The reaction of n-butyllithium chelated to N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA) with acenaphthene results in 1,2-hydrogen abstraction to give the dilithio complex of acenaphthylene, [Li(CH3)2N(CH2)2N(CH3)2]2[C12H8]. This compound was isolated as a crystalline product and characterized by single crystal X-ray crystallography. [Li(CH3)2N(CH2)2N(CH3)2]2[C12H8] crystallizes with a unit cell of a = 23.164(10), b = 25.609(10) and c = 8.495(6) Å in the orthorhombice space group Fdd2. The calculated density is 1.04 g cm?3 for 8 molecules per unit cell. The observed density is 1.03(4) g cm?3. 1412 unique reflections were measured on a full circle X-ray diffractometer. The light atom, acentric structure was solved by the symbolic addition technique and refined by full matrix least squares to R1 = 0.058 and R2 = 0.056.The acenaphthylene fragment is nearly planar. The effect of charge transfer is evidenced in the short C(3)C(4) bond distance of 1.30(3) Å and the lengthening of the C(1)C(2) bond length from the localized olefinic bond distance of 1.34 to 1.42(2) Å. The two LiTMEDA fragments are coordinated to both sides of the five membered carbon atom ring of the acenaphthylene group.  相似文献

The syntheses and properties of the titanium(III) complexes Cp2Tir · R′CN (R = C6H5, o-, m-, p-CH3C6H4, CH2C6H5, C6F5, Cl; R′ = CH3, t-C4H9, C6H5, o-CH3C6H4, 2,6-(CH3)2C6H3) are described. In the complexes the nitrogen atom of the cyanide ligands is coordinated to the metal. The thermal stabilities of the complexes depend markedly on R and R′; on heating they undergo a novel reaction in which two cyanide ligands are coupled by formation of a CC bond, while the metal is oxidized to titanium(IV).  相似文献

The salt, [N(CH3)4][IO2F2], was prepared from [N(CH3)4][IO3] and 49% aqueous HF, and characterized by Raman, infrared, and 19F NMR spectroscopy. Crystals of [N(CH3)4]2[IO2F2][HF2] were obtained by reduction of [N(CH3)4][cis-IO2F4] in the presence of [N(CH3)4][F] in CH3CN solvent and were characterized by Raman spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction: C2/m, a = 14.6765(2) Å, b = 8.60490(10) Å, c = 13.9572(2) Å, β = 120.2040(10)°, V = 1523.35(3) Å3, Z = 4 and R = 0.0192 at 210 K. The crystal structure consists of two IO2F2 anions that are symmetrically bridged by two HF2 anions, forming a [F2O2I(FHF)2IO2F2]4− dimer. The symmetric bridging coordination for the HF2 anion in this structure represents a new bonding modality for the bifluoride anion.  相似文献

The structure of (η3-allyl)carbonylchlorobis(dimethylphenylphosphine)-iridium(III) hexafluorophosphate, [Ir(η3-C3H5)Cl(CO)(P(CH3)2(C6H5))2][PF6], has been determined from three-dimensional X-ray data to add support for a proposed mechanism of the oxidative addition of allyl halides to IrX(CO)(PR3)2 (X = halide). The compound crystallizes in space group C52h-P21/c with four formula units in a cell of dimensions a = 11.027(1), b = 12.230(2), c = 19.447(5) Å, and β = 103.16(2)0. Least-squares refinement of the structure has led to a value of the conventional R index (on F) of 0.066 for the 3018 independent reflections having F20>3—(F20). The crystal structure consists of discrete, monomericions. The hexafluorophosphate anion is disordered. The coordination geometry around the iridium atom may be described as octahedral, with the chloro ligand trans to the carbonyl group and each phosphorus atom trans to a terminal carbon of the allyl group. Structural parameters: Ir—P = 2.366(4), 2.347(3);Ir—Cl = 2.389(3); Ir—C(allyl) = 2.28(1), 2.24(1),2.25(1); Ir—C (carbonyl) = 1.85(1) Å; P—Ir—P = 105.7(1); C(terminal)—Ir—C(terminal) = 66.2(8); C—C—C = 125(2)o. The allyl group makes an angle of 126o with the P—Ir—P plane. Correlations between geometric structure and number of d electrons are noted among several M—C3H5-complexes, and are interpreted in the light of theoretical models of the M—C3H5- bond.  相似文献

