A new catalytic reaction of the competing phenylation and hydrophenylation in air of methyl acrylate with tetraphenylantimony chloride in the presence of PdCl2 (0.04 mol per 1 mol of organometallic compound) in acetonitrile at 50°C for 6 h was studied. The yields of methyl cynnamate and methyl hydrocynnamate were 0.73 and 0.27 mol mol?1 respectively. The products ratio obtained depends slightly on the process duration, the Ph4SbCl and methyl acrylate ratio, and the structure of Pd salt [PdCl2, Pd(OAc)2, Li2PdCl4], but significantly on the nature of a solvent (MeCN > DMF > THF). The use of Ph4SbCl instead of Ph4SbBr leads to decrease in the yield of methyl hydrocynnamate to 0.04 mol mol?1. In the reactions of Ph4SbX (X = F, I, OAc, O2CEt) the product is not formed at all.  相似文献

Complexation of methyl 3-nitro-2-(o-tolyl)-benzoate (2, ano-trisubstituted biphenyl) with hexacarbonyl chromium gave the isomeric Cr(CO)3 complexes3 and4 both existing as two torsional isomersa andb, as seen by nmr. For the main product3 the preferred conformations of the two torsional isomersa andb were deduced by the lanthanide induced shift (LIS) technique. The activation energy for the interconversion process could be determined from kinetic measurements and especially from1H-nmr coalescence temperature of the methylsignals. The barrier of 91±1.5 kJ/mol (21.7±0.3 kcal/mol) in3 reflects the interaction of theo-H-atom of the benzene ring passing the Cr(CO)3 moiety of the benchrotrene ring during the interconversion.A partial optical resolution of3 was achieved by asymmetric reduction with a chiral lithium-aluminium hydride yielding (+)-3 with [] D 20 +30° (benzene) and the levorotatory alcohol (–)-7.

The oscillator strengths of the symmetry-forbidden transitions of the ion [PdCl4]2– were calculated by a method based on the evaluation of the MO of the distorted ion. It is not very likely that the transition to1 B 1g (a 1g (d z 2)b 1g ) state, weak, mainlyz polarized, explains the band that appears as a shoulder observed towards 30 000 cm–1 in the absorption spectrum. If this band is specific of the ion [PdCl4]2–, the assignment to the forbidden charge-transfer transition,1 A 1g 1 B 2g , is more plausible.

The far-infrared spectra (350–35 cm–1) of gaseous ethyl methyl ether-d 0 and ethyl methyl-d 3-ether have been recorded at a resolution of 0.10 cm–1. For the d 0 species, the fundamental asymmetric torsion of the more stable trans conformer (two methyl moieties are trans to one another) has been observed at 115.40 cm–1 with four upper state transitions falling to lower frequency, whereas, for the gauche form, it has been observed at 93.56 cm–1 with two excited states falling to lower frequency. the corresponding series for the d 3 species start from 106.00 and 87.10 cm–1, respectively. From these data, the asymmetric torsional potential coefficients for the d 0 species have been determined to be: V 1 = 572 ± 30; V 2 = 85 ± 8; V 3 = 619 ± 30; V 4 = 175 ± 18, and V 6 = –28 ± 3 cm–1. The trans to gauche and gauche to gauche barriers were calculated to be 958 cm–1 (11.5 kJ/mol) and 631 cm–1 (7.55 kJ/mol), respectively, with an energy difference of 550 ± 6 cm–1 (6.58 ± 0.07 kJ/mol). Utilizing three conformer pairs, variable temperature studies (–105 to –150°C) of the infrared spectra of the d 0 sample dissolved in liquid krypton gave an enthalpy difference of 547 ± 28 cm–1 (6.54 ± 0.33 kJ/mol) with the trans conformer the more stable rotamer. It is estimated that there is only 4% of the gauche conformer present at ambient temperatures. The structural parameters, conformational stabilities, barriers to internal rotation, and fundamental vibrational frequencies, which have been determined experimentally, are compared to those obtained from ab initio gradient predictions from RHF/6-31G* and with full electron correlation at the MP2 level with three different basis sets. The adjusted r 0 structural parameters have been obtained for the trans conformer from combined ab initio MP2/6-311+G** predictions and previously reported microwave rotational constants. The reported distances should be accurate to 0.003 Å and the angles to 0.5°. These results are compared to the corresponding quantities obtained for some similar molecules.  相似文献

