激光与固体靶面烧蚀等离子体的能量耦合计算   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
 强激光辐照下固体靶表面迅速汽化产生靶蒸气等离子体,激光穿过等离子体区到达固体靶表面的过程就是激光束与等离子体的能量耦合与交换过程。采用具有五阶精度的WENO差分格式和简易等离子体状态方程模型对激光与等离子体相互作用的复杂物理过程进行了数值计算,分析了激光束能量在等离子体区中的吸收、屏蔽效应等动态耦合规律以及激光支持等离子体前驱冲击波传播。数值模拟结果表明:激光能量是支持靶面等离子体运动的唯一原因,能量屏蔽效应对激光与等离子体能量耦合有很大影响,通过控制激光脉冲宽度,可以合理调节屏蔽效应的影响。  相似文献

采用在等温近似的条件下,以等离子体的上升时间、温度和密度为可调谐参量,用磁化等离子体的分段线形电流密度卷积时域有限差分算法研究了含单一缺陷层的一维磁化等离子体光子晶体的滤波特性.以高斯脉冲为激励源,用算法公式得到的电磁波透射系数来讨论了等离子体上升时间、温度、等离子体层密度对其滤波特性的影响.结果表明,改变等离子体上升时间和等离子体层密度可以实现对滤波通道的调整.谐振频率不能通过改变温度进行调整.  相似文献

研究了电磁波沿轴向对称柱形等离子体天线传播的特性、色散关系及辐射方向图、增益等天线参数.通过对腔体材料介电系数、内外半径、等离子体密度、碰撞频率等参数的分析,结果表明要减小波沿等离子体天线传播的衰减,应当增加等离子体密度,减小碰撞频率,增加等离子体半径,减小腔体厚度,采用介电系数较小的材料.计算了在不同参数条件下,等离子体天线的辐射方向图、增益的变化,这些结果对于等离子体天线的设计很有参考价值. 关键词: 等离子体天线 色散关系 增益 辐射方向图  相似文献

The effect of plasma with toroidal rotation on the resistive wall modes in tokamaks is studied numerically. An eigenvalue method is adopted to calculate the growth rate of the modes for changing plasma resistivity and plasma density distribution, as well as the diffusion time of magnetic field through the resistive wall. It is found that the resistive wall mode can be suppressed by the toroidal rotation of the plasma. Also, the growth rate of the resistive wall mode decreases when the edge plasma density is the same as the core plasma density, but it only changes slightly with the plasma resistivity.  相似文献

The effect of the initial plasma parameters on the structure of the plasma of the current sheets that form in two-dimensional magnetic fields with a null line is studied by holographic interferometry. The evolution of the plasma sheets that develop in an initial low-density plasma, where a gas is mainly ionized by a pulse current passing through the plasma and initiating the formation of a current sheet, has been comprehensively studied for the first time. At the early stage of evolution, the spatial structure of such a plasma sheet differs substantially from the classic current sheets forming in a dense plasma. Nevertheless, extended plasma sheets with similar parameters form eventually irrespective of the initial plasma density.  相似文献

采用焓探针对小功率(5kW)热喷涂等离子体射流的焓、温度和速度进行了测量和计算。研究了气体成分、流量、电弧电压和电流对等离子流体的焓、温度和速度分布的影响。结果表明,对于单一氩气等离子体,当使用新喷嘴时,增大氩气流量能够使喷嘴内部电弧弧根向出口方向移动,从而增加等离子体射流的焓、温度和速度。对于Ar-N2等离子体,增加气体中氮气的含量,会提高等离子电弧电压,在同样的输入功率下,改变等离子电流和电压对等离子体的焓、温度和速度影响较小。对于Ar-N2等离子体,增加氢气含量会明显地提高等离子射流的速度和热传递。  相似文献

