建立了基于均匀化理论的单向纤维复合材料粘弹性性能预测方法。对单向纤维增强复合材料粘弹性问题的控制方程进行Laplace变换,在像空间中利用均匀化理论建立宏观松弛模量的Laplace变换与微结构描述参数以及变换参数间的关系。用Prony级数模拟松弛模量随变换参数的变化形式,并根据像空间中一系列变换参数对应的松弛模量的数值,采用函数拟合技术确定Prony级数的形式,从而确定用显示形式表示的松弛模量的Laplace变换随变换参数的变化规律。对显式表达式的逆变换获得时间域内的松弛模量。该方法利用拟合函数的逆变换避开了复杂的数值Laplace逆变换,使单向纤维增强复合材料的粘弹性性能的确定变得容易。文中给出了单向纤维复合材料松弛模量的数值预测结果并同有限元法模拟试验的结果对比,验证了预测结果的准确性以及本文方法的有效性。  相似文献

分析了一种Boger流体的松弛时间谱和该流体的粘弹性表征问题。文中采用带正约束的非线性规划方法得到了包含4个、5个、6个松弛时间的描述此Boger流体线性粘弹特性的时间谱。这些新时间谱比前文报道的含3个松弛时间的谱能更好地描述该流体的储能模量G′。用PSM模型结合这些新松弛时间谱都不能很准确地描述这个Boger流体的第一法向应力差N1的实验数据。作者提出的3r模型描述此Boger流体的N1的结果比PSM模型的计算结果更接近实验值。  相似文献

本文讨论了一维粘弹性介质中的逆散问题,给出了两种反演粘弹性介质松弛模量的方法。这两种方法只利用了介质层一侧波的反射数据,其中一种方法只需已知一个走时来回时间内的反射数据就可以确定介质的松弛模量在任意时刻的值。文中最后给出了数值算例,可以看出,数值反演的结果与初始给定的松驰模量吻合得很好。  相似文献

首先利用均匀化理论并结合有限元法研究了三维编织复合材料的粘弹性效应,根据松弛模量的计算结果研究了材料热膨胀系数随时间的变化关系,在此基础上,给出了编织结构和工艺参数(编织角、纤维体积比)对材料初始热膨胀系数的影响规律,计算结果与实验值吻合较好。本文工作为深入研究三维编织复合材料的热粘弹性能提供了基础。  相似文献

主要研究了由各向同性线弹性加强体和各向同性线粘弹性基体组成的多层复合材料的问题,在已有的线弹性多层材料的均匀化方法的基础上,应用弹性一粘弹性对应原理,在Carson域中求解粘弹性多层材料的问题。通过Burgers模型表示线粘弹性基体材料,反演得到了多层材料的有效松弛模量和有效泊松比在时间域中的表达式,并且与实验结果和其他结果进行了比较。  相似文献

在应力作用下, 材料的力学参数随着微观结构的变化而变化, 需要考虑参数的时间效应. 利用黏滞系数随时间变化的黏性元件, 构造出非定常Maxwell模型、非定常Kelvin模型和非定常Zener模型. 求解非定常模型的微分型本构方程得到它们的松弛模量、蠕变柔量和卸载方程. 结果表明, 可以把常见的经验松弛函数和经验蠕变函数视为非定常微分型本构模型.   相似文献

The dynamic behavior of individual particles during the mixing/segregation process of particle mixtures in a gas fluidized bed is analyzed. The analysis is based on the results generated from discrete particle simulation, with the focus on the trajectory of and forces acting on individual particles.Typical particles are selected representing three kinds of particle motion:a flotsam particle which is initially at the bottom part of the bed and finally fluidized at the top part of the bed; a jetsam particle which is initially at the top part of the bed and finally stays in the bottom de-fluidized layer of the bed; and a jetsam particle which is intermittently joining the top fluidized and bottom de-fluidized layers. The results show that the motion of a particle is chaotic at macroscopic or global scale, but can be well explained at a microscopic scale in terms of its interaction forces and contact conditions with other particles, particle-fluid interaction force, and local flow structure. They also highlight the need for establishing a suitable method to link the information generated and modeled at different time and length scales.  相似文献

利用积分变换方法,得出了两相材料中单位简谐力的格林函数。根据简谐集中力的格林函数得出了和界面接触的刚性线的散射场。利用无穷积分的性质,把和界面接触刚性线的散射场分解为奇异部分和有界部分。通过分解后的散射场建立了和界面接触剐性线在SH波作用下的Cauchy型奇异积分方程。根据所得奇异积分方程和刚性线的散射场得到了刚性线端点的奇异性阶数及奇性应力。应用刚性线端点的奇性应力定义了刚性线端点的应力奇异因子。对所得Cauchy型奇异积分方程的数值求解,可得刚性线端点的应力奇异因子。  相似文献

This paper considers the joint motion of an ideal fluid and a circular cylinder completely immersed in it at small times. It is assumed that the cylinder, which was initially at rest, moves in a horizontal direction with a constant acceleration. The dynamics of the internal and external free boundaries of the fluid at small times is studied. An asymptotic analysis of the form of the internal free surface near the separation points is performed. It is shown that at high acceleration of the circular cylinder, a large cavity is formed behind, with a strong perturbation of the external free surface of the fluid over the surface of the cylinder.  相似文献

