A new layered aluminophosphate, [C6N3H17][Al2(HPO4)(PO4)2] (denoted AlPO-CJ21), has been prepared in an alcoholic system by the use of N-(2-aminoethyl)-piperazine (AEPP) as the template. Its inorganic layer containing a series of bridged six-membered rings (MRs) is a new type of 4.6-net sheet built up from AlO4, PO2(OH)(=O), and PO3(=O) tetrahedra. Interestingly, inorganic helical chains of right- or left-handedness are presented in the aluminophosphate layers, and fascinating hydrogen-bonded helices are self-assembled under solvothermal conditions between organic templates and inorganic sheets via strong hydrogen bondings of O...N atoms. A new two-dimensional-layered fluoroaluminophosphate (C4H11NOH)3.5[Al4(PO4)5F] x 0.5H3O (denoted as AlPO-CJ20) with an Al/P ratio of 4:5 has been synthesized solvothermally by using 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol as the structure-directing agent. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by solid-state NMR techniques, including 27Al, 19F --> 27Al cross-polarization, and 31P magic angle spinning NMR. The alternation of Al-centered tetrahedra (AlO4 and AlO3F) and PO3(=O) tetrahedra gives rise to a new type of 4.6.16-net sheet. The inorganic sheets are stacked in an ABAB sequence along the [010] direction and further held together through strong H bonds between protonated template molecules and P=O groups in the inorganic layers. Except for Mu-4, AlPO-CJ20 is the second layered aluminophosphate with an Al/P ratio of 4:5, and it contains the largest pore opening of 16-rings in the known layered aluminophosphates. Furthermore, the coordination of Al and P of fluoroaluminophosphates is summarized. The 10 intermetallic compounds R(7+)(x)Os(12)Al(61+)(y) (R = Y, Nd, Sm, Gd-Tm) were prepared by arc-melting of the elemental components. They crystallize with a hexagonal structure very similar to that of Y(7.28)Re(12)Al(61.38). The structure was determined from four-circle diffractometer data of Y(7+)(x)Os(12)Al(61+)(y): P6(3)/mcm, a = 1301.5(2) pm, c = 903.0(2) pm, Z =1. Four atomic sites, all located on the 6(3) axis, show fractional occupancy, resulting in the composition Y(7.86(1))Os(12)Al(61.51(4)), corresponding to the Pearson symbol hP90-8.63. The structure may be viewed as consisting of alternating atomic layers of two kinds, although chemical bonding within and between the layers is of similar character as can be judged from the near-neighbor environments, where all of the 11 atomic sites have high coordination numbers. One kind of layers (A). is relatively loosely packed and contains the yttrium and some aluminum atoms. The other kind (B). consists of the osmium and the remaining aluminum atoms in a nearly hexagonal close-packed arrangement. These layers are stacked in the sequence ABAB. A similar building principle has recently been recognized for several other structures of ternary intermetallic compounds of rare earth and transition metals with a high content of aluminum or gallium, where the structures of CeOsGa(4), Ho(3)Ru(4)Ga(15), and Y(2)Pt(6)Al(15) are the most recent examples. This structural family is briefly reviewed. The cell volume of Yb(7+)(x)Os(12)Al(61+)(y) indicates a mixed or intermediate valence character +2/+3 for the ytterbium atoms of this compound.  相似文献

