We report here the synthesis of the Z-3N(2-ethoxyphenyl)-2-N′(2-ethoxyphenyl)-imino-thiazolidin-4-one compound. The crystal structure is determined by X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system with the space group P21/n and cell parameters: a = 9.4094(10) Å, b = 9.3066(10) Å, c = 20.960(2) Å, β = 99.0375(10)°, V = 1812.7(3) Å3 and Z = 4. The structure is refined to final R = 0.05 for 2083 observed reflections. The molecule in the crystal exhibits the intermolecular hydrogen bonds of C–H…O, C–H…N, and C–H…S types. Ab initio calculations are also performed at Hartree–Fock (HF) and density functional theory (DFT) levels. The full HF and DFT geometry optimization is carried out using the 6-31G(d,p) basis set. The observed molecular structure is compared with that calculated by both HF and DFT methods. The optimized geometry of the titled compound is found to be consistent with the structure determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The compound [N-Me-2,2′-Bipy]+[C2B9H12]?-(N-CH3-2,2′-bipyridinium)(dodecahydro-dicarba-nidoundecaborate) has been synthesized, and its structure has been determined. The compound was defined by IR, 11B and 14N NMR, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Two thiosemicarbazones, (E)-2-(2,4-dimethoxybenzylidene)thiosemicarbazone (24-MBTSC (1)) and (E)-2-(2,5-dimethoxybenzylidene)thiosemicarbazone (25-MBTSC (2)), derived from 2,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde and 2,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde, respectively, with thiosemicarbazide have been synthesized and their structures were characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR, 1H NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. Molecular orbital calculations have been carried out for 1 and 2 by using an ab initio method (HF) and also density functional method (B3LYP) at 6-31G basis set. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with a = 8.1342(5) Å, b = 18.1406(10) Å, c = 8.2847(6) Å, β = 109.7258(17)°, V = 1150.75(12) Å3, and Z = 4, whereas compound 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca, with a = 11.0868(6) Å, b = 13.1332(6) Å, c = 15.9006(8) Å, V = 2315.2(2) Å3, and Z = 8. The compounds 1 and 2 displays a trans-configuration about the C=N double bond.  相似文献

Synthesis of a mixed complex compound Pb2[Fe(CN)6]NO3·5.5H2O is described. The results of its X-ray structural investigation are presented. Crystal data: C6H11FeN7O8.50Pb2: a = 7.2582(6) Å, b = 21.838(3) Å, c = 11.612(1) Å; β = 107.91(1)°, V = 1751.4(3) Å3, Z = 4, dcalc = 2.986 g/cm3, space group P21/m, R = 0.038. The crystal structure of [Os(NH3)5Cl][ReCl6] has been refined by X-ray powder analysis: a = 11.645(3) Å, b = 8.3788(2) Å, c = 15.277(4) Å, β = 91.029(6)°, V = 1490(1) Å3, d x = 3.163 g/cm3, space group P21/m, Z = 4. The thermolysis product of the salt in a hydrogen atmosphere is a solid substitution solution Os0.5Re0.5: a = 2.753(2) Å, c = 4.366(3) Å, space group P63/mmc; coherent scattering region (CSR) is ~230 Å.  相似文献

Synthesis and structure determination of 3-(naphth-1-ylmethyl)indole are reported. The molecular and crystal structures together with the molecular formula were determined by spectral and single crystal X-ray studies. X-ray crystallography revealed the presence of two conformers arising from the flipping of the naphthalene unit. The crystal of the compound belongs to the triclinic crystal system and space group \(P\bar 1\). Crystal data are as follows: a = 10.302(5) Å, b = 12.522(4) Å, c = 13.383(4) Å, α = 111.9(1)°, β = 116.86(6)°, γ = 71.65(5)°; V = 1726.429 Å3; Z = 4. The final R and Rw are R = 0.0744 (on observed F′s); R = 0.0924 (all F data), R w = 0.1757 (observed F 2) and R w = 0.1834 (all F 2 data).  相似文献

2-Propylamino-5-[4-(2-hydroxy-3,5-dichlorobenzylideneamino) phenyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazole, formulated as C18H16Cl2N4OS (I), was synthesized. The crystal and molecular structure of (I) have been determined by 1H-NMR, IR, and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The compound (I) crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c with unit cell parameters a = 9.0576(2) Å, b = 24.3382(8) Å, c = 9.0585(2) Å, M r = 407.31, V = 1851.13(9) Å3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.036, and wR 2 = 0.096. Molecular geometry from X-ray experiment of (I) in the ground state has been compared using the density functional method (B3LYP) with 6-31G(d) basis set. To determine conformational flexibility, molecular energy profile of (I) was obtained by semi-empirical (PM3) calculations with respect to selected degree of torsional freedom, which was varied from ?180° to +180° in steps of 10°. The results are indicative that the Schiff base, which contains a thiadiazole ring, prefers to be in E-configuration. In addition, molecular electrostatic potential, frontier molecular orbitals, and natural bond orbitals analysis were performed by the B3LYP/6-31G(d) method.  相似文献

