The complex [Co(2-Me-Pyz)2(H2O)4](NO3)2 is synthesized and its structure is determined. The crystals are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 10.685(2) Å, b = 6.837(1), c = 12.515(3) Å, β = 91.84(3)°, V = 913.8(3) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.042 g/cm 3, Z = 2. The Co2+ ion (in the inversion center) is coordinated at the vertices of the distorted octahedron by two nitrogen atoms of methylpyrazine and four oxygen atoms of the water molecules (Co(1)–N(1) 2.180(3), average Co(1)–O(w) 2.079(3) Å, angles at the Co atom 87.9(1)–92.1(1)°). Supramolecular pseudometallocycles are formed in the structure through the O(w)–H…N(1) hydrogen bonds between the coordinated H2O molecules and the terminal nitrogen atoms of the 2-methylpyrazine molecules. Their interaction results in the formation of supramolecular layers joined by the NO3 groups into a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

The crystal structures of compounds from the series [M(NH3)5Cl](NO3)2, (M = Ir, Rh, Ru) were described. The compounds crystallized in the tetragonal crystal system, space group I4, Z = 2. Crystal data for [Ir(NH3)5Cl](NO3)2 (I): a = 7.6061(1) Å, b = 7.6061(1) Å, c = 10.4039(2) Å, V = 601.894(16) Å3, ρcalc = 2.410 g/cm3, R = 0.0087; [Rh(NH3)5Cl](NO3)2 (II): a = 7.5858(5) Å, b = 7.5858(5) Å, c = 10.41357(7) Å, V = 599.24(7) Å3, ρcalc = 1.926 g/cm3, R = 0.0255; [Ru(NH3)5Cl](NO3)2 (III): a = 7.5811(6) Å, b = 7.5811(6) Å, c = 10.5352(14) Å, V = 605.49(11) Å3, ρcalc = 1.896 g/cm3, R = 0.0266. The compounds were defined by IR spectroscopy and XRPA and thermal analyses.  相似文献

Slow evaporation of solutions of Sc and Eu nitrates with macrocyclic cavitand cucurbit[6]uril gives crystals of isostructural complexes [Sc(NO3)(H2O)4(C36H36N24O12)](NO3)2 ? 8.5H2O (space group Pna21, a = 32.0065(18) Å, b = 14.7904(8) Å, c = 11.5774(6) Å, V = 5480.6(5) Å3, Z = 4) and [Eu(NO3)(H2O)4(C36H36N24O12)](NO3)2 ? 6.75H2O (space group Pna21, a = 31.9525(17) Å, b = 14.7203(8) Å, c = 11.8592(6) Å, V = 5578.0(5) Å3, Z = 4). The metal to ligand ratio in these complexes is 1 : 1; the complexes are obtained at 0.025–0.1 mol/l concentrations of the metals in solutions. With higher lanthanide concentrations (0.7–1 mol/l), the 2 : 1 complex with cucurbit[6]uril is formed of the composition [{ Gd(NO3)(H2O)5}2(C36H36N24O12)](NO3)4 ? 6.5H2O (space group \(P\bar 1\), a = 13.3972(6) Å, b = 14.4994(5) Å, c = 18.3290(8) Å, α = 73.5610(10)°, β = 87.2590(10)°, γ = 87.5540(10)°, V = 3409.4(2) Å3, Z = 2) and isotypical complex [{Gd(NO3)(H2O)5}2{(C5H5N) ? (C36H36N24O12)}](NO3)4 ? 8H2O with a pyridine molecule inside the cucurbit[6]uril cavity (space group P21/n, a = 14.8263(6) Å, b = 13.3688(7) Å, c = 18.5970(9) Å, β = 107.5860(10)°, V = 3513.8(3) Å3, Z = 2). According to X-ray diffraction data, the metal atoms of the title complexes coordinate the O atoms in portals of cucurbit[6]uril molecules.  相似文献