Synthesis, structure determination by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and physical properties are reported and compared for superconducting and semiconducting molecular charge-transfer salts with stoichiometry (BEDT-TTF)(4)[A(I)M(III)(C(2)O(4))(3)].PhCN, where A(I) = H(3)O, NH(4), K; M(III) = Cr, Fe, Co, Al; BEDT-TTF = bis(ethylenedithio) tetrathiafulvalene. Attempts to substitute M(III) with Ti, Ru, Rh, or Gd are also described. New compounds with M = Co and Al are prepared and detailed structural comparisons are made across the whole series. Compounds with A = H(3)O(+) and M = Cr, Fe are monoclinic (space group C2/c), at 150, 120 K a = 10.240(1) A, 10.232(12) A; b = 19.965(1) A, 20.04(3) A; c = 34.905(1) A, 34.97(2) A; beta = 93.69(1) degrees, 93.25(11) degrees, respectively, both with Z = 4. These salts are metallic at room temperature, becoming superconducting at 5.5(5) or 8.5(5) K, respectively. A polymorph with A = H(3)O(+) and M = Cr is orthorhombic (Pbcn) with a = 10.371(2) A, b = 19.518(3) A, c = 35.646(3) A, and Z = 4 at 150 K. When A = NH(4)(+), M = Fe, Co, Al, the compounds are also orthorhombic (Pbcn), with a = 10.370(5) A, 10.340(1) A, 10.318(7) A; b = 19.588(12) A, 19.502(1) A, 19.460(4) A; c = 35.790(8) A, 35.768(1) A, 35.808(8) A at 150 K, respectively, with Z = 4. All of the Pbcn phases are semiconducting with activation energies between 0.15 and 0.22 eV. For those compounds which are thought to contain H(3)O(+), Raman spectroscopy or C=C and C-S bond lengths of the BEDT-TTF molecules confirm the presence of H(3)O(+) rather than H(2)O. In the monoclinic compounds the BEDT-TTF molecules adopt a beta' ' packing motif while in the orthorhombic phases (BEDT-TTF)(2) dimers are surrounded by monomers. Raman spectra and bond length analysis for the latter confirm that each molecule of the dimer has a charge of +1 while the remaining donors are neutral. All of the compounds contain approximately hexagonal honeycomb layers of [AM(C(2)O(4))(3)] and PhCN, with the solvent occupying a cavity bounded by [M(C(2)O(4))(3)](3-) and A. In the monoclinic series each layer contains one enantiomeric conformation of the chiral [M(C(2)O(4))(3)](3-) anions with alternate layers having opposite chirality, whereas in the orthorhombic series the enantiomers form chains within each layer. Analysis of the supramolecular organization at the interface between the cation and anion layers shows that this difference is responsible for the two different BEDT-TTF packing motifs, as a consequence of weak H-bonding interactions between the terminal ethylene groups in the donor and the [M(C(2)O(4))(3)](3-) oxygen atoms.  相似文献

A new three-dimensional open-framework aluminophosphate (NH(4))(2)Al(4)(PO(4))(4)(HPO(4)).H(2)O (denoted AlPO-CJ19) with an Al/P ratio of 4/5 has been synthesized, using pyridine as the solvent and 2-aminopyridine as the structure-directing agent, under solvothermal conditions. The structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and further characterized by solid-state NMR techniques. The alternation of the Al-centered polyhedra (including AlO(4), AlO(5), and AlO(6)) and the P-centered tetrahedra (including PO(4) and PO(3)OH) results in an interrupted open-framework structure with an eight-membered ring channel along the [100] direction. This is the first aluminophosphate containing three kinds of Al coordinations (AlO(4), AlO(5), and AlO(6)) with all oxygen vertexes connected to framework P atoms. (27)Al MAS NMR, (31)P MAS NMR, and (1)H --> (31)P CPMAS NMR characterizations show that the solid-state NMR techniques are an effective complement to XRD analysis for structure elucidation. Furthermore, all of the possible coordinations of Al and P in the aluminophosphates with an Al/P ratio of 4/5 are summarized. A novel Nd(Ⅲ) compound,[Nd3(OH)7(O2CC6H4SO3)(H2O)]n·nH2O 1,has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Nd2O3 and 3-sulfobenzoic acid monosodium salt. It was characterized by IR spectroscopy,elemental analysis,thermogravimetric analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 13.024(3),b = 10.961(2),c = 12.792(3) ,β = 91.271(3)°,V = 1825.6(7) 3,Z = 4,Mr = 787.97,Dc = 2.867 g/cm3,μ = 8.584 mm-1,F(000) = 1460,S = 1.035,R = 0.0442 and wR = 0.1166 (I 2σ(I)). In this compound,the cross-linkage of Nd atoms by bridging hydroxy groups results in a Nd-O