The catalytic activity of a 2-pyridinealdoxime-based Pd(II)-complex covalently anchored via the oxime moiety to a glass/polymer composite material was evaluated in Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions of aryl and heteroaryl halides, including arylchlorides, with aryl and heteroaryl boronic acids both under thermal as well as microwave irradiating conditions in water. The stability and reusability of this Pd-precatalyst is part of the present study.  相似文献

Inexpensive air and moisture stable diamino-diol ligands [(2-OH-C10H6)CH2(μ-NC4H8N)CH2(C10H6-2-OH)] (1) and [(5-tBuC6H3-2-OH)CH2(μ-NC4H8N)CH2(5-tBuC6H3-2-OH)] (2) were synthesized by reacting corresponding alcohols with formaldehyde and piperazine. Treatment of ligands 1 and 2 with Pd(OAc)2 in 1:1 molar ratio afforded neutral palladium complexes [Pd{(OC10H6)CH2(μ-NC4H8N)CH2(C10H6O)}] (3) and [Pd{(5-tBuC6H3-2-O)CH2(μ-NC4H8N)CH2(5-tBuC6H3-2-O)}] (4) in good yield. The palladium complexes 3 and 4 are employed in Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions between phenylboronic acid and several aryl chlorides or bromides. They are found to be competent homogeneous catalysts for a variety of substrates to afford the coupled products in good to excellent yields. The crystal structures of compounds 2 and 4 are also reported.  相似文献

For the first time, palladium complexes with salicylaldehyde thiosemicarbazones were applied as catalyst precursors to the Suzuki-Miyaura reaction. These air and moisture stable phosphine-free systems efficiently catalyze the cross-coupling of aryl bromides and chlorides (from electron rich to electron poor) with phenylboronic acid in DMF/H2O at 100 °C for 24 h, using Na2CO3 as base, without addition of free ligand or any promoting additive, and under aerobic conditions no significant homocoupling of phenylboronic acid to unsubstituted biphenyl was observed.  相似文献

One palladium dichloride adduct of a phosphine-pyridine ligand N-diphenylphosphanyl-2-aminopyridine (L1) [(L1)PdCl2] (1) has been prepared and structurally characterized. Compound 1 can be used as an effective catalyst for the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions of unreactive aryl chlorides with aryl boronic acids, and worked much better than its mono- or bidentate phosphine ligands. The reactions with a wide scope of substrates proceeded to give desired products in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

A series of air-stable, robust and highly active palladium based precatalysts of amido-functionalized N-heterocyclic carbenes for the Suzuki-Miyaura C-C cross-coupling reaction has been designed. In particular, the [1-R-3-{N-(benzylacetamido)imidazol-2-ylidene]2PdCl2 [R = i-Pr (1c) and CH2Ph (2c)] complexes efficiently carried out the Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of the aryl bromide and iodide substrates with phenyl boronic acid in good to excellent yields in air at 90 °C in 12 h. Quite interestingly, of these palladium precatalysts, the i-propyl derivative (1c) exhibited superior activity as compared to the benzyl derivative (2c). The density functional theory (DFT) studies carried out on the 1c and 2c complexes revealed the strong σ-donating nature of the NHC ligand as reflected in their high d/b ratio [i.e. forward σ-donation (d) to backward π-donation (b)] of these complexes and, thus, point towards greater stability of the Pd-NHC interaction in these complexes.  相似文献

The first investigation of air- and moisture-stable diaminophosphine oxides as preligands in the Ni-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reactions of aryl chlorides with arylboronic acids has been reported. The results show that under the optimized reaction conditions, the new catalytic system with a Ni(II) σ-aryl complex as precatalyst and a diaminophosphine oxide as preligand tolerates a variety of functional groups and is efficient for both electron-rich and electron-deficient aryl chlorides, though it shows higher efficiency for activated arylboronic acids than deactivated ones. Steric effects were observed for both aryl chlorides and arylboronic acids.  相似文献

A novel tridentate NHC-Pd(II) complex derived from binaphthyl-2,2′-diamine (BINAM) has been synthesized and its structure has been characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. This NHC-Pd(II) complex was fairly effective in Suzuki and Heck-type cross-coupling reactions to give the products in good to excellent yields in most cases.  相似文献

