采用“一锅煮”方法, 在金属Ni(II)离子作用下, 以2-乙酰吡啶和1,2-丙二胺物质的量比为2∶1进行反应, 得到了一种新的闭环单Schiff碱N4四齿配体的配合物[C17H20N4Ni(H2O)Cl]2Cl2•(CH3OH). 配合物的晶体结构测定表明, 其配位单元为N桥连的双核配合物, 配位单元间再通过氢键连接成一维链状结构.  相似文献

在水乙醇混合溶剂中,首次得到了2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙、1,10-菲啰啉与硝酸钆形成的配合物[Gd(C10H9N2O4)(C10H8N2O4)(H2O)3]2·phen·4H2O,并测试了其单晶结构。该配合物属三斜晶系,空间群为P-1。每个配合物分子中有两个九配位的钆的结构单元,每个钆离子与两个三齿配体2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙(分别以负一价和负二价形式)和三个水分子配位。每个钆单元在空间呈扭曲的单帽四方反棱柱。同时还有一个游离的1,10-菲啰啉存在于晶格中,通过氢键与配位水作用。生物活性试验表明该配合物对三种病原菌有一定的抑菌活性。  相似文献

在水-乙醇混合体系中, 以2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙(C10H10N2O4)、2,2-联吡啶(C10H8N2, 简写bipy)与Eu(NO3)3•4H2O反应, 首次培养出黄色单晶[Eu(C10H9N2O4)(C10H8N2O4)(H2O)3]•0.5bipy•3H2O. 该晶体属三斜晶系, 空间群为P-1, 晶胞参数a=0.93392(16) nm, b=1.3100(2) nm, c=1.3895(2) nm, α=97.205(3)°, β=105.411(2)°, γ=106.364(2)°, V=15.35(2) nm3, Z=2, μ=2.118 mm-1, Dc=1.686 Mg/m3, F(000)=786, R=0.0116, wR=0.0507, GOF=0.995. 晶体测试结果表明, 该单晶结构为铕的9配位配合物, 两个2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙分别以负一价和负二价酮式和三个水分子同时参与配位; 每个2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙中的羧基氧、酰胺基中的羰基氧和C=N中的氮与Eu3+配位, 形成两个共边的稳定五元环, 另三个配位原子则分别来自三个水分子中的氧原子, 该配合物在空间呈扭曲的单帽四方反棱柱, 而在不对称单位中还有游离的一个2,2-联吡啶分子和三个水分子, 这些游离分子与配位分子之间存在大量分子内和分子间氢键, 整个分子在空间呈三维网状结构. 发光性能测试表明该配合物具有很好的荧光性质.  相似文献

该文报道了N,N′-(2-苯并咪唑基甲基)亚氨基甲基膦酸{bbimpH2,[(C7H5N2)CH2]2NCH2PO3H2}的2个镍化合物Ni2(bbimp)2(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)2·2H2O (1)和[Ni2(bbimp)2(H2O)2][Ni(bbimp)(H2O)2]2·4H2O (2)。化合物1是4,4′-联吡啶作为桥连配体的中性双核结构。化合物2含有1个中性的[Ni2(bbimp)2(H2O)2]双核分子与2个中性的[Ni(bbimp)(H2O)2]单核分子。双核分子单元中的2个Ni(Ⅱ)离子被2个膦酸氧桥连。在化合物2中,膦酸氧桥连的2个Ni(Ⅱ)离子之间存在铁磁性相互作用。  相似文献

相同的水热反应条件下4-氨基-二(2-吡啶基)-1,2,4-三氮唑(abpt)、KSCN与钴盐(CoCl2·6H2O)反应合成了2种新的钴配合物:零维的单核配合物[CoSCN(abpt)] ()和二维的无机层状配合物K2[Co3(OH)2(SO4)3(H2O)2] (),并通过元素分析和红外光谱对其进行了表征。配合物的晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群。配合物晶体属于正交晶系,Cmc21空间群。在配合物中,abpt和SCN-配体都参与配位与Co(Ⅱ)离子形成了2个不同的单核单元,这些单核单元又通过S原子和N原子之间的氢键作用连成了三维超分子结构;在配合物中,abpt配体没有参与配位,而SCN-配体则被氧化成了SO42-离子并与Co(Ⅱ)离子配位形成了二维配位层状结构,相邻层之间进一步通过氢键作用形成了沿c轴方向有孔道的三维超分子网络,这些孔道里面填充着反离子K+。  相似文献

