Reaction of symmetrical and unsymmetrical alkynes with arylboronic acids, using PdCl2 as catalyst source and i-Pr2NPPh2 as ligand, afforded trisubstituted alkenes with regioselectivity in good to excellent yields without a common additional acetic acid. Its efficiency has been demonstrated by its good functional groups, high yield and crowded substrates.  相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed hydroarylation of arenediazonium tetrafluoroborates with alkynes in the presence of triphenylsilane affords stereoselectively hydroarylation products in moderate to high yields. The reaction tolerates a variety of substituents including keto, ester, cyano, and nitro groups and can be performed as a one-pot procedure generating the arenediazonium salt in situ. With ethyl phenylpropynoate as the starting alkyne, the hydroarylation affords ethyl (Z)-2-arylcinnamates stereo- and regioselectively.  相似文献

Phosphinylthiolation of terminal alkynes with Ph2P(O)SBu or a related compound proceeds in the presence of a palladium–PEt3 catalyst system. Activity and stereoselectivity are highly dependent on the nature of solvent, ethylbenzene, and n-hexanol (or t-amyl alcohol) being E- and Z-selective, respectively.  相似文献

Alkyl aryl tellurides and a tellurol ester were used as coupling partners in Pd(0)-catalyzed Sonogashira reactions. Microwave-assisted reactions of alkyl aryl tellurides with alkynes in the presence of CuI and catalytic amounts of Pd(PPh3)4 produced alkynyl arenes. Similarly, a tellurol ester on reaction with alkynes afforded alkynyl phenyl ketones in the presence of CuI and a catalytic amount of Pd(PPh3)4 at room temperature.  相似文献

Various palladium catalysts promote the addition of hypophosphorous derivatives ROP(O)H(2) to alkenes and alkynes in good yields and under mild conditions. Particularly, Cl(2)Pd(PPh(3))(2)/2 MeLi, and Pd(2)dba(3)/xantphos allow for phosphorus-carbon bond formation instead of transfer hydrogenation. Commercial aqueous solutions of hypophosphorous acid can be employed successfully at ambient temperature. With styrene and terminal alkynes, the regioselectivity (linear versus branched products) can be controlled to some extent with the catalytic system employed. The methodology considerably extends upon previous routes for the preparation of H-phosphinic acids and other organophosphorus compounds.  相似文献

A palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of aryl trimethoxysilanes with terminal alkynes was described. Thus, di-substituted alkynes were prepared in moderate to good yields. The electron-deficient terminal alkynes also worked well in the procedure.  相似文献

The stereochemistries of the resulting 4-alkynyl-substituted 2,3-allenols have been altered depending on the palladium catalyst. Various alkynes reacted with allyl tosylates in the presence of palladium catalysts, giving polysubstituted benzenes with good to high regioselectivity. Pentasubstituted and trisubstituted benzenes were readily prepared by reaction of internal alkynes and terminal alkynes, respectively. The combination of allyl alcohols and p-toluenesulfonic anhydride could be utilized in place of isolated allyl tosylates. Pd-Catalyzed oxidative alkynylation of azoles with terminal alkynes was developed via simultaneous activation of both heterocyclic sp(2) C-H and alkynyl sp C-H bonds. Conditions for the C-CN activation and intramolecular cyanoesterification of alkynes to provide butenolides in good to excellent yields are presented. Pd catalysts, high temperatures/short reaction times (microwave irradiation), and Lewis basic solvents minimized competitive decarbonylation. Less sterically encumbered, electron-rich alkynes underwent cyanoesterification with greater ease compared to sterically encumbered, electron-deficient alkynes. The results led to the hypothesis that migratory insertion of the alkyne, rather than C-CN activation, might be the product-determining step.  相似文献