The far-infrared spectrum of gaseous fluoromethyl methyl ether, FCH2OCH3, along with three of the deuterium isotopes, has been recorded at a resolution of 0.10 cm–1 in the 350 to 50 cm–1 region. The fundamental asymmetric torsional and methyl torsional modes are extensively mixed and have been observed at 182 and 132 cm–1, respectively, for the stablegauche conformer with the lower frequency band having several excited states falling to lower frequency. An estimate is given for the potential function governing the asymmetric rotation. On the basis of a one-dimensional model the barrier to internal rotation of the methyl moiety is determined to be 527±9 cm–1 (1.51±0.03 kcal/mol). A complete assignment of the vibrational fundamentals for all four isotopic species observed from the infrared (3500 to 50 cm–1) spectra of the gas and solid and from the Raman (3200 to 10 cm–1) spectra of the gas, liquid, and solid is proposed. No evidence could be found in any of the spectra for the high-energytrans conformer. All of these data are compared to the corresponding quantities obtained from ab initio Hartree-Fock gradient calculations employing the 3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets along with the 6-31G* basis set with electron correlation at the MP2 level. Additionally, completer 0 geometries have been determined from the previously reported microwave data and carbon-hydrogen distances determined from infrared studies. The heavy-atom structural parameters (distances in Å, angles in degrees) arer(C1-F) = 1.395 ± 0.005;r(C1-O) = 1.368 ± 0.007;r(C2-O) = 1.426 ±0.003; FC1O = 111.33 ± 0.25; C1OC2 = 113.50 ± 0.18 and dih FC1OC2 = 69.12 ± 0.26. All of these results are discussed and compared with the corresponding quantities obtained for some similar molecules.  相似文献

Pd/Sibunit catalysts were prepared by deposition of palladium hydroxide onto the support surface in an alkaline medium. It was found that the palladium distribution throughout the catalyst grain, and the dispersion of Pd particles depend on (i) the order of the addition of H2PdCl4 and Na2CO3 to carbon suspension, (ii) Na2CO3 to H2PdCl4 ratio, and (iii) aging time of the mixture H2PdCl4 + Na2CO3 before its addition to the carbon. The catalysts were tested in the hydrogenation of cyclohexene and rapeseed oil under static conditions. The yield of trans-isomers as products of partial hydrogenation of rapeseed oil was found to decrease with decreasing the Pd particle size in the catalysts, as well as with increasing the Pd concentration on the periphery of the support grains.  相似文献

Ab initio UMP2 and UQCISD(T) calculations, with 6-311G** basis sets, were performed for the titled reactions. The results show that the reactions have two product channels: NH2+ HNCO?NH3+NCO (1) and NH2+HNCO?N2H3+CO (2), where reaction (1) is a hydrogen abstraction reaction via an H-bonded complex (HBC), lowering the energy by 32.48 kJ/mol relative to reactants. The calculated QCISD(T)//MP2(full) energy barrier is 29.04 kJ/mol, which is in excellent accordance with the experimental value of 29.09 kJ/mol. In the range of reaction temperature 2300–2700 K, transition theory rate constant for reaction (1) is 1.68×1011–3.29×1011 mL·mol-1·s-1, which is close to the experimental one of 5.0×1011mL·mol-1·s-1or less. However, reaction (2) is a stepwise reaction proceeding via two orientation modes,cis andtrans, and the energy barriers for the rate-control step at our best calculations are 92.79 kJ/mol (forcis-mode) and 147.43 kJ/mol (fortrans-mode), respectively, which is much higher than reaction (1). So reaction (1) is the main channel for the titled reaction.  相似文献

A novel organic gel film modified electrode was simply and conveniently fabricated by casting LixMoOy and polypropylene carbonate (PPC) onto the surface of a gold electrode. The cyclic voltammetry and amperometry studies demonstrated that the LixMoOy film modified electrode has a high stability and a good electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of iodate. In amperometry, a good linear relationship between the steady current and the concentration of iodate was obtained in the range from 3×10–7 to 1×10–4 mol L–1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997 and a detection limit of 1×10–7 mol L–1.  相似文献

