Horváthy's modification of Feynman's path integral formula is generalized to the time-dependent forced harmonic oscillator. The propagator at caustics is then obtained by using its modified semi-group property. Finally, with our new formula, the propagator for a charged particle in a time-dependent electromagnetic field is evaluated exactly beyond and at caustics. 相似文献

By selecting a right generalized coordinate X, which contains the general solutions of the classical motion equation of a forced damped harmonic oscillator, we obtain a simple Hamiltonian which does not contain time for the oscillator such that Schrödinger equation and its solutions can be directly written out in X representation. The wave functin in x representation are also given with the help of the eigenfunctions of the operator \(\hat X\) in x representation. The evolution of \(\left\langle {\hat x} \right\rangle \) is the same as in the classical mechanics, and the uncertainty in position is independent of an external influence; one part of energy mean is quantized and attenuated, and the other is equal to the classical energy. 相似文献

In this work, we use linear invariants and the dynamical invariant method to obtain exact solutions of the Schrödinger equation for the generalized time-dependent forced harmonic oscillator in terms of solutions of a second order ordinary differential equation that describes the amplitude of the classical unforced damped oscillator. In addition, we construct Gaussian wave packet solutions and calculate the fluctuations in coordinate and momentum as well as the quantum correlations between coordinate and momentum. It is shown that the width of the Gaussian packet, fluctuations and correlations do not depend on the external force. As a particular case, we consider the forced Caldirola-Kanai oscillator. 相似文献

A calculation of the quantum mechanical propagator for a general time-dependent one-dimensional damped, forced harmonic oscillator based on a direct application of the Schwinger action principle is presented. Contact with an earlier general method of calculation is made and in particular two previously found results are recovered from our general expression. The apparent dependence of one of them upon some unphysical parameters is clarified. The method presented here can be applied to any system described by a quadratic Hamiltonian and is an immediate extension of the calculation for the propagator of a simple harmonic oscillator with constant frequency. 相似文献

The exact solutions of the isotropic harmonic oscillator are reviewed in Cartesian, cylindrical polar and spherical coordinates. The problem of interbasis expansions of the eigenfunctions is solved completely. The explicit expansion coefficients of the basis for given coordinates in terms of other two coordinates are presented for lower excited states. Information theories for the general time-dependent harmonic oscillator are described on the basis of invariant operator method. We obtained entropic uncertainty relation of the system and discussed whether it is always larger than or equal to the physically allowed minimum value. Shannon information and Fisher information are derived by means of density operator that satisfies Liouville–von Neumann equation and their characteristics are investigated. Shannon information is independent of time, but Fisher information is explicitly dependent on time as the time functions of the Hamiltonian vary. We can regard that the Fisher information is a local measure since its time behavior is largely affected by local arrangements of the density, whilst the Shannon information plays the role of a global measure of the spreading of density. To promote the understanding, our theory is applied to special systems, the so-called quantum oscillator with time-dependent frequency and strongly pulsating mass system. 相似文献

A deformed single-particle shell model is derived for a hemispheroidal potential well. Only the negative parity states of the Z(z) component of the wave function are allowed, so new magic numbers are obtained. The influence of a term proportional to l2 in the Hamiltonian is investigated. The maximum degeneracy is reached at a superdeformed hemispheroidal prolate shape whose magic numbers are identical with those obtained at the spherical shape of the spheroidal harmonic oscillator. This remarkable property suggests an increased stability of such a distorted shape of deposited clusters when the planar surface remains opaque. 相似文献
