In this paper, linear regression models with contaminated data are considered. Estimation methods for the regression parameters based on least absolute deviations (LAD) are proposed, and properties of consistency and asymptotic normality of the proposed method are proved under some regular conditions. Simulations are done to assess the properties of the method when sample size is small, and simulation results show that the methods works well.  相似文献

In this paper, an estimation theory in partial linear model is developed when there is measurement error in the response and when validation data are available. A semiparametric method with the primary data is used to define two estimators for both the regression parameter and the nonparametric part using the least squares criterion with the help of validation data. The proposed estimators of the parameter are proved to be strongly consistent and asymptotically normaal, and the estimators of the nonparametric part are also proved to be strongly consistent and weakly consistent with an optimal convergent rate. Then, the two estimators of the parameter are compared based on their empirical performances. 考虑响应变量随机缺失而协变量带有误差的线性模型,借助于核实数据和借补方法,构造了回归系数的两种经验似然比,证明了所提出的估计的经验对数似然比渐近于一个自由度为1的独立χ2变量的加权和;而经调整后所得的调整经验对数似然比渐近于自由度为p的χ2分布,该结果可以用来构造未知参数的置信域.此外,我们也构造了响应均值的调整经验对数似然比统计量,并证明了所提出的统计量渐近于x2分布,可用此结果构造响应均值的置信域.通过模拟研究比较了置信域的精度及其平均区间长度.  相似文献

通过比较参数方法和非参数方法对选择概率建模的优缺点,基于充分降维的思想提出了一种利用单指标模型对选择概率建模的半参数方法.基于逆概率加权方法和半参数方法,研究了缺失数据下线性模型的统计推断问题.建立的逆概率加权估计方程可以处理不同的数据缺失情形,给出了线性模型中兴趣参数的估计,并证明了它的渐近正态性.最后通过模拟研究说明提出的方法具有较好的有限样本性质.  相似文献

In this paper an efficient estimation methodology for the partially linear models with random effects is proposed. For this, we use the generalized least square estimate (GLSE) and the B-splines methods to estimate the unknowns, and employ the penalized least square method to obtain the estimators of the random effects item. Further, we also consider the estimation for the variance components. Compared with the existing methods, our proposed methodology performs well. The asymptotic properties of the estimators are obtained. A simulation study is carried out to assess the performance of our proposed methodology.  相似文献

Variance of parameter estimate in Cox’s proportional hazards model is based on asymptotic variance. When sample size is small, variance can be estimated by bootstrap method. However, if censoring rate in a survival data set is high, bootstrap method may fail to work properly. This is because bootstrap samples may be even more heavily censored due to repeated sampling of the censored observations. This paper proposes a random weighting method for variance estimation and confidence interval estimation for proportional hazards model. This method, unlike the bootstrap method, does not lead to more severe censoring than the original sample does. Its large sample properties are studied and the consistency and asymptotic normality are proved under mild conditions. Simulation studies show that the random weighting method is not as sensitive to heavy censoring as bootstrap method is and can produce good variance estimates or confidence intervals.  相似文献

本文主要研究非时齐扩散模型中时变的漂移参数和扩散参数的局部线性估计。基于非时齐扩散模型的离散观测样本,首先得到了漂移参数的局部线性估计及其标准误差。然后,考虑到扩散参数的非负性,本文利用局部对数线性拟合的方法得到了扩散参数的核函数加权估计,并讨论了扩散项估计的渐近偏差、渐近方差和渐近正态性。最后,通过模拟研究表明所得局部估计有很好的拟合效果。  相似文献

We consider the problem of estimating regression models of two-dimensional random fields. Asymptotic properties of the least squares estimator of the linear regression coefficients are studied for the case where the disturbance is a homogeneous random field with an absolutely continuous spectral distribution and a positive and piecewise continuous spectral density. We obtain necessary and sufficient conditions on the regression sequences such that a linear estimator of the regression coefficients is asymptotically unbiased and mean square consistent. For such regression sequences the asymptotic covariance matrix of the linear least squares estimator of the regression coefficients is derived.  相似文献

This paper studies the linear EV model when replicate observations are made only on independent variables. We construct the estimates of regression coefficients and prove the consistency and asymptotic normality under some proper conditions. Consider a repeated measurement partially linear regression model with an unknown vector parameter β, an unknown function g(.), and unknown heteroscedastic error variances. In order to improve the semiparametric generalized least squares estimator (SGLSE) of β, we propose an iterative weighted semiparametric least squares estimator (IWSLSE) and show that it improves upon the SGLSE in terms of asymptotic covariance matrix. An adaptive procedure is given to determine the number of iterations. We also show that when the number of replicates is less than or equal to two, the IWSLSE can not improve upon the SGLSE. These results are generalizations of those in [2] to the case of semiparametric regressions.  相似文献
