The crystal structures of four cycloalkanespiro‐4′‐imidazolidine‐2′,5′‐dithiones, namely cyclopentanespiro‐4′‐imidazolidine‐2′,5′‐dithione {systematic name: 1,3‐diazaspiro[4.4]nonane‐2,4‐dithione}, C7H10N2S2, cyclohexanespiro‐4′‐imidazolidine‐2′,5′‐dithione {systematic name: 1,3‐diazaspiro[4.5]decane‐2,4‐dithione}, C8H12N2S2, cycloheptanespiro‐4′‐imidazolidine‐2′,5′‐dithione {systematic name: 1,3‐diazaspiro[4.6]undecane‐2,4‐dithione}, C9H14N2S2, and cyclooctanespiro‐4′‐imidazolidine‐2′,5′‐dithione {systematic name: 1,3‐diazaspiro[4.7]dodecane‐2,4‐dithione}, C10H16N2S2, have been determined. The three‐dimensional packing in all of the structures is based on closely similar chains, in which hydantoin moieties are linked through N—H⋯S hydrogen bonding. The size of the cycloalkane moiety influences the degree of its deformation. In the cyclooctane compound, the cyclooctane ring assumes both boat–chair and boat–boat conformations.  相似文献

The title compound, 3‐[4‐(dimethylamino)phenyl]‐1‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C17H17NO2, is a chalcone derivative substituted by 2′‐hydroxyl and 4′′‐dimethylamino groups. The crystal structure indicates that the aniline and hydroxyphenyl groups are nearly coplanar, with a dihedral angle of 10.32 (16)° between their phenyl rings. The molecular planarity of this substituted chalcone is strongly affected by the 2′‐hydroxyl group.  相似文献

In the title compound, (η5‐2,5‐dimethylpyrrolyl)[(7,8,9,10,11‐η)‐7‐methyl‐7,8‐dicarba‐nido‐undecaborato]cobalt(III), [3‐Co{η5‐[2,5‐(CH3)2‐NC4H2]}‐1‐CH3‐1,2‐C2B9H10] or [Co(C3H13B9)(C6H8N)], the CoIII atom is sandwiched between the pentagonal faces of the pyrrolyl and dicarbollide ligands, resulting in a neutral molecule. The C—C distance in the dicarbollide cage is 1.649 (3) Å.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the first stable α‐diol from the α‐halogenopyruvamide series, 3‐chloro‐2,2‐dihydroxy‐3‐phenylpropanamide, C9H10ClNO3, and three products [3‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2‐cyano‐2,3‐epoxypropanamide, C10H7ClN2O2, 3‐bromo‐2‐cyano‐2‐hydroxy‐3‐p‐tolylpropanamide, C11H11BrN2O2, 3‐bromo‐2‐oxo‐3‐p‐tolylpropanamide, C10H10BrNO2] obtained during the systematic synthesis of α‐halogenopyruvamides are reported. The crystal structures are dominated by hydrogen bonds involving an amide group. The stability of the geminal diol could be ascribed to hydrogen bonds which involve both hydroxyl groups.  相似文献

The crystal structures of 2,2‐dimethyl‐5‐nitroso‐1,3‐dioxan‐5‐yl benzoate, C13H15NO5, (I), 2,2‐dimethyl‐5‐nitroso‐1,3‐dioxan‐5‐yl 4‐chlorobenzoate, C13H14ClNO5, (II), and 5‐nitroso‐1,3‐dioxan‐5‐yl 4‐chlorobenzoate, C11H11NO5, (III), have been determined in order to gain insight into the conformational preference of α‐benzoyloxynitroso. Unfavourable 1,3‐diaxial interactions force (I) and (II) to crystallize in the 2,5 twist‐boat conformation, whereas compound (III), lacking this destabilizing interaction, crystallizes in the chair conformation.  相似文献