Single crystals of [CuCl0.85Br0.15(C6H4N3CH2=CH2)] (I) were obtained by alternating current electrochemical synthesis; their X-ray structural investigation has been carried out (DARCh automatic diffractometer, MoK α radiation, θ/2θ scanning; 1460 reflections with F ≥ 4σ(F), R = 0.0517). The crystals are monoclinic, their space group is P21/c, a = 7.292(3) Å, b = 17.947(8) Å, c = 7.398(4) Å, β = 93.56(4)°, V = 966(1) Å3, Z = 4). Complex I is close in structure to the previously investigated compound [CuCl(C6H4N3CH2=CH2)] (II). In both structures, the trigonal-pyramidal surroundings of the copper atom include two halide atoms (one is apical), a nitrogen atom, and a C=C group. The Cu2X2 dimers are associated into {[Cu2X2(C6H5N3CH2=CH2)]}n layers due to the bridging function of the 1-allylbenzotriazole molecule. In spite of the similar coordination polyhedra of the metal atoms and identical bridging function of the ligand molecule in I and II, the differences in the conformation parameters of the allyl group π-coordinated by the copper(I) atom (trans-like in I and cis-like in II) caused by the presence of bromine atoms in the coordination sphere predetermine different structures of the organometallic [Cu2X2(C6H5N3CH2=CH2)]4 tetramer subunits in the layers and, as a consequence, formation of different crystal structures. The structure of Rh2(CH3CO2)4(DMF)2 {DMF = HCON(CH3)2} has been determined by single crystal X-ray methods. The compound crystallizes with eight formula units in a cell of dimensions: a = 29.438(7) Å, b = 7.978(2) Å, c = 20.279(5) Å, β = 113.20(4)°, V = 4377.5 Å3, space group C2/c. The structure has been refined by full-matrix least-squares method to a final R = 0.030 for the 4156 observed data. Two Rh(II) atoms are linked by four acetate groups forming a dimeric unit, where the RhRh distance is 2.383(1) Å. The coordination sphere about each Rh atom is completed by a DMF molecule; the average RhO(DMF) distance is 2.296(3) Å.  相似文献

The structure of [Na(THF)2]2[Al(CH3)2C14H10]2 has been determined by three-dimensional X-ray crystallographic techniques. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group B21/c, and the unit cell dimensions are a=22.610(18), b=11.256(10), c=17.589(15) Å, and β=93.27(5)°. The calculated density for eight [Na(THF)2][Al(CH3)2C14H10] monomeric units is 1.196 g/cm3. The structure has been refined by least-squares to a conventional weighted R value of 0.08. The compound exists as a centrosymmetric, contact ion-pair complex with two Na(THF)2+ cations complexed to the dimeric dianion. Two 1,4-dihydro-1,4-anthrylene groups are fused into the dianion via the two dimethylaluminum species. The average Al-C(anthrylene) bond distance of 2.060(8) Å is significantly longer than the average Al-C(methyl) bond distance of 2.002(9) Å. A discussion of the relative importance of steric and electronic effects is given. The importance of steric effects in ion-pairing is also considered.  相似文献

