森林泥炭的热解特性及热解动力学   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
泥炭阴燃是森林地下火的主要燃烧形式之一, 研究泥炭的热解规律对认识其阴燃机理及地下火蔓延机理有重要意义. 本文使用荧光光谱分析技术测定了我国东北林区一种典型泥炭样品的主要元素组成, 并使用热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)技术研究了泥炭样品在惰性气氛中的热解规律. 实验结果表明, 泥炭样品主要由45种元素构成. 从常温到1073 K高温的升温过程中, 泥炭样品的质量损失过程可以分为三个阶段, 依次为水分损失阶段、有机质热解阶段和矿物质分解阶段. 对于泥炭阴燃密切相关的有机质热解阶段, 结合热分析动力学理论和优化计算方法, 建立了描述泥炭有机质热解动力学规律的三组分叠加反应模型.  相似文献

以聚二甲基硅烷裂解制备的液态聚硅烷为原料,添加引发剂过氧化二苯甲酰合成聚碳硅烷,使液态聚硅烷合成聚碳硅烷的产率提高了20%~25%.利用FTIR和GPC对反应过程进行跟踪分析,利用元素分析,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,TG-DTA和XRD对产物的组成结构和性能进行了表征,提出了过氧化二苯甲酰对液态聚硅烷合成聚碳硅烷的促进反应机理.结果表明,过氧化二苯甲酰受热分解形成自由基,促进了液态聚硅烷中的Si—Si键断裂重排,同时也引发了小分子硅碳烷中的Si—H和Si—CH3键断裂生成Si—CH2—Si结构,使聚碳硅烷分子量长大,产率提高.同时过氧化二苯甲酰分解产生的苯基和苯甲酰氧基会作为端基或侧基引入到聚碳硅烷分子中,引起产物C、O含量的少许增加.但对聚碳硅烷高温烧结后的陶瓷收率没有显著影响.  相似文献

Thermal decomposition of cellulose has been widely studied for the past several years. It has been reported that the source of cellulose and its composition greatly affect its pyrolysis. One of the most widely used analytical tools for the study of cellulose pyrolysis is thermogravimetric (TG) analysis. Several model-fitting methods have been employed to study cellulose pyrolysis kinetics. An alternative to the model-fitting approach is the so-called model-free method developed by Vyazovkin. This isoconversional technique calculates the activation energy as a function of the degree of the conversion. In this article, the pyrolysis of cellulose in cotton fibers compared to microcrystalline cellulose (Avicel, PH 105) was investigated. TG curves were acquired as a function of the heating rates (4, 5, 8, 10, and 16 °C min?1) and the model-free method was used to analyze the data. Activation energies of cotton fibers and Avicel were obtained, and compared to the data reported in the literature. In addition, models for isothermal decomposition were calculated and compared with experimental data at the same temperature.  相似文献

The chain geometry of polystyrene (PS) and polyarylate (PAr) block copolymer was predicted by the simulation of the kinetics of the block‐copolymerization route. The simulation model consisted of a combination of two models. In the first model, the kinetics of the free‐radical polymerization of carboxyl‐terminated telechelic PS (COOH‐PS‐COOH) was simulated for the determination of the molecular weight distribution. In the second model, the kinetics of the PS and PAr block copolymerization with COOH‐PS‐COOH was simulated by a Monte Carlo computation, with each reacting functional group assigned by an integer. The number‐average and weight‐average molecular weights and the composition of the PS‐PAr block copolymer, as calculated by the simulation models, were in good agreement with the experimental data. From this agreement, plausible predictions for the chain geometry (i.e., the type of block copolymer and length of each segment) were obtained that were practically impossible to analyze experimentally. The simulation results showed that more than 80 wt % of the block copolymer synthesized by this method was a composite of various types of multiblock copolymers and that the length of the PAr segment was almost the same as that of the homo‐PAr obtained as a by‐product. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The main sensory defects of virgin olive oils (rancid, vinegary, winey, muddy sediment, musty and vegetable water) and one positive attribute (fruity) characteristic of three monovarietal extra virgin olive oils (Arbequina, Picual and Frantoio) have been quantified using the direct coupling headspace-mass spectrometry. The results obtained were compared with those provided by the panel test for the same samples. Taking into account that no chromatographic separation exists, multivariate calibration techniques (partial least squares, PLS, and principal components regression, PCR) were used to create the appropriate models. The best results, in terms of standard error of prediction and prediction residual error sum of squares were obtained by PLS and therefore it was used for the prediction of a new set of samples with the above-mentioned positive and negative attributes at different concentration levels. The samples were also assessed by the panel test and good correlations were obtained in all cases. In order to extend the applicability of the model with the time, a multiplicative calibration transfer was used. The benefit of this approach was found to be more marked for the negative than the positive attributes.  相似文献

