应用化学交联法将巴西日圆线虫乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)固定于多壁碳纳米管修饰的玻碳电极表面,制备用于有机磷农药检测的电化学生物传感器.研究了巯基胆碱(TCh)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为.优化实验条件得出,响应电流与马拉硫磷的浓度在6.0×10-10~6.0×10-9mol.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-10mol.L-1.测定了湖水中马拉硫磷的含量,回收率为97%~105%.  相似文献

A novel chemically modified electrode is prepared on the basis of the attachment of multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) to the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) in the presence of a hydrophobic surfactant. The electrochemical behavior of tannins at the MWNTs-modified GCE is investigated. Tannins yield a well-defined oxidation at about 0.30 V (SCE) at the MWNTs-modified GCE. MWNT-film shows remarkable enhancement effect on the oxidation peak current of tannins. The experimental parameters are optimized, and a direct electrochemical method to detect tannins is proposed. The oxidation peak current is proportional to the concentration of tannins over the range from 4 × 10–7 to 2 × 10–4 M, and the detection limit is 1 × 10–7 mol/l after 5 min of accumulation. The relative standard deviation of 6% for determination of 2 × 10–6 mol/l tannins indicates excellent reproducibility. The analysis method is demonstrated by using tea and Chinese gall samples.  相似文献

A single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNT) film coated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was fabricated for the direct determination of 4-nitrophenol (4-NP). The electrochemical behaviors of 4-NP at the SWNT-film coated GCE were examined. In 0.1M phosphate buffer with a pH of 5.0, 4-NP yields a very sensitive and well-defined reduction peak at the SWNT-modified GCE. It is found that the SWNT film exhibits obvious electrocatalytic activity towards the reduction of 4-NP since it not only increases the reduction peak current but also lowers the reduction overpotential. Based on this, an electrochemical method was proposed for the direct determination of 4-NP. The reduction peak current varies linearly with the concentration of 4-NP ranging from 1×10–8 to 5×10–6M, and the detection limit is 2.5×10–9M after 3min of open-circuit accumulation. The relative standard deviation at 2×10–7M 4-NP was about 6% (n=10), suggesting excellent reproducibility. This new method was successfully employed to determine 4-NP in several lake water samples.  相似文献

This work presents a study of the electrochemical oxidation of 7‐methylguanine (7‐mGua) in aqueous solution at glassy carbon electrode by cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry, square wave voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectrometry. The anodic behaviour of 7‐mGua was compared with the electro‐oxidation of guanine and 7‐methylguanosine. The results demonstrated that the methyl and ribose groups are not electroactive but strongly influence the oxidation mechanism of these species. The oxidation of 7‐mGua occurred in a single pH‐dependent step, with the withdrawal of two electrons and two protons of C8, to form 8‐oxo‐7‐methylguanine, while the electro‐oxidation of 7‐methylguanosine also occurred in a single pH‐dependent step, however, with the withdrawal of one electron and one proton of C8 to form a hydroxylated product, since its oxidation to 8‐oxo‐7‐methylguanosine is hindered by the presence of the pendant groups. In addition, the oxidation of 7‐mGua was investigated in the presence of DNA and DNA‐bases, leading to the conclusion that the formation of 7‐mGua, from an interaction of DNA with an alkylating agent, would cause an increase on the deoxyguanosine peak current of the DNA‐biosensor, with no interference of any free DNA bases, which demonstrated that DNA‐electrochemical biosensors find application on detecting DNA methylation, opening a new avenue for applications of DNA biosensors.  相似文献

以NaOH蚀刻后的玻碳电极为基底制备了高灵敏与高选择性的大肠杆菌电化学DNA传感器。经NaOH蚀刻后的玻碳电极被活化且在电极表面形成羧基层,为DNA探针的固定提供了更多位点,在偶联剂EDC/NHS的作用下,端氨修饰的探针DNA与羧基的羧氨反应使其以肽键的形式固定在电极表面,极大地提升了传感器的灵敏度。通过电化学循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲法(DPV)对所制备传感器的灵敏度和选择性进行表征,得到该传感器对大肠杆菌的线性检测范围为12.5~62.5 nmol/L,检出限可达1.20×10~(-9)mol/L。  相似文献

用乙炔黑(Acetylene black,AB)和离子液体(Ionic liquid,IL)制备了乙炔黑-离子液体复合修饰玻碳电极(AB-ILs/GCE),并用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)进行了表征。采用循环伏安法(Cyclic voltammetry,CV)和计时电流法(Chronoamperometry,CA),方波伏安法(Square wave voltammetry,SWV)研究了延胡索酸泰妙菌素(TF)在此电极上电化学行为及电化学动力学性质。结果表明,TF在玻碳电极(GCE)上于0.74 V处出现一个不可逆氧化峰,与GCE相比TF在AB/GCE上的氧化峰电位基本不变,氧化峰电流增大1.8倍;而与AB/GCE相比,TF在AB-ILs/GCE上的氧化峰电位略有负移,氧化峰电流增大3倍。实验结果表明,AB-ILs/GCE对TF电化学氧化有明显的催化作用。同时考察了实验条件对TF电化学行为的影响,测定了电极反应过程动力学参数,并用本方法对TF针剂中TF含量进行了定量测定,RSD在1.1%~2.9%之间,加标回收率在98.6%~101.8%之间。据此建立了TF电化学定量测定方法。  相似文献