A two-level fracture model of composites with cracks under compression is proposed. Fiber-reinforced laminated panels with a hole are considered. The panels are compressed along the fibers so that two cracks propagate from the hole boundary at a right angle to the loading direction. The fracture mechanism is analyzed at two levels. The first level is the compression-induced stress concentration at the tip of a finite-thickness crack filled with a fractured material. At this level, the theory of elasticity of linear orthotropic body is used. The second level is compression fracture at the crack tip. The analysis performed at this level involves the three-dimensional linearized theory of stability of solids, considering microcracks in the interface between the fractured and intact materials, and the exact solution describing the compression-induced instability of the cracked interface. The second level is where results obtained by the author are used. On the use of nickel foil strain gages at varying temperatures   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
When a strain gage made of nickel foil attached on the surface of a specimen is subjected to repeated loads, the elastic stress is measured by observing slip-bands in the foil resulting from repeated strain. Calibration studies with rotating-bending tests at various temperatures between room temperature and 350°C are performed on round steel bars with nickel foil. The relation between the threshold stress for the first appearance of slip-bands and the number of stress cycles is examined at varying temperatures, which provides the calibration values of the nickel foil tested at varying temperatures. Assuming that the first appearance of slip-bands is based on the linear cumulative damage law, the calibration values at varying temperatures are calculated from those established by the calibration tests at several constant temperatures. It is found that the calculated calibration values agree well with the results obtained by the calibration tests at varying temperatures and that the calculation applying the linear cumulative damage law is a useful method to presume the calibration values at varying temperatures without performing the experiment.  相似文献

The vibration and buckling characteristics of sandwich plates having laminated stiff layers are studied for different degrees of imperfections at the layer interfaces using a refined plate theory. With this plate theory, the through thickness variation of transverse shear stresses is represented by piece-wise parabolic functions where the continuity of these stresses is satisfied at the layer interfaces by taking jumps in the transverse shear strains at the interfaces. The transverse shear stresses free condition at the plate top and bottom surfaces is also satisfied. The inter-laminar imperfections are represented by in-plane displacement jumps at the layer interfaces and characterized by a linear spring layer model. It is quite interesting to note that this plate model having all these refined features requires unknowns only at the reference plane. To have generality in the analysis, finite element technique is adopted and it is carried out with a new triangular element developed for this purpose, as any existing element cannot model this plate model. As there is no published result on imperfect sandwich plates, the problems of perfect sandwich plates and imperfect ordinary laminates are used for validation.  相似文献

A rectangular conduit with a closed end has water flowing in/out at the other end. The water level at the open end has an imposed sinusoidal movement. When this level is higher than the ceiling of the conduit, a certain mass of air is trapped under the ceiling. In a previous article (T.D. Nguyen, La Houille Blanche, No. 2, 1990), it was supposed that this air is flowing out freely through the ceiling, so the relative pressure at the water surface is zero, and the water hammer at the dead end of the conduit was calculated when the conduit was thoroughly filled. In this article, it is supposed that the trapped air is compressed isothermally or adiabatically. The set of equations is resolved (water continuity and movement equations, air state equation) by supposing a regime of flow at each section (section submerged or not), a certain value for the air pressure and by using the sweep method to determine the water flow characteristics. The air volume calculated by iteration must converge, and the calculated regimes at each section (submerged or free) must agree with the supposed regimes. The simulation is performed first with a horizontal conduit then with an inclined conduit. As expected, adiabatic compression gives higher pressure than isothermal compression. The simulation shows also that when there is an air cushion, compared with the case when air is flowing out freely, the shock of the water hammer at the closed end of the conduit is significantly reduced. This method is aimed at calculating the flow with entrapped air in the inlet/outlet tunnel of a hydroelectric plant, or in sewer system pipe when a sudden discharge surge (due to turbin opening/closing or to urban storm) changes a previously free‐surface flow in a mostly full‐pipe flow, but with some air entrapped under the ceiling. The problem of methane hydrate dissociation in a formation at high pressure gradients, when the flow in the near-well region is described by a nonlinear equation, is considered. In the quasistationary approximation, an analytical solution of the problem representable in the form of an implicit function is obtained. It is shown that during dissociation at high pressure gradients ice may be formed at fairly high initial temperatures. A critical diagram of hydrate dissociation regimes is plotted.  相似文献

纤维段裂试验是测定纤维复合材料界面剪切强度的细观实验方法之一,其试验结果与其他三种细观试验方法(纤维拔出、纤维压人和微珠脱粘)测得的结果各不相符,相差较大。针对该问题,仔细研究了纤维段裂试验过程,可发现如下两个问题,首先是试件中纤维断裂造成的界面端应力奇异性问题;其次是纤维断成临界长度时界面是否脱粘的问题。针对界面端应力奇异性问题,本文建立了界面端轴对称分析模型,运用渐近展开法,推导出求解界面端特征值的特征方程,并由此得到应力奇异性指数随Dundurs常数的变化规律;采用文献[5]所用试件的纤维/基体性能数据,计算出了界面端的应力奇异性指数,并与文献[7]得到的其他三种试验的界面端应力奇异性指数进行比较,发现纤维段裂试件也存在界面端应力奇异性,而且应力奇异性最强,也说明了与其他三种试验结果不具可比性。本文还对纤维断成临界长度时界面是否脱粘的问题,进行了讨论。  相似文献