利用TG/DTG对不同来源的三种废轮胎样品的热解特性进行了研究,并得到了热解动力学参数。结果表明,新旧废外轮胎样品热解趋势基本一致,均经历了一个不明显的失重过程和两个明显的失重过程,其原因是由于废外轮胎中的橡胶组分比较复杂;内轮胎样品中的组分比较单一,其热解过程比较简单,仅经历了一个不明显的失重过程和一个明显的失重过程;三种样品的主要失重温度为600K~800K,转化率为0.2~0.8;使用一级动力学反应模型很好的拟和了三种样品的主要失重过程,并求出了热解动力学参数。  相似文献

The goal of this investigation was to optimize the synthesis of silazane-based polymers for processing fibre-reinforced ceramic matrix composites (CMCs). Liquid oligomeric silazanes were synthesized by ammonolysis of chlorosilanes and characterized spectroscopi- cally (FTIR, NMR) as well as by elemental analysis. The silazanes were obtained in high yield and purity. Different functional groups (system S1: Si—H, Si—CH3, Si—CH=CH2) and different degrees of branching in the Si—N backbone [system S2; Si(NH)3, Si(NH)2] were realized in order to study the properties of the silazanes that are dependent on the molecular structure. For processing ceramics via pyrolysis of pre-ceramic oligomers, molecular weight, rheological behaviour, thermosetting and ceramic yield were investigated systematically and correlated with the molecular structure of the silazanes. Low molecular weights (500–1000 g mol−1) as well as low viscosity values (0.1–20 Pa s) enable processing of the silazanes in the liquid phase without any solvent. Due to the latent reactivity of the functional groups, curing of the polymers via hydrosilylation is achieved. Structural changes and weight loss during polymer curing as well as the organic/inorganic transition were monitored by FTIR spectroscopy and differential thermogravimetric analysis. With increasing temperature (room temperature to 800 °C) the hydrogen content decreases from 7 to < 0.5 wt% due to the formation of gaseous molecules (NH3, CH4, H2). High ceramic yields up to 80% were reached by branching the oligomers, thus reducing the amount of volatile precursor fragments. Up to 1300 °C, ceramic materials remained amorphous to X-rays. At higher temperatures (1400–1800 °C) either SiC or SiC/Si3N4 composites were selectively crystallized, depending on the pyrolysis conditions. The utility of the optimized precursors for CMCs has been demonstrated by infiltration of fibre preforms and subsequent pyrolysis. © 1997 by John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Laser micropyrolysis gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) allows analytical pyrolysis to be conducted with micro-spatial resolution. Despite the large range of contemporary laser sources, most previous laser pyrolysis studies have been conducted with continuous wave (CW) infrared irradiation. Here, the laser micropyrolysis analysis of a Sydney torbanite was conducted with three different laser sources - 1. CW 532 nm; 2. Q-Switched (QSw) pulsed 1064 nm; and 3. QSw pulsed 266 nm - to compare the molecular analyses attributes of different laser types (λ: 266-1064 nm; CW or QSw). The CW 532 nm laser irradiation consistently produced high concentrations of n-hydrocarbons, with lesser amounts of cyclic and aromatic hydrocarbons, similar to previous analyses with both CW 1064 nm laser pyrolysis and conventional analytical pyrolysis [1]. In contrast, both the IR and UV QSw pulsed irradiation sources provided poor and varied data. Relatively low concentrations of n-hydrocarbons were occasionally produced, but most often no structurally significant products were detected. The poor maintenance of hydrocarbon structural units by the short pulse lasers can be attributed to the very high power density delivered, leading to excessive degradation of the irradiated macromolecule.  相似文献

