In this paper, self-focusing of an intense circularly polarized laser beam in the presence of a non-uniform positive guide magnetic field with slope constant parameter δ in hot magnetized plasma, using Maxwell’s equations and relativistic fluid momentum equation is investigated. An envelope equation governing the spot-size of laser beam for both of left- and right-hand polarizations has been derived, and the effects of the plasma temperature and magnetic field on the electron density distribution of hot plasma with respect to variation of normalized laser spot-size has been studied. Numerical results show that self-focusing is better increased in the presence of an external non-uniform magnetic field. Moreover, in plasma density profile, self-focusing of the laser pulse improves in comparison with no non-uniform magnetic field. Also, with increasing slope of constant parameter of the non-uniform magnetic field, the self-focusing increases, and subsequently, the spot-size of laser pulse propagated through the hot magnetized plasma decreases.  相似文献

研制了一台基于双锥形绕组铁芯变压器的三谐振脉冲变压器,具有结构紧凑、小巧轻便等优点。铁芯变压器磁芯由0.08 mm的硅钢薄带绕成半月形闭合结构,放置于铝制紧固件中;初次级绕组采用双绕组并联结构,两个锥形高压绕组对称绕制在刻槽的有机玻璃骨架上并将高压从圆筒中轴线引出,改善了绕组电场分布的不均匀性并实现了高压的同轴输出。铁芯变压器、LC调谐回路和27 pF脉冲形成线组成三谐振回路,其中谐振电容为同轴结构电容,谐振电感由直径0.08 mm的漆包线不均匀绕制于刻槽的有机玻璃绝缘体上。实验结果表明,该三谐振脉冲变压器最大工作电压大于800 kV,充电时间约为650 ns,同时也验证了将双谐振铁芯脉冲变压器改造成三谐振脉冲变压器具有可行性。  相似文献

A new, planar dye laser with flashlamp excitation is presented. The laser takes advantage of the non-uniform distribution of the refractive index set up by the pumping pulse in the active medium, and allows a full utilization of the highest gain region of the dye solution. The dye cell is rectangular and pumped by two arrays of linear flashtubes. The thickness of the cell can be optimized for high-efficiency operation and turns out to be only a few absorption lengths of the active dye at optimum concentration. Output energies as large as 14 J in about 100 μs have been obtained from a not fully optimized laser, with an overall efficiency of 0.7% and an energy density of about 7 J/cm3.  相似文献

提出利用等效电路法解决电磁脉冲注入下有损非均匀传输线及其网络端接非线性负载的时域响应问题。采用分段逼近级联方法建立了有损非均匀传输线的等效电路模型。利用设计的快沿电磁脉冲源对有损非均匀微带线端接电阻、瞬态抑制二极管的响应进行了试验和仿真对比分析,验证了该等效电路模型的正确性和解决非线性负载响应问题上的有效性。通过与FDTD法对更复杂的有损非均匀传输线、不等长有损非均匀传输线、有损非均匀传输线网络的仿真结果和计算机运行时间进行对比分析,进一步验证了该等效电路法的正确性以及在解决有损非均匀传输线问题上的普遍适用性和高效性。  相似文献

从理论和实验两方面对非均匀关联径向偏振部分相干光的产生进行了研究.理论上,基于相位关联与相干度的联系,推导出了非均匀关联径向偏振部分相干光的2×2阶交叉谱密度矩阵及相干度分布.实验上,利用一个相位型液晶空间光调制器的不同区域,对入射的完全相干的径向偏振光的两个正交偏振分量分别加载随机相位调制,并实验测量了这种光束的相干度分布及其对光强分布的影响.实验结果验证了光束相干度的非均匀关联结构,并且通过改变随机相位的高斯调制半宽可以改变光束的相干性分布.研究表明,随着随机相位的高斯调制半宽的增加,光束中两点间的相干度逐渐减小,其光强分布由圆环状逐渐变化为类平顶的光强分布.这种非均匀关联的径向偏振部分相干光在激光微操纵和材料加工等领域具有一定的潜在应用价值.  相似文献

