Palladium-catalyzed C-H acetoxylation reactions of 2-methoxyimino-2-aryl-acetates and acetamides have been developed. These transformations feature excellent regioselectivity, wide substrate scope, and moderate to good yields. The product can be easily converted into naturally unprecedented α-amino acids in excellent yields.  相似文献

Lewis acid-mediated highly regioselective SN2-type ring-opening of 2-aryl-N-tosylazetidines with alcohols to afford various 1,3-amino ethers in excellent yields with good enantiomeric excess is described. Similar SN2-type ring-opening of chiral 2-phenyl-N-tosylaziridine with various alcohols produces the corresponding nonracemic 1,2-amino ethers in excellent yields and good ee. The mechanism of the ring-opening of aziridines and azetidines via an SN2 pathway is supported by the formation of nonracemic amino ethers.  相似文献

A mild and general route for preparing 2-pyrones from CO2 and diynes is described. Under only 1 atm of CO2, excellent yields of pyrone are obtained using catalytic amounts of Ni(COD)2 and imidazolylidene ligand, IPr. In addition, stoichiometric reactions between the isolated complex Ni(IPr)2, diynes, and CO2 suggest that the pathway involves initial reaction with CO2 as the key step.  相似文献

4-Alkyl-2-imino-1,3-dithiolanes and 4-alkyl-2-iminium-1,3-dithiolanes were prepared in excellent yields with complete regiospecificity under mild conditions by the iodocyclization of S-allyl dithiocarbamates. Dehydrohalogenation of the 4-alkyl-2-imino-1,3-dithiolanes gave 4-alkylidene-2-imino-1,3-dithiolanes in excellent yields.  相似文献

根据膜层设计理论设计出以K9玻璃为基体的耐环境性的双层增透膜, 这种增透膜在特定波长处具有超高的透过率. 以盐酸为催化剂, 分别以正硅酸乙酯和钛酸丁酯为前驱体制备了SiO2和TiO2溶胶, 将SiO2和TiO2溶胶按一定比例混合得到SiO2-TiO2复合溶胶. 通过改变复合溶胶中SiO2的含量调节复合膜的折射率, 通过改变提拉速度控制薄膜的厚度. 实验结果表明, 双层增透膜在550 nm处的透过率达到99.9%. 增透膜经较强机械摩擦后峰值透过率基本保持不变, 表明该增透膜具有优良的耐摩擦性. 进一步采用六甲基二硅氮烷对增透膜表面进行修饰, 修饰后增透膜的接触角增大至98.3°, 增透膜的疏水性及环境稳定性得到较大提高.  相似文献

Phosphorus oxychloride efficiently promoted the synthesis of sulfonamides and sulfonic esters from thiols with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of Amberlite IRA-400 (OH?). This method has been applied to a variety of substrates including nucleophilic and sterically hindered amines, and also phenols with excellent yields of sulfonamides and sulfonic esters. In most cases these reactions are highly selective, simple, and clean, affording products in excellent yields and high purity.  相似文献

以钛酸四丁酯为源, 采用苯胺-丙酮原位生成水溶胶-凝胶法, 在乙醇超临界干燥过程中用部分水解的钛醇盐和硅醇盐对TiO2凝胶进行超临界修饰制备了具有核/壳纳米结构的块体TiO2/SiO2复合气凝胶. 制备的复合气凝胶具有优异的机械性能, 其杨氏模量可达4.5 MPa. 复合气凝胶同时具有极好的高温热稳定性. 经过1000 ℃热处理后, 线性收缩由纯TiO2气凝胶的31%降至复合气凝胶的10%, 且比表面积由纯TiO2气凝胶的31 m2·g-1提升至复合气凝胶的143 m2·g-1. 此外, 该复合气凝胶经1000 ℃热处理后具有优异的光催化降解亚甲基蓝的性能. 其优异的光催化性能得益于TiO2/SiO2复合气凝胶1000 ℃处理后高的比表面积和小的颗粒尺寸. 优良的耐热性能、力学性能和光催化性能使获得的具有核/壳纳米结构的TiO2/SiO2复合气凝胶在光催化领域具有良好的应用前景.  相似文献

A series of novel monoazo disperse dyes based on 2-amino-5-nitro-4-(p-nitrophenyl)thiazole were prepared using various N,N-dialkylaniline derivatives as the coupling components. The spectral properties in the IR and visible range of the dyes were investigated. The dyeing performance of these dyes was assessed on nylon fabric. These dyes were found to give a wide range of color shades from reddish brown to indigo with excellent brightness, levelness, and depth on nylon fabric. The dyed fabric showed fairly good light fastness, good to excellent fastness to wash and perspiration, and excellent fastness to sublimation. The dyebath exhaustion and fixation of the dyes on nylon were found to be very good and acceptable.  相似文献