A novel bis-heterocyclic compound was synthesized and characterized. The crystal structure of the title compound (C22H20ClN5OS, Mr = 437.94) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P-1 with a = 8.646 (2), b = 9.148 (3), c = 14.540 (4) Å, α = 94.422 (4), β = 98.500 (4), γ = 102.823 (4)°, V = 1101.8 (5) Å3, Z = 2, F(000) = 312, Dc = 1.320 g/cm3, μ = 0.2900 mm?1, the final R 1 = 0.041000 and wR 2 = 0.1160 for 2675 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). A total of 5623 reflections were collected, of which 3866 were independent (R int = 0.019000). The fungicidal activity of title compound was determined, the results showed the title compound displayed moderate fungicidal activity against G. zeae Petch, Phytophthora infestans (Mont.) de Bary, Botryosphaeria berengeriana f. sp. piricola (Nose) koganezawa et Sakuma, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum, and Cercospora arachidicola.  相似文献

The isolation of stable carbenes of the Arduengo (1a) and Wanzlick (2a) type has prompted us to look for stable nitrenium ions of the related structural type 1-ethyl-3-(phenyl)-1,2,3-triazolium perchlorate (6+). The title compound C10H14Cl N3O4 was isolated and structure was investigated by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with cell parameters a=6.697(4) Å, b=9.724(9) Å, c=19.844(2) Å and Z=4. The final residual factor is R1=0.0471 for 1545 reflections with I>2σ(I). The structure exhibits intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the [Pt(NH3)5Cl](ReO4)3·2H2O salt is determined. Crystallographic data: a = 10.3476(2) Å, b = 12.8955(2) Å, c = 14.3536(3) Å, β = 105.241(10)°, V = 1847.94(6) Å3, space group P 21/n, Z = 4, d x = 3.962 g/cm3. Thermal decomposition of the compound is studied in a helium and hydrogen atmosphere. A two-phase product arises in the former case, in the latter a substitution Re0.75Pt0.25 solid solution with unit cell parameters: a = 2.767(2) Å, c = 4.441(3) Å, space group P63/mmc.  相似文献

A novel cyclopropane derivative, 1-cyano-N-p-tolylcyclopropanecarboxamide (C12H12N2O, Mr = 200.24) was synthesized and its structure was studied by X-ray diffraction, FTIR, 1H and 13C NMR spectrum and MS. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P2_1/c with a = 7.109 (4), b = 13.758 (7), c = 11.505 (6) Å, α = 90.00, β = 102.731 (8), γ = 90.00 °, V = 1097.6 (9) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 312, D c  = 1.212 g/cm3, μ = 0.0800 mm?1, the final R = 0.0490 and wR = 0.1480 for 1,375 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). A total of 6,109 reflections were collected, of which 2,290 were independent (R int = 0.0290). Theoretical calculation of the title compound was carried out with HF/6-31G (d,p), B3LYP/6-31G (d,p), MP2/6-31G (d,p). The full geometry optimization was carried out using 6-31G(d,p) basis set, and the frontier orbital energy. Atomic net charges were discussed, and the structure-activity relationship was also studied. The preliminary biological test showed that the synthesized compound is bioactive against the KARI of Escherichia coli.  相似文献

In the work, isomeric complexes of platinum(II) with the (ptac)–1 pivaloyltrifluoroacetonate ion (Pt((CH3)3–CO–CH–CO–CF3)2) are studied. The synthesis and chromatographic separation of Pt(ptac)2 isomers are described, TGA data for the separated isomers are given, and the crystal structures of the solid phases are studied. The cis-Pt(ptac)2 complex crystallizes in the space group P-1, a = 10.7091(4) Å, b = 12.7787(6) Å, c = 16.0154(8) Å, α = 92.389(2)°, β = 90.868(2)°, γ = 112.1260(10)°, V = 2027.39(16) Å3, Z = 4, d calc = 1.918 g/cm3. The trans-Pt(ptac)2 complex crystallizes in the space group C2/m, a = 13.3235(5) Å, b = 8.5515(3) Å, c = 9.6694(3) Å, β = 118.5880(10)°, V = 967.38(6) Å3, Z = 2, d calc = 2.010 g/cm3. The structures of the complexes are molecular, the Pt atom has a square coordination of four oxygen atoms of two ligands; for cis-Pt(ptac)2, the Pt–Oav distance is 1.968 Å, for trans-Pt(ptac)2 it is 1.980 Å.  相似文献