inorganic 200 layer,and such layers are linked by the 3-O3S-C6H4-CO2 dianions into a pillar-layered structure. The preparation and characterization of [CrnFe4-nO2(O2CMe)7(bipy)2]Cl (1, n=0; 2, n=2; 3, n=4, bipy=2,2'-bipyridine) are described. The three complexes (1, 2 and 3) are obtained by tipyridine-mediated conversion of trinuclear [CrnFe3-nO(O2CMe)6(H2O)3]+(1, n=0; 2, n=1;3, n=3), and crystallized as three of approximate isomorphs. Crystal 2 is monoclinic with space group C2/c, a=27.454(5)A, b=11.789(1)A, c=16.570(3)A, B=118.78(1), V=4700.8A, z=4, u(MoKa)=11.64cm-1, F(000)=2056, final R=0.058 and Rw=0.066 for 3479 reflections with I > 3o(I). The Fe and Cr atoms in the cation are all +3 oxide state and disordered in the lattice, which is also supported by its Mossbauer studies. The [Cr2Fe2O2]8+ core can be thought of as being derived from two edge-sharing M3O units (M=Fe or Cr), and as a butterfly-like structure. The cations' structure of all three crystals are similar to each other and have C2 symmetry. A new Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn3(btec)(OH)2(H2O)2]n (1, btec = 1,2,4,5- benzenetetracarboxylate) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The title compound crystallizes in mono- clinic, space group C2/c, with a = 19.580(3), b = 5.0137(8), c = 15.975(3), β = 121.629(2)°, V = 1335.3(4)3, C10H8O12Zn3, Mr = 516.27, Z = 4, Dc = 2.568g/cm3, μ = 5.419 mm-1, F(000) = 1016, R = 0.0590 and Rw = 0.1279 for 1110 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis shows that the asymmetric unit of the title compound contains two crystallographically unique Zn(Ⅱ) atoms which are connected through the bridging carboxylate oxygen atoms of the btec ligands and μ2-bridging oxygen atoms of water molecules to generate an infinite one-dimensional chain. The adjacent chains are linked together through the benzene rings of the btec ligands to form a two-dimensional polymeric network. The adjacent two-dimensional layers are further connected together by the benzene rings of btec ligands to give the final three-dimensional structure. 在不同投料比(SiO2/Al2O3=13.8,19及21)条件下,合成了三种Ω型分子筛原粉.对投料比为13.8的原粉样品进行了四种不同方式的脱铝处理,即水热、SiCl4、EDTA和(NH4)2SiF6处理,而形成了系列脱铝Ω型分子筛样品.对原粉及其脱铝样品进行了29Si和27AlMASNMR测试,确定出样品骨架硅铝比和铝在两种晶体学不等价T位上的占据比率,以探索四种脱铝方法的效果.实验结果与分析表明:在所有样品中,铝原子的占据具有择优B位的倾向;且铝在TA与TB位上的占据比率与合成条件有关;四种处理方式对Ω型分子筛的脱铝效果不尽相同.  相似文献

A novel three-dimensional(3-D) compound [Cd4(SeO3)2Cl4(H2O)]n(1) was prepared from a hydrothermal reaction and structurally characterized.Compound 1 crystallizes in the space group Fmmm of the orthorhombic system with eight formula units in a cell:a = 15.5165(4),b = 17.5090(9),c = 7.3318(5) ,V = 1991.9(2) 3,Cd4Cl4H2O7Se2,Mr = 863.38,Dc = 5.758 g/cm3,S = 1.075,μ(MoKα) = 16.820 mm-1,F(000) = 3088,R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1220.Compound 1 features a 3-D structure with the cadmium atoms having two different coordination environments,i.e.,six-and eight-coordination geometries.Two different chain-like structures of cadmium-oxo polyhedra are interconnect to each other to give a 2-D layer of [Cd4(SeO3)2(H2O)]n4n+.Between the [Cd4(SeO3)2(H2O)]n4n+ layers is a novel chloride layer.A 3-D framework is constructed from these [Cd4(SeO3)2(H2O)]n4n+ layers linked by the chloride layers.  相似文献

