A side reaction was found in the reaction of a 2-oxazoline compound with a carboxylic acid. It is an oxazoline ring opening addition to an amide group formed by the main reaction. In addition, certain phosphites were found to act as catalyst for the side reaction. The rate constants of the main and side reactions in the system of 2-phenyl-2-oxazoline and n-octanoic acid were obtained through simulation of the reactions on an analog computer. The side reaction makes it impossible for a very high molecular weight polymer to form in the reaction of a bis-2-oxazoline with a dicarboxylic acid, but makes it possible for a new crosslinked polymer to form when excess bis-2-oxazoline and a dicarboxylic acid are heated in the presence of a certain phosphite.  相似文献

The course of the desulfurization reaction of 4-nitro-N,2-diphenyl-3-(phenylamino)isothiazol-5(2H)-imine ( 3 ) is investigated and the formation of the unstable 3-imino-2-nitroprop-2-enamidine ( A ) as intermediate is discussed. Addition of amines and thiophenol to the reaction mixture yielded the amidine derivatives 5 and the thioimidate 6 , respectively, via nucleophilic addition of the respective reagent to A (Scheme 2). Benzoic acid and thiobenzoic acid afforded the amide 7 and the thioamide 8 , respectively, as secondary products of the expected adducts 7a and 8a (Schemes 3 and 4). The presence of (benzylidene)(methyl)amine in the reaction mixture of the desulfurization of 3 led to the 1,2,4-oxadiazole derivative 10 , together with the quinoxaline N-oxide 4 as a minor product. Reaction mechanisms involving an intermediate ketene imine and participation of the NO2 group in the reaction leading to 1,2,4-oxadiazole 10 are proposed. Ab initio calculations of model structures for the nitroketene imine were performed and the results correlated with the experimental results. The structures of 8 and 10 were established by X-ray crystal-structure analysis.  相似文献

The NaNH2 catalyzed one stage reaction between phenylacetic acid dialkylamides and cinnamic acid methyl ester or dialkylamides was studied under various conditions. Conditions were found for easy preparation of each of the both possible diastereomeric derivatives of 2,3-diphenylglutaric acid. It was proved that catalytic amounts of NaNH2 take part in the reaction. It is assumed that the observederythro/threo equilibrium ratios are determined by an isomerization via two different carbanions (at C2 and C4) of the reaction products.Part III:J. Stefanovsky andL. The Henry reaction between -glyceraldehyde and ethyl nitroacetate allowed the practical development of a diastereoselective synthesis of 3,4,5-trihydroxy-2-nitropentanoic acid esters, which were reduced to polyoxamic acids, which were used in a new diastereoselective synthesis of 3,4-dihydroxyprolines and new enantioselective syntheses of -threo- -norvaline and (2S,3R,4R)-2-amino-3,4-dihydroxytetrahydrofuran-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester.  相似文献

A mixture of equimolar quantities of dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate ( 2 ) with either 2-mercaptoperimidine ( 1 ) or 2-mercaptobenzimidazole ( 5 ) was heated in absolute benzene in the presence of triphenylphosphine as a catalyst under reflux conditions for 1 h (the reaction was monitored by TLC until the consumption of the starting materials). The solvent was concentrated under vacuum and the residue was subjected to chromatographic plates using toluene-ethylacetate (2:1) as an eluent. The products in each reaction were separated as two migrating zones. Each zone was removed from the plate and recrystallized from the appropriate solvent. The products of the first reaction are 10-methoxy-11-oxo-11H-8-thia-7,11a-diaza-benzo[de]anthracene-9-carboxylic acid methyl ester ( 3 ) and 8-thia-7,10a-diaza-cyclopenta[a]phenalene-9,10-dicarboxylic acid dimethyl ester ( 4 ), while the products of the second reaction are 3-methoxy-4-oxo-4H-1-thia-4a,9-diaza-fluorene-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester ( 10 ) and benzo[4, 5]imidazo[2,1-b]thiazole-2,3-dicarboxylic acid dimethyl ester ( 11 ). The mechanisms of the observed reactions are suggested.  相似文献