Powder and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies have been performed for anhydrous nitrate complexes Rb2[Pd(NO3)4] (I) and Cs2[Pd(NO3)4] (II). Crystal data for I: a = 7.843(1) Å, b = 7.970(1) Å, c = 9.725(1) Å; β = 100.39(1)°, V = 597.9(1) Å 3, space group P21/c, Z = 2, d calc = 2.918 g/cm3; for II: a = 10.309(2) Å, b = 10.426(2) Å, c = 11.839(2) Å; β = 108.17(3)°, V = 1209.0(4) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 4, d calc = 3.408 g/cm3. The structures are formed by isolated [Pd(NO3)4]2? complex anions and alkali metal cations. The plane-square environment of the Pd atom is formed from the oxygen atoms of the monodentate nitrate groups. The geometrical characteristics of the complex anions are analyzed. Compound II has a short contact Pd...Cs 3.252 Å.  相似文献

Slow evaporation in air of a lanthanum nitrate solution containing macrocyclic cavitand cucurbit[6]uril yields a complex of the composition of [La(H2O)6(X@C36H36N24O12)(NO3)](NO3)2· 6.96H2O (X = 0.5C5H5N + 0.5H2O). The complex is structurally characterized using single crystal X-ray diffraction. Lanthanum atoms are coordinated with oxygen atoms of carbonyl groups of cucurbit[6]uril portals. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system, space group Pnn2, unit cell parameters (150 K): a = 11.997(2) Å, b = 17.093(3) Å, c = 14.133(3) Å, V = 2899.3(10) Å3, Z = 2. Lanthanum atoms are disordered, alternative positions being related by the two-fold axis. The complex has an island structure. A pyridine molecule occupies an internal cavity of one half of cucurbit[6]uril molecules, while a water molecule occupies the other.  相似文献

The crystal structure of bis(semicarbazido)copper(II) nitrate [Cu(NH2NHC(O)NH2)2](NO3)2 has been studied by X-ray diffraction. Monoclinic crystals, a = 6.835(2) Å, b = 7.733(2) Å, c = 10.320(3) Å, β = 105.701(3)°, V = 525.1(2) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 2, d msd = 2.136 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 2.143 mm−1. The structure was solved with the program for automatic analysis of Patterson’s function and refined by full-matrix least squares in an anisotropic approximation for all non-hydrogen atoms using 753 independent reflections; R 1 = 0.0203. The square environment of the Cu atom is formed from the amino nitrogen atoms of the hydrazine fragments and the C=O oxygen atoms of the two semicarbazide bidentate molecules (Cu-N 1.928 Å, Cu-O 1.999 Å). The axial positions are occupied by the O atoms of the NO 3 outer-spheric anions (Cu-O 2.505 Å). Novel complex salts [Au(en)2]Cl(ReO4)2 (I) and [Au(en)2](ReO4)3 (II), en = ethylenediamine, are obtained. Their crystal structures are determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The coordination polymers [AgPF6(Me4Pyz)2] (I) and [AgPF6(2,3-Et2Pyz)2] (II) were synthesized, and their structures were determined. Crystals of I are monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 10.213(2) Å, b = 16.267(3) Å, c = 12.663(3) Å, β = 92.90(3)°, V = 2102.1(7) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.660 g/cm3, Z = 4. The structure of I is built of polymeric zigzag [Ag(C8H12N2)] + chains and octahedral [PF6] anions. The coordination polyhedron of the Ag+ ion is a flat triangle. Crystals of II are tetragonal, space group P \(\bar 4\)2(1)/c,a = b = 10.641(1) Å, c = 18.942(1) Å, V = 2144.6(2) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.627 g/cm3, Z = 4. In the structure of II, 2D cationic layers of fused square rings exist; the rings consist of four Ag+ cations linked by four bridging ligands of diethylpyrazine Et2Pyz. The coordination polyhedron of the Ag+ ion is an irregular four-vertex polyhedron.  相似文献

