Ethanol organosolv lignin extracted from Miscanthus × giganteus (using the following conditions: T = 190 °C, t = 60 min, sulfuric acid = 1.2% w/w, EtOH/H2O = 0.65) and milled wood lignin from Miscanthus × giganteus were subjected to a comprehensive structural characterization by 13C, 31P NMR, FTIR, UV spectroscopies and size exclusion chromatography. The results showed that Miscanthus lignin is an H/G/S type (4%, 52%, 44% respectively) with ∼0.41 β-O-4 linkage per aromatic ring and contains coumarylate linkages (0.1/Ar). It was shown that during organosolv treatment, cleavage of β-O-4 linkages and of ester bond (acetyl and coumaryl residues) was the major mechanisms of lignin breakdown but the process did not significantly change the core of the lignin structure.  相似文献

The lignin of mechanically ground aspen wood and lignins isolated from aspen wood attacked by the fungusPhanerochaete sanguinea have been investigated by quantitative1H and13C NMR spectroscopies. It has been shown that the biodestruction of the lignin takes place through the cleavage of alkyl-aryl and aryl-aryl bonds and is accompanied by demethylation (demethoxylation) reactions, and the oxidation of C and C atoms. In addition to reactions in which the C—C bonds are cleaved, the formation of ether bonds has been observed. An interconnection has been shown between the variations in the amount of functional groups, fragments, and the bonds in biolignins and the loss in mass of the wood. Effective utilization of the lignin by-product is a prerequisite to the commercial viability of ethanol production from softwood wastes using a steam explosion (SE)/enzymatic hydrolysis (EH)/fermentation process. Changes in the chemical composition of Douglas fir wood on SO2-catalyzed SE followed by EH were assessed using conventional analytical methods and new halogen-probetechniques. A significant solubilization of hemicelluloses was observed in the SE stage, the severity of which affected subsequent fermentation of cellulose and sorption of enzymes. SE of softwood resulted in dramatic changes in the chemical structure of lignin in the residual material involving chemical reactions via the benzyl cation. This leads to a more condensed lignin with partly blocked α-reaction centres. Possible uses for this lignin are discussed.  相似文献

随着自然科学革命的推进和传统人文领域的式微,精神科学的奠基逐渐被提上日程。精神科学、人文科学有没有自身的逻辑和方法论?这是19世纪下半叶以来哲学面临的重大问题,并在当今学术语境中依然显示出紧迫性。人文科学最初由维柯奠基,以诗性逻辑阐明人文知识的合法性,却忽略了知识的起源和有效性之区分;狄尔泰通过建构描述心理学和诠释学的方法论,在精神科学的奠基与证成上迈出关键的一步,不过他仍然没有摆脱传统认识论的框架;在精神科学的自我确证之路上,伽达默尔接力前行,其哲学诠释学证明了精神科学与理解的本质关系,确立理解的对话结构和精神科学的问答逻辑,由于这种逻辑主要局限于存在论/本体论层面的描述,故而隐含着认识论和实践价值上的相对主义危机。应在更高层面上展望一种存在论和认识论—方法论相统一的精神科学的对话逻辑,这种逻辑融合交互性、反思批判性、开放性和伦理性等元素于自身,不仅标识出精神科学的特质,也能为不同学科领域的交叉综合与创新提供助益。  相似文献

Kraft lignin gels have been found to exhibit both macrosyneresis and hysteresis in swelling. The effects of temperature and prehistory on swelling and on the mechanical properties have been investigated. Thermal treatment of kraft lignin gels in the protonised state induces an irreversible deswelling of the gels. This irreversible deswelling can, however, be released by deprotonization of the carboxyl groups. Deswelling also occurs when partly dried protonised gels are placed in water again. Furthermore, the gels were found to exhibit pH-hysteresis.It is concluded that the above-mentioned effects are closely related to the state of dissociation of the carboxylic groups and to their ability to form intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the network structure.It is suggested that syneresis is due to a structural rearrangement induced by breaking and formation of hydrogen bonds and promoted by the long-range van der Waal's interaction between the colloidal units in the gel. Swelling hysteresis is assumed to be related to repeptization phenomena commonly encountered in lyophobic colloids.  相似文献

Summary The compositions of the neutral lipids of the mycelium and of the culture liquid from the pathogenic fungusVerticillium dahliae Kleb. have been investigated for the first time. The fatty-acid compositions of the main lipid fractions and the glyceride composition of the triglyceride fraction have been determined.