A new polystyrene anchored Pd(II) azo complex has been synthesized and characterized. The present Pd(II) azo complex behaves as a very efficient heterogeneous catalyst in the Suzuki coupling and Sonogashira coupling reaction in water medium. Aryl halides, coupled with phenylboronic acids (Suzuki-Miyaura reaction) or terminal alkyne (Sonogashira reaction), smoothly afford the corresponding cross-coupling products in excellent yields (83-100% yield for Suzuki reaction and 68-96% yield for Sonogashira reaction of aryl halides) under phosphine-free reaction conditions in the presence of polystyrene anchored Pd(II) azo complex catalyst in water medium. Furthermore, the catalyst has shown good thermal stability and recyclability. This polymer-supported Pd(II) catalyst could be easily recovered by simple filtration of the reaction mixture and reused for more than six consecutive trials without a significant loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

A new air- and moisture-stable palladium complex with salicylaldehyde N(4)-hexamethyleneiminylthiosemicarbazone has been synthesized. According to its crystal structure, the metal is bonded to 2 equiv monoanionic thiosemicarbazone moieties in a N,S-bidentate fashion, forming two five-membered chelate rings, while additional intramolecular bonds stabilize the structure. In contrast to other palladium complexes with thiosemicarbazones, this complex was inactive towards the Suzuki-Miyaura coupling under aerobic conditions, by conventional heating. On the other hand, microwave irradiation promoted the effective catalytic activity of the complex for the coupling of aryl bromides and chlorides with phenylboronic acid in DMF/H2O, under aerobic conditions, with turnover numbers of up to 37,000.  相似文献

An efficient new Pd(II)-(2-aminonicotinaldehyde)-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of the aryl halides (Br, Cl and I) and organoboronic acids at moderate temperature in water is described. Low catalyst loading, easy accessibility, being an air-stable catalyst, functional group compatibility, and water as the reaction medium are some of the key features of this synthetic method. This protocol is also applicable for gram scale.  相似文献

The introduction of electron rich and sterically hindered ligands has made otherwise inert aryl chlorides and hetero aryl chlorides viable coupling partners in palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura, Sonogashira, Stille and other types of cross-coupling reactions. This review gives highlights of cross-coupling of aryl chlorides employing in situ generated palladium catalytic systems.  相似文献

The scope and limitations of the Pd(OAc)2/DABCO (1,4-diaza-bicyclo[2.2.2]octane)-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions have been demonstrated. The results showed that the effect of solvent had a fundamental influence on the reaction. In the presence of Pd(OAc)2 and DABCO, both aryl bromides and aryl chlorides all worked well with arylboronic acids to form biaryls, heteroaryl-aryls, and biheteroaryls in moderate to excellent yields using DMF as the solvent. Additionally, the reactions of aryl bromides were conducted under relatively mild conditions.  相似文献

The preparation and reactivity of a 2-pyridylboronate stabilised by N-phenyldiethanolamine is described. In Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions employing this boronate, significant aryl-aryl exchange from the phosphine ligand was observed with some combinations of ligand and substrates. The amount of the exchange by-product can be minimised by appropriate choice of phosphine ligand.  相似文献

Polyaniline supported palladium catalysts were prepared from different palladium precursors and all the catalysts are well characterized using ICP-AES, FTIR, TGA-DTA, SEM-EDX and XPS analysis. All the catalysts were tested for Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of bromo- and chloroarenes in water and the catalyst prepared from PdCl2 precursor was found to be the most effective catalyst. The catalyst can easily be recovered by simple filtration and reused for several cycles with almost consistent activity.  相似文献

A palladium-phosphinous acid-catalyzed and NaOH-promoted coupling method using arylsiloxanes and aryl halides in water has been developed. The POPd1-catalyzed reaction between aryl chlorides or bromides and arylsiloxanes is compatible with various functional groups and affords biaryls in up to 99% yield. This cross-coupling reaction does not require additives such as surfactants or organic cosolvents and proceeds under air, which greatly facilitates operation and catalyst handling.  相似文献

Sugar-protected 6-halouridine derivatives underwent Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions with arylboronic acids in the presence of palladium(II) acetate as a catalyst, triphenylphosphine as a ligand, and sodium carbonate as a base. This methodology is applicable to both the C5- and C6-position of uridine and provides a direct access for versatile uridine derivatives.  相似文献
