The Friedel-Crafts mono and double acylations of trans-μ-[(1RS,2RS,3SR,5RS,6SR,7SR)-C,2,3,C-η:C,6,7,C-η-(2,3,6,7-tetramethylidenebicyclo[3.2.1]octane)]bis(tricarbonyliron) ( 4 ) are highly stereoselective and yield trans-μ-{(1RS,2RS,3SR,5RS,6SR,7RS)-C,2,3,C-η :C,6,7,C-η-[(Z)-1-(3,6,7-trimethylidenebicyclo[3.2.1]-oct-2-ylidene)-2-propanone]}bis(tricarbonyliron) ( 5 ) and trans-μ-{(1RS,2RS,3SR,5RS,6SR,7SR)-C,2,3,C-η :C,6,7,C-η-[(Z,Z)-1,1′-(3,7-dimethylidenebicyclo [3.2.1] octane-2,6-diylidene)di(2-propanone)]}bis(tricarbonyliron) ( 6 ) whose structure has been established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Buffered acetolyses and hydrolyses of 5,6,7,8-tetramethylidenbicyclo[2.2.2]oct-2-yl methanesulfonate ( 17 ), of its ‘syn-endo’ ( 18 ), ‘syn-exo’ ( 19 ), ‘anti-endo’ ( 20 ), ‘anti-exo’ ( 21 ) tricarbonyliron complexes and of its ‘anti-exo,syn-endo’ ( 22 ) and ‘anti-endo,syn-exo’ ( 23 ) bis(tricarbonyliron) dinuclear complexes have been investigated (product analysis and kinetics). In contract with the solvolyses of the uncomplexed mesylate 17 , the solvolyses of the complexed esters can be highly chemo- and stereoselective. The nature of the products (non-rearranged bicyclo[2.2.2]oct-2yl vs. rearranged bicyclo[3.2.1]oct-2-yl derivatives) depends on the relative configuration of the tricarbonyl(diene)iron moieties and on the medium. The rates of solvolyses of 17 are only slightly affected by complexation of one or both s-cis-butadiene units with Fe(CO)3 groups, except in the cases where the diene moiety ‘anti’ with respect to the mesylate is complexed onto its ‘endo’ face ( 20,23 ). In these cases, significant rate-retardation effects are observed, consistent with the inductive effect of the Fe(CO)3 substituent. Such retardation effects are overwhelmed by competing accelerating homoallylic participation by uncoordinated ‘anti’ -diene moieties ( 18,19 ) or, as in the case of the ‘anti-exo’-Fe(CO)3 complexes 21 and 22 , by possible direct metal participation to the ionization process.  相似文献

The preparation and the CD spectra of optically pure (+)-trans-μ-[(1R,4S,5S,6R,7R,8S)-C,5,6,C -η : C,7,8,C-η-(5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene-2-bicyclo [2.2.2]octanone)]bis(tricarbonyliron) ((+)- 7 ) and (+)-tricarbonyl[(1S,4S,5S,6R)-C-5,6,C-η-(5,6,7,8,-tetramethylidene-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octanone)]iron ((+)- 8 ), and of its 3-deuterated derivatives (+)-trans-μ-[(1R,3R,4S,5S,6R,7R,8S)-C,5,6,C-η : C,7,8,C-η-5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene(3-D)-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]-(octanone)]bis(tricarbonyliron) ((+)- 11 ) and (+)-tricarbonyl[(1S,3R,4S,5S,6R)-C-5,6,C- η-(5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene(3-D)-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octanone)]iron ((+)- 12 ) are reported. The chirality in (+)- 7 and (+)- 8 is due to the Fe(CO)3 moieties uniquely. The signs of the Cotton effects observed for (+)- 7 and (+)- 8 obey the octant rule (ketone n→π*CO transition). Optically pure (?)-3R-5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene(3-D)-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octanone ((?)- 10 ) was prepared. Its CD spectrum showed an ‘anti-octant’ behaviour for the ketone n→π*CO transition of the deuterium substituent. The CD spectra of the alcoholic derivatives (?)-trans-μ-[(1R,2R,4S, 5S,6R,7R,8S)-C,5,6,C-η : C,7,8,C- η-(5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octanol)]bis(tricarbonyliron) ((?)- 2 ) and (?)-tricarbonyl- [(1S,2R,4S,5S,6R)- C,5,6,C- η-(5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octanol)]iron ((?)- 3 ) and of the 3-denterated derivatives (?)- 5 and (?)- 6 are also reported. The CD spectra of the complexes (?)- 2 , (?)- 3 , (+)- 7 , and (+)- 8 were solvent and temperature dependent. The ‘endo’-configuration of the Fe(CO)3 moiety in (±)- 8 was established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The preparation of 7,8-epoxy-2,3,5,6-tetrakis(methylene)bicyclo[2,2,2] octane (5) is described. Evidence for transannular interaction between the homoconjugated s-cis-butadiene functions in 5 is found in the UV absorption spectrum. The Diels-Alder addition of 5 to tetracyanoethylene (TCE) is syn-regioselective and leads to the monoaducts 16:17 (85:15). The dienes 16,17 are less reactive than 5 toward TCE. anti-regioselectivity (leading to exo-2, endo-3-bis(chloromethyl)-5,6-bis(methylene)-syn-7,8-epoxybicyclo[2.2.2]octaves (25) is observed in the double elimination of HCl from the syn-7,8-epoxy-exo-2,endo-3,exo-5,endo-6-tetrakis(chloromethyl)bicyclo[2.2.2]octane (11), precursor of 5. The structures of the regioisomers 16,17 were confirmed spectroscopically and chemically. Elimination of HCl from the chloromethyl groups in 26 (TCE adduct of 25) and HCN from the TCE adducts 16, 17 and 26 can be induced by CsF in DMF.  相似文献

The Friedel-Crafts monoacylation of trans-η-[(1RS,2RS,4SR,5SR,6RS,7SR,8SR)-C,5,6,C-η:C,7,8,C-η-(5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octyl acetate)]-bis(tricarbonyliron) ((±)- 5 ) is highly stereoselective and yields trans-η-[(1RS,2RS,4RS,5SR,6RS,7RS,8SR)-C,6-η,oxo-σ:C,7,8,C-η-(6,7,8-trimethylidene-5-((Z)-2-oxopropylidene)-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octyl acetate)]-bis(tricarbonyliron) ((±)- 8 ) which equilibrates with the trans-η-[(1RS,2RS,4RS,5SR,6RS,7RS,8SR)-C,5,6,C-η:C,7,8,C-η-(6,7,8-trimethylidene-5-((Z)-2-oxopropylidene)-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octyl acetate)]-bis(tricarbonyliron) ((±)- 9 ) on heating. Optically pure (–)- 9 has been prepared from the corresponding optically pure alcohol (+)- 4 . The structure and absolute configuration of (–)- 9 was established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, C68H60N16O5Fe2, shows a dinuclear complex of two crystallographically independent, distorted hemiporphrazinato iron complexes with five‐coordinate iron and oxygen as bridging ligand. The Fe1‐O1‐Fe2 angle is 151.16°, the Fe‐O bond lengths are Fe1‐O1 [1.771(2) Å] and Fe2‐O1 [1.773(2) Å]. The dinuclear complexes have a staggered conformation with a dihedral angle of 26.2°, but coaxially to form tetrameric units is not observed. The molecule is characterized by short Fe‐N (isoindole) bonds [1.998(3) Å] and long Fe‐N (pyridine) bonds, values range from [2.175(3) Å] to [2.245(3) Å].  相似文献