The structures of new oxaindane spiropyrans derived from 7‐hydroxy‐3′,3′‐dimethyl‐3′H‐spiro[chromene‐2,1′‐isobenzofuran]‐8‐carbaldehyde (SP1), namely N‐benzyl‐2‐[(7‐hydroxy‐3′,3′‐dimethyl‐3′H‐spiro[chromene‐2,1′‐isobenzofuran]‐8‐yl)methylidene]hydrazinecarbothioamide, C27H25N3O3S, (I), at 120 (2) K, and N′‐[(7‐hydroxy‐3′,3′‐dimethyl‐3′H‐spiro[chromene‐2,1′‐isobenzofuran]‐8‐yl)methylidene]‐4‐methylbenzohydrazide acetone monosolvate, C27H24N2O4·C3H6O, (II), at 100 (2) K, are reported. The photochromically active Cspiro—O bond length in (I) is close to that in the parent compound (SP1), and in (II) it is shorter. In (I), centrosymmetric pairs of molecules are bound by two equivalent N—H...S hydrogen bonds, forming an eight‐membered ring with two donors and two acceptors.  相似文献

The isomorphous structures of the title molecules, 4‐amino‐1‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐3‐iodo‐1H‐pyrazolo‐[3,4‐d]pyrimidine, (I), C10H12IN5O3, and 4‐amino‐3‐bromo‐1‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidine, (II), C10H12BrN5O3, have been determined. The sugar puckering of both compounds is C1′‐endo (1′E). The N‐glycosidic bond torsion angle χ1 is in the high‐anti range [?73.2 (4)° for (I) and ?74.1 (4)° for (II)] and the crystal structure is stabilized by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The 1,5‐benzodiazepine ring system exhibits a puckered boat‐like conformation for all four title compounds [4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐1,5‐benzodiazepine, C21H18N2O, (I), 2‐(2,3‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐1,5‐benzodiazepine, C23H22N2O3, (II), 2‐(3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐1,5‐benzodiazepine, C23H22N2O3, (III), and 2‐(2,5‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐1,5‐benzodiazepine, C23H22N2O3, (IV)]. The stereochemical correlation of the two C6 aromatic groups with respect to the benzodiazepine ring system is pseudo‐equatorial–equatorial for compounds (I) (the phenyl group), (II) (the 2,3‐dimethoxyphenyl group) and (III) (the 3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl group), while for (IV) (the 2,5‐dimethoxyphenyl group) the system is pseudo‐axial–equatorial. An intramolecular hydrogen bond between the hydroxyl OH group and a benzodiazepine N atom is present for all four compounds and defines a six‐membered ring, whose geometry is constant across the series. Although the molecular structures are similar, the supramolecular packing is different; compounds (I) and (IV) form chains, while (II) forms dimeric units and (III) displays a layered structure. The packing seems to depend on at least two factors: (i) the nature of the atoms defining the hydrogen bond and (ii) the number of intermolecular interactions of the types O—H...O, N—H...O, N—H...π(arene) or C—H...π(arene).  相似文献

In 2‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐1,2,4‐triazine‐3,5(2H,4H)‐dione (6‐aza‐2′‐deoxyuridine), C8H11N3O5, (I), the conformation of the glycosylic bond is between anti and high‐anti [χ = −94.0 (3)°], whereas the derivative 2‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐N4‐(2‐methoxybenzoyl)‐1,2,4‐triazine‐3,5(2H,4H)‐dione (N3‐anisoyl‐6‐aza‐2′‐deoxyuridine), C16H17N3O7, (II), displays a high‐anti conformation [χ = −86.4 (3)°]. The furanosyl moiety in (I) adopts the S‐type sugar pucker (2T3), with P = 188.1 (2)° and τm = 40.3 (2)°, while the sugar pucker in (II) is N (3T4), with P = 36.1 (3)° and τm = 33.5 (2)°. The crystal structures of (I) and (II) are stabilized by intermolecular N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O interactions.  相似文献

Structure analyses of 4,4′‐bis(4‐hydroxybutyl)‐2,2′‐bipyridine, C18H24N2O2, (I), and 4,4′‐bis(4‐bromobutyl)‐2,2′‐bipyridine, C18H22Br2N2, (II), reveal intermolecular hydrogen bonding in both compounds. For (I), O—H·N intermolecular hydrogen bonding leads to the formation of an infinite two‐dimensional polymer, and π stacking interactions are also observed. For (II), C—H·N intermolecular hydrogen bonding leads to the formation of a zigzag polymer. The two compounds crystallize in different crystal systems, but both molecules possess Ci symmetry, with one half molecule in the asymmetric unit.  相似文献