Tetrafluoroethylene telomers with terminal hydroxyl and amino groups have been obtained. 利用自行设计的较大物量(约10 g)的热重分析装置对城市生活垃圾典型有机组分(纸屑、木屑、织物、塑料、橡胶、厨余)的混合热解特性进行了实验研究,并用最小二乘法计算得到由若干平行反应组成的热解反应动力学模型,实验结果与模型计算结果吻合较好。在此基础上对城市生活垃圾典型有机组分混合热解中的交互影响和非线性规律进行了分析。结果表明,城市生活垃圾典型有机组分混合热解动力学模型由2个~4个平行反应组成;混合热解中有反应发生合并的现象;热效应和组分比例对混合物综合热解特性有显著影响。  相似文献

The aim of this work was to obtain an inorganic oxide system containing silica and magnesium oxide, and characterized by specific physicochemical properties, in particular well-defined adsorption parameters. The preparation process was carried out according to a co-precipitation method using solutions of sodium silicate and selected inorganic magnesium salt. The oxide system obtained (MgO·SiO2) was used as a support (adsorbent) of nickel(II) ions, whose precursors were model solutions of nitrates. The effectiveness of the adsorption process was evaluated using many different analytical techniques, including atomic absorption spectroscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and equivalent point titration. Moreover the stability of adsorbent/adsorbate bonding was estimated. The oxide systems—adsorbents—used in the process were also analyzed according to their physicochemical properties, especially changes in adsorption parameters. The last part of the study involved evaluation of the kinetics of the adsorption process depending on time and the pH of the reaction system.  相似文献

以丙烯酸烯丙酯为交联剂合成了丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺共聚类吸水树脂,并对该吸水树脂的综合稳定性(耐热性、耐寒性、耐光性)进行了研究.对树脂凝胶溶胶含量、土壤保水性、树脂对去离子水、生理盐水、人工血、人工尿的吸收能力及树脂的膨胀动力学和热分解动力学作了较为全面的研究.确定了膨胀动力学参数及热分解反应动力学参数, 结果表明:所合成树脂吸水膨胀过程中膨胀指数0.5〈n〈1,属于non-Fikian扩散,吸水树脂的热解过程分为两个阶段,都属于一级反应,以丙烯酸烯丙酯作为交联剂合成的丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺共聚类吸水树脂具有良好的综合应用性能.  相似文献

Off-line analytical pyrolysis combined with gas chromatography–mass spectroscopy (GC–MS), directly or after trimethylsilylation, along with infrared spectroscopy and amino acid analysis was applied for the first time to the characterization of the intra-skeletal organic matrix (OM) extracted from four Mediterranean hard corals. They were diverse in growth form and trophic strategy namely Balanophyllia europaea and Leptopsammia pruvoti—solitary corals, only the first having zooxanthelle—and Cladocora caespitosa and Astroides calycularis—colonial corals, only the first with zooxanthelle. Pyrolysis products evolved from OM could be assigned to lipid (e.g. fatty acids, fatty alcohols, monoacylglicerols), protein (e.g. 2,5-diketopiperazines, DKPs) and polysaccharide (e.g. anhydrosugars) precursors. Their quantitative distribution showed for all the species a low protein content with respect to lipids and polysaccharides. A chemometric approach using principal component analysis (PCA) and clustering analysis was applied on OM mean amino acidic compositions. The small compositional diversity across coral species was tentatively related with coral growth form. The presence of N-acetyl glucosamine markers suggested a functional link with other calcified tissues containing chitin. The protein fraction was further investigated using novel DKP markers tentatively identified from analytical pyrolysis of model polar linear dipeptides. Again, no correlation was observed in relation to coral ecology. These analytical results revealed that the bulk structure and composition of OMs among studied corals are similar, as it is the textural organization of the skeleton mineralized units. Therefore, they suggest that coral’s biomineralization is governed by similar macromolecules, and probably mechanisms, independently from their ecology.  相似文献

