Cyclocondensation of 2,4,6-triaminopyrimidine ( 10 ) with chlorovinyl aldehyde 7 afforded the linear regioisomer 9,1 1-diamino-5,6-dihydrobenzo[f]pyrimido[4,5-c]quinoline ( 1 ) while the cyclocondensation of 2,6-diamino-4-hydroxypyrimidine ( 11 ) or 6-amino-2,4-dihydroxypyrimidine ( 12 ) with chlorovinyl aldehyde 7 was regiospecific affording the linear regioisomers 9-amino-11-oxo-5,6-dihydrobenzo[f]pyrimido[4,5-c]quinoline ( 2 ) and 9,11-dioxo-5,6-dihydrobenzo[f]pyrimido[4,5-c]quinoline ( 3 ) respectively. The linear structures of these compounds were established by 1H nmr and 13C nmr spectral data.  相似文献

Two previously unknown heterocyclic ring systems, namely, [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]naphtho[2,1-f]quinoline ( 4 ) and [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]naphtho[1,2-g]quinoline ( 5 ) were synthesized via photocyclization of 3-chloro-N-(2-phenanthryl)benzo[b]thiophene-2-carboxamide ( 8 ) followed by chlorination and dechlorination. The total assignment of their 1H- and 13C-nmr spectra was determined by utilizing inverse-detected HMQC and HMBC two-dimensional nmr spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

3-Methyl-3H-pyrazolo[1,5-d]tetrazoles 2 and 3-methyl-6-phenyl-3H-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-d]tetrazole (4) have been unequivocally synthesized by annulation of the tetrazole moiety to the pyrazole resp. 1,2,4-triazole system. The constitution of some N-methyl substituted azolotetrazoles, formerly described as 3-methyl-3H-pyrazolo[1,5-d]tetrazoles 2, 3-methyl-6-phenyl-3H-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-d]tetrazole (4) and 1-methyl-6-phenyl-1H-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-d]tetrazole (5), has to be revised in favour of the corresponding mesoionic 2-methyl derivatives 2′, 4′, 5′. The structures of 3-methyl-3H- as well as of 2-methyl-2H-pyrazolo[1,5-d]tetrazole derivatives 2a, 2c, 2′a have been determined by X-ray analyses. The azapentalenic system is aromatic in all three measured compounds and mesoionic in the case of the 2-methyl-2H- substitution pattern. The phenyl and ester substituents are coplanar with the azapentalene system. 3-, 2-, and 1-Methylpyrazolo[1,5-d]tetrazoles exhibit different behaviour when allowed to react with stannous chloride or sodium ethoxide. Azolotetrazoles with a methyl substituent at N-1, N-2 or N-3 of the tetrazole moiety can be distinguished by a combination of 1H and 13C nmr with respect to the chemical shifts of the N-methyl group and the bridgehead carbon. Results of semiempirical calculations of the pyrazolo[1,5-d]tetrazole anion and of its N-methyl derivatives are discussed.  相似文献

The thieno[3,2-e][1,4]diazepin-2-one ( 1a ), the thieno[2,3-e] [ 1,4] diazepin-2-one ( 1b ), the pyrazolo[3,4-e][1,4]diazepin-2-one ( 1c ) and a chloro analog of 1b , compound 1d , were each converted to derivatives of the novel tricyclic ring systems 4H-imidazo[1,5-a]thieno[2,3-f] [1,4]-diazepine, 4Himidazo[1,5a]thieno[2,3f][1,4]diazepine and 4H-imidazo[ 1,5-a]pyrazolo[4,3-f]-[1,4]diazepine. The synthesis of two previously unknown heterocyclic ring systems, namely benzo[h]naphtho[2′,1′:4,5]thi-eno[2,3-c]quinoline (1) and benzo[f]naphtho[2′,1:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]quinoline (2) was accomplished via photocyclization of the appropriate amides followed by chlorination and catalytic dechlorination. The total assignment of 1H and 13C nmr spectra of 2 was determined utilizing two-dimensional nmr methods, providing unequivocal structural proof of the two novel polycyclic ring systems.  相似文献

Photocyclization of 3-chloro-N-(3-phenanthryl)thieno[2,3-b]thiophene-2-carboxamide ( 5 ) yielded only one of the two possible structural isomers, thieno[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]naphtho[1,2-f]quinolin-6(5H)-one ( 6 ), which was further elaborated to afford the unsubstituted ring system 10 , its triazole 11 and tetrazole 12 . The structural confirmation of 10 was achieved by the total assignment of its 1H and 13C nmr spectra by the concerted utilization of two-dimensional nmr spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

The 1H and 13C nmr spectral assignment of indolizino[3,4,5-a,b]isoindole and 2-methylthiobenz[f]-imidazo[5,1,2-c,d]indolizine are described. A concerted interpretation of the HMQC, HMQC-TOCSY, HMBC and nOe-difference experiments were used to assign the 1H and 13C resonances of indolizino-[3,4,5-a,b]isoindole, whereas for 2-methylthiobenz[f]imidazo[5,1,2-c,d]indolizine a concerted interpretation of the COSY, HMQC and HMBC experiments were used to generate spectral assignments.  相似文献