The reaction between 3,4-diaminopyridine and α-methylsulfinylacetophenone in benzene containing acetic acid under reflux gave 2-phenylpyrido[3,4-b]pyrazine. In this way, 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)pyrido[3,4-b]-pyrazine and 2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)pyrido[3,4-b]pyrazine were obtained by condensation of 3,4-diaminopyridine with the corresponding α-methylsulfinylacetophenones.  相似文献

2-Aryl-4-piperidones have been synthesized by condensation between an aromatic aldehyde and a β-aminoketone ethylene ketal, and further cyclization of the resulting iminoketal with dry hydrogen chloride or anhydrous p-toluensulfonic acid. Alternatively, reaction of the above iminoketals with methyl fluorosulfonate followed by dry hydrogen chloride treatment and acid hydrolysis gives directly N-methyl-4-piperidones. The application of these reactions to the synthesis of some 2-aryl-3-acetylpyrrolidine systems is also described.  相似文献

A novel series of 2,3-dihydropyridazin-3-ones 15 were synthesized via condensation between hydrazines and 4-(p-chlorophenyl)-2-hydroxy-2-(2-oxo-2-substituted ethyl)butanoic acids 8 which in turn were prepared by the reaction of substituted benzylpyruvic acids 6 with methyl alkyl(aryl) ketones 7. Dehydration of 8b-d by a mixture of glacial acetic acid and hydrochloric acid afforded 4-(p-chorophenyl)-2-(substituted phenacyl)-2-butenoic acids 10. Condensation reaction of 10 with hydrazines gave type 15 compounds in good yields. Also, a new series of as-triazino[3,4-a]phthalazines 20 was obtained from the reaction of substituted benzylpyruvic acids 6 with hydralazine to give the hydralazones 19 which underwent dehydrative cyclization reaction with PPA to afford 20. Structure assignments are based on 1H, 13C nmr and ir spectra.  相似文献

Some fluoroaryl substituted 2-amino-3-cyanopyrroles 2 were synthesized from the reaction between (2-bromo-1-arylalkylidene)propanedinitriles 1 and fluoroaryl substituted aromatic amines under Gewald reaction condition, which on reaction with formamide and formic acid gave 4-aminopyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidines 3 and pyrrolo[2,3-d]-pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 4 respectively. 4-Chloropyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidines 5 were prepared by chlorination of 4 with phosphorus oxychloride, which on hydrazinolysis provided 4-hydrazinopyrrolo[2–3-d]pyrirnidines 6 .  相似文献

2-Imino-1,3-thiazetidines and 2-imino-1,3-dithietanes were synthesized and their reactivities were studied. The former readily underwent ring-opening reaction with amines to yield guanidine derivatives. The reaction products were applied to the synthesis of heterocycles such as triazoles and triazines. The latter was converted to isothiocyanate by the reaction of m-chloroperbenzoic acid.  相似文献

2,5-Diphenyl-3-morpholinofuran ( 1 ) reacts with bromine and trifluoroacetic acid, giving respectively 2-bromo and 2-hydro furylium salts ( 2,3 ). The 2-hydroxy furylium bromide ( 4 ) was obtained by reaction of cis-morpholino-1,2-dibenzoylethylene ( 5 ) with hydrogen bromide. The nmr spectra of these salts show differences between the two morpholino dimethylene moieties of each caused by restricted rotation at the 3-immonium group. Chemical relationships studied include reductions to the morpholinofuran, conversions to 3-furanones, and the slow reaction of morpholinodibenzoylethylene with phenylmagnesium bromide to give cis-dibenzoylstyrene (13).  相似文献

