Two new 15-memhored fimctionalized macrocycles, dioxo-polyazacydoalkanes with three pendant acetato groups, have been synthesized by the condensation reaction of DTPA dianhy-dride (DTPA = diethylenetrlamlnepentaacetic acid ) with 1,2-di-amlnopropane, ( 15-DTPA-1, 2-pn), or 1, 2-diaminocydohex-ane, (15-DTPA-1,2-cy). Their lanthanide complexes [ Ln ( 15-DTPA-1,2-pn)(H2O)]2[Ln= Eu (1), Gd (2)] and [Ln(15-DTPA-1,2-cy)(H2O)]2[Ln= Eu (3), Gd (4)] were also pre-pared. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses of complexes 2 and 4 show that they have dimeric structures in solid state;each metal ion is nine-coordinated in a distorted tricapped-trig-onal prism. In complex 4, the coexistence of two diastereoiso-meric molecules in the crystal lattice was observed.  相似文献

Two types of lanthanide coordination polymers, namely, [Ln(PA)(NO_3)(DMA)_3]_n(Ln=Gd(1), Dy(2), Eu(3), Tb(4))(type I), and {[Ln_2(PA)_3(DMF)_4]·2DMF}(Ln=Eu(5), Tb(6))(type II)(PA=Pamoic acid, DMA=dimethylacetamide,DMF=N,N-dimethylformamide), have been synthesized by the reaction of Ln(NO_3)_3·6H_2O with pamoic acid through layer diffusion method. These complexes were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy(IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), fluorescence and magnetic measurements. Solvents and lanthanide atoms in the reaction play an important role in controlling different structures. Type I demonstrated 1-D linear chain structure connected by Ln atoms and PA ligands. Type II exhibited non-interpenetrating 3-D 6-connected 4_36~(12) nets based on binuclear [Ln_2(CO_2)_6(DMF)_4] cores.Magnetic properties of complexes 1–4 were investigated in details. Complex 1 shows significant magnetocaloric effect with–ΔS_m=20.37 J kg~(–1) K~(–1) at 3.0 K and 7 T. Complex 2 exhibits slow relaxation of the magnetization. Complexes 3–6 exhibit both ligand- and metal-centered fluorescent properties. Complex 6 demonstrates fluorescent sensing of DMF and Cu~(2+) ion.  相似文献

Discrete ion-pair complexes [Ln(EDBP)2(DME)Na(DME)3] [Ln=Er (1), Yb (2), Sm (3)] have been synthesized by the reaction between sodium salt of 2,2'-ethylidene-bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenol)(EDBPH2) and Ln(BH4)3·3THF (Ln=Er, Yb, Sm) followed by centrifugation and recrystalization. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR, and the bonding model of these compounds was confirmed by X-ray single crystal diffraction for complex 1. Two new mononuclear lanthanide(Ⅲ) complexes Ln(pytz)3(H2O)3·(H2O)3.5[Ln=Tb(1);Eu(2);Hpytz=5-(2-pyridyl)tetrazole] were synthesized by reacting Hpytz with the corresponding lanthanide(Ⅲ) ions and characterized.The single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that complexes 1 and 2 are isostructural and the lanthanide(Ⅲ) ions in both complexes 1 and 2 are nine-coordinated,with three oxygen atoms of three coordination water molecules and six nitrogen atoms of three pytz ligands,forming a monocapped square antiprism.Extensive hydrogen bonds exist,resulting in a three-dimensional supramolecular network structure by hydrogen-bonds in both complexes 1 and 2,respectively.Complex 1 exhibits typical green fluorescence of Tb(Ⅲ) ion and complex 2 red fluorescence of Eu(Ⅲ) ion,in solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Eight novel lanthanide complexes: {Ln(TDA)1.5(H2O)2}n (Ln = Pr(1a), Nd(2a)) and {Ln(TDA)(Ac)(H2O)}n (Ln = Pr(1), Nd(2), Eu(3), Gd(4), Tb(5), Dy(6); TDA = Thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic acid anion) have been constructed by hydrothermal reaction. Structural analyses reveal that complexes 1a and 2a belong to the space group C2/c, exhibiting three-dimensional (3D) frameworks. Complexes 1-6 with P21/c space group were prepared in the presence of excessive ammonium acetate, giving rise to interesting 3D frameworks different from those of 1a and 2a. Magnetic property studies of 4-6 reveal the weak antiferromagnetic interaction exists between adjacent Gd3+ in 4. The complex 6 displays rather rare slow magnetization relaxation behavior in 3D frameworks.  相似文献

