对钢质和铜质金属圆柱壳的轴向冲击动力响应进行了实验研究,记录了两种不同材料圆柱壳在大质量低速冲击下的冲击力时程曲线,得到其屈曲模态。采用高速摄像及模拟技术给出了钢质圆柱壳渐进屈曲的全过程,为理解钢质圆柱壳的屈曲机理提供了直观的结果。黄铜质圆柱壳在大质量低速冲击下, 出现整个壳面滿布屈曲波纹的塑性动力屈曲现象,说明高速冲击不是产生塑性动力屈曲的充要条件。像铜这样具有高密度的韧性材料,在大质量低速冲击下,会在轴向产生持续的压缩塑性流作用而出现塑性动力屈曲现象。  相似文献

The boundary integral equations for elasto-plastic problems of shallow shells are established by using the fundamental solutions of shallow shells derived previously. The strains and stress-resultants in the plastic region are used as unknown variables. 基于对充满液体的弹塑性圆柱壳轴向冲击屈曲的实验观察 ,建立了相应的计算模型 ,借用 LS-DYNA软件包 ,在 HP-C36 0工作站上完成了数值模拟 ,得到了动画显示 ,给出的屈曲模态及一些特征量的时程曲线与实验结果相当一致。文中对壳的几何、物理参数对屈曲性能的影响进行了较详细的讨论  相似文献

Some characteristic features of the dynamic inelastic buckling behaviour of cylindrical shells subjected to axial impact loads are discussed. It is shown that the material properties and their approximations in the plastic range influence the initial instability pattern and the final buckling shape of a shell having a given geometry. The phenomena of dynamic plastic buckling (when the entire length of a cylindrical shell wrinkles before the development of large radial displacements) and dynamic progressive buckling (when the folds in a cylindrical shell form sequentially) are analysed from the viewpoint of stress wave propagation resulting from an axial impact. It is shown that a high velocity impact causes an instantaneously applied load, with a maximum value at t=0 and whether or not this load causes an inelastic collapse depends on the magnitude of the initial kinetic energy.  相似文献

In the present paper, experimental studies on dynamic plasticbuckling of circular cylindrical shells under axial impact are carried out. Hopkinson bar and drop hammer apparatus are used for dynamic loading. Three groups of circular cylindrical shells made of copper are tested under axial impact. From the experiments, the first critical velocity corresponding to the axi-symmetric buckling mode and the second critical velocity corresponding to the non-axisymmetric buckling mode are determined. The present results come close to those of second critical velocity given by Wang Ren[4–6]. Two different kinds of non-axisymmetric buckling modes oval-shaped and triangle shaped are founded. The buckling modes under two loading cases, viz. with small mass but high velocity and with large mass and low velocity using Hopkinson bar and drop hammer, are different. Their critical energies are also discussed. 基于近壁定常剪切应力假设,提出了一种新的适用于浸入边界法的大涡模拟紊流壁面模型。通过引入壁面滑移速度,修正了线性速度剖面计算得到的壁面剪切应力,使之满足Werner-Wengle模型。将其应用于平板紊流和高Re数圆管紊流的数值模拟,对比采用和不采用壁面模型的结果得知,采用此模型的速度剖面与实验值吻合良好,验证了此模型的有效性。研究了不同欧拉/拉格朗日网格相对位置对结果的影响,证明了此模型具有较好的鲁棒性,以及可根据局部流动状态和网格精度自动开闭的特点。  相似文献

运用有限元特征值分析方法对应力波作用下圆柱壳塑性轴对称动力失稳问题进行了研究。基于应力波理论和相邻平衡准则导出了圆柱壳轴对称动力失稳时的特征方程,在分析中同时考虑了应力波效应及横向惯性效应,把圆柱壳塑性动力失稳问题归结为特征值问题。通过引入圆柱壳动力失稳时的波前约束条件实现了此类问题的有限元特征值解法。计算结果揭示了圆柱壳塑性轴对称动力屈曲变形发展的机理,以及轴向应力波和屈曲变形的相互作用规律。  相似文献

