利用四[1-(1, 2, 4-三氮唑基)甲基]间苯二酚杯[4]芳烃配体(TTR4A)在溶剂热的条件下合成了两个配位聚合物,[[Zn2(TTR4A)(L)2]·DMF·4H2O]n(化合物1) (DMF = N, N-二甲基甲酰胺)和[[Co(TTR4A)Cl2]·DMA·H2O]n (化合物2) (H2L = 4, 4’-联苯二甲酸) (DMA = N, N-二甲基乙酰胺)。通过单晶X射线衍射方法对这两个配位聚合物的结构进行了确定。利用红外、元素分析、粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)和热重表征手段对化合物1和2进行了表征。在化合物1中,四个L配体连接着四个Zn(Ⅱ)离子形成了环状的Zn4L4结构单元,该结构单元进一步地被TTR4A链接形成了一维链状结构。在化合物2中,TTR4A的四个三氮唑基团各连接一个Co(Ⅱ)离子形成二维层状结构。此外,我们对化合物1的荧光性能进行了研究,荧光测定表明固态条件下化合物1发出很强的荧光,并能够选择性地对Fe3+、Cr2O72−和硝基苯分子产生响应。  相似文献

Calix[4]arene and oxacalix[4]arene derivatives have eight possible conformations in the up and down directions of their four aromatic rings from the mean plane of a bridged central ring, the conformations of which determine the functionality of the host frameworks. Despite being a known compound for five decades, oxacalix[4]arene, C24H16O4, has not been characterized previously by crystallographic methods. It crystallizes from hexane/CH2Cl2 solution to give two polymorphs, i.e. prismatic and block‐shaped crystals as twisted 1,3‐alternate structures with S4 and C2 symmetry, respectively. These were previously suggested as the prefered stable conformations by density functional theory (DFT) calculations.  相似文献

X-ray crystal structures of the inclusion complexes of calix[4]arene monomethoxycarboxylic acid 1 (C30H2606) with acetontrile and acetone are reported. The crystal of C30H26O6·CH3CN is of monoclinic, space group P2 1/c with a = 11.691(5), b = 13.753(5), c = 17.072(7)A, β = 100.104(7)°, C32H29NO6, Mr = 523.56, V = 2702.4(18)A^3, Z = 4, De= 1.287 g/cm^3, μ(MoKα) = 0.089 mm^-1, T = 293(2) K, 5570 independent reflections with 3220 observed ones (1 〉 2σ(I)), R = 0.0521 and wR = 0.1132 with GOF = 1.042 (R = 0.1055 and wR = 0.1350 for all data). The data for C30H26O6·CH3COCH3: monoclinic, space group P2 1/c, α = 12.366(4), b = 12.119(4), c = 18.796(6) A, β = 90.871(6)°, C33H32O7, Mr = 540.59, V = 2816.6(16)A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.275 g/cm^3, μ(MoKα) = 0.089 mm^-1, T = 293(2) K, 5783 independent reflections including 2580 observed ones (I 〉 2σ(I)), R = 0.0555 and wR = 0.1424 with GOF= 0.975 (R = 0.1601 and wR = 0.1884 for all data). Their architectures exhibit one-dimensional inclusion polymers which are mediated head-to-tail by the guests.  相似文献

合成了部分取代的硫杂杯[4]芳烃氧化膦衍生物, 二(亚甲基二苯基氧化膦)对叔丁基硫杂杯[4]芳烃(化合物1), 培养了化合物的单晶, 用Smart 1000 CCD衍射仪测定了其晶体结构. 结果表明, 1的组成为: C66H70O6P2S4•2CH3OH, 属三斜晶系, P1空间群, 晶胞参数a=1.3453(6) nm, b=1.5289(7) nm, c=1.7893(9) nm; α=75.707(9)°, β=69.131(8)°, γ=79.734(9)°, Z=2; V=3.316(3) nm3, d=1.215 g/cm3, F(000)=1288, μ (Mo Kα)=0.244 mm-1, R1=0.0625, wR2=0.1372. 杯芳烃分子采取了锥式构象.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of3 has been determined by X-ray analysis. Thecrystal data are: triclinic, space group P'1,a = 12.999(2),b = 14.114(3),c = 16.132(3) Å, = 91.62(2), = 97.71(1), = 91.38(2)°,V = 2930.6(9) Å3,Z = 2,Dm = 1.046 g cm-3.Rotational disorder has been seen in the t-butyl groups whichwere refined isotropically. Least-squares refinementbased on F2, using 4827 observedreflections with I > 2(I) and 18 restraints,led to R = 0.123. The calix is found in a coneconformation. The crown ether part of the molecule isnot in a fully extended conformation but has foldsin the chain. The calix[4]crown ether-ester exhibitsmolecular recognition properties toward alkylamines.  相似文献