Three 1 D chain coordination polymers [Ln(pydc)2(H2 O)2]n·n Him(Ln = Dy(1), Gd(2), Sm(3), H2 pydc = pyridine-2,5-dicarboxylic acid, Im = imidazole), were solvothermally synthesized by the reaction of pyridine-2,5-dicarboxylic acid(H2 pydc), Ln(Ⅲ) salts and imidazole. They have been characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, IR spectra, TGA analysis and elemental analysis. Structural analyses revealed that complexes 1~3 have similar 1 D chain structures and belong to P1 space group. It is noteworthy that complexes 1~3 exhibited excellent thermal stability and no weightlessness below 117 ℃. Meanwhile, 1 and 3 show characteristic fluorescence of corresponding lanthanide metal ions in solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The crystal structure of tris(dibenzoylmethanato)(triphenylphosphine oxide)europium (Ⅲ), C63H51O7PEu, has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the tri-clinic space group P 1 with two molecules in a unit cell. The cell dimensions are a=12. 336 (3), b=18. 729 (5), c=11. 502 (3) A, α=95. 86 (2), β=103.14 (2), γ=87.89 (2)0. The total number of 6969 independent reflections was used for the structure determination. The final calculated R value is 0. 055. The central europium ion is hepta-coordinated by seven oxygen atoms. The polyhedron is a distorted capped trigonal prism with the Eu-O separation of 2. 305-2. 367 A. The high resolution excitation and emission spectra measured at 77 K indicate two Eu (Ⅲ) sites in the complex. The symmetries of the Eu (Ⅲ) sites are C2v and Cs respectively. The lower symmetrical Cs site predominates. A comparison of the emission spectra for Gd(DBM)3TPPO doped by 1% Eu(Ⅲ) with those for Eu(DBM)3TPPO complex shows no significant  相似文献

Four isostructural lanthanide compounds formulated as {[Ln4(μ3-OH)4(L-asp)3- (H2O)10](ClO4)5·10H2O}n (Ln=Nd (1), Sm (2), Eu (3), Gd (4); asp=aspartic acid) were synthe- sized by a conventional solution reaction. Their structures were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy and elemental analyses (EA). It reveals that they crystallize in the chiral P212121 space group. Their structures feature a homochiral three-dimensional (3D) lan- thanide-organic framework, which contains a cubic [Ln4(μ3-OH)4]8+ cluster sub-building unit (SBU). Additionally, the photoluminescence property of Eu compound was investigated in the solid-state at room temperature.  相似文献

Seven new μ-isophthalato dinuclear lanthanide(Ⅲ) complexes, namely [Ln2(IPHTA)(Me2-phen)4-(ClO4)2](ClO4)2 (Ln = La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Ho, Er), where Me2-phen denotes 2,9-dimethyl-1, 10-phenanthroline (Me2-phen) , IPHTA represents isophthalate dianion, have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance measurements, IR, ESR and electronic spectra. The variable-temperature magnetic susceptibilities of [Gd2( IPHTA) (Mez-phen)4 (ClO4)2] (ClO4)2 complex were measured in the temperature range of 4-300 K and the observed data were successfully simulated by the equation based on the spin Hamiltonian operator, H = - 2JS1 · S2, giving the exchange parameter J =- 0.19 cm-1 . This result is commensurate with a weak antiferromagnetic spin-exchange interaction between Gd(Ⅲ)-Gd(Ⅲ) ions within the complex.  相似文献

