiplicity of the resonance. We show that a system with d=1, subject to certain additional assumptions, has a finite number of invariants relative to reversible formal changes of variablesx = (Y). All these invariants are the coefficients of some normal form. In this paper we give Coxeter presentation (X, ) for the three Fischer groupsG=Fi22, Fi23, Fi24; we apply methods exposed in the first part. Each of these groups is generated by a class of 3-transpositions (named here a Fischer class) in which elements ofX are chosen. A subset of is the set of all the relations (xy) m(x,y)=1, wherex andy are inX and wherem(x,y) means the order ofxy inG. We show thatL 1 (G) is semi-simple and give a characterization of the closed ideals ofL 1 (G). Using the -spherical Fourier transform, we characterize all linear bounded operators inL 1 (G) which are invariants by -translations (i.e. such that 1(( x f) )=( x ((f)) for eachxG andfL 1 (G); where x f(y)=f(xy); x,y G). WhenG is compact, we study the algebraL 1 (G) and obtain results analogous to ones obtained for the commutative case: we show thatL 1 (G) is regular, all closed sets of its Guelfand spectrum are sets of synthesis and establish theorems of harmonic synthesis for functions inL p (G) (p=1,2 or +).

For a bounded regular Jordan domain in R 2, we introduce and study a new class of functions K() related on its Green function G. We exploit the properties of this class to prove the existence and the uniqueness of a positive solution for the singular nonlinear elliptic equation u+(x,u)=0, in D(), with u=0 on and uC(), where is a nonnegative Borel measurable function in ×(0,) that belongs to a convex cone which contains, in particular, all functions (x,t)=q(x)t ,>0 with nonnegative functions qK(). Summary Let x denote the time at which a random walk with finite positive mean first passes into (x, ), wherex0. This paper establishes the asymptotic behaviour of Pr { x >n} asn for fixedx in two cases. In the first case the left hand tail of the step-distribution is regularly varying, and in the second the step-distribution satisfies a one-sided Cramér type condition. As a corollary, it follows that in the first case Pr { x >n}/Pr{ 0 >n} coincides with the limit of the same quantity for recurrent random walk satisfying Spitzer's condition, but in the second case the limit is more complicated.  相似文献

In an attempt to find a q-analogue of Weber and Schafheitlin's integral 0 x J (ax) J (bx) dx which is discontinuous on the diagonal a = b the integral 0 x J (2) (a(1 – q)x; q)J (1) (b(1 – q)x; q) dx is evaluated where J (1) (x; q) and J (2) (x; q) are two of Jackson's three q-Bessel functions. It is found that the question of discontinuity becomes irrelevant in this case. Evaluations of this integral are also made in some interesting special cases. A biorthogonality formula is found as well as a Neumann series expansion for x in terms of J (2) +1+2n ((1 – q)x; q). Finally, a q-Lommel function is introduced.  相似文献