The synthesis of three 2D interdigitated ZnII coordination polymers (CPs), by using three monotopic ligands containing C?C bonds, is reported. Among these, two CPs with 4spy (4‐styryl pyridine) and 2F‐4spy (a 2′‐fluoro derivative of 4spy) ligands showed quantitative formation of cyclobutane rings, thus demonstrating a unique synthetic procedure to synthesize metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) by using this photochemical reaction. Interestingly, these compounds can also be synthesized by mechanochemical grinding procedures by using Zn(OAc)2. In contrast, Zn(NO3)2 did not yield the required product, unlike in the solution route. In addition, compounds with 4vpy (4‐vinylpyridine), 4spy and 2F‐4spy ligands created different units in the CPs; 4vpy and 2F‐4spy furnished paddle wheel units, whereas 4spy yielded tetrahedral ZnII repeating units. Furthermore, the change in coordination geometry manifests in the photoluminescence properties, attributed to the difference in charge‐transfer and ligand‐centered fluorescent phenomenon.  相似文献

Although coordination polymers generally do not melt, several that do melt have been synthesized recently and have drawn much attention. In this study, two- and three-dimensional coordination polymers that melt were synthesized, [Ru(Cp)(C6H5R)][M{C(CN)3}2] (R=H, Me, Et; M=K, Rb; Cp=C5H5), which are complex salts comprising M[C(CN)3] and organometallic ionic liquids [Ru(Cp)(C6H5R)][C(CN)3]. They have anionic [M{C(CN)3}2]n coordination polymer frameworks, whose dimensionalities depend on the size of the organometallic cation inside. Their melting points decreased with increasing cation substituent length and size of the alkali metal ion (Tm=102–239 °C), and these low-melting-point coordination polymers exhibited incongruent melting, forming mixtures of solid M[C(CN)3] and ionic liquid upon melting. Using the same method, coordination polymers were synthesized with various bridging ligands, [Co(Cp)2][MX2] (X=B(CN)4, C(CN)3, N(CN)2; M=K, Na), as well as a paramagnetic coordination polymer, [Fe(Cp)2][K{C(CN)3}2].  相似文献

以二苯-4,4'-二羧酸和六水硝酸锌为原料,在相同反应条件下,通过改变不同的辅助配体(2,2'-二甲基-4,4'-联吡啶和三乙烯二胺),合成出2个金属有机配位聚合物:{[Zn(DBA)(dmbpy)0.5]·2H2O}n(1)和[Zn2(DBA)2(dabco)]n(2)(H2DBA=二苯-4,4'-二羧酸,dmbpy=2,2'-二甲基-4,4'-联吡啶,dabco=三乙烯二胺)。通过元素分析、红外光谱、差热分析、X射线粉末衍射和X射线单晶衍射等手段对配合物进行了结构表征。结果显示,化合物1为二维(4,4)网络结构,2个二维结构在平行方向上通过互锁进一步形成2D→2D的互锁网络结构。化合物2为一维带状结构。热稳定性表明化合物1能够稳定到370℃;而化合物2稳定性差。荧光分析表明常温固态下配合物12均发射蓝色荧光,荧光寿命分别为231.4 ns和2.33 ns。  相似文献

Azocalix[4]arenes were prepared by linking 4-ethylaniline, 4-n-butylaniline, 4-acetamide aniline and 2-aminothiazol to calix[4]arene through a diazo-coupling reaction. A new family of azocalix[4]arenes, L1–L12, have been prepared by the incorporation of acetyl, benzoyl, and methyl ketone units to azocalix[4]arene. Characterization of the synthesized compounds was carried using elemental analyses, UV–Vis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopic studies.  相似文献

A series of novel bisthiacalix[4]arenes with diimine linkages of different aromatic or heteroaromatic dialdehydes have been synthesized. The structure of one of the bisthiacalixarene has been analyzed by X-ray crystallography. Herein, we describe an improved method to synthesise mono-, di- and tetra-cyanocalix[4]arene and report their crystal structure determinations. We also report our attempts to further functionalise the cyanocalix[4]arenes into dithiadiazolyl-calix[4]arenes, and propose a hypothesis as to why the cyano group on a calix[4]arene is an extremely challenging group to modify.  相似文献