Steric structure of fluorinated 2-arylhydrazono-3-oxo esters was studied by 1H, 19F, and 13C NMR spectroscopy and X-ray analysis. It was found that these compounds in the crystalline state and in solutions in acetone-d 6, DMSO-d 6, and CDCl3 exist as Z isomers with the ester fragment involved in intramolecular hydrogen bond with the hydrazone NH proton. Exceptions are alkyl 2-arylhydrazono-4,4-difluoro-3-oxobutanoates which exist in acetone-d 6 as mixtures of Z and E isomers, the former prevailing. Unlike fluorinated analogs, ethyl 2-(4-methylphenyl)hydrazono-3-oxobutanoate in crystal has the structure of E isomer in which intramolecular hydrogen bond is formed between the NH proton and acetyl carbonyl group. The same compound in acetone-d 6, DMSO-d 6, and CDCl3 gives rise to a mixture of Z and E isomers, the latter prevailing.  相似文献

The structure of two stereoisomeric spiroadducts of allobetulone with 5-phenyl-2,3-dihydrofuran-2,3-dione was established by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The crystals of the 2R isomer are orthorhombic, P212121, a = 10.825(5) Å, b = 12.849(6) Å, c = 23.358(9) Å; V = 3249(2) Å3, Z = 4, d calc = 1.200 g/cm3; the crystals of the 2S isomer hemihydrate are triclinic, P1, a = 11.505(7) Å, b = 12.192(8) Å, c = 13.123(8) Å; α = 103.35(5)°, β = 100.80(5)°, γ = 90.98(5)°; V = 1756(2) Å3, Z = 2, d calc = 1.127 g/cm3. Phase equilibria in the thiourea (host)-bromoform (guest) binary system were studied by physicochemical analysis methods over the temperature range 270–455 K. The stoichiometry and stability region were determined for the channel-type compound CHBr3 · 2.40(2)(NH2)2CS; the compound was observed for the first time. When heated, the clathrate incongruently decomposed at 424.0 ± 0.8 K to rhombic thiourea and the guest component. The solubility isotherm of the thiourea-bromoform-acetic acid system was studied to find that the compound was thermodynamically stable at 293 K over the range of guest component concentrations 100–35 wt %. A decrease in its content in an equilibrium mother liquor resulted in the appearance of X-ray diffraction reflections of the initial host α polymorph. Rhombohedral cell parameters were determined (space group R-3c, a = 15.89(1) Å, c = 12.40(1) Å, V = 2711(6) Å3, d calcd = 2.000 g/cm3, and d expt = 1.98(2) g/cm3). The mode of packing of bromoform molecules was compared with the organization of the guest subsystem in inclusion compounds formed by the substances studied.  相似文献

Synthesis and single crystal X-ray diffraction study of hafnium(IV) dipivaloylmethanate Hf(dpm)4 and chloro-tris-(dipivaloylmethanato)hafnium(IV) Hf(dpm)3Cl have been carried out. Crystal data: a = 22.6606(5) Å, b = 11.3990(4) Å, c = 19.8513(7) Å, β = 106.458(1)°, Pc, Z = 4, d calc = 1.231 g/cm3, R = 0.075 for C44H76HfO8; a = 10.6376(13) Å, b = 10.6701(10) Å, c = 19.4400(22) Å, α = 74.970(3)°, β = 75.672(3)°, γ = 61.725(2)°, P-1, Z = 2, d calc = 1.366 g/cm3, R = 0.031 for C33H57ClHfO6. The structures are molecular and are built from discrete mononuclear complexes joined by van der Waals interactions. Disordering of carbon atoms preserving at low temperature is observed for the compound Hf(dpm)4. It has been found out that the structure contains two crystallographically unique complexes of hafnium(IV) with central atoms coordinated with eight oxygen atoms of four dipivaloylmethane ligands, bond lengths Hf-O fall within 2.084–2.222 Å, the distances Hf...Hf between the molecules are 10.07–13.87 Å. In Hf(dpm)3Cl the hafnium atom is seven-coordinated with six oxygen atoms of three β-diketonate ligands and one chlorine atom, the distances Hf-O fall within 2.087–2.179 Å, the lengths of the bond Hf-Cl for two crystallographically independent molecules Hf(1) and Hf(2) are 2.466 Å and 2.442 Å, respectively.  相似文献

New complexes of composition [Bi(DMSO)8][Fe(NCS)6] (1) and [Al(DMSO)6][Al(NCS)6] (2) have been prepared, and an octahedral hexarodanoaluminate anion has been structurally characterized for the first time. Crystals of compound 1 are triclinic, space group \(P\bar 1\), a = 11.2368(4) Å, b = 11.4063(4) Å, c = 21.0711(9) Å, α = 92.9520(10)°, β = 99.9430(10)°, γ = 111.9290(10)°, V = 2447.69(16) Å3, Z = 2, ρcalc = 1.680 g/cm3, R 1 = 0.0564; crystals of compound 2 are cubic, space group \(Pa\bar 3\), a = 15.8201(4) Å, V = 3959.39(17) Å3, Z = 4, ρcalc = 1.462 g/cm3, R 1 = 0.0475. The bismuth coordination polyhedron BiO8 in compound 1 is a distorted square antiprism with broken square faces (Bi-O, 2.368-2.582 Å). In the structure of 2, the cation disordered in a complex manner has an octahedral configuration (Al-O, 1.888(11)-1.912(11) Å).  相似文献