利用水热法合成了标题配合物Cu4(dhbd)2(dpphen)4•2H2O]•8H2O(H4dhbd=2,3-二羟基丁二酸, dpphen=4,7-二苯基-1,10-邻菲咯啉), 通过元素分析、红外光谱、热分析、X射线单晶衍射等技术对其进行了表征. 晶体结构分析表明, 由于水的配位阻断, 2,3-二羟基丁二酸根仅通过单羟基氧桥联两个U形双核亚单元形成具有一个对称中心的双U形四核结构, 其中U型亚单元包含晶体学上不对称的2个Cu(II)原子、1个2,3-二羟基丁二酸根(dhbd)、2个4,7-二苯基-1,10-邻菲咯啉(dpphen)和1个配位H2O分子. 毗邻的四核单元通过配位H2O分子和配位羟基O原子形成的R22(8)型环形氢键桥的连接, 沿a轴方向构建了四核单元交替相连的一维超分子链; 链间籍苯环的π-π堆积作用和晶格水分子氢键链的连接进一步扩展为具有隧道的三维结构. 配合物中呈现了一种2,3-二羟基丁二酸与过渡金属配位的新方式. 变温磁化率研究表明标题配合物具有弱的反铁磁耦合作用.  相似文献

在水溶液中合成了离子型配合物[Ni(phen)2(H2O)2][Ni(PDC)2]•7H2O (H2PDC=吡啶-2,6-二甲酸, phen=1,10-菲啰啉). 通过元素分析、红外光谱、单晶X射线衍射以及热重分析对配合物进行了表征. 晶体数据解析表明, 化合物属于三斜晶系, 空间群为P1, a=1.0092(4) nm, b=1.4599(6) nm, c=1.4933(5) nm, α=73.982(2)°, β=78.652(2)°, γ=75.184(3)°, V=2.0256(13) nm3, Z=2, F(000)=1004, μ=1.014 mm-1, R1=0.0538, wR2=0.1493. 配合物中的结晶水分子形成一个(H2O)12水簇, (H2O)12水簇通过氢键连接为二维水网, 最终构成三维超分子网络.  相似文献

合成了1个含2-羟基苯乙酮缩水杨酰腙(H2L)和单齿N-杂环分子吗啡啉(Mf)的镍(Ⅱ)配合物[Ni(L)(Mf)]n,并通过元素分析、紫外光谱、热分析以及单晶衍射等手段进行表征。在配合物中,中心Ni(Ⅱ)与酰腙配体的酚氧、亚胺氮、去质子酰胺氧原子以及中性吗啡氮原子配位形成平面四方形的N2O2配位构型。配合物通过N-H(吗啡)…O(吗啡)分子间氢键作用构筑成一维超分子网络结构。采用循环伏安法研究了化合物的电化学性质。  相似文献

The first organically templated 3d-4f mixed metal sulfates, [H2en]2{La2M(SO4)6(H2O)2} (M=Co 1, Ni 2) have been synthesized and structurally determined from non-merohedrally twinned crystals. The two compounds are isostructural and their structures feature a three-dimensional anionic network formed by the lanthanum(III) and nickel(II) ions bridged by sulfate anions. The La(III) ions in both compounds are 10-coordinated by four sulfate anions in bidentate chelating fashion, and two sulfate anions in a unidentate fashion. The transition metal(II) ion is octahedrally coordinated by six oxygens from four sulfate anions and two aqua ligands. The doubly protonated enthylenediamine cations are located at the tunnels formed by 8-membered rings (four La and four sulfate anions).  相似文献

A new ligand incorporating a dioxime moiety, (2E,3E)-3-[(2-{[(1E,2E)-2-(hydroxyimino)-1-methylpropylidene]amino}phenyl)imino]butan-2-one oxime, (H2Phmdo) (3) has been prepared by reacting 2,3-butanedionemono-{O-[4-(1-methyl-2-oxo-propylideneaminooxy)-2,3-bis-(1-methyl-2-oxo-propylideneaminooxy-methyl)-but-2-enyl]-oxime} (2) with 1,2-phenylenediamine. Mono-, di- and trinuclear copper(II) and/or nickel(II) complexes of H2Phmdo were characterized by elemental analyses, magnetic moments, 1H-n.m.r. and 13C-n.m.r., i.r. and mass spectral studies. The mononuclear copper(II) and nickel(II) complexes of H2Phmdo were found to have a 1:1 metal:ligand ratio. Elemental analyses, stoichiometric and spectroscopic data of the metal complexes indicated that the metal ions are coordinated to the oxime and imine nitrogen atoms (C=N). In the dinuclear complexes, in which the first Cu(II) or Ni(II) ion was complexed with nitrogen atoms of the oxime and imine groups, the second Cu(II) ion is ligated with dianionic oxygen atoms of the oxime groups and are linked to the 1,10-phenanthroline nitrogen atoms. The data support the proposed structure of H2Phmdo and its complexes.  相似文献

A novel dinuclear nickel(II) complex, [Ni2(MOBPT)2Cl2(H2O)2]Cl2 · 7H2O (MOBPT = 4-(p-methoxyphenyl) −3,5-bis(pyridine-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The crystal structure determination shows that the dinuclear Ni2N8 unit is almost planer in which each NiII ion is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms from MOBPT equatorially and a water molecule and a chloride ion axially in a distorted octahedral geometry. Magnetic measurements reveal a relatively weak antiferromagnetic exchange in the complex.  相似文献

