Two new flavonoids, 2',4',6',2,3,4-hexamethoxychalcone (1) and 5-hydroxy-7,2',5'-trimethoxyflavone (2) together with a known flavone glycoside, echioidinin 5-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3) were isolated from the whole plant of Andrographis neesiana, and the structures were elucidated by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS/MS) and one- and two-dimensional (1D- and 2D)-NMR spectral studies including 1H-1H correlation spectroscopy (COSY), heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC), heteronuclear multiple bond connectivity (HMBC) and nuclear Overhauser enhancement spectroscopy (NOESY) experiments. 相似文献

Two flavanones, 5,2',6'-trihydroxy-7,8-dimethoxyflavanone (1), 5,2',6'-trihydroxy-6,7,8-trimethoxyflavanone (2) and their 2'-O-β-D-glucosides (3, 4), and a neoclerodane-type diterpene, 15-demethoxyscupolin I (5), together with twenty-eight known compounds were isolated from the extracts of Lagochilus leiacanthus. The structures of the new compounds were determined by spectroscopic means. The two new flavanones and some known flavonoids showed the inhibitory activity on the release of β-hexosaminidase from RBL-2H3 cells. 相似文献

High-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry has been applied to analyze the flavonoids of Huangqi, the roots of Astragalus mongholicus and A. membranaceus. Eight flavonoids were identified as calycosin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside, calycosin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside-6"-O-malonate (2), ononin, (6aR,11aR)-3-hydroxy-9,10-dimethoxypterocarpan-3-O-bet a-D-glucoside, calycosin, (3R)-7,2'-dihydroxy-3',4'-dimethoxyisoflavan-7-O-beta-D-glucoside, formononetin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside-6"-O-malonate and formononetin by direct comparison with the isolated standards from Huangqi. The existence of (6aR,11aR)-3-hydroxy-9,10-dimethoxypterocarpan, (3R)-7,2'-dihydroxy-3',4'-dimethoxyisoflavan, astrapterocarpanglucoside-6'-O-malonate and astraisoflavanglucoside-6'-O-malonate was detected. This is the first report of flavonoid glycoside malonates in these two Astragalus species, and malonate 2 is a structurally completely identified new compound. 相似文献

A new homostilbene, named scillabene A (2), and two new homoisoflavones, named scillavones A (3) and B (4), were isolated from the bulbs of Scilla scilloides DRUCE (Liliaceae) along with 13 known compounds comprising a homostilbene, seven homoisoflavones, a xanthone, a lignan, and three nortriterpenes. Isoprenylated flavonoids 5,7-dihydroxy-3'-(2-hydroxy-3-methyl-3-butenyl)-3,6,4'-trimethoxyflavone (1), 3,7-dihydroxy-3'-(2-hydroxy-3-methyl-3-butenyl)-5,6,4'-trimethoxyflavone (2) and an isoprenylated acetophenone derivative (3) have been isolated from Duranta repens along with known compounds, 5-hydroxy-3,6,7,4'-tetramethoxyflavone (4), rosenonolactone (5), 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin (6), 5alpha,8alpha-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3beta-ol (7) and 5alpha,8alpha-epidioxyergosta-6,9(11),22-trien-3beta-ol (8), isolated for the first time from this species. Their structures and the relative configuration were determined by spectroscopic methods (1H- and 13C-NMR, IR, UV and MS) and two-dimensional (2D)-NMR experiments. Five flavonoid compounds, including two new isoflavanones, were isolated from the root bark of Erythrina x bidwilli. Their structures were determined to be 2,10-di(gamma,gamma-dimethylallyl)-3,9-dihydroxypterocarpan (erythrabyssin II), 6,8-di(gamma,gamma-dimethylallyl)-7,2',4'-trihydroxyisoflavanone (bidwillon A), 8-gamma,gamma-dimethylallyl-2',4'-dihydroxy-[6",6"-di-methylpyrano - (2",3":7,6)]isoflavanone (bidwillon B), 8-gamma,gamma-dimethylallyl-7,4'-dihydroxyisoflavone (8-gamma,gamma-dimethyl-allyldaidzein), and 8-gamma,gamma-dimethylallyl-5,2',4'-trihydroxy-[6",6"-dimethylpyrano+ ++- (2",3":7,6)]isoflavone (auriculatin), by means of spectroscopic analysis. Six compounds (1-6) were isolated from the methanol extract of Crinum latifolium by bioassay-guided separation. Among the six isolates, compounds 2 and 6 were new metabolites. Their structures were established as 4-senecioyloxymethyl-3,4-dimethoxycoumarin (2) and 5,6,3'-trihydroxy-7,8,4'-trimethoxyflavone (6) based on spectroscopic analyses. Compound 2 was found to be strongly inhibitory against the in vitro tube-like formation of human umbilical venous endothelial cells (HUVECs) while manifesting no cytotoxicity in tumor cell lines (B16F10, HCT116). Significant inhibitory activity (inhibition percentage, 53.5%) was still observed at concentrations as low as 1 microg/mL. Compound 6 showed a modest inhibitory effect on the tube-like formation of HUVECs. Other compounds, including cycloartenol (1), 4',7-dihydroxy-3'-methoxyflavan (3), 4',7-dihydroxyflavan (4), and 2',4',7-trihydroxydihydrochalcone (5) were found to be nearly inactive. 相似文献

The structures of the new compounds were established by spectroscopic methods. Allergy-preventive activity was demonstrated for an extract of resins from Xanthorrhoea hastilis R. BR. in a search for allergy-preventive substances from natural sources. By bioassay-directed fractionation of this plant extract, a new flavanone, 3',5'-dihydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxyflavanone (1), and two new chalcones, 3,5,2'-trihydroxy-4,4'-dimethoxychalcone (2) and 5,2'-dihydroxy-3,4,4'-trimethoxychalcone (3), were isolated together with five known compounds, 5'-hydroxy-7,3',4'-trimethoxyflavanone (4), 3'-hydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxyflavanone (5), liquiritigenin 7-methyl ether (6), 4,2'-dihydroxy-4'-methoxychalcone (7) and sakuranetin (8). The structures of 1, 2 and 3 were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. All of these compounds showed allergy-preventive effects. 相似文献

Campylotropis hirtella (FRANCH.) SCHINDL. was used as a folk medicine for the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) in China. In this study, two new coumarins, 7,2',4'-trihydroxy-5-methoxy-3-arylcoumarin (1), 6-[(1S,2S)-2-angeloyloxy-1,3-dihydroxy-3-methylbutyl]-7-methoxycoumarin, named angelol M (2), together with eleven known related compounds (3-13) were isolated from this plant under the bioassay guided fractionation.