The syntheses and crystal structures of the layered coordination polymers M(C8H8NO2)2 [M = Mn (1), Co (2), Ni (3) and Zn (4)] are described. These isostructural compounds contain centrosymmetric trans-MN2O4 octahedra as parts of infinite sheets; the ligand bonds to three adjacent metal ions in μ3-N,O,O′ mode from both its carboxylate O atoms and its amine N atom. In each case, weak intra-sheet N–H?O and C–H?O hydrogen bonds may help to consolidate the structure. The reaction of cyclopentylamine with 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde and 5-nitrosalicylaldehyde, respectively, in methanol affords two new Schiff bases, 1-(cyclopentyliminomethyl)naphthalen-2-ol (HL1) and 4-nitro-2-(cyclopentyliminomethyl)phenol (HL2). Two new zinc(II) complexes, [Zn(L1)2] (I) and [Zn(L2)2] (II), derived from the Schiff bases, have been prepared and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FT-IR, and elemental analysis. Complex I crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 17.834(4), b = 14.738(3), c = 9.868(2) Å, β = 91.20(3)°, V = 2593.1(9) Å3, Z = 4. Complex II crystallizes in the triclinic space group P \(\bar 1\) with a = 10.206(1), b = 10.502(1), c = 12.554(1) Å, α = 66.771(2)°, β = 78.133(2)°, γ = 76.292(2)°, V = 1191.8(1) Å3, Z = 2. The Zn atom in each complex is coordinated by two N and two O atoms from two Schiff base ligands, forming a tetrahedral geometry. Coordination polymers [AgCF3CO2(2,3-Et2Pyz)](I)(2,3-Et2Pyz-C8H12N2) and [AgCF3CO2(Bpeta)] (II) (Bpeta is 4′4-bipyridylethane, C12H12N2) are synthesized. Their structures are determined. The crystals of compound I are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, a = 7.185(1), b = 14.754(1), c = 12.317(1)Å, β = 97.09(1)°, V = 1295.7(2) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.831 g/cm3, Z = 4. Structure I consists of infinite chains of doubled polymeric chains joined by silver carboxylate dimers [[Ag2(CF3CO2)2(Et2Pyz)2]. The coordination polyhedron of Ag+ is a distorted tetrahedron. The crystals of compound II are orthorhombic, space group Pbca, a = 13.555(3), b = 13.991(3), c = 16.449(3) Å, V = 3119.5(11) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.725 g/cm3, Z = 8. Doubled polymeric chains with the Ag…Ag bond (3.16 Å) are also formed in structure II. Supramolecular layers are formed in the structure due to the weak π-π-stacking interaction between the aromatic groups of chains. The CF3CO 2 ? anion is weakly bound to Ag+ (Ag-Oavg 2.790 Å).  相似文献

The first inorg/organic hybrid complex incorporating the macrocyclic oxamide, of formula [(NiL)2Cu2(μ-NSC)2(NSC)2] (1), (NiL, H2L = 2, 3-dioxo-5,6,14,15-dibenzo-1,4,8,12-tetraazacyclo-pentadeca-7,13-dien), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystals crystallize in the triclinic system, space group P-1, for (1) a = 8.319(3) Å, b = 10.434(4) Å, c = 14.166(5) Å, a = 107.030(5)°, β  =  91.257(5)°, γ = 107.623(5)°. The complex involved both bridging N, S-ligand, and oxamide ligand, C–H?S interactions and NCS → Ni weak coordination interactions making the complex superamolecular.  相似文献

By single crystal X-ray analysis, the atomic structure of the crystals of [Eu(NO3)3(HMPA)3] complex (HMPA is hexamethylphosphorotriamide) possessing intense triboluminescence is determined. Symmetry of centrosymmetrical crystals is monoclinic: a = 13.785(1) Å, b = 19.746(2) Å, c = 14.723(1) Å, β= 102.143(2)°, P21/n space group, Z = 4, d x = 1.484 g/cm3. The crystal structure is represented by separate C18H54EuN12O12P3 complexes linked by van der Waals interactions with pronounced cleavage planes. The coordination polyhedron of Eu(III) atom reflects the state of distorted square antiprism. The possible causes of spectral differences in the Stark structure of photo- and triboluminescence are discussed.  相似文献