With the new substituted pyrazine ligand pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid bis[(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amide], H(2)L, a binuclear complex [Cu(2)(LH)(Cl(3))(H(2)O)].H(2)O (1) and two [2 x 2]G grid complexes, [[Cu(4)(LH)(4)](ClO(4))(4)].5CH(3)OH.4H(2)O (2) and [[Ni(4)(LH)(4)]Cl(4)].5CH(3)CN.13H(2)O (3), have been synthesized and characterized spectroscopically and crystallographically. The ligand H(2)L crystallized in the triclinic space group P1, with a = 4.9882(7) A, b = 12.079(2) A, c = 14.454(2) A, alpha = 107.08(2) degrees, beta = 98.61(2) degrees, gamma = 97.54(2) degrees, V = 808.8(2) A(3), Z = 2, R1 = 0.0747, and R(w) = 0.1829 for 1319 observed reflections [I > 2 sigma(I)]. The molecule is L-shaped with a strong intramolecular bifurcated hydrogen bond in half of the molecule. In the crystal the molecules are linked by an intermolecular hydrogen bond to form a 1D polymer. The binuclear complex [Cu(2)(LH)(Cl(3))(H(2)O)].H(2)O (1) crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/a, with a = 8.6859(7) A, b = 28.060(2) A, c = 9.5334(9) A, beta = 107.89(1) degrees, V = 2211.2(3) A(3), Z = 4, R1 = 0.039, and R(w) = 0.097 for 1408 observed reflections [I > 2 sigma(I)]. There are two independent copper atoms both having square pyramidal geometry. Both coordinate to a pyrazine, a pyridine, and an amide N atom. Two chlorines complete the coordination sphere of one of the copper atoms, while one chlorine atom and a water molecule complete the coordination sphere of the other. The copper(II) [2 x 2] grid complex [[Cu(4)(LH)(4)](ClO(4))(4)].5CH(3)OH.4H(2)O (2) crystallized in the triclinic space group P1, with a = 17.1515(14) A, b = 17.7507(13) A, c = 19.3333(15) A, alpha = 67.34(1) degrees, beta = 69.79(1) degrees, gamma = 71.50(1) degrees, V = 4980.3(7) A(3), Z = 2, R1 = 0.083, and R(w) = 0.207 for 5532 observed reflections [I > 2 sigma(I)]. The four Cu(II) atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two pyrazine, two pyridine, and two amide N atoms and occupy the corners of a [2 x 2] grid with edge lengths, Cu...Cu, varying from 7.01 to 7.39 A. The nickel(II) [2 x 2] grid complex [[Ni(4)(LH)(4)]Cl(4)].5CH(3)CN.13H(2)O (3) crystallized in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with a = 16.3388(10) A, b = 29.754(2) A, c = 20.857(1) A, beta = 101.845(1) degrees, V = 9923.6(12) A(3), Z = 4, R1 = 0.050, and wR2 = 0.101 for 3391 observed reflections [I > 2 sigma(I)]. Here the complex possesses C(2) symmetry and again each metal atom is octahedrally coordinated to two pyrazine, two pyridine, and two amide N atoms. They occupy the corners of a [2 x 2] grid with an average edge length, Ni.Ni, of 6.97 A. Of the four anions (ClO(4)(-)'s in 2 and Cl(-)'s in 3) required to equilibrate the charges in the grid complexes, two are encapsulated, one above and one below the plane of the four metal atoms. The remaining two anions are located between the "wings" of the ligands. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that the binuclear complex 1 is antiferromagnetic, with a J value of -15.07 cm(-1). This is larger than the J values found for the Cu(II) (2) and Ni(II) (3) grid complexes, which were -5.87 and -2.64 cm(-1), respectively. Assembly of H4btec with cobalt(Ⅱ) acetate afforded a new double 2D layer coordination polymer, [Co(bteC)1/2(H2O)4·2H2O]n (H4btec = benzene-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylic acid) 1. The polymeric structure has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FT-IR and thermal analysis. The crystal is of triclinic, space group PI with a = 10.8762(2), b = 11.1411(1), c = 11.5084(3) A, a = 82.8950(10), β = 63.0050(10), γ = 62.1500(10)°, V = 1091.72(4) A^3, C5H13CoO10, Mr= 292.08, Z = 4, Dc = 1.777 g/cm^3, μ = 1.612 mm^-l, F(000) = 600, R = 0.0578, and wR = 0.2162 for 3576 observed reflections (Ⅰ 〉 2σ(Ⅰ)). Complex 1 consists of a new double 2D layer structure [Co(btec)1/2(H2O)4]n, both consisting of 4 + 4 grids with the sizes of 11.3667(2)A × 11.5084(3)A (Co(1)-Co(1A) × Co(2A)-Co(2B)) and 11.5084(3)A × 11.3667(2)A (Co(3)-Co(3C) × Co(4)- Co(4A)), respectively. The phenyl rings are at the comers while the Co(Ⅱ) atoms are in the sides of the grids, and lattice water molecules decorate between the layers. Hydrogen bonds between the layers and lattice water molecules result in the final 3D framework.  相似文献
