A method for the analysis of monosaccharides derived from glycoproteinsand glycolipids was described using the newly developed technique ofcapillary zone electrophoresis(CZE).It is found that,at ca.0.5-5 nL in-jection,CZE can offer a high resolution of most monoses from glycoproteinand glycolipids.A mixture of amino-and non-aminomonosaccharides,which isdifficult to separate with chromatographic methods,was separated complet-ely by CZE in borate buffer after the monosaccharides were derivatizedwith 1-naphthylamine. 相似文献

In this paper, the electronic spectra of hypocrellin A and B (HA and HB) are studied in detail. It has been proved that their three visible absorption bands come respectively from the ππ transition of their conjugated systems and intramolecular proton transfer. In dilute solutions, their fluorescence spectra consist of the fluorescence peak of the neutral monomolecule and that of the zwitter-ions that are formed through proton transfer of excited states. In concentrated solution, the longer wavelength emission band is composed of the overlapped fluorescence peaks of zwitter-ions and excimers. The fluorescence spectra of the crystalline hypocrellin A and B consist of the fluorescence peaks of zwitter-ions and excimers and the fluorescence of neutral monomolecules could not be observed. The reaction of optically active O-ethyl O-phenyl phosphorochloride 1 with alcohol, phenol,amine, mercaptan or thiophenol, respectively, in the presence of an alkali obtained optically activeO-ethyl O-phenyl phosphorothioic derivatives 2 with inversion of configuration. The hydrolysis of 2was carried out in 1 N NaOH-dioxane solution. The hydrolysis of 2a and 2h predominantly gaveproducts with inversion of configuration with OPh as leaving group, but also gave products withretention of configuration with OMe or SPr as leaving group. Exclusive products with inversion ofconfiguration with OPh as leaving group were only obtained from the hydrolysis of 2b, 2f and 2g.The hydrolysis of 2c gave product with inversion of configuration with OC_6H_4NO_2-p as leavinggroup. From 2d, 2e and 2i, products with retention of configuration were formed with OC (Me)-CHCO_2 Et(Z), OC(Me)-CHCO_2Et(E) and SPh as leaving group, respectively. Polyethersulfone membranes were prepared from quaternary systems containing N,N-dimethylacetamide （DMAc） as solvent, polyvinylpyrrolidone （PVP） as constant additive and acetic acid, acetone and water as variable additives. Phase inversion via immersion precipitation was employed for manufacturing of membranes. The prepared films were immersed in the mixture of pure water and 2-propanol （30/70 vol%） as the non-solvent. Acetic acid caused an increment in the flux at high polymer concentration （16 wt%） and a decline in the flux at low polymer concentrations （10 wt% and 13 wt%）. Acetone and water as the solvent in the casting solution declined the flux at any polymer concentration tested. The morphology and performance of the prepared membranes were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and separation experiments using milk as the feed. 相似文献