A variety of diversely substituted 2-aroylaryl radicals, generated by photoinduced homolysis of 2-bromoarylketones, is shown to undergo Pschorr cyclization to yield fluorenones in moderate to excellent yields. The photochemical results illustrate that the substituents in the two phenyl rings of the 2-bromobenzophenone skeleton exert a dramatic influence on the reactivity of the derived 2-aroylaryl radicals. The disubstitution by methoxy groups in the radical ring renders the aryl sigma-radical highly electrophilic and unreactive for hydrogen abstraction and cyclization. On the other hand, the substituents in the non-radical ring that strongly stabilize the hydrofluorenyl pi-radical, formed subsequent to the attack of the 2-aroylaryl radical on the non-radical ring, promote cyclization to furnish fluorenones in excellent isolated yields.  相似文献

Herein, an I2-catalyzed unprecedented cycloisomerization of ynamides is developed, furnishing various functionalized bis(indole) derivatives in generally good to excellent yields with wide substrate scope and excellent atom-economy. This protocol not only represents the first molecular-iodine-catalyzed tandem complex alkyne cycloisomerizations, but also constitutes the first chemoselective cycloisomerization of tryptamine-ynamides involving distinctively different C(sp3)−C(sp3) bond cleavage and rearrangement. Moreover, chiral tetrahydropyridine frameworks containing two stereocenters are obtained with moderate to excellent diastereoselectivities and excellent enantioselectivities. Meanwhile, cycloisomerization and aromatization of ynamides produce pyrrolyl indoles with high efficiency enabled by I2. Additionally, control experiments and theoretical calculations reveal that this reaction probably undergoes a tandem 5-exo-dig cyclization/rearrangement process.  相似文献

An efficient syntheses of 2-substituted 1,2-dihydro-1-naphthols and 2-substituted 1-naphthols has been developed that involves the sequential palladium-catalyzed ring opening of oxabicyclic alkenes with aryl and vinyl halides followed by oxidation of with IBX. In the first step of the sequence, a combination of Pd(OAc)2, PPh3, Zn, and PMP in dry DMF was employed to catalyze the ring opening of 7-oxabenzonorbornadienes with aryl and vinyl halides to afford the corresponding cis-2-substituted 1,2-dihydronaphthols in good to excellent yields. These reactions occurred under very mild conditions with a variety of aryl halides bearing electron-withdrawing or -donating groups. Similarly, a 7-azabenzonorbornadiene substituted with an electron-withdrawing group on the nitrogen atom underwent facile ring-opening reaction with aryl halides to provide cis-2-substituted (1,2-dihydro-1-naphthyl)carbamates in excellent yields. Oxidation of the intermediate 1,2-dihydro-1-naphthols using IBX yielded the corresponding 2-substituted 1-naphthols in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

过氧化酮是优良的烯烃环氧化试剂,可将烯烃氧化成环氧化物。在这些反应中,所用的氧化剂都是过硫酸氢钾或商品Oxone^[1-6]。用其它氧化剂与酮生成过氧化酮使烯烃环氧化的报道很少^[7,8],只有一例是使用过氧化氢作氧化剂的,但其只研究了一种酮与过氧化氢对烯烃的环氧化^[8]。本文使用价格便宜,且没有污染的过氧化氢取代Oxone,与酮反应形成的过氧化酮使烯烃环氧化,并首次研究了一系列酮化合物与过氧化氢组成的催化体系对烯烃的环氧化反应,考察了各种酮的催化活性。  相似文献

A wide range of polyfunctional aryl and heteroaryl zinc reagents were efficiently prepared in THF via direct zincation using (tmp)2Zn x 2 MgCl2 x 2 LiCl and microwave irradiation. Ester and cyano functions as well as ketones are compatible with the high temperatures of the zincation. The resulting bis-organo zinc species undergo a number of subsequent reactions leading to highly functionalized aromatics and heteroaromatics in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

Herein we report simple Bronsted acid-mediated reactions of aldehydes with 2-vinylaniline and biphenyl-2-amine. Ultimately, the useful nitrogen-containing heterocycle derivatives are obtained. The electronic properties of the substituents on the aldehydes and 2-vinylaniline were investigated. It was found that molecules with both electron-donating and -withdrawing substituents were perfectly suitable substrates for this transformation, and the expected products were obtained in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献

5-bromo-2-fluoro-3-pyridylboronic acid (3) was prepared in high yield by ortho-lithiation of 5-bromo-2-fluoropyridine (1), followed by reaction with trimethylborate. Suzuki reaction of 3 with a range of aryl iodides gave 3-monosubstituted 5-bromo-2-fluoropyridines 4 in excellent yields. A second Suzuki reaction utilizing the bromo constituent of 4 with aryl and heteroaryl boronic acids provided 3,5-disubstituted 2-fluoropyridines 5, which in turn could be converted to the corresponding 2-pyridones 6.  相似文献