提出一种新的激光增益介质板条抽运结构,这种结构能对由激光增益介质板条温度分布不均所造成的波面热畸变实现自校正,并建立了这种抽运结构下激光增益介质板条的瞬态温度分布理论模型,通过解热传导方程,推导出板条增益介质的瞬态温度分布的解析表达式。同时对抽运参量分别为抽运脉冲能量为5.8×104J、抽运重复频率为2Hz和抽运脉冲能量为3.2×104J、重复频率为10Hz两种情况下两种下N-31型钕玻璃板条的瞬态温度分布分别进行了数值计算,分别给出两种情况下10s内和60s时钕玻璃板条的温度分布图并对结果进行了分析和对比,表明采用这种抽运结构的增益介质板条激光器可以以类似热容激光器的方式在短时间内实现高平均功率、高光束质量运转。  相似文献

In this work, a bridge density functional approximation (BDFA) (J. Chem. Phys. 112, 8079 (2000)) for a nonuniform hard-sphere fluid is extended to a non-uniform hard-core repulsive Yukawa (HCRY) fluid. It is found that the choice of a bulk bridge functional approximation is crucial for both a uniform HCRY fluid and a non-uniform HCRY fluid. A new bridge functional approximation is proposed, which can accurately predict the radial distribution function of the bulk HCRY fluid. With the new bridge functional approximation and its associated bulk second order direct correlation function as input, the BDFA can be used to well calculate the density profile of the HCRY fluid subjected to the influence of varying external fields, and the theoretical predictions are in good agreement with the corresponding simulation data. The calculated results indicate that the present BDFA captures quantitatively the phenomena such as the coexistence of solid-like high density phase and low density gas phase, and the adsorption properties of the HCRY fluid, which qualitatively differ from those of the fluids combining both hard-core repulsion and an attractive tail.  相似文献

针对传统星载合成孔径雷达(SAR)系统高分辨率和宽测绘带之间的矛盾,采用方位向偏置相位中心结合距离向波束扫描(ScanSAR)模式实现同时高分辨宽测绘带SAR成像,并针对雷达脉冲发射频率、平台速度和天线尺寸不满足严格约束条件导致的方位向非均匀采样提出了频域重构算法。该算法可以实现精确频谱重构,并且极大地提高了系统设计和参数选择的灵活性。五扫六通道SAR系统的频域重构算法的仿真结果显示成对回波抑制达60 dB以上,方位模糊比达-23 dB,证明了该算法的有效性。  相似文献

Nonsymmetrical transition from reverse-saturable absorption (RSA) to saturable absorption (SA) caused by excited state absorption induced mass transport of the CuPcTs dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide is observed in an open aperture Z-scan experiment with a 21-ps laser pulse. The nonsymmetrical transition from RSA to SA is ascribed neither to saturation of excited state absorption nor to thermal induced mass transport, the so-called Soret effect. In our consideration, strong nonlinear absorption causes the rapid accumulation of the non-uniform kinetic energy of the solute molecules. The non-uniform kinetic field in turn causes the migration of the solute molecules. Additionally, an energy-gradient-induced mass transport theory is presented to interpret the experimental results, and the theoretical calculations are also taken to fit our experimental results.  相似文献

In the present article, the thermal distribution inside the gain medium of a passively Q-switched microchip laser is modeled and simulated for actual practical values associated with an available microchip laser constructed in our laboratory. The effects of the non-uniform heat distribution on the spectral properties of the output laser beam have been investigated and simulated with the variation of diode-pump power and pulse repetition rate. It is observed that the gain bandwidth as well as Optical Path Difference (OPD) values of the propagating pulses are significantly decreased, while the Nd:YAG chip is cooled down to a certain value. The validity of the utilized model is checked by setting and characterizing the spectral properties of a fabricated laboratory microchip laser under different heating conditions. It is verified that when the temperature of the gain material is changed by an electronically controlled Peltier device, the spectrum of the output laser beam can be switched between single- and dual-mode situations. This physical character has shown good agreement between the presented model and obtained experimental results.  相似文献

超强激光脉冲与相对论电子束相互对撞是当前主要的强场量子电动力学(QED)实验手段。如何测量超强激光脉冲和电子束对撞的准确度,进而实现微米精度的准确对撞,是目前限制实验发展的重要因素。利用蒙特卡罗数值模拟方法,系统研究了超强激光脉冲和相对论电子束相互对撞过程,重点关注了电子和辐射光子动力学信息与激光脉冲和电子束对撞偏移量之间的对应关系。研究发现:辐射光子的空间分布信息,可以有效反映出激光脉冲和电子束的对撞偏移量。基于该研究结果,实验中可利用光子空间分布的信息,实现对激光脉冲和电子束对撞准确度的调节,从而有望促进强场QED实验技术的发展。  相似文献