A homogeneous and stable suspension of multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNT) was achieved by dispersing MWNT into 0.1% Nafion ethanol solution. A uniform MWNT-Nafion cast film was obtained over a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) via solvent evaporation. The electrochemical behavior of dopamine (DA) was examined, and a reversible two-electron redox reaction was observed. In comparison with the bare GCE and the Nafion-modified GCE, the MWNT-Nafion modified GCE shows obvious electrocatalytic activity towards DA. Moreover, the MWNT-Nafion film coated electrode exhibits excellent selectivity towards DA even in the presence of high concentrations of ascorbic acid (AA) and uric acid (UA). The oxidation peak current was proportional to the concentration of DA over the range of 1×10–8 to 1×10–5molL–1, and a detection limit of 2.5×10–9molL–1 was obtained after 2min. of open-circuit accumulation. The dispersion and morphology of MWNT-Nafion film were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transfer (FT) IR spectra.  相似文献

制备了用于测定邻苯二酚(CAT)的石墨烯修饰电极,并应用循环伏安法研究了CAT在该修饰电极上的电化学行为;用差分脉冲伏安法研究了测试底液的pH值对该修饰电极性能的影响,结果表明,此修饰电极在含不同浓度CAT的PBS溶液(pH=7.0)中测定,响应电流与CAT浓度在5.0×10-8~5.6×10-4mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9919,检出限为6.68×10-9mol/L(S/N=3)。与其它几种修饰电极相比,石墨烯修饰电极制备简单、响应时间快、操作简便,稳定性和重现性良好,有应用价值。  相似文献

应用循环伏安法,研究了对乙酰氨基酚(PCT)在活化玻碳电极上的电化学行为.在pH=4.00的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,PCT的CV扫描于0.54 V左右出现一对明显的氧化-还原峰.电极反应为2电子、2质子的受吸附控制的准可逆过程.其氧化峰电流与PCT浓度在8.00×10-6~2.00×10-4mol.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=-0.99918;检出限为6.34×10-6mol.L-1.用于药物样品PCT的含量测定,结果满意.  相似文献

采用恒电位沉积方法将HAuCl4直接还原成纳米金并修饰于玻碳电极表面,制备了对邻苯二酚具有电催化氧化作用的纳米金修饰电极。邻苯二酚在该修饰电极上发生一可逆的氧化还原反应。在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH 7.5)中,当邻苯二酚的浓度为3.0×10-3mol.L-1时,与裸玻碳电极相比,其Epa负位移了170 mV,Epc正位移了50 mV,ΔE下降为60 mV,且峰电流显著增大,氧化峰电流与邻苯二酚浓度在5.0×10-6~4.2×10-3mol.L-1范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.997 6,检出限(3σ)为5.0×10-7mol.L-1。在浓度为5.0×10-4mol.L-1测得RSD(n=10)为2.9%,回收率在98.0%~101.0%之间。  相似文献

Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) was deposited on a reduced graphene oxide-decorated glassy carbon electrode through an electrochemical polymerization. The resulting glassy carbon electrode-reduced graphene oxide-poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) electrode was applied as an electrochemical biosensor for the determination of dopamine in the presence of ascorbic acid and uric acid. The material deposited on glassy carbon electrode was investigated in terms of morphology and structural analysis. The comparison of electrochemical behavior of the glassy carbon electrode-reduced graphene oxide-poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) electrode with the glassy carbon electrode-graphene oxide, glassy carbon electrode-reduced graphene oxide, and glassy carbon electrode-poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) electrodes exhibited high electrocatalytic activity for dopamine detection. Electrochemical kinetic parameters of glassy carbon electrode-reduced graphene oxide-poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene), including the charge transfer coefficient α (0.49) and electron transfer rate constant ks (1.04), were determined and discussed. The glassy carbon electrode-reduced graphene oxide-poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) electrode was studied for the determination of dopamine by differential pulse voltammetry and exhibited a linear range from 19.6 to 122.8?µM with a sensitivity of 3.27?µA?µM?1?cm?2 and a detection limit of 1.92?µM. The developed biosensor exhibited good selectivity toward dopamine with high reproducibility and stability.  相似文献

制备了羧基化多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(c-MWCNTs/GCE),采用循环伏安法在0.5 mol/L HCl中研究了食品添加剂香草醛的电化学行为。结果显示,该修饰电极对香草醛的电化学氧化具有良好的电催化作用,与裸玻碳电极相比电流响应显著增强。香草醛在该修饰电极上的氧化为不可逆的扩散控制过程。在最佳条件下,采用二阶导数线性扫描伏安法进行测定,香草醛的氧化峰电流与其浓度在0.1~6.0μmol/L和6.0~100μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为0.02μmol/L。该修饰电极具有良好的重现性(RSD=4.6%)和稳定性。方法应用于食品中香草醛的测定,回收率为96.3%~104%。  相似文献