A flow injection (FI)–electrochemiluminescent (ECL) method has been developed for the determination of gallic acid, based on an inhibition effect on the Ru(bpy)32+/tri-n-propylamine (TPrA) ECL system in pH 8.0 phosphate buffer solution. The method is simple and convenient with a determination limit of 9.0×10–9 mol/L and a dynamic concentration range of 2×10–8–2×10–5 mol/L. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.0% for 1.0×10–6 mol/L gallic acid (n=11). It was successfully applied to the determination of gallic acid in Chinese proprietary medicine—Jianming Yanhou Pian. The inhibition mechanism proposed for the quenching effect of the gallic acid on the Ru(bpy)32+/TPrA ECL system was the interaction of electrogenerated Ru(bpy)32+* and o-benzoquinone derivative at the electrode surface. The ECL emission spectra and UV-visible absorption spectra were applied to confirm the mechanism.  相似文献

The Pd nanoparticles with narrow size distribution immobilized on the polymer surface of poly(vinyl chloride) supported 2-aminoethanol (PVC-AE) were achieved by a simple procedure applying the corresponding functionalized polymer and PdCl2 in ethanol. The as-prepared catalyst (PVC-AE-Pd0) was found to be air and moisture stable and exhibits significant catalytic activity for Heck reactions under mild operating conditions. Furthermore, the catalyst can be easily recovered by simple filtration and reused for at least 6 cycles without losing its activity. Triphenylbismuth(V) derivatives Ph3BiX2 [X = OC6H2(NO2)3-2,4,6, OC6H2(NO2-4)Br2-2,6, OTs, OSO2C6H4OH-4] react with methyl acrylate and PdCl2 (1:3:0.04 molar ratio) in acetonitrile at 20°C to form the cross-coupling products, methyl cinnamate (0.26–0.51 mol mol?1 starting bismuth compound) and methyl hydrocinnamate (0–0.17 mol mol?1); diphenyl, the homocoupling product (0–0.13 mol mol?1); and benzene (0.02–0.15 mol mol?1). The reaction of Ph3Bi(OSO2C6H4OH-4)2 is characterized by the selective formation of methyl cinnamate, but the reagent activity is low. Ph3Bi(OTs)2 exhibits the highest activity among the derivatives studied, but the reaction selectivity is low. The mechanisms of the palladium-catalyzed formation of homo-and cross-coupling products are proposed.  相似文献