Pyrrolo[3,2,1-jk]carbazole 1a , the previously unreported 16π-electron parent compound, has been synthesized by treatment of pyrrolo[3,2,1-kl]phenothiazine 2a with a 1:1 mixture of bis(1,5-cyclooctadiene) nickel(0) and 2,2′-bipyridyl. An unequivocal assignment of the 1H nmr spectrum of 1a was made by decoupling experiments and by comparison with the 1H nmr spectrum of 1,9-dideuteriopyrrolo[3,2,1-jk]carbazole 1b . Metastable ion studies, exact mass measurements and the dideuterioderivative 1b were utilized to investigate the electron impact induced fragmentation of 1a .  相似文献

The synthesis of derivatives of pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrrolo[1,2-c][1,3,6]benzotriazocine was obtained by the reaction of arylaldehydes with some 1-(2-aminophenyl)-5-(pyrrol-1-yl)pyrazoles, as hydrochlorides. 5H-Triazolo[1,5-d]- and 5H-tetrazolo[1,5-d]thieno[3,2-f]-1,4-diazepin-6(7H)-ones have been obtained by the base catalysed ring expansion reaction of 5-chloromethyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-c]- and 5-chloromethyltetrazolo- [1,5-c]thieno[3,2-e]pyrimidines. The required thienopyrimidine derivatives were synthesized from 2-amino-3-triazolyl- and 2-amino-3-tetrazolylthiophenes by acylation, followed by dehydrative cyclization.  相似文献

Five novel polycyclic heterocyclic ring systems are reported via photocyclization. The specific final products in these ring systems are: naphtho[1′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c][1,8]naphthyridin-6(5H)-one ( 5 ), naphtho-[1′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c][1,6]naphthyridin-6(5H)-one ( 6 ), naphtho[1′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]-1,5-naphthyridine ( 9 ), naphtho[1′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]-1,5-naphthyridine ( 12 ), and naphtho[2′,1′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]-1,5-naphthyridine ( 17 ). The direction of photocyclization to produce 9 was established from a zero quantum two-dimensional nmr spectroscopy experiment (ZQCOSY) using 6-chloronaphtho[1′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]-1,5-naphthyridine ( 8 ) as the model compound.  相似文献

The cyclocondensation of 6-acetyl-4,7-dihydro-5-methyl-7-phenyl[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (3) with hydroxylamine or hydrazine leads to 3a,4,9,9a-tetrahydro-3,9a-dimethyl-4-phenylisoxazolo-[5,4-d][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine ( 4a ) and 3a,4,9,9a-tetrahydro-3,9a-dimethyl-4-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine ( 4b ), respectively. In the presence of methanolic hydrogen chloride, 4b undergoes a cleavage of the pyrimidine ring to yield (5-amino-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-4-yl)phenylmethane ( 5 ). The structure determination of the compounds obtained is based on 1H and 13C nmr spectra including NOE measurements.  相似文献

The 1H nmr spectra of phenanthro[9′,10′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]quinoline, benzo[f]phenanthro-[9′,10′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]quinoline and benzo[h]phenanthro[9′,10′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]quinoline are highly congested. For each compound, all protons abide in an aromatic environment complicated by pseudo-symmetric regions which result in multiple overlap of the different spin systems these molecules contain. We illustrate here the utility of the HMQC-TOCSY experiment to identify spin systems when the proton spectrum is highly congested. To complete the assignment of the 1H and 13C nmr spectra of each compound the HMBC experiment is used to assign the quaternary carbons.  相似文献

The uv and nmr spectral data of some 6,7,8,9,10,11-hexahydrocyclohepta[d][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-5-one, 5,6,7,8,9,11-hexahydrocyclohepta[e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-10-one, 6,7,8,9,10,11-hexahydrocycloocta[d][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-5(12H)-one, 5,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydrocycloocta[e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]-pyrimidin-11(12H)-one, 6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15-decahydrocyclododeca[d][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-5(16H)-one and 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14-decahydrocyclododeca[e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-15(16H)-one as well as their N-benzylated derivatives representing six novel ring systems were compared to prove their structure. The N-benzylation of the highly insoluble cyclic amides to yield the isomeric N-benzyl derivatives 3/1, 3/2 and 3/3 distinguished by INAPT was performed through their readily soluble tetrabutylammonium salts.  相似文献

A series of 3-substituted octahydroimidazo[1,5-a]pyridines has been prepared. An nmr study at several temperatures showed that 3-phenyloctahydroimidazo[1,5-a] pyridine (XIII) and 3-t-butyloctahydroimidazo[1,5-a] pyridine (XIV) exhibited ring-chain tautomerism. The n-propyl (X), isopropyl (XI) and benzyl (XII) derivatives did not show this form of isomerism. It has also been shown that Crabb and Newton's statement (3) that Freed and Day (1) had failed to obtain the parent compound, octahydroimidazo[1,5-a]pyridine (1), is incorrect.  相似文献

Several new pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines were obtained from the reaction of 1H-5-amino-3-phenylpyrazole ( 1 ) with β-dimethylaminopropiophenones 2 in pyridine. The structure elucidation of 6,7-dihydropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines 3 is based on nmr measurements. These compounds showed moderate anthelmintic in vitro activity against the Nipposirongylus brasiliensis model.  相似文献

The 13C nmr spectra of 2- or 3-monosubstituted furo[2,3-b]- 1a-1j , furo[3,2-b]- 2a-2j , furo[2,3-c]- 3a-3j and furo[3,2-c]pyridine derivatives 4a-4j are reported. Effects by change in annelation and substituent effects on 13C chemical shifts and carbon-proton coupling constants are discussed. The spectra of benzo[b]furan derivatives 5a-5j having the corresponding substituent are also reported for comparison.  相似文献