The governing equation and energy equations for thermal-elastic coupling vibration of cylindrical shell were developed. The Garlerkin method was used in numerical process. Some useful result can be concluded from numerical result. With the increase ofthe amplitude of temperature and coupling coefficient, the speed of vibration decaying becomes slower and the coupling effect becomes weaker. The larger the ration of length to radius and length to thickness, the faster the decaying of the vibration amplitude and the vibration frequency increase. It means the coupling effect gets stronger. The larger the coupling coefficient, the smaller the axial stress, the axial force and the bendind moment are.  相似文献

A model is presented describing the changes that occur in the diffusion boundary layer upon injection of a macromolecular solution (PEO) into a cylindrical pipe under turbulent flow conditions (Re 40,000). A shape parameter was introduced to describe the shape of the turbulent plume. The value of this parameter was found to be the same for water and various dilute PEO solutions. A problem of practical interest for nonlinear axisymmetrical stability of a truncated shallow spherical shell of the large geometrical parameter with an articulated external edge and a nondeformable rigid body at the center under compound loads is investigated in this paper. By using modified method of multiple scales, the uniformly valid asymptotic solutions of this boundary value problem are obtained when the geometrical parameter k is large. The catastrophe theory is used to study the impact buckling of elastic structures. A criterion for impact buckling is established based on the proposed catastrophe system, in whose bifurcation set the critical step load is located. By the present theory, the impact torsional buckling for a clamped cylindrical shell is studied and the critical step torques for different imperfections are given. Based on the nonlinear large deflection theory of cylindrical shells, this paper deals with the nonlinear buckling problem of functionally graded cylindrical shells under torsion load by using the energy method and the nonlinear strain–displacement relations of large deformation. The material properties of the functionally graded shells vary smoothly through the shell thickness according to a power law distribution of the volume fraction of the constituent materials. Meanwhile, on the base of taking the temperature-dependent material properties into account, various effects of external thermal environment on the critical state of the shell are also investigated. Numerical results show various effects of the inhomogeneous parameter, the dimensional parameters and external thermal environment on nonlinear buckling of functionally graded cylindrical shells under torsion. The present theoretical results are verified by those in literature.  相似文献

Particle-turbulence interaction in wall turbulent flows has been studied. A series of experiments varying particle size, particle density, particle loading and flow Re has been conducted. The results show that the larger polystyrene particles (1100 μm) cause an increase in the number of wall ejections, giving rise to an increase in the measured values of the turbulence intensities and Reynolds stresses. On the other hand, the smaller polystyrene particles (120 μm) bring about a decrease in the number of wall ejections, causing a decrease in the measured intensities and Reynolds stresses. These effects are enhanced as the particle loading is increased. It was also found that the heavier glass particles (88 μm) do not bring about any significant modulation of turbulence. In addition, measurements of the burst frequency and the mean streak-spacing show no significant change with increase in particle loading. Based on these observations, a mechanism of particle transport in wall turbulent flows has been proposed, in which the particles are transported (depending on their size, density and flow Re) by the bursting events of the wall regions.  相似文献

用有限元法对含有轴向裂纹的开口加强复合材料柱壳结构进行了补救研究;分析其压缩屈曲强度与模态情况,得到了裂纹长度与屈曲强度的关系,并与无裂纹的结构进行了对比.结果表明:裂纹长度在200mm以下时,对整个结构承载能力影响很小;当裂纹长度继续增大时,屈曲区域从开口上方转移到裂纹附近,屈曲强度开始急剧下降.为了加强裂纹所在区域结构的承剪能力,进行适当的修补后,可使屈曲模态与无裂纹柱壳相同,且屈曲强度稍有增加,从而证明了所提出补救方法的有效性.  相似文献

In this paper, a boundary element scheme for arbitrary elastic thin shells is elaborated, Based on BEM of 3D linear elasticity and Kirchhoff's hypothesis, boundary integral equations for shells are deduced. As a result, only Kelvin's solution is used, the difficulty in finding a fundamental solution of arbitrary shells is successfully avoided.
