The 13C NMR spectra of twelve 3-aryl-4-(5-aryl-Δ2-l,2,4-oxadiazolin-3-yl)sydnones and twelve 3-aryl-4-(5-aryl-l,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)sydnones have been measured and assigned by means of proton-noise decoupling and DEPT-experiments. The coupling constants were determined by means of gated decoupling, and NOE effects were observed by comparison of proton-decoupled and inverse-gated decoupled spectra. Differences shown by the oxadiazoline and the oxadiazole rings and the substitution effects are discussed. 相似文献

N-Hydroxy-3-arylsydnone-4-carboxamide oximes (7) were prepared from the corresponding 3-arylsydnone-4-carbohydroximic acid chlorides (6) and hydroxylamine in high yield. The chemical reactivity of compound (2) is somewhat different from 3-arylsydnone-4-carboxamide oximes (2) in that the former compounds reacted with both aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes in the presence of acid catalyst to give 3-aryl-4-(5-aryl-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)sydnones (5) and 3-aryl-4-(5-alkyl-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)sydnones (3). 相似文献

3-Arylsydnone-4-carbonitrile oxides (2), which are generated in situ by thermal dehydrochlorination of the corresponding hydroximic acid chlorides (1), undergo 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions with sydnone-4-carbonitriles (6) to give 3-aryl-4-[5-(3-arylsydnonyl)-1,2, 4-oxadiazol-3-yl] sydnones (9). A variety of 5-aryl-3-[(1-dialcoxyphosphonyl)methyl]-1,2,4-triazoles 3 has been synthesized efficiently by treatment of trialkylphosphites with 5-aryl-3-chlorométhyl-1,2,4-triazoles 2 . Compound 2 has been prepared by action of N-chloroacylimidates 1 with hydrazines. The structure of triazoles 2 and 3 have been unequivocally confirmed by means of IR, 1 H, 13 C, 31 P NMR spectroscopy and mass spectra. 相似文献

The title compound 2-(3-methyl-5-(methylthio)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)isoindoline-1,3-dione(C12H10N4O2S, Mr = 274.30) has been synthesized by a three-step procedure including the cyclization, hydrazinolysis and substitution reactions, and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 12.264(3), b = 14.646(3), c = 14.349(4) , β = 91.69(3)°, μ = 0.255 mm-1, Mr = 274.30, V = 2576.2(10) 3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.414 g/cm3, F(000) = 1136, R = 0.0487 and w R = 0.1329 for 4048 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ). In addition, the preliminary bioassay suggested that the title compound 6 exhibits relatively good antitumor activity against HT-29 and MCF-7. 相似文献

2-Substituted benzimidazoles were synthesized by the reaction of 1-(3(4)-acetylphenyl)-4-carboxy-2-pyrrolidinones with o-phenylenediamine.

以对称二氨基硫脲为原料,与冰醋酸反应生成5-甲基-4-氨基-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮(1);在弱酸性条件下,1与取代水杨醛反应生成席夫碱中间体5-甲基-4-(N-取代邻羟苯基)亚胺基-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮(2a~2c);最后在碱性条件下分别与N-取代苯基-2-氯乙酰胺发生烷基化反应生成15种未见报道的目标化合物3-(N-取代苯基-2-乙酰胺基)硫基-4-(N-取代邻羟苯基)亚胺基-5-甲基-1,2,4-三唑(3a~3o),其结构经IR,1H NMR,13C NMR确证.初步生物测试表明,质量分数为0.01%时,3a~3o对白色念珠菌的抑菌率均达90%以上,具有很强的抑菌活性;对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌率达80%以上,具有较强的抑菌活性. 相似文献

A series of 3-(3-alkyl-5-thioxo-1H-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)aminocarbonylchromones has been prepared by oxidation of 3-formylchromone with Jones' reagent followed by reaction with 3-alkyl-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazole-5(1H)-thione in the presence of POCl3. A series of novel N-[(1-aryl-3-phenyl-pyrazol-4-yl)methylene]-2-(halo-o-hydroxyphenyl)hydrazide derivatives was synthesized and the antibacterial activity of each of them was evaluated. The supposed reaction mechanism of acquiring compounds 3a—3d is that catalytic activity is enhanced by the electron-donating groups of the first phenyl ring while decreased by electron-withdrawing groups of that ring. The result of preliminary bioassay shows that the lowest minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of the title compounds against Escherichia coli is 2 μg/mL. MIC values against Monilia albican and Staphlococcus aureus are as low as 4 μg/mL. They will be a series of potential antibacterial compounds against fungi and gram-negative bacteria. 相似文献