T1rho-weighted MRI is a novel basis for generating tissue contrast. However, it suffers from sensitivity to B1 inhomogeneity. First, excitation with a spatially varying B1 causes flip-angle artifacts and second, spin locking with an inhomogeneous B1 results in non-uniform T1rho contrast. In this study, we overcome the former complication with a specially designed spin-locking pulse sequence and we successfully obtain T1rho-weighted images with a surface coil. In this pulse sequence, the spin-lock pulse was divided into segments of equal duration and alternating phase. This "self-compensating" T1rho-preparatory pulse sequence was analyzed and the effect of an inhomogeneous B1 field was simulated using the Bloch equations. T1rho-weighted MR images of a phantom and a human knee joint in vivo were obtained on a clinical scanner with a surface coil to demonstrate the utility of the pulse sequence. The self-compensating T1rho-prepared pulses sequence resulted in substantially reduced image artifacts compared to the conventional, single-phase spin-lock pulse.  相似文献

One recently proposed self-consistent hard sphere bridge functional was combined with an exponential function exp(-cr) and a re-normalized indirect correlation function to construct the bridge function for fluid with hard core and interaction tail. In the present approach, the adjustable parameter α was determined by the thermodynamic consistency realized on the compressibility modulus, the re-normalization of the indirect correlation function was realized by a modified Mayer function with the interaction potential replaced by the perturbative part of the interaction potential. As an example, the present bridge function was combined with the Ornstein-Zernike (OZ) equation to predict structure and thermodynamics properties in very good agreement with the simulation data available for Lennard-Jones (L J). Based on the universality principle of the free energy density functional and the test particle trick, the numerical solution of the OZ equation was employed to construct the first order direct correlation function of the non-uniform fluid as a functional of the density distribution by means of the indirect correlation function. In the framework of the density functional theory, the numerically obtained functional predicted the density distribution of LJ fluid confined in two planar hard walls that is in good agreement with the simulation data.  相似文献

复杂电磁环境的研究包括多方面内容,其中飞行器的电磁环境效应研究受到了较多的关注。随着计算机技术的飞速发展,利用数值模拟技术获得飞行器电磁特性已经成为飞行器电磁环境效应研究的一个重要手段。我们将自主研发的大规模并行三维时域全波电磁模拟软件JEMS-FDTD应用于运输机整机电磁特性仿真,计算并分析了飞机的电磁耦合散射特性,获得了飞行器在电磁脉冲照射下的时域/频域、近场/远场等电磁信息。计算中为保证精度采用了非均匀以及高阶FDTD计算技术。  相似文献

We study the angular distributions of fast electrons, ions, and bremsstrahlung x/ gamma-rays generated during the interaction of an ultrashort intense laser pulse with solid targets. A relation is found on the angular directions for fast electrons and ions as a function of the particle's kinetic energy, experienced Coulomb potential changes, and the incident angle of the laser pulse. It is valid independent of the acceleration mechanisms and the polarization of the laser pulse, as confirmed by particle-in-cell simulations. The angular distribution of bremsstrahlung x/gamma-rays is presented to show explicitly its correlation with the corresponding angular distributions of electrons.  相似文献

1D quasi-static self-consistent model of nonequilibrium nitrogen and oxygen plasma with highly non-uniform spatial distribution of the electric field strength is used for analysis of the correlation of ionization rate profile and charged particles profiles. It is shown that inside a region of local increase of the ionization rate the layers with violation of quasi-neutrality can exist. This leads to the appearance of local static electric fields. A model for measuring aerosol mass concentration by an optical particle counter is presented using the conception of the average mass. In this model, to understand the meaning of the pulse height distribution of particles which is used to inverse mass concentration, the relationship among intensity distribution in the optical sensing volume, particle shape, and the pulse height distribution is discussed. To solve the instability of the equivalent factor, a novel two-step calibration method is proposed. The experimental results demonstrate that mass concentrations calculated by the model are in good agreement with those measured by a norm-referenced instrument. For samples of soot and air, the slopes of fitting lines of data points are 0.9582 and 0.9220, and the correlation coefficients are 0.9991 and 0.9965, respectively.  相似文献
