Four cycloaurated phosphine sulfide complexes, [Au{κ2-2-C6H4P(S)Ph2}2][AuX2] [X=Cl ( 2 ), Br ( 3 ), I ( 4 )] and [Au{κ2-2-C6H4P(S)Ph2}2]PF6 ( 5 ), have been prepared and thoroughly characterized. The compounds were found to be stable under physiological-like conditions and showed excellent cytotoxicity against a broad range of cancer cell lines and remarkable cytotoxicity in 3D tumor spheroids. Mechanistic studies with cervical cancer (HeLa) cells indicated that the cytotoxic effects of the compounds involve the inhibition of thioredoxin reductase and induction of apoptosis through mitochondrial disruption. In vivo experiments in nude mice bearing HeLa xenografts showed that treatment with compounds 4 and 5 resulted in significant inhibition of tumor growth (35.8 and 46.9 %, respectively), better than that of cisplatin (29 %). The newly synthesized gold complexes were also evaluated for their in vitro and in vivo anti-inflammatory activity through the study of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-activated macrophages and carrageenan-induced hind paw edema in rats, respectively.  相似文献

Phosphine, generated from elemental phosphorus in the system KOH-toluene-H2O, reacts with vinyl sulfides under free radical conditions (AIBN, dioxane, 65–70°C, atmospheric pressure) to form regiospecifically tris[2-(organylthio)ethyl]phosphines, which are readily oxidized in air to corresponding tris[2-(organylthio)ethyl]phosphine oxides.  相似文献

基于加热和pH =5 .0~ 6.0条件下 ,硫代硫酸根抑制H2 O2 氧化结晶紫 (CV)的褪色反应 ,建立了一种测定硫代硫酸根的方法。硫代硫酸根在 4.5× 1 0 -5~ 4.5× 1 0 -4g/L范围内服从比耳定律 ;检出限为 3 .2×1 0 -6g/L。本法用于定影废液中硫代硫酸钠含量的测定 ,结果满意。  相似文献

Selective and sensitive molecular probes for hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), which plays diverse roles in oxidative stress and redox signaling, are urgently needed to investigate the physiological and pathological effects of H2O2. A lack of reliable tools for in vivo imaging has hampered the development of H2O2 mediated therapeutics. By combining a specific tandem Payne/Dakin reaction with a chemiluminescent scaffold, H2O2-CL-510 was developed as a highly selective and sensitive probe for detection of H2O2 both in vitro and in vivo. A rapid 430-fold enhancement of chemiluminescence was triggered directly by H2O2 without any laser excitation. Arsenic trioxide induced oxidative damage in leukemia was successfully detected. In particular, cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury-induced H2O2 fluxes were visualized in rat brains using H2O2-CL-510 , providing a new chemical tool for real-time monitoring of H2O2 dynamics in living animals.  相似文献

 Aliphatic and aromatic alcohols are efficiently oxidized to ketones or carboxylic acids using aqueous hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant in the presence of a Mn(III) Schiff-base complex as a catalyst under solvent-free conditions. The oxidation of alcohols occurred at 50 °C to give the corresponding ketones or carboxylic acids with a yield higher than 60%.  相似文献

In this work, we describe the fabrication of a transparent gold electrode based on nanocellulose. The electrode was prepared via electron beam evaporation of gold onto nanocellulose films previously spread over a glass slip. Electrodes with different thickness of Au was fabricated, and the material's optical, morphological and electrical properties were assessed. Finally, as a proof of concept, a possible application of this electrode in hydrogen peroxide sensing was performed. The results show that a thin layer of gold on a nanocellulose translucid film allows obtaining a conductive transparent surface that could be used to design a transparent electrode.  相似文献

A new imidazolinium ligand precursor [L2H]Cl ( 2 ) was prepared in 86 % yield. Compared with its imidazolium counterpart, [L1H]Cl ( 1 ), 2 is very sensitive to moisture and can undergo ring‐opening reactions very readily. Palladium complexes with the ring‐opened products from imidazolinium salts were isolated and characterized by X‐ray crystallography. Theoretical studies confirmed that the imidazolinium salt has a higher propensity for the ring‐opening reaction than the imidazolium counterpart. New mixed phosphine/carbene palladium complexes, cis‐[PdCl2(L)(PR3)] (L=L1 and L2; R=Ph, Cy), were successfully prepared. These complexes are highly robust as revealed by variable‐temperature NMR spectroscopic studies and thermal gravimetric analysis. The structural and electronic properties of the new complexes on varying the carbene group (imidazol‐2‐ylidene group (unsaturated carbene) vs. imidazolin‐2‐ylidene (saturated carbene)) and the phosphine group (PPh3 vs. PCy3) were studied in detail by X‐ray crystallography, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and theoretical calculations. The catalytic study reveals that cis‐[PdCl2(L2)(PCy3)] is a competent PdII precatalyst for Suzuki coupling reactions, in which unreactive aryl chlorides can be applied as substrates.  相似文献

以四磺基铁酞菁(FeTSPe)作为过氧化物模拟酶催化H2O2与L-酪氨酸的荧光反应,建立了测定宽含量范围的H2O2及葡萄糖的方法。该法的线性范围为0.0-8.0×10^5mol/L,H2O2及0.0 ̄2.0×10^-4mol/L葡萄糖,检测限分别为5.0×10^-8mol/L及6.0×10^-6mol/L,将该经酶催化反应偶联,测定人血清中葡萄糖的含量,取得了满意的结果。  相似文献

At present, a highly sensitive hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) sensor is fabricated by ferrocene based naphthaquinone derivatives as 2,3‐Diferrocenyl‐1,4‐naphthoquinone and 2‐bromo‐3‐ferrocenyl‐1,4‐naphthoquinone. These ferrocene based naphthaquinone derivatives are characterized by H‐NMR and C‐NMR. The electrochemical properties of these ferrocene based naphthaquinone are investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) on modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The modified electrode with ferrocene based naphthaquinone derivatives exhibits an improved voltammetric response to the H2O2 redox reaction. 2‐bromo‐3‐ferrocenyl‐1,4‐naphthoquinone show excellent non‐enzymatic sensing ability towards H2O2 response with a detection limitation of 2.7 μmol/L a wide detection range from 10 μM to 400 μM in H2O2 detection. The sensor also exhibits short response time (1 s) and good sensitivity of 71.4 μA mM?1 cm?2 and stability. Furthermore, the DPV method exhibited very high sensitivity (18999 μA mM?1 cm?2) and low detection limit (0.66 μM) compared to the CA method. Ferrocene based naphthaquinone derivative based sensors have a lower cost and high stability. Thus, this novel non‐enzyme sensor has potential application in H2O2 detection.  相似文献

The development of inexpensive and practical iron catalysts for the environmentally benign epoxidation of olefins with hydrogen peroxide as terminal oxidant is described. By systematic variation of ligands, metal sources, and reaction conditions, it was discovered that FeCl3?6H2O in combination with pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid and different amines shows high reactivity and excellent selectivity towards the epoxidation of aromatic olefins and moderate reactivity towards that of aliphatic olefins.  相似文献
