The photoreaction of 5,6-dimethylene-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene with Fe(CO)5 yields initially the dihapto-tetracarbonyliron complex, which reacts further to give a dihapto-tetracarbonyl-tetrahapto-tricarbonyl complex. Deoxygenation of the ligand is observed in the presence of Fe2 (CO)9 in benzene, giving o-quinodimethane complexes.  相似文献

Reaction of 7,7-dimethoxy-5,6-dimethylidenebicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene ( 2 ) with various metal carbonyls and their derivatives gave the η2-M(CO)4 (M = Fe ( 17 ), Ru ( 18 )), η4-M(CO)3 (M = Fe ( 19x, 19n ), Ru ( 20n )), and η2-M(CO)5 and η6-M(CO)3 (M = Cr, Mo, W) complexes. The trigonal bipyramidal η2-M(CO)4 complexes present an exceptional C3v symmetry at the metal with the C,C-double bond in an axial position. In all the η2-complexes, this double bond is stereospecifically coordinated by its exo-vs. endo4-Fe(CO)3 configuration was established by chemical correlation (hydrolysis, hydrogenation) with the corresponding complexes ( 24x, 24n ) of 7,7-dimethoxy-2,3-dimethylidenebicyclo[2.2.1]heptane ( 5 ). The relative rates of hydrolysis (AcOH/H2O 2:1, 50°C) of ligands 2 and 5 and of complexes 19x, 19n, 24x , and 24n to the corresponding ketones showed an acceleration effect only when the metal is coordinated to the exo-face. This was attributed to an F-strain effect on the leaving group of the substrate. Compound 17 was further metallated by [Fe2(CO)9] giving the bimetallic isomers 21xn and 21xx . The endocyclic C,C-double bond of the latter can be stereospecifically hydroformylated (1 atm CO, AcOH/H2O, 25°C) giving 29x (49%). Hydroformylation of 17 gave the corresponding uncoordinated aldehydes 30x/30n in better yields (76%) but with lower selectivity (3:1). These are the first examples of hydroformylation of an isolated [Fe(CO)4(olefin)] complex.  相似文献

The average molecular structures of 2,3-diazabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene and 2,3-diazabicyclo[2.2.2] oct-2-ene have been determined by electron diffraction in the gas phase. The structural parameters were obtained by applying a least squares analysis on the molecular scattering intensity functions. For 2,3-diazabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene, Cs symmetry was assumed in calculating the geometry of the molecule. The parameters thus determined are: N3=N2 = 1.221 Å, N3- C4 = 1.445 Å, C4-C5 = 1.538 Å, C-H(ave.) = 1.112 Å, < C1N2N3 = 116.3°, < N3C4C5 = 105.2°, < C1C4C5 = 71.5°, C4-C7 = 1.547 Å, C5-C6 = 1.530 Å, < C1C7C4 = 108.0°. For 2,3-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-2-ene, C2vsymmetry was assumed. The geometrical parameters are: N3 = N2 = 1.243 Å, N3-C4 = 1.473 Å, C4-C5 = 1.550 Å, C5-C6 = 1.516 Å, C-H(ave.) = 1.119 Å,< C1N2N3 = 115.1°, < N3C4C5 = 109.1°, < C6C1C4 = 71.6°.  相似文献

The crystal structures of (1R,4R,5S,8S)-9,10-dimethylidentricyclo[6.2.1.02,7]undec2(7)-ene-4,5-dicarboxylic anhydride ( 3 ), (1R,4R,5S,8S)11-isopropylidene-9,10-dimethylidenetricyclo[6.2.1.m2,7]undec-2(7)-ene-4,5-dicarboxylic anhydride ( 6 ), (1R,4R,5S8S)-9,10-dimethylidenetricyclo[6.2.2.02,7]dodec-2(7)-ene-4,5-dicarboxylic anhydride ( 9 ), (1R4R5S8S)-TRICYCLO[6.2.2.02,7]dodeca-2(7), 9-diene-4,5-dicarboxylic anhydride ( 12 ) and (4R,5S)-tricyclo[6.1.1.02.7]dec-2(7)-ene-4,5-dicarboxylic acid ( 16 ) were established by X-ray diffraction. The alkyl substituents onto the endocyclic bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene double bond deviate from the C(1), C(2), C(3), C(4), plane by 13.5°4 in 3 and by 13.9° in 6 , leaning toward the endo-face. No such out-of-plane deformations were observed with the bicyclo[2.2.2]oct-2-ene derivatives 9 and 12 . The exocyclic s-cis-butadiene moieties in 3, 6 and 9 do not deviate significantly from planarity. The deviation from planarity of the double bond n bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene derivatives and planarity in bicyclo[2.2.2]oct-2-ene analogues is shown to be general by analysis of all known structures in the Cambridge Crystallographic Data File. The non-planarity of the bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene double bond cannot be attributed only to bond-angle deformations which would favour rehybridizatoin of the olefinic C-atoms since the double bond in the more strained bicyclo[2.1.1]hex-2-ene drivative 16 deviates from planarity by less than 4°.  相似文献