半夹芯16电子碳硼烷化合物Cp~*CoS_2C_2B_(10)H_(10)分别与二苯基甲基膦、苯基二甲基膦和三甲基膦反应得到碳硼烷衍生物(Cp~*CoS_2C_2B_(10)H_(10))(PPh_2Me)(1)、(Cp~*CoS_2C_2B_(10)H_(10))(PPhMe_2)(2)和(Cp~*CoS_2C_2B_(10)H_(10))(PMe_3)(3)。分别用红外、核磁、元素分析、质谱和单晶X射线衍射等表征方法对1、2和3进行了结构表征。紫外可见吸收光谱结果显示化合物1、2和3在乙腈溶剂中均有2个吸收峰,第一个吸收峰分别位于321、316和321 nm;第二个吸收峰分别位于425、399和407 nm。荧光光谱结果显示化合物1、2和3在乙腈中的最大发射波长位于406 nm左右。  相似文献

Syntheses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies have been completed on two cycloruthenapentadienyl (CO)6Ru2L2 derivatives, with L = CH2OHC = CCH2OH and C2H5C=CCH2CH2OH respectively. Crystal data are as follows: for [(CO)3RuC4(CH2OH)4]Ru(CO)3·H2O, P21/c, a 13.72(1), b 9.501(4), c 14.86(1) Å, β 101.10(6)°, Rw = 0.052 for 1911 reflections; for [(CO)3RuC4(CH2CH2OH)2(C2H5)2]Ru(CO)3, P21/c, a 9.191(3), b 16.732(4), c 14.903(3) Å, β 113.61(4)°, Rw = 0.042 for 2865 reflections. Both compounds are built up from binuclear units, each unit being regarded as a Ru(CO)3 fragment π-bonded to a cycloruthenapentadienyl ring. The molecular parameters are compared with those of known cyclometallapentadienyl complexes of transition metals. The presence of a semi-bridging CO group is discussed.  相似文献

35Cl NQR spectra of dichlorophosphates Me(PO2Cl2)2 · 2D (Me = Mg, Ca, Mn; D = CH3COOC2H5, CH3COCH3, POCl3) are studied in the temperature range 77 ? T (K) ? 305. It is shown that the three compounds with CH3COOC2H5 as donor are isomorphic at 77 K, the crystal structure of Mn(PO2Cl2)2· 2CH3COOC2H5. The structure of Mg(PO2Cl2)2?· 2CH3COCH3 and of Mg(PO2Cl2)2 · 2POCl3 probably consists of infinite chains as found for Mn(PO2Cl2)2· 2CH3COOC2H5. Mg(PO2Cl2)2· 2CH3COOC2H5 shows phase transformations and a complicated dynamical behaviour leading to strong deviations from a Bayertype NQR function v = f(T). The donor capacity of POCl3 in Mg(PO2Cl2)2· 2POCl3 is comparable with the donor strength in AsCl3 · POCl3 · A dπ-pπ overlap of the P-O bond influences the P-Cl bond.  相似文献

Eight ionic organotin compounds [R2SnCl2(2-quin)](HNEt3)+ have been synthesized by reactions of 2-quinH with R2SnCl2 (R = PhCH21, 2-Cl-C6H4CH22, 4-Cl-C6H4CH23, 2-F-C6H4CH24, 4-F-C6H4CH25, 4-CN-C6H4CH26, Ph 7, 2,4-Cl2-C6H3CH28) in the presence of organic base NEt3, and their structures have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) spectroscopies. The structure of [(2,4-Cl2-C6H3CH2)2SnCl2(2-quin)](NEt3)+ (8) has been determined by X-ray diffraction study. Studies show that compound 8 has a monomeric structure with the central tin atom six-coordinate in a distorted octahedral configuration and the nitrogen atoms of the 2-quin ligands are coordinating to the tin atom in all the eight compounds.  相似文献