The complex [UO2(SeO4)(C5H12N2O)2(H2O)] (I) was synthesized and studied by thermal analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. The crystals are orthorhombic: a = 13.1661(3) Å, b = 16.4420(5) Å, c = 17.4548(6) Å, Pbca, Z = 8, R = 0.0423. The structural units of crystal I are chains with the composition coinciding with that of the compounds of the AB2M 3 1 crystal chemical group of the uranyl complexes (A = UO 2 2+ , B2 = SeO 4 2? , M1 = C5H12N2O and H2O).  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Cu(En)2CrO4]n (En is ethylenediamine) is determined: a = 14.7359(4) Å, b = 9.8083(3) Å, c = 14.2664(4) Å, V = 2061.98(10) Å3, space group Cmce, Z = 8, dx = 1.931 g/cm3. It is demonstrated that the studied phase is isostructural with [Сu(Еn)2SO4]n. A pseudotetragonal copper atom coordination (Cu–N 2.0204 Å and 2.0244 Å, ∠N–Cu–N 84.73°) is completed to distorted octahedral by two oxygen atoms of chromate anions (Cu–O 2.433 Å and 2.380 Å).  相似文献

The U(VI) complex with cyanoacetic acid, [UO2(H2O)2(NCCH2COO)2] (I), was synthesized from an aqueous solution, and its X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out. The crystals are orthorhombic: space group Pca2 1, a = 25.9605(7) Å, b = 6.7634(2) Å, c = 6.3398(2) Å, V = 1113.15(6) Å3 at 100 K, and Z = 4. The coordination polyhedron of the uranium atom is a distorted pentagonal bipyramid. The cations UO 2 2+ are bound into infinite zigzag chains by the bridging carboxyl groups of one of the anions of cyanoacetic acid. The carboxyl oxygen atom of the second anion, which is not involved in coordination, and the nitrogen atoms of the cyano groups form hydrogen bonds with the coordination water molecules. The layer structure of the compound is formed through the hydrogen bonds. The absorption spectra in the visible and infrared ranges of the crystalline compound are measured and analyzed.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of a mixture of V2O5, VCl3, 2,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and diluted H2SO4 for 68 h at 180°C gives a blue colored solution which yields prismatic blue crystals of IV 2 IV O2(SO4)2(H2O)6] (1) in 32% yield (based on V). Complex 1 was investigated by means of elemental analysis (C, H and S), TGA, FT-IR, manganometric titration, Single Crystal X-ray Diffraction Methods and also comparative antimicrobial activities. Crystal data for the compound: monoclinic space group P21/c and unit cell parameters are a = 7.3850(12) Å, b = 7.3990(7) Å, c = 12.229(2) Å, β = 108.976(12)° and Z = 2. Although structure of 1 as a natural mineral has been previously determined, this work covers new preparation method and full characterization of 1 along with comparison of antibacterial activity between 1 and the commercial vanadium(IV) oxide sulfate hydrate compounds, VOSO4 · xH2O (Riedel-de Haën and Alfa Aesar brand names). 1 was evaluated for the antimicrobial activity against gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria, yeasts and mould compared with the commercial VOSO4 · xH2O compounds. 1 showed weak activity against bacteria Bacillus cereus, Nocardia asteroides and yeast Candida albicans. A good antimicrobial activity was recorded against Cirtobacter freundii (15 mm). There are only a few reproducible well-defined vanadium(IV) starting materials to use for exploring the synthesis of new materials. VCl4, VO(acac)2, VOSO4 · xH2O and [V(IV)OSO4(H2O)4] · SO4 · [H2N(C2H4)2NH2] are common starting materials for such applications. In addition to these compounds, 1 can be used as an oxovanadium precursor.  相似文献