The l-dimethoxymethyl-5,6-dimethyldene-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene ( 9 ) has been prepared. On treatment with Fe2(CO)9, the endocyclic double bond C(2)?C(3) was coordinated first giving the corresponding exo-Fe(CO)4 complex 10 . The latter reacted with Fe2(CO)9 and afforded cis-heptacarbonyl-μ-[1RS,2SR,3RS,4SR,5RS,6SR-2,3-η: C5,6,C-η-(1-(dimethoxymethyl)-5,6-dimethylidene-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene)]diiron ( 11 ) as a major product. On heating, 11 underwent deoxygenation of the 7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptene moiety yielding tricarbonyl[C,5,6,C-η-(1-(dimethoxymethyl)-5,6-dimethylidenecyclohexa-1,3-diene)]iron ( 13 ). In MeOH, a concurrent, regioselective methoxycarbonylation was observed giving tricarbonyl[C,3,4,C-η-(methyl 5-(dimethoxymethyl)-3,4-dimethylidenecyclohexa-1,5-diene-1-carboxylate)]iron ( 14 ). Oxidative removal of the Fe(CO)3 moiety in 13 and 14 did not afford the expected ortho-quinodimethane derivatives but led to CO insertions giving 2,3-dihydro-2-oxo-1Hindene-4-carbaldehyde ( 20 ) and methyl 7-formyl-2-3-dihydro-2-oxo-lH-indene-5-carboxylate ( 21 ), respectively.  相似文献

(?)-1-Camphanoyloxyacrylonitrile (=(?)-1-cyanovinyl camphanate; 1 ) obtained from the commercially available (?)-camphanoyl chloride and 2-oxo-propiononitrile added to furan at 20° in the presence of Cu (BF4)2 · 6H2O or ZnI2 and gave a mixture of 2-cyano-7-oxabicyclo [2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-yl camphanates ( 2–5 ) from which isomer 5 could be obtained pure by crystallization. The latter was transformed into (+)-(1R)-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-one ( 6 ) in high yield and optical purity. Adducts 2–4 were recycled into 1 +furan by heating in toluene, and (?)-camphanic acid was recovered after saponification of 5 . The absolute configuration of 6 was deduced from its CD spectrum which showed two 1200-cm?1 Franck-Condon series for its n→π transition.  相似文献

The transition-metal-carbonyl-induced cyclodimerization of 5,6-dimethylidene-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene is strongly affected by substitution at C(1) While 5,6-dimethylidene-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept–2-ene-l-methanol ( 7 ) refused to undergo [4 + 2]-cyclodimerization in the presence of [Fe2(CO)9] in MeOH, 1-(dimethoxymethyl)-5,6-di-methylidene-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene ( 8 ) led to the formation of a 1.7:1 mixture of ‘trans’ ( 19, 21, 22 ) vs. ‘cis’ ( 20, 23, 24 ) products of cyclodimerization together with tricarbonyl[C, 5,6, C-η-(l-(dimethoxymethyl)-5,6-di-methylidenecyclohexa-1,3-diene)]iron ( 25 ) and tricarbonyl[C,3,4, C-η-(methyl 5-(dimethoxymethyl)-3,4-di-methylidenecyclohexa-1,5-diene-l-carboxylate)]iron ( 26 ). The structures of products 19 and of its exo ( 21 ) and endo ( 22 ) [Fe(CO)3(1,3-diene)]complexes) and 20 (and of its exo ( 23 ) and endo (24) (Fe(CO)3(1,3-diene)complexes) were confirmed by X-ray diffraction studies of crystalline (1RS, 2SR, 3RS, 4RS, 4aRS, 9aSR)-tricarbonyl[C, 2,3, C-η-(1,4-epoxy-1,5-bis(dimethoxymethyl])-2,3-dimethylidene-1,2,3,4,4a,9,9a,10-octahydroanthracene)iron ( 21 ). In the latter, the Fe(CO)3(1,3-diene) moiety deviates significantly from the usual local Cs symmetry. Complex 21 corresponds to a ‘frozen equilibrium’ of rotamers with η-alkyl, η3-allyl bonding mode due to the acetal unit at the bridgehead centre C(1).  相似文献

A number of derivatives of 5-(2-aminoethyl)bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene (85-90% of the endo isomer) were synthesized by reactions with p-nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride, p-toluenesulfonyl chloride, benzoyl chloride, p-nitrobenzoyl chloride, benzyl isocyanate, m-tolyl isocyanate, phenyl isothiocyanate, and endic anhydride. By reactions of the resulting sulfon- and carboxamides with peroxyphthalic acid generated in situ from phthalic anhydride and 40-45% hydrogen peroxide the corresponding epoxy derivatives were obtained. These reactions were not accompanied by heterocyclization into azabrendane derivatives, which is typical of homologous N-(p-nitrophenylsulfonyl)-endo-5-aminomethylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene.  相似文献

exo-5-Aminomethyl-endo-5-methylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene and its 2,3-epoxy derivative were synthesized, and their geometric parameters and conformational properties, in particular the barriers to rotation of the aminomethyl fragment about the exocyclic C5ÄC bond, were studied by the molecular-mechanics method (MMX) and compared with those found for structurally related exo-5-aminomethylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene. The title compounds were brought into reactions with electrophilic reagents: arenesulfonyl chlorides, isocyanates, and isothiocyanates.  相似文献