在水-乙醇混合体系中, 以2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙(C10H10N2O4)、2,2-联吡啶(C10H8N2, 简写bipy)与Eu(NO3)3•4H2O反应, 首次培养出黄色单晶[Eu(C10H9N2O4)(C10H8N2O4)(H2O)3]•0.5bipy•3H2O. 该晶体属三斜晶系, 空间群为P-1, 晶胞参数a=0.93392(16) nm, b=1.3100(2) nm, c=1.3895(2) nm, α=97.205(3)°, β=105.411(2)°, γ=106.364(2)°, V=15.35(2) nm3, Z=2, μ=2.118 mm-1, Dc=1.686 Mg/m3, F(000)=786, R=0.0116, wR=0.0507, GOF=0.995. 晶体测试结果表明, 该单晶结构为铕的9配位配合物, 两个2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙分别以负一价和负二价酮式和三个水分子同时参与配位; 每个2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙中的羧基氧、酰胺基中的羰基氧和C=N中的氮与Eu3+配位, 形成两个共边的稳定五元环, 另三个配位原子则分别来自三个水分子中的氧原子, 该配合物在空间呈扭曲的单帽四方反棱柱, 而在不对称单位中还有游离的一个2,2-联吡啶分子和三个水分子, 这些游离分子与配位分子之间存在大量分子内和分子间氢键, 整个分子在空间呈三维网状结构. 发光性能测试表明该配合物具有很好的荧光性质.  相似文献

The preparations of Nb(CH3)5, Ta(CH3)5, and Ta(CH2C6H5)5 are reported in detail. The M(CH3)5 complexes decompose autocatalytically to give 3.4 ± 0.1 mol of methane and a non-hyclrolyzable residue with approximate composition MC1–5H while Ta(CH2C6H5)5 decomposes in a non-autocatalytic manner to give ca. 2.6 mol of toluene per Ta. Decomposition of Nb(CD3)5 gave 96% CD4 in diethyl ether while the toluene produced on decomposition of Ta(CD2C6H5)5 was at least 90%-d3. An observed kinetic deuterium isotope effect of 2–3 in each case is evidence that an α-CH(D) bond is broken in a slow step of the decomposition. It is postulated that M(CH3)5 and Ta(CH2C6H5)5 decompose primarily by α-hydrogen atom abstraction though almost certainly in a complex, possibly intermolecular fashion in the case of M(CH3)5. In neither case (R = CH3 or CH2C6H5) was there evidence for significant homolytic cleavage of the metalcarbon bond to give free alkyl radicals.  相似文献

The complexes C5H5CuPR3 (R = Me, Pri), C5H5AuPR3 (R = Me, Pri), C5Me5CuPR3 (R = Me, Pri, Ph) and C5Me5AuPR3 (R = Pri, Ph) are prepared from [ClCuPR3]n or ClAuPR3 and LiC5H5 (TlC5H5) or LiC5Me5, respectively. According to the 1H and 13C NMR spectra, the cyclopentadienyl and pentamethylcyclopentadienylgold compounds are fluxional in solution. The X-ray crystal structure of C5H5AuPPr3i has been determined at ?120°C. The gold atom is in a linear arrangement (PAuC(1) = 177.0(2)°) and primarily σ-bonded to the cyclopentadienyl ring which shows a weak “slip distortion” toward a η3-mode of coordination. The complexes C5R′5AuPR3 (R′ = H, Me) and C5Me5CuPPr3i react with 1-alkynes such as C2H2, HC2Ph and HC2CO2Me to form alkinylgold and copper compounds R″C2MPR3. They have been characterized by IR, UV and NMR (1H, 13C, 31P) spectroscopy.  相似文献

The halogenocarboxylates (cyclo-C6H11)3SnO2CR′, (R′ = CH3, CH2Cl, CHCl2, CCl3 and CF3) have been prepared, and characterized by Mössbauer and IR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of (cyclo-C6H11)3SnO2CCF3 has been determined by X-ray analysis. The crystals are orthorhombic, space group Pcmn, with unit cell parameters a 14.390 ± 0.004, b, 13.427 ± 0.004, c 11.516 ± 0.003 Å. The structure was resolved by Patterson methods and refined to an R value of 0.147. The coordination about the tin atom can be considered distorted trigonal-pyramidal or distorted tetrahedral. Mössbauer data are explained in terms of distortions of bond angles about the tin atom.  相似文献