This study of 3‐(5‐phenyl‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl)‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one, C17H10N2O3, 1 , and 3‐[5‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl]‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one, C16H9N3O3, 2 , was performed on the assumption of the potential anticancer activity of the compounds. Three polymorphic structures for 1 and two polymorphic structures for 2 have been studied thoroughly. The strongest intermolecular interaction is stacking of the `head‐to‐head' type in all the studied crystals. The polymorphic structures of 1 differ with respect to the intermolecular interactions between stacked columns. Two of the polymorphs have a columnar or double columnar type of crystal organization, while the third polymorphic structure can be classified as columnar‐layered. The difference between the two structures of 2 is less pronounced. Both crystals can be considered as having very similar arrangements of neighbouring columns. The formation of polymorphic modifications is caused by a subtle balance of very weak intermolecular interactions and packing differences can be identified only using an analysis based on a study of the pairwise interaction energies.  相似文献

2,2‐Dimethyl‐5‐[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐2‐propenylidene]‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐dione, C16H16O4, crystallizes in the triclinic space group , with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. These molecules and a centrosymmetrically related pair, linked together by weak C—H?O hydrogen bonds, form a tetramer. 5‐[3‐(4‐Chlorophenyl)‐2‐propenylidene]‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐dione, C15H13ClO4, also crystallizes in the triclinic space group , with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. Centrosymmetrically related molecules are linked together by weak C—H?O hydrogen bonds to form dimers which are further linked by yet another pair of centrosymmetrically related C—H?O hydrogen bonds to form a tube which runs parallel to the a axis.  相似文献

The structure of 2‐(pyrrolidin‐1‐yl)‐1,4‐naphthoquinone, C14H12.95Cl0.05NO2, (I), is actually a 0.95:0.05 mixture including 2‐chloro‐3‐(pyrrolidin‐1‐yl)‐1,4‐naphthoquinone as a minor impurity, but (I) was resolved as a single molecule containing a Cl atom with 5% occupancy at the 3‐position. Compound (I) was prepared from the fully chloro‐substituted analogue in an attempt to produce the disubstituted pyrrolidinyl derivative. 2‐Phenylsulfanyl‐3‐(pyrrolidin‐1‐yl)‐1,4‐naphthoquinone, C20H17NO2S, (II), was also prepared from 2‐chloro‐3‐(pyrrolidin‐1‐yl)‐1,4‐naphthoquinone, using a strong exocyclic nucleophile. The structure of (II) differs from previous structures of 2,3‐dichloro‐1,4‐naphthoquinone and its derivatives in that the naphthoquinone ring is non‐planar.  相似文献

η3‐1,4,7,10‐tetraazacyclododecane molybdenum tricarbonyl reacts with allyl bromide and 3‐butenyl bromide in dimethylformamide in the presence of K2CO3 yielding 1‐(2‐propenyl)‐1,4,7,10‐tetraazacyclododecane ( 1a ) and 1‐(3‐butenyl)‐1,4,7,10‐tetraazacyclododecane ( 1b ), which on their part react with bromoacetic acid tert‐butyl ester in CH3CN to give 1‐(2‐propenyl)‐1,4,7,10‐tetraazacyclododecane‐4,7,10‐tris‐acetic acid tert‐butyl ester ( 2a ) and 1‐(3‐butenyl)‐1,4,7,10‐tetraazacyclododecane‐4,7,10‐tris‐acetic acid tert‐butyl ester ( 2b ), respectively. Compounds 2a and 2b are converted into the corresponding acids 1‐(2‐propenyl)‐1,4,7,10‐tetraazacyclododecane‐4,7,10‐tris‐acetic acid ( 4a ) (MPC) and 1‐(3‐butenyl)‐1,4,7,10‐tetraazacyclododecane‐4,7,10‐tris‐acetic acid ( 4b ) (MBC) via the trifluoroacetates 3a and 3b . Sm(NO3)3(H2O)6, LuCl3(THF)3, and TmCl3(H2O)6 react with 4a and 4b forming the lanthanide complexes Sm(MPC) ( 5 ), Lu(MPC) ( 6 ), Tm(MPC) ( 7a ) and Tm(MBC) ( 7b ). The IR as well as the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of the new compounds are reported and discussed.  相似文献