Solvothermal reaction of lanthanide(Ⅲ) salts with fluorescein (2-(6-hydroxy3-oxo-3H-xanthen-9-yl)benzoic acid) led to a series of new coordination polymers {[Ln(C 20 H 11 O 5)(C 20 H 10 O 5)(H 2 O)]·DMF} n (Ln=Er,Eu,Gd,Tb,Tm,Yb).The PXRD patterns of the complexes indicate they are isomorphous.The structure of complex {[Er(C 20 H 11 O 5)(C 20 H 10 O 5)(H 2 O)]·DMF} n has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,revealing a 2D framework in which DMF molecules were filled between the layers.The crystal structure belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1,with a=12.107(4),b=12.232(4),c=13.273(4),α=68.005(7),β=88.024(11),γ=77.451(8)°,V=1776.7(9) 3,Z=2,D c=1.720 g/cm 3,μ=2.434 mm-1,F(000)=918,R int=0.0584,T=293(2) K,the final R=0.0621 and wR=0.1501.  相似文献

The ligands (C5Me4R) [R =n-Butyl (1), Benzyl (2), PhMe-2 (3)] reacted with Ru3(CO)12 in refluxing xylene to give corresponding new substituted tetramethylcyclopentadienyl diruthenium metal carbonyl complexes [(η5-C5Me4R)Ru(CO)( μ-CO)]2 [R=n-Butyl (4), Benzyl (5), PhMe-2 (6)], respectively. The three new complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra. The crystal structure of complex 5 was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. A novel coordination polymer, [Mn(PDC)H2O]n (1) (H2PDC=pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid), has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray single crystal structural analyses revealed that two-dimensional frameworks were formed, and further assembled into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure bridged by PDC ligands. Moreover, the magnetic study of complex 1 shows weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the neighboring Mn(II) centers within the chains and even weak ferromagnetic interactions between the Mn(II) centers in different chains.  相似文献

A new carboxylic acid ligand, 2,4-bis-oxyacetate-benzoic acid(H3BOABA), was designed and introduced to construct novel metal-organic framework materials. [Zn Na(BOABA)(phen)(H2O)]·H2O(1), Zn Na(BOABA)(2), Mn3(BOABA)2(phen)2(3), [Mn2(BOABA)(OH)]·(H2O)2(4)(CCDC: 885138, 885137, 894225, 883094) were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and thermal gravimetric analyses. Crystal structures of the complexes were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction method. Complex 1 is a one dimensional double edges non-interpenetrated framework decorated by the phen ligands on the surface. Complex 2 is an unique three dimensional open framework, consisting of Zn(II) and Na(I). Complex 3 is an unique double edges one dimensional MOF containing a [Mn3(BOABA)2(phen)2]n non-interpenetrated structure. Complex 4 is a two dimensional plane structure containing two Mn atoms in the same coordination environment. The interaction between four complexes and DNA were studied by Et Br fluorescence probe. Meanwhile, photoluminescence studies revealed that these four complexes display strong fluorescent emission bands in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The syntheses, crystal structures, magnetic and luminescent properties of three isomorphous compounds [Ln III 6 (μ 4-O) 2 (C4A) 2-(NO 3 ) 2 (HCOO) 2 (CH 3 O) 2 (DMF) 4 (CH 3 OH) 4 ] (Ln = Gd (1), Tb (2) and Dy (3); H 4 C4A = p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene) are reported. These three compounds are featured with the sandwich-like units constructed by two tail-to-tail calixarene molecules and an in-between Ln III 6 octahedron. The crystal structure of [Gd2(μ-L)3(H2O)2].1.5(NO3).1.5 (OH)-5H2O (where L is an-ion of N, N'-Diisonicotinoyl-2-hydroxy-5-methyl-isophthalaIdehyde dihydrazone) has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=1.6654(3), b=1.6904(3), c=2.8039(6) nmβ=91.30(3)°, final R factor is 6.3%. The structrue consists of [Gd2(μ-L)3(H2O)2]3+ cation, one and a half nitrate and 1.5 hydroxyl anions and five water molecules. Within dinuclear cation, Gd(Ⅲ)-Gd(Ⅲ) is bridged by oxygen and nitrogen atoms of the three ligands, resulting in Gd...Gd distance of 0.36353(2) nm. Gd(Ⅲ) exhibits a distorted 1333 stack coordination environment. Magnetic susceptibility measurements in the temperature range 300-4 K revealed the occurrence of weak antiferromagnetic exchange interaction between two Gd(Ⅲ) ions with a J value of -0.22, and g of 1.93.  相似文献