采用自行研制的直流非转移型等离子体发生器,对其产生的层流等离子体射流特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:该等离子体发生器在以纯氮气为工作气体时,呈现出高电压低电流的等离子体射流特性,该特性有助于提高等离子体发生器的电极寿命;在弧电流和工作气流量由小向大变化过程中,等离子体射流长度均呈现出先由短变长、再由长变短的变化规律;在等离子体射流长度由长变短的过程中,射流的形貌从相对集中、轴对称和稳定的状态向分散、非轴对称和不稳定的状态变化,即等离子体射流由层流形态向湍流形态转变,并且在此过程中射流产生的噪音逐渐增强。  相似文献

应用高压纳秒脉冲放电技术分别产生了瞬时冷等离子体和瞬时热等离子体。在圆柱型燃烧室内进行了乙烯/空气预混气的瞬时冷等离子体和瞬时热等离子体点火实验。实验结果表明,瞬时冷等离子体放电所需的电能小于瞬时热等离子体放电。与瞬时热等离子体点火技术相比,瞬时冷等离子体点火缩短了碳氢燃料的点火延迟时间。  相似文献

Dynamics of erosion laser plasma in vacuum and generation of magnetic field by moving plasma (in particular, in the presence of external static magnetic field oriented along the direction of plasma motion) are experimentally studied. Radial confinement of the spread of plasma, a decrease in the electrification of target upon plasma formation, and an increase in the induction of the plasma magnetic field by a factor of 10–15 are revealed at an induction of the external magnetic field of about 0.35 T. Dependences of the induction of the plasma magnetic field on the power density of the laser radiation are determined for the above regimes.  相似文献

基于激光等离子体尾波解析模型,分析了毛细管中激光与等离子体相互作用,数值计算了尾波中基本物理量。计算结果表明:毛细管等离子体尾波幅度与毛细管半径有关,在较小的毛细管中尾波幅度更大。在相同的激光与等离子体参数情况下,与无界等离子体尾波相比较,毛细管等离子体尾波中电子空泡纵向尺度、电场强度峰值、角向自生磁场强度峰值提高了60%,这些特征都表明毛细管等离子体尾波更有利于电子加速。  相似文献

In this work, the expansion dynamics of a helium plasma jet in ambient air is examined. By using a fast imaging technique, the expansion of plasma jet from glass nozzle to air is captured which is in the form of plasma bullet propagating into the air. To understand the plasma bullet travel path from glass nozzle to plasma jet tip a drag force model is used. Moreover, the spatial variation of plasma density along the plasma jet length is estimated using drift velocity, plasma jet current and the cross-sectional area of the plasma jet. It is observed that the slight increase in plasma density is due to the combined effect of reduction of drift velocity, plasma jet current, and jet cross-sectional area. The obtained plasma density from glass nozzle to jet tip is in the range of (0.069-5.96) × 1012 cm−3. The above parameters can be of the essence in biological and industrial applications.  相似文献

We examined the surface properties of platinum (Pt) thin films exposed to oxygen and argon plasma treatments and compared them to as-deposited Pt films. The surface wetting properties, refractive index and extinction coefficient of the Pt films were monitored as a function of time after different plasma treatments. Surfaces treated with an oxygen plasma were dramatically different from as-deposited Pt, whereas argon plasma treated surfaces were similar to as-deposited films. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirmed the formation of platinum oxide on films treated with an oxygen plasma, while such oxide diminished after argon plasma treatment. Surface morphology studied with atomic force microscopy indicated a strong dependence of the surface roughness of the Pt films on the power and duration of the argon plasma used for the treatment. Based on these studies, an oxygen plasma treatment followed by a brief low-power argon plasma etch was developed for the purpose of regenerating clean and metallic Pt surfaces, and at the same time providing the smoothest possible surface morphology.  相似文献