Simulating the conditions of pyrolytic topping in a fluidized bed reactor integrated into a CFB boiler, the study was devoted to the reaction fundamentals of coal pyrolysis in terms of the production characteristics of pyrolysis oil in fluidized bed reactors, including pyrolysis oil yield, required reaction time and the chemical species presented in the pyrolysis oil. The results demonstrated that the maximal pyrolysis oil yield occurred on conditions of 873 K, with a reaction time of 3 min and in a reaction atmosphere gas simulating the composition of pyrolysis gas. Adding H2 and CO2 into the reaction atmosphere decreased the pyrolysis oil yield, while the oil yield increased with increasing the CO and CH4 contents in the atmosphere. TG-FTIR analysis was conducted to reveal the effects of reaction atmosphere on the chemical species present in the pyrolysis oil. The results clarified that the pyrolysis oil yield reached its maximum when the simulated pyrolysis gas was the reaction atmosphere, but there were slightly fewer volatile matters in the pyrolysis oil than the oil generated in the N2 atmosphere. All of these results are expected not only to reveal the composition characteristics of the pyrolysis oil from different conditions of the coal topping process but also to optimize the pyrolysis conditions in terms of maximizing the light pyrolysis oil yield and quality.  相似文献

Pyrolysis coupled with gas chromatography has been applied to investigate the sequence distribution in copolymers of ethylene and propylene. The copolymers analyzed have been prepared with soluble Ziegler-Natta-catalysts and show different degrees of crystallinity. In one series of samples the methyl group of the propylene units has been labeled with tritium. It was then possible to detect carbons by flame ionization detector and simultaneously the methyl groups by the radio-detector in parallel. Within the errors of these methods the results from both detectors are consistent with the calculations from kinetics. The accuracy of the data is best in copolymers with long ethylene sequences. By GPC fractionation a heterogeneity in the chemical composition can be observed. One component of the copolymers is of high molecular weight, while the other has a molecular weight of less than 1000 and is very rich in ethylene. The influence of chemical heterogeneity on sequence distribution derived from kinetics and pyrolysis has been discussed. A mechanism in which chains with different chemical composition are growing from different species of the catalyst has been proposed. The experimental results show that the heterogeneity is not critical for the sequence analysis by kinetics and pyrolysis.  相似文献

Cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) is used to develop an approach for predicting affinity and relevant binding conformation(s) for highly flexible binding sites. The approach combines the use of docking scores and compound properties as attributes in building a neural network (NN) model. It begins by identifying segments of CYP2D6 that are important for binding specificity, based on structural variability among diverse CYP enzymes. A family of distinct, low-energy conformations of CYP2D6 are generated using simulated annealing (SA) and a collection of 82 compounds with known CYP2D6 affinities are docked. Interestingly, docking poses are observed on the backside of the heme as well as in the known active site. Docking scores for the active site binders, along with compound-specific attributes, are used to train a neural network model to properly bin compounds as strong binders, moderate binders, or nonbinders. Attribute selection is used to preselect the most important scores and compound-specific attributes for the model. A prediction accuracy of 85+/-6% is achieved. Dominant attributes include docking scores for three of the 20 conformations in the ensemble as well as the compound's formal charge, number of aromatic rings, and AlogP. Although compound properties were highly predictive attributes (12% improvement over baseline) in the NN-based prediction of CYP2D6 binders, their combined use with docking score attributes is synergistic (net increase of 23% above baseline). Beyond prediction of affinity, attribute selection provides a way to identify the most relevant protein conformation(s), in terms of binding competence. In the case of CYP2D6, three out of the ensemble of 20 SA-generated structures are found to be the most predictive for binding.  相似文献