The title compound(C50H44O10) was synthesized and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 16.713(4), b = 13.189(3), c = 19.434(5) , β = 104.411(4)°, Mr = 804.85, Dc = 1.288 g/cm3, V = 4149.2(17) 3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1696, μ(MoKa) = 0.089 mm-1, T = 296(2) K, 7279 independent reflections with 3172 observed ones(I 2σ(I)), R = 0.0520 and wR = 0.1203 with GOF = 0.928(R = 0.1464 and wR = 0.1657 for all data). The calixarene moiety maintains the symmetric cone conformation through intramolecular O–H···O hydrogen bonds. Preliminary bioassays indicated that the title compound has a potent inhibitory activity against the strand transfer process of HIV-1 integrase.  相似文献

The configurations of calix[4]arenes may be modified by the formation of donor-acceptor complexes which make use of the basicity of the oxygen atoms of the macrocycle. The complex [t-butylcalix[4]arene methyl ether][AlMe3]2,2, exhibits the previously unseen 1,2-alternate geometry, while [t-butylcalix[4]arene methyl ether][MeAlCl2]2,3, and [t-butylcalix[4]arene methyl ether][EtAlCl2]2,4, show the 1,3-alternate configuration.2 crystallizes in the triclinic space groupPl witha=11.14(1),b=11.60(1),c=12.02(1) Å, =77.32(8), =67.91(8), and =69.34(8)o withD c =1.06 g cm–3 forZ=1. Refinement based on 1270 observed reflections led toR=0.106.3 as the benzene solvate belongs to the monoclinic space groupC2/c witha=12.116(2),b=21.557(7),c=23.470(6) Å, and =104.05(2)o withD c =1.13 g cm–3 forZ=4. Refinement based on 2335 observed reflections led toR=0.075.4 crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupC2/c witha=12.062(4),b=21.175(6),c=21.596(5) Å, and =100.78(4)o withD c =1.18 g cm–3 forZ=4. Refinement based on 2529 observed reflections gaveR=0.082. The Al-O lengths in all three complexes are normal for donor-acceptor interactions. A series of substituted 2,3-diaryl-2-azabicyclo[2.2.2]octan-5-ones have been prepared by an efficient three-component aza-Diels-Alder cycloaddition reaction in water catalyzed by layered α-zirconium hydrogen phosphate (α-ZrP) and sodium calix[4]arene sulfonates bearing pendant short aliphatic chains. New podands based on the p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene unit with substitution at the lower rim incorporating imine units, have been synthesized in high yield by simple condensation method. These podands have been shown to extract and transport Ag+ selectively over alkali, alkaline earth metal cations, Zn2+, Pb2+ and Hg2+ ions, from neutral aqueous phase to organic phase. In all the ligands the calix unit has been found to be present in a cone conformation except for the one having pyridine as end group, at the ortho position. It has been isolated in two conformations; cone and 1,2-alternate. To the best of our knowledge, this may be the first 1,3-lower rim substituted calix[4]arene to exist in a 1,2-alternate conformation and is among a few known compounds with this conformation in the general class of calix[4]arenes. A complex of this ligand, which happens to be the highest extractant of Ag+ has been isolated and characterized using mass, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy's and elemental analysis. The spectroscopic evidence and molecular modelling studies performed on the complex suggest a participation of the imine and pyridine nitrogens and two of the ether oxygens in coordination to the metal ion. The X-ray crystal structures of three of the ligands establish the formation of inclusion complexes with polar acetonitrile solvent molecules. The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of all the compounds, taken in CDCl3, show the presence of acetonitrile molecules in the cavity of the calix[4]arene, indicating inclusion of the neutral guest molecules in the solution phase as well. For one of the podands X-ray crystal structure has shown a formation of clatharate complex of chloroform with the ligand which has rarely been found in the case of calix[4]arenes.  相似文献

One-dimensional (1D) coordination polymers (CPs) featuring three different topologies, comprising zig-zag, ribbon-like and poly-[n]-catenane structures, were obtained by reaction of Hg(II) ions with a novel bispidine ligand L3 , and structurally characterized by SC- and P-XRD methods. The CPs obtained in the form of microcrystalline powders were tested for their ability to undergo solvent adsorption and exchange by P-XRD and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The extent of their dynamic behavior was then correlated to their structural features, highlighting the role of interchain interactions established among their constituting linear arrays. Zig-zag CPs proved to be resilient to external chemical stimuli, while they differently respond to thermal treatments, depending on the solvent originally included within the CP. In the case of polycatenated structures, we observed transformations where the original topology was maintained upon guest exchange, but also cases where it changed to zig-zag, even under solid/vapor conditions (i. e., no complete dissolution of the CP). Given the presence of linear interconnected 1D channels, 3 ⋅ ClBz-polycatenanePwd is also able to trap volatile guests such as n-hexane when exposed to its vapors.  相似文献