在pH 3.00的B-R缓冲溶液中,采用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)、线性扫描伏安法(LSV)和循环伏安法(CV)研究了甘草苷在玻碳电极上的电化学行为, 建立了测定甘草苷的DPV法。实验结果表明,甘草苷于1.16 V (vs.Ag/AgCl)处产生一个氧化峰,峰电流和甘草苷的浓度在2.00×10-6~3.50×10-5 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为8.25×10-7 mol/L。该法用于实际样品甘草、胃康灵和逍遥丸中黄酮含量的测定(以甘草苷为对照品),平均回收率分别为97.1%、98.9%和102.0%。此外对电极反应机理作了初步探讨。  相似文献

舒乐安定在0.1 mol/L NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液(pH 9.40)中,用线性扫描伏安法,在Pt/GC离子注入修饰电极上,形成一良好的线性扫描伏安还原峰,峰电位Ep=-0.70V(vs.SCE)。其峰电流与舒乐安定浓度在3.0×10-9-1×107和1×10-7-1.5×10-6mol/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数均为0.9999,检出限为3.0×10-9mol/L。并用于片剂的测定,回收率在96.5%~98.5%之间,结果是可靠的。用循环伏安法研究了体系的性质。实验表明,电极过程为不可逆吸附。用AES、XPS和SEM等表面分析方法证明,Pt离子确实注入到玻碳基体电极表面,Pt以原子态存在,催化了舒乐安定的还原。  相似文献

应用循环伏安法研究木犀草素于玻碳电极的电化学行为.在磷酸盐缓冲液中(pH 4.0),-0.2~+0.8V电位区间内,木犀草素于玻碳电极表面发生的电极反应是吸附控制的准可逆2电子转移过程,电子转移系数α=0.66;建立了检测木犀草素含量的差示脉冲伏安法(DPV).在富集电位+0.4 V下,经富集240 s后,测得木犀草素氧化峰电流Ip与其浓度在1.0×10-8~1.0×10-6mol.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,最低检出限为5.0×10-9mol.L-1.本法操作简单、快速、灵敏、准确,可为木犀草素药物质量的控制和检测提供一种简便的新方法.  相似文献

以富勒烯C60, L-苏氨酸及对苯二甲醛为原料, 在氮气保护下反应得到含醛基官能团的2-(4-醛基苯基)-5-(1-羟乙基)富勒烯吡咯烷衍生物(C60-CHO). 将该材料修饰于玻碳电极表面, 并利用醛基与氨基之间温和、高效的缩合反应, 将5-氨基修饰的寡聚核苷酸共价固定到了C60-CHO修饰的玻碳电极表面, 构建了一种新型的电化学DNA传感器. 以[Fe(CN)6]3−/4−为电活性探针, 采用电化学阻抗法对转基因植物CaMV35S启动子基因特征片段进行检测. 实验结果表明, 杂交前后的电子传递电阻差值(DRet)与目标序列浓度对数(lg CS2)在1.0×10-13~1.0×10-9 mol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系, 线性回归方程为DRet/(103 Ω)=3.471 lg (CS2/mol/L)+50.425 (r=0.9977), 检测限为1.5×10−14 mol/L. 杂交特异性实验进一步表明该传感器对完全互补、碱基错配和非互补序列具有良好的识别能力.  相似文献

在弱酸性因瓦合金(含镍质量分数为32~36 % 的镍铁合金)镀液中, 以线性扫描伏安法、循环伏安法和恒电位阶跃法对因瓦合金在玻碳电极表面的电沉积过程及其成核机理进行研究. 结果表明, 在该体系下, 因瓦合金在玻碳电极表面的电结晶属于扩散控制下的不可逆电极过程. 运用Scharifker-Hills理论模型(SH)拟合实验数据表明, 因瓦合金在玻碳电极表面的共沉积更加符合三维瞬时成核的成核规律. 运用Heerman-Tarallo理论模型(HT)分析得到因瓦合金在玻碳电极表面的成核生长的动力学参数, 当阶跃电位从-1.11 V变化至-1.17 V (vs SCE), 成核密度数(N0)由0.72×105 cm-2提高至1.91×105 cm-2, 成核速率常数(A)从 40.35 s-1增至 194.38 s-1, 扩散系数(D)为(7.67±0.15)×10-5 cm2•s-1, 变化不大.  相似文献

利用电化学方法在玻碳电极上均匀沉积亚微米粒度铂黑并进而修饰一层胆碱氧化酶膜,制成了胆碱酶电极。以计时电流法测定氯化胆碱,检测下限为 7.4 μmol/L,线性范围2.4×10-2~ 1.0 mmol/L,重现性好,使用寿命较长。  相似文献