5-C5(CH3)5]Co(O2C6H4) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with a 12.942(4), b 12.902(4), c 8.543(3) Å, V 1426(1) Å3, and Z = 4. Least-squares refinement of 1688 independent observed reflections, F(obs) ? 2.5σ(Fobs), gives RF 3.79 and RwF 3.72%. The cyclopentadienyl ring contains two short (1.412(3) Å) and three longer (〈av〉 1.430(4) Å) CC bond lenghts, consistent with a slight preference for diolefin bonding. The O2C6H4 fragment is best described as a catecholate with a CO bond distance of 1.338(3), and a CoO distance of 1.837(2) Å.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [(C8H12)Ir{P(OC6H3Me)(OC6H4Me)2} {P(OCH2)3CMe}] has been determined. a 18.32, b 18.98, c 9.35 Å, U 3251 Å3, Pn21a, Z = 4, R = 0.048, 2541 observed data.The coordination about the iridium atom is distorted trigonal bipyramidal; the two phosphorus atoms are equatorial, the σ-bonded carbon is axial, and the bidentate cyclooctadiene is bonded axialequatorial. The IrC(axial) bonds are longer than the IrC(equatorial) bonds: 2.22, 2.26; 2.17, 2.19 Å. The IrC(σ) bond length is 2.19 Å, not significantly different from the formally π-bonded C to Ir distances. The IrP lengths of 2.201 and 2.240 Å and the PIrP angle of 108.7° are normal. The longer IrP bond is in the five-membered chelate ring. The inertness to substitution is discussed.  相似文献

The structure of a nickel(II) complex, trans-[Ni(C6Cl5)(PMe2Ph)2{C(OMe)Me}]BF4, containing the simplest alkyl(alkoxy)carbene ligand has been determined by X-ray crystallography (R = 0.091). The geometry around the nickel atom is square-planar. The comparatively short NiC(1) bond length of 1.843(10) Å showed the presence of π-bonding in the nickel-carbene bond.  相似文献

A new uranyl oxyfluoride, [N(C2H5)4]2[(UO2)4(OH2)3F10] has been synthesized by a hydrothermal reaction technique using (C2H5)4NBr, UO2(OCOCH3)2·2H2O, and HF as reagents. The structure of [N(C2H5)4]2[(UO2)4(OH2)3F10] has been determined by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. [N(C2H5)4]2[(UO2)4(OH2)3F10] crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n (No. 14), with , , , β=98.88(3)°, , and Z=4. [N(C2H5)4]2[(UO2)4(OH2)3F10] reveals a novel pseudo-two-dimensional crystal structure that is composed of UO2F5, UO3F4, and UO4F3 pentagonal bipyramids. Each uranyl pentagonal bipyramid shares edges and corners through F atoms to form a six-membered ring. The rings are further interconnected to generate infinite strips running along the b-axis. [N(C2H5)4]2[(UO2)4(OH2)3F10] has been further characterized by elemental analysis, bond valence calculations, Infrared and Raman spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

Regioselectivity of the reactions of lithium vinyl- and isopropenylcyclopentadienides C5H4C(R)=CH2 -Li+(R = H, Me) and lithium tetramethylvinylcyclopentadienide C5Me4CH=CH2 -Li+ with various electrophilic agents (Me3SiCl, Me3SnCl, Et2PCl, 2-chloro-1, 3-dioxaphospholane, and MeI) was studied. Two new monocyclopentadienyl zirconium complexes, [C5H4C(Me) = CH2]ZrCl3 · 2THF and [C5Me4CH=CH2]ZrCl3 · 2THF, were synthesized. Their crystal structures were established by X-ray diffraction. The results of quantum chemical calculations for the C5H4C(R) = CH2 - (R = H, Me) and C5Me4CH=CH2 - anions by the DFT method (RMPW1PW91) with the 6-311+G(d, p) split valence basis set are in good agreement with experimental data on the regioselectivity of their reactions with electrophilic agents.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk.