The reaction of 2-ethynylisoborneol with acetic acid in the presence of boron trifluoride-diethyl ether complex gave 4-ethynylisobornyl acetate as a result of successive skeletal rearrangements. Under the Kucherov reaction conditions 2-ethynylisoborneol underwent Meyer—Schuster rearrangement leading to (2-bornylidene)acetaldehyde. The hydration product of 2-ethynylisoborneol, 2-acetylisoborneol, was obtained by the action of mercury(II) acetate in dioxane under mild conditions. The Nieuwland reaction of 2-ethynylisoborneol afforded 4-acetylisoborneol acetate. 2-Ethynylisocamphanol in the presence of formic acid gave rise to a mixture of Rupe and Meyer—Schuster rearrangement products, stereoisomeric 2-(isocamphylidene)acetaldehydes and 2-acetylisocamphene. Mixtures of acetyl-substituted acetates having a camphane, isocamphane, and bicyclo[3.2.1]octane skeleton were obtained in the reaction with acetic acid in the presence of BF3-Et2O. Under the Nieuwland reaction conditions 2-ethynylisocamphanol underwent hydration and rearrangement with ring expansion, yielding a mixture of endo-2-hydroxy-2,6,6,7-tetramethylbicyclo[3.2.1]octan-3-one and the corresponding acetate.  相似文献

A simple ionic liquid methodology for the synthesis of a novel derivative of dehydroabietic acid is described. 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate [bmim]BF4, a typical ionic liquid, was used as an efficient and environmentally benign solvent in the synthesis of dehydroabietic acid (2-acryloloxy) ethyl ester by O-acylation reaction of dehydroabietic acid chloride with 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate. This new method showed the advantages of mild reaction conditions, short reaction times, good yields, and recyclable solvent.  相似文献

The reaction of the appropriate 2-benzothiazolinone with 2-chloroacetamide under basic conditions afforded the 2-oxo-3(2H)-benzothiazolineacetamides 6–9. The 2-thioxo-3(2H)-benzothiazolineacetamide ( 10 ) was prepared by the reaction of 3-(carbethoxymethyl)benzothiazoline-2-thione with ammonium hydroxide. The reaction of acetamides 6–10 with the appropriate anhydride containing a catalytic amount of the sodium salt of the acid corresponding to the anhydride afforded the titled compounds 11–18 in excellent yields. The omission of the catalyst in the same reaction furnished a mixture containing 57% of the titled compound, 37% of the nitrile and 6% of an unknown. Possible mechanism and supporting nmr, ir and mass spectral data are discussed.  相似文献

(2S,5S)-3-Alkylpyrrolidine-2, 5-dicarboxylic acid derivatives I were stereoselectively synthesized by means of an efficient method starting from L-aspartic acid ( 1 ). Dieckmann reaction of 4-benzyl 1-t-butyl N-t-butyl-oxycarbonyl-N-ethoxycarbonylmethyl-L-aspartate ( 4 ) provided product 5 which consisted of a mixture of (2S,5S)- and (2R,5S)-1-t-butyloxycarbonyl-3-oxopyrrolidine-2, 5-dicarboxylates in a ratio of 95:5. Treating 1-t-butyl 6-ethyl 2-L-(t-butyloxycarbonyl)anuno-5-diazo-4-oxoadipate ( 8 ), prepared from 1 , with rhodium(II) acetate dimer also afforded a good yield of 5 . The Wittig reaction of 5 , followed by catalytic hydrogenation and then deprotection provided compound I .  相似文献

Well defined BAB-type poly[styrene(ST)-b-2-methyl-2-oxazoline(MeOz)] was prepared by the cationic polymerization of α,ω-p-toluenesulfonic acid ester-terminated PST (PST-BTs) as an initiator. Alkaline hydrolysis of this block copolymer was carried out under various reaction conditions to obtain BAB-type poly[ST-b-ethylene imine(EI)]. Morphologies of these block copolymer specimens cast from several solvents were observed by electron microscope. The results are discussed in some detail.  相似文献