合成了锑-镨与乙二胺四乙酸形成的新颖三维配合物[Sb24-(EDTA)2Pr(H2O)5]NO3•4H2O, 用元素分析、红外光谱、热分析及X射线单晶衍射法等进行了组成和结构表征. 结果表明该配合物属正交晶系, 空间群Pnn2; 晶胞参数: a=1.07031(2) nm, b=2.30805(4) nm, c=0.72343(2) nm, V=1.78711(7) nm3, Z=2, Dc=2.202 g/cm3, F(000)=1164, μ=2.955 mm-1, GOF=1.000, 最终偏离因子R1=0.0203, wR2=0.0545 [I>2σ(I)]. 在标题化合物中, 每个镨(III)离子的配位数为9, 与五个水分子中的五个氧原子和四个羧基氧原子配位, 形成三帽三角棱柱空间配位多面体. 锑(III)与EDTA离子中的四个氧原子和两个氮原子配位, 在赤道平面上有一孤对电子. 同时讨论了配合物的热分解过程.  相似文献

New complexes of the general formula, [M(H2dap4NMetsc)(H2O)2](NO3)2·H2O (M = Zn2+, Cd2+; H2dap4NMetsc = 2,6-diacetylpyridinebis(4N-methylthiosemicarbazone) and [Sn((dap4NMetsc)X2] (X = Ph, Cl and I) (dap4NMetsc = the doubly deprotonated form of 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(4N-methylthiosemicarbazone) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by a variety of physico-chemical techniques. X-ray crystallographic structure determination shows that in the zinc and cadmium complexes, the bis(thiosemicarbazone) ligand coordinates as a neutral N3S2 pentadentate chelating agent through the two azomethine nitrogen atoms, the pyridine nitrogen atom and the two thione sulfur atoms. The N3S2 donors of the ligand occupy the equatorial plane and the two aqua ligands occupy the sixth and seventh axial positions of the seven-coordinated cadmium(II) and zinc(II) ions. In the tin(IV) complexes, however, the thiosemicarbazone is coordinated to the tin(IV) ion as a dinegatively charged pentadentate chelating agent via the pyridine nitrogen atom, the two azomethine nitrogen atoms and the two thiolate sulfur atoms. The two apical positions of the seven-coordinate tin(IV) ion are occupied by either phenyl, chlorido or iodido ligands. In each of the complexes, the overall geometry adopted by the metal ion may be considered as a distorted pentagonal-bipyramid.  相似文献

A new complex of formula [Ni(NIT2Py)2Cl(H2O)]Cl·2CH3OH, where NIT2Py is 2-(2′-pyridyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide, was synthesized and characterized structurally and magnetically. The structure consists of a [Ni(NIT2Py)2Cl(H2O)]+ ion, a chloride anion and two methanol molecules. The nickel(II) ion lies in a distorted octahedral environment; two nitrogen atoms and two oxygen atoms from NIT2Py ligands from the basal plane; one oxygen atom from a water molecule and one chloride anion occupy axial positions. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility data show that there is strong antiferromagnetic coupling between the nickel(II) ion and nitronyl nitroxide radicals. The results suggest that the sign of the magnetic interaction depends on structural and ligand effects.  相似文献

Two novel three-dimensional five-connected coordination polymers [M2(C3H2O4)2(H2O)2(μ2-hmt)]n with 4466 topologies (M=Zn, Cu; hmt=hexamethylenetetramine) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, crystal structure, IR, thermal gravimetric analyses. Both [Zn2(C3H2O4)2(H2O)2(μ2-hmt)]n and [Cu2(C3H2O4)2(H2O)2(μ2-hmt)]n all crystallize in the orthorhombic system, space group Imm2, and with Z=2. Metal ions have all octahedral geometry coordinated by four oxygen atoms from three malonates, one oxygen atom from a water molecule and one nitrogen atom of hmt ligand. Each malonate binds a metal ion with its two oxygen atoms in a chelating mode and connects to adjacent two metal ions with another two oxygen atoms to form an infinite wavy layer. The layers are bridged by μ2-hmt molecules to form a three-dimensional framework with channels. The magnetic susceptibility data show there is a weak antiferromagnetic exchange interaction in the complex [Cu2(C3H2O4)2(H2O)2(μ2-hmt)]n.  相似文献

The tetranuclear cubane-like complex, [NiL(EtOH)]4·0.5EtOH (1) with tridentate Schiff base ligand (H2L= 2-Hydroxymethyl-N-salicylideneaniline) has been synthesized and its crystal structure and spectroscopic properties have been studied. The complex consists of a tetranuclear (NiO)4 cubane core, of which four nickel(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by μ3-alkoxide group and each nickel(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated to three μ3-alkoxide oxygen atoms, one imino nitrogen atom and one phenoxide oxygen atom from Schiff base ligand, and further ligated by one EtOH molecule, completing a distorted octahedral geometry.  相似文献