The phosphines L1PPh2 (1) and L2PPh2 (2) containing different Y,C,Y‐chelating ligands, L1 = 2,6‐(tBuOCH2)2C6H3? and L2 = 2,6‐(Me2NCH2)2C6H3?, were treated with PdCl2 and di‐µ‐chloro‐bis[2‐[(N,N‐dimethylamino)methyl]phenyl‐C,N]‐dipalladium(II) and yielded complexes trans‐{[2,6‐(tBuOCH2)2C6H3]PPh2}2PdCl2 (3), {[2,6‐(Me2NCH2)2C6H3]PPh2} PdCl2 (4), {[2,6‐(tBuOCH2)2C6H3]PPh2}Pd(Cl)[2‐(Me2NCH2)C6H4] (5) and {[2,6‐(Me2NCH2)2C6H3]PPh2}Pd(Cl)[2‐(Me2NCH2)C6H4] (6) as the result of different ability of starting phosphines 1 and 2 to complex PdCl2. Compounds 3–6 were characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR spectroscopy and ESI‐MS. The molecular structures of 3,4 and 6 were also determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. Previously unknown N-(2-nitroxyethyl)isonicotinamide was synthesized by the reaction of isonicotinoyl chloride with 2-nitroxyethylamine and was used as a ligand in the reactions with PdCl2 and PtCl2 to prepare new complexes, viz., trans-bis[(2-nitroxyethyl)isonicotinamide-N]dichloropalladium(ii) and cis-bis[(2-nitroxyethyl)isonicotinamide-N]dichloroplatinum(ii), respectively. The structures of the ligand and the resulting complexes were established by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Three new Pd(II) complexes, i.e. [PdCl2L]2 (A), PdCl2L2 (B) and [Pd(μ-Cl)(L-H)]2 (C), each with two diethyl [α-(4-benzenazoanilino)-2-hydroxybenzyl]phosphonates (L) bound to either one or two palladium atoms, are synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, by IR, UV-vis and solid-state 13C-NMR spectra. Complexes B and C are additionally characterized by 1H-, 13C- and 31P-NMR and electrospray mass spectrometry (ESMS) studies using dimethylformamide (DMF) as a solvent. In DMF solution adducts A and B undergo spontaneous rearrangement into the cyclopalladated complex C. Dynamic 1H-NMR study of this rearrangement as well as of the reactions of L with PdCl2 and Na2PdCl4 revealed a complex equilibrium in DMF solutions and enabled the formation mechanism of all involved species to be resolved. The complex A is immediately solvolyzed producing two molecules of intermediate M [PdCl2(L)(DMF)]. Complex M was also the first intermediate in the reaction of L with PdCl2. Once present in concentration above 10−5 mol dm−3M dimerizes very fast into chloro-bridged dimer [PdCl(μ-Cl)(L)]2 (D) which undergoes cyclopalladation and converts into the complex C. The formation of C from the intermediate D is clearly demonstrated by the concentration dependence of the cyclopalladation reaction which has order greater than one. Chloride ions, released by cyclopalladation, react with D by splitting chloro-bridge and binding to metal atoms to produce byproduct [PdCl3(L)] (T). The same species T are formed in the reaction of L with Na2PdCl4 whereby a chloride ion is replaced by the ligand L. The complex B undergoes similar, but slower, solvolytic reaction producing M and L while further reaction steps are identical as in the solvolysis of A.  相似文献

Chromium(III)-phosphate reactions are expected to be important in managing high-level radioactive wastes stored in tanks at many DOE sites. Extensive studies on the solubility of amorphous Cr(III) solids in a wide range of pH (2.8–14) and phosphate concentrations (10–4 to 1.0 m) at room temperature (22±2)°C were carried out to obtain reliable thermodynamic data for important Cr(III)-phosphate reactions. A combination of techniques (XRD, XANES, EXAFS, Raman spectroscopy, total chemical composition, and thermodynamic analyses of solubility data) was used to characterize solid and aqueous species. Contrary to the data recently reported in the literature,(1) only a limited number of aqueous species [Cr(OH)3H2PO4, Cr(OH)3(H2PO4)2–2), and Cr(OH)3HPO2–4] with up to about four orders of magnitude lower values for the formation constants of these species are required to explain Cr(III)-phosphate reactions in a wide range of pH and phosphate concentrations. The log Ko values of reactions involving these species [Cr(OH)3(aq)+H2PO4⇌Cr(OH)3H2PO4; Cr(OH)3(aq)+2H2PO4⇌Cr(OH)3(H2PO4)2–2; Cr(OH)3(aq)+HPO2–4⇌Cr(OH)3HPO2–4] were found to be 2.78±0.3, 3.48±0.3, and 1.97±0.3, respectively.  相似文献

使用B3LYP方法研究了发生在有机钼化合物R3R4Mo(≡CH)(CHR1R2)和R3R4Mo(=CH2)(=CR1R2)之间的α-氢转移反应, 探讨了R1, R2, R3和R4位置上不同取代基对α-氢转移反应势垒和产物稳定性的影响. 研究发现, 金属钼有机化合物中, 发生α-氢转移的碳原子在过渡态中采用sp2杂化. R1和R2位置上取代基对α-氢转移反应势垒的影响取决于取代基对过渡态中碳原子的未参与sp2杂化的pz轨道上单电子的离域作用. 当R1, R2位置是甲基时, 由于碳原子的pz轨道与甲基的一个C—H键轨道间存在强的超共轭效应, 从而可以较大程度地降低α-氢转移反应的势垒. 研究结果还表明, 当R3, R4位置为SiH3时的反应势垒较低. 所以当R1和R2 位置为Me, R3和R4位置为SiH3时, 反应势垒最低. 第一个甲基取代R1或R2位置的H时, 反应势垒降低很大; 第二个甲基继续取代时, 反应势垒的降低约为第一个甲基的一半. 第一个SiH3取代R3或R4位置的甲基时, 反应势垒降低较大; 第二个SiH3继续取代时, 反应势垒的降低小于第一个SiH3的一半. 对反应物和产物的相对稳定性的研究表明, 第一个甲基和第二个甲基对产物的相对能量的降低几乎相同; 第一个SiH3降低产物的相对能量, 但是第二个SiH3使产物的相对能量升高, 从而抵消了第一个SiH3对产物的稳定作用.  相似文献