Two novel Sn(Ⅱ) supramolecular isomeric frameworks,with the identical formula of {(NH2Me2)2[Sn(BDC)(SO4)]}n,Sn-CP-1-α(1) and Sn-CP-1-β(2)(H2BDC=terephthalic acid) were synthesized under solvothermal condition and fully characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction(SCXRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UVVis),elemental analyses,and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).Interestingly,the structures of 1 and 2 are governed by the temperature of the reaction,suggesting a temperature-induced supramolecular isomerism.The supramolecular isomers are primarily caused by the different bridging alignments of SO42–.Compounds 1 and 2 display 2 D layer and 3 D framework with different topologies,non-interpenetrated 44-sql and two-fold interpenetrated 4-connected dia topology,respectively.Due to Lewis acid properties of coordinatively unsaturated Sn(Ⅱ) sites in CPs,they have been utilized as heterogeneous catalyst for the cyanosilylation of aldehydes with an excellent conversion yield over 99% under solvent-free conditions.  相似文献

A series of new lanthanide-radical complexes [{Ln(hfac)3}2(NITPhIM)2] (Ln = Nd (1), Eu (2), Tb (3), Er (4); hfac = hexafluoroacetylacetonate; NITPhIM = 2-[4-(1-imidazole)phenyl]-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide) have been prepared and characterized. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that these complexes are isostructural with one-dimensional chain structures. These consist in Ln(hfac)3 units bridged by the paramagnetic ligands by the means of coordination of their nitronyl nitroxide groups and imidazole rings. Interestingly, each Ln ion is either bound to two nitronyl nitroxide groups or to two imidazole units, and the different Ln centers alternate along the chain. Magnetic studies show that complex 3 exhibits a single-chain magnet behavior.  相似文献

Six novel u-oxamido binuclear complexes, namely Cu(oxpn)Ln(L)2(ClO4)3 (Ln: Eu, Gd, Tb, Nd, Ho, Er), where oxpn is N,N'-bis(3-aminopropyl) oxamido, L denotes 5-nitro-1,10-phenanthroline (abbreviated as NO2-phen), have been synthesized and characterized. The magnetic susceptibility of complexes Cu(oxpn)Gd(NO2-phen)2(ClO4)3.2H2O was measured over the 4-300 K and the observed data were successfully simulated by equation based on spin Hamil-tonian operator (H = -2JS1.S2), giving the exchange integral J(Cu-Gd)=-1.62 cm-1. This indicates a weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the Cu(Ⅱ) and Gd(Ⅲ) ions.  相似文献

The reaction of 5-sulfosalicylic acid(H3-SSA) with o-phenanthroline(Phen),NaOH,and Mcl2(M=Zn,Cu) affords Zn(H-SSA)(Phen)(H2O)2(1) and Cu(H-SSA)(Phen)(H2O)2 (2),respectively ,compounds 1 and 2 are characterized by elemental analysis,IR,fluorescence spectra and single crystal Xray diffraction analysis.The X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that compounds 1 and 2 are isostructure.The 5-sulfosalicylic acid ligand loses two protons at the sulfo-group and carboxylic group during the reaction.The Zn(II) and Cu(II)ions are sixcoordinated and adopt distorted octahedral geometry,which are surrounded by two N atoms from Phen,two O atoms from two water molecules,one O atom from-SO3 group and one oxygen from carboxylic group of the other H-SSA.Compounds 1 and 2 have unprecedented one-dimensional linear chain formed by a repeating mononuclear structureal unit.which is bridged by H-SSA.The fluorescence intensity of 1 and 2 is stronger than that of Phen and H3-SSA at 400nm.The lowest excited single states of these complexes are assigned as mainly Phen localized 1(π π),The antibacterial activity test shows that compounds 1 and 2 strongly inhibit the growth of Streptococcus haemolyticus,Straphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.  相似文献

[Et4N]4[Cu8(i-mnt)s] 2, Mr=1870.46, monoclinic, P21/n, a=14.724(6), b = 17.228(3), c=15.59(1)A,β= 100.75(7)°,V=3886.3A3;Z = 2,Dc= 1.598 g/cm3.