利用双水电极介质阻挡放电装置,在气体放电中产生了一种由放电丝自组织形成的复杂结构等离子体光子晶体。该晶体结构由许多四边形的晶胞组成,每个晶胞包括大点、两种不同的小点和线,分别对应粗等离子体柱、两种细等离子体柱和等离子体片。采用发射光谱法,对不同位置处的等离子体状态进行了研究,对比了其电子密度和分子振动温度。具体方法是通过氩原子696.54 nm(2P2→1S5)的发射谱线测量谱线展宽进而对比电子密度,通过氮分子第二正带系(C3ΠuB3Πg)的发射谱线计算分子振动温度。结果发现:四种不同位置的等离子体具有不同的电子密度和分子振动温度,即它们各自处于不同的等离子体态。电子密度按照降序排列顺序依次为:中心粗等离子体柱四周的细等离子体柱、粗等离子体柱、边缘处的等离子体片、等离子体片交叉点处的细等离子体柱;分子振动温度的变化趋势与电子密度相反。由于等离子体电子密度不同,对光的折射率也不同,因此在该晶体结构中,粗等离子体柱、两种细等离子体柱以及等离子体片具有不同的折射率,它们和周围未放电的区域自组织形成具有五种折射率的复杂结构等离子体光子晶体。该等离子体光子晶体易于产生,具有结构多样、分析简单的优点,具有广泛的应用前景。  相似文献

Amplification of plasma oscillations in a homogeneous plasma by reducing its concentration is considered. The frequency of plasma oscillations decreases upon a decrease in the plasma concentration, and the resonant velocity of the plasma electrons, which is equal to the wave phase velocity, also decreases. Due to this, the number of resonant electrons exponentially increases in the equilibrium plasma. Since the energy of plasma oscillations is mainly determined by the contribution of the resonant electrons, this energy also increases exponentially.  相似文献

The phase velocity of acoustic waves was calculated for a non-LTE plasma and compared with that of a plasma in Saha-equilibrium. Several special cases of a non-equilibrium plasma were investigated. In the most general case the plasma parameters of a non-LTE plasma also depend on the geometry of the plasma (due to ambipolar diffusion and reabsorption of resonance line radiation). Especially, the case of a cylindric symmetric plasma column was treated here, because the most plasmas occuring in experiments have this geometry. Therefore, the investigation was also performed in detail for the propagation of acoustic waves in the center line of a cylindric plasma column. Numerical results are given for a hydrogen plasma.  相似文献

The paper presents experimental investigation of energy characteristics of the plasma streams generated with quasi—steady—state plasma accelerator QSPA Kh-50 and adjustment of plasma paramenters from the point of view its applicability for simulation of transient plasma heat loads expected for ITER disruptions and type I ELMs. Possibility of generation of high-power magnetized plasma streams with ion impact energy up to 0.6 keV, pulse length 0.25 ms and heat loads varied in wide range from 0.5 to 30 MJ/m2 has been demonstrated and some features of plasma interaction with tungsten targets in dependence on plasma heat loads are discussed.  相似文献

Electron concentration in plasma and plasma frequency are estimated for the plasma that is formed in the vicinity of a hypersonic aircraft that moves in atmosphere. The frequencies of electromagnetic waves that may propagate in plasma emerging in the vicinity of the aircraft are determined. Formulas that make it possible to analytically (rather than graphically) calculate electron concentration in plasma at altitudes of 30, 60, and 90 km are derived for two speeds. Several specific features of variations in the electron concentration in plasma depending on the above altitudes and speeds are presented. Quasi-periodic variations in the plasma concentration can be obtained using an increase and decrease in the speed of aircraft.  相似文献

基于电磁波与时变介质相互作用能够实现电磁波频率上转换的原理,通过粒子模拟(PIC)方法对电磁波与时变等离子体薄层相互作用进行模拟,实现了频率由2.45 GHz提升至130 GHz,功率转化效率约为0.39%。探究了等离子体参数(包括等离子体密度、有限的等离子体上升时间以及等离子体薄层厚度)对频率上转换的影响。模拟结果验证了等离子体密度决定上转换频率,与理论结果相符。模拟结果表明,等离子体薄层厚度越大,得到的上转换波的能量越大;等离子体的上升时间越小,上转换波的转换效率和频谱纯度越高。采用等离子体密度21020 cm-3,等离子体厚度1 cm,等离子体上升时间0.04 ns 可以得到可观的130 GHz上转换波输出。  相似文献