Four palladium(II) complexes with R2edda ligands, dichlorido(O,O′-dialkylethylenediamine-N,N′-diacetate)palladium(II) monohydrates, [PdCl2(R2edda)]?H2O, R = Me, Et, n-Pr, i-Bu, and the new ligand precursor i-Bu2edda?2HCl?H2O, O,O′-diisobutylethylenediamine-N,N′-diacetate dihydrochloride monohydrate, were synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. DFT calculations were performed for the palladium(II) complexes and a high possibility for isomer formation due to stereogenic N ligand atoms was confirmed. Moreover, DFT simulations revealed energetic profile of isomer formation. Computational outcomes are in agreement with spectroscopic instrumental findings, both strongly indicating a non-stereoselective reaction between selected esters and K2[PdCl4], forming isomers.  相似文献

The analytical properties of an ion-selective electrode sensitive to labetalol with a liquid membrane, based on ion-pair complexes with sodium tetraphenylborate (TPB-Na+) are described. The studied electrode can be used for the determination of labetalol hydrochloride as a protonated form of labetalol in pharmaceuticals. The calibration curve, e.g. EMF=f(pC LabHCl ) is linear in the range from 10−5 to 10−2 mol L−1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9992 and slope of 61.13 mV/decade, which is close to the Nernstian slope. The detection limit of the examined electrode is 7.20×10−6 mol L−1. The influence of pH of the tested solutions on the formulation of the electrode is not as considerable since the electrode works correctly in the pH range 3.0–8.0. The main attributes of the developed electrode are: stability, good reproducibility of EMF and short response time, close to 30 seconds depending on labetalol concentration in the solution. The electrode shows good selectivity for many inorganic ions. The selectivity for drug cations is weaker due to the structural similarity of the interfering cations to labetalol. The results of labetalol determination using direct potentiometry in drugs such as Pressocard (Polpharma) and Trandate (GlaxoWellcome) were compatible with the quantity of labetalol declared by the manufacturer, and with parallel UV spectrophotometric and HPLC determinations.  相似文献

The infrared (3200 to 400 cm–1) and Raman (3200 to 20 cm–1) spectra of gaseous and solid ethylsilane, CH3CH2SiH3, have been recorded. Additionally, the Raman spectrum of the liquid has been obtained with quantitative depolarization values. The SiH3 torsional mode has been observed as sum and difference bands with the silicon-hydrogen stretching vibration. Utilizing the torsional fundamental frequency of 132 cm–1 the threefold periodic barrier of 590 cm–1 (7.06 kJ/mol) has been obtained. Utilizing the frequencies of the silicon-hydrogen stretches, Si-H bond distances of 1.485 and 1.484 Å have been obtained for the bonds gauche and trans to the methyl group, respectively. Using previously reported rotational constants from seven different isotopomers, the r 0 parameters have been calculated and are compared to the corresponding r s parameters. A complete vibrational assignment is proposed that is consistent with the predicted frequencies utilizing the force constants from ab initio MP2/6-31G(d) calculations. Both the infrared intensities as well as the Raman activities and depolarization values have been obtained from the ab initio calculations. Complete equilibrium geometries have been determined by ab initio calculations employing the 6-31G(d), 6-311 + G(d,p), and 6-311+G(2d,2p) basis sets at levels of restricted Hartree–Fock (RHF) and/or Moller–Plesset (MP) to second order. The results are discussed and the theoretical values are compared to the experimental values when appropriate.  相似文献