In the crystal structures of four thiophene derivatives, (E)‐3′‐[2‐(anthracen‐9‐yl)ethenyl]‐2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophene, C28H18S3, (E)‐3′‐[2‐(1‐pyrenyl)ethenyl]‐2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophene, C30H18S3, (E)‐3′‐[2‐(3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)ethenyl]‐2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophene, C22H18O2S3, and (E,E)‐1,4‐bis[2‐(2,2′:5′,2′′‐terthiophen‐3′‐yl)ethenyl]‐2,5‐dimethoxybenzene, C36H26O2S6, at least one of the terminal thiophene rings is disordered and the disorder is of the flip type. The terthiophene fragments are far from being coplanar, contrary to terthiophene itself. The central C—C=C—C fragments are almost planar but the bond lengths suggest slight delocalization within this fragment. The crystal packing is determined by van der Waals interactions and some weak, relatively short, C—H...S and C—H...π directional contacts.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, 4‐allyl‐2‐methoxy‐6‐[(4‐nitrophenyl)diazenyl]phenyl benzoate, C23H19N3O5, displays the characteristic features of azobenzene derivatives. The azobenzene moiety of the molecule has a trans configuration and in this moiety, average C—N and N=N bond lengths are 1.441 (3) and 1.241 (3) Å, respectively.  相似文献

In the title compound, C20H16N2O5, both of the 1‐acetylisatin (1‐acetyl‐1H‐indole‐2,3‐dione) moieties are planar and form a dihedral angle of 74.1 (1)°. Weak intermolecular hydrogen bonds and C—H?π interactions stabilize the packing in the crystal.  相似文献

In the structures of 2‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐1,5‐benzothiazepine, C21H16ClNOS, 4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2‐(4‐tolyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐1,5‐benzothiazepine, C22H19NOS, and 4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2‐(3‐methoxyphenyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐1,5‐benzothiazepine, C22H19NO2S, the central seven‐membered heterocyclic rings adopt twist‐boat conformations in which the N atoms are involved in strong intramolecular hydrogen bonds with the hydroxyl H atoms, resulting in six‐membered rings.  相似文献

Two related compounds containing ptert‐butyl‐o‐methylene‐linked phenol or phenol‐derived subunits are described, namely 5,5′‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2,2′‐dihydroxy‐3,3′‐methylenedibenzaldehyde, C23H28O4, (I), and 6,6′‐di‐tert‐butyl‐8,8′‐methylenebis(spiro[4H‐1,3‐benzodioxin‐2,1′‐cyclohexane]), C35H48O4, (II). Both compounds adopt a `butterfly' shape, with the two phenol or phenol‐derived O atoms in distal positions. Phenol and aldehyde groups in (I) are involved in intramolecular hydrogen bonds and the two dioxin rings in (II) are in distorted half‐chair conformations.  相似文献

In the title compound, catena‐poly[[[N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide]chloridozinc(II)]‐μ‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxylato‐[[N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide]chloridozinc(II)]‐μ‐[N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide]], [Zn2(C14H8O4)Cl2(C26H22N4O2)3]n, the ZnII centre is four‐coordinate and approximately tetrahedral, bonding to one carboxylate O atom from a bidentate bridging dianionic [1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxylate ligand, to two pyridine N atoms from two N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide ligands and to one chloride ligand. The pyridyl ligands exhibit bidentate bridging and monodentate terminal coordination modes. The bidentate bridging pyridyl ligand and the bridging [1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxylate ligand both lie on special positions, with inversion centres at the mid‐points of their central C—C bonds. These bridging groups link the ZnII centres into a one‐dimensional tape structure that propagates along the crystallographic b direction. The tapes are interlinked into a two‐dimensional layer in the ab plane through N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the monodentate ligands. In addition, the thermal stability and solid‐state photoluminescence properties of the title compound are reported.  相似文献
