A rapid, sensitive, and selective precolumn derivatization method for the simultaneous determination of eight thiophenols using 3‐(2‐bromoacetamido)‐N‐(9‐ethyl‐9H )‐carbazol as a labeling reagent by high‐performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection has been developed. The labeling reagent reacted with thiophenols at 50°C for 50 min in aqueous acetonitrile in the presence of borate buffer (0.10 mol/L, pH 11.2) to give high yields of thiophenol derivatives. The derivatives were identified by online postcolumn mass spectrometry. The collision‐induced dissociation spectra for thiophenol derivatives gave the corresponding specific fragment ions at m/z 251.3, 223.3, 210.9, 195.8, and 181.9. At the same time, derivatives exhibited intense fluorescence with an excitation maximum at λex = 276 nm and an emission maximum at λem = 385 nm. Excellent linear responses were observed for all analytes over the range of 0.033–6.66 μmol/L with correlation coefficients of more than 0.9997. Detection limits were in the range of 0.94–5.77 μg/L with relative standard deviations of less than 4.54%. The feasibility of derivatization allowed the development of a rapid and highly sensitive method for the quantitative analysis of trace levels of thiophenols from some rubber products. The average recoveries (n = 3) were in the range of 87.21–101.12%.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive method for the determination of free aliphatic amines using 10-phenyl-acridone-2-sulfonyl chloride (PASC) as a labeling reagent by high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection and online mass spectrometry identification (HPLC-FLD-MS) has been developed. Derivatization conditions including reagent concentration, buffer pH, reaction time and temperature were optimized. PASC reacted with aliphatic amines at 50 °C for 4 min in aqueous acetonitrile (ACN) in the presence of sodiumtetraborate–NaOH buffer (0.10 mol L−1, pH 9.0) to give high yields of PASC-amine derivatives. Derivatives exhibited intense fluorescence with an excitation maximum at λex 265 nm and an emission maximum at λem 418 nm. The separation of derivatives was performed by a reversed-phase Hypersil BDS C8 column in combination with a gradient elution. The identification of derivatives was carried out by online post-column mass spectrometry with atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) source in positive-ion detection mode. Excellent linear responses were observed with the correlation coefficients of larger than 0.9997, and detection limits (at a signal-to-noise of 3:1) were from 3.0 to 24.3 fmol. Comparing with 10-ethyl-acridine-2-sulfonyl chloride (EASC), PASC exhibited more intense fluorescence and ultraviolet absorbance. The proposed method is sensitive and reproducible for the determination of aliphatic amines from water and soil samples.

In this study, a simple analytical method for the determination of γ‐aminobutyric acid, gabapentin, and baclofen by using high‐performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection was developed. An amidogen‐reactive fluorescence labeling reagent, 4‐(carbazole‐9‐yl)‐benzyl chloroformate was first used to sensitively label these analytes. The completed labeling of these analytes can be finished rapidly only within 5 min at the room temperature (25°C) to form 4‐(carbazole‐9‐yl)‐benzyl chloroformate labeled fluorescence derivatives. These labeled derivatives expressed strong fluorescence property with the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of 280 and 380 nm, respectively. The labeled derivatives were analyzed using a reversed‐phase Eclipse SB‐C18 column within 10 min with satisfactory shapes. Excellent linearity (R2 > 0.995) for all analytes was achieved with the limits of detection and the limits of quantitation in the range of 0.25?0.35 and 0.70?1.10 μg/L, respectively. The proposed method was used for the simultaneous determination of γ‐aminobutyric acid and its analogs in human serum with satisfactory recoveries in the range of 94.5–97.5%.  相似文献

The synthesis, one‐ and two‐photon absorption (TPA) and emission properties of two novel 2,6‐anthracenevinylene‐based copolymers, poly[9,10‐bis(3,4‐bis(2‐ethylhexyloxy)phenyl)‐2,6‐anthracenevinylene‐alt‐N‐octyl‐3,6‐carbazolevinyl‐ene] ( P1 ) and poly[9,10‐bis(3,4‐bis(2‐ethylhexyloxy)phenyl)‐2,6‐anthracenevinyl‐ene‐alt‐N‐octyl‐2,7‐carbazolevinylene] ( P2 ) were reported. The as‐synthesized polymers have the number‐average molecular weights of 1.56 × 104 for P1 and 1.85 × 104 g mol?1 for P2 and are readily soluble in common organic solvents. They emit strong bluish‐green one‐ and two‐photon excitation fluorescence in dilute toluene solution (? P1 = 0.85, ? P2 = 0.78, λem( P1 ) = 491 nm, λem( P2 ) = 483 nm). The maximal TPA cross‐sections of P1 and P2 measured by the two‐photon‐induced fluorescence method using femtosecond laser pulses in toluene are 840 and 490 GM per repeating unit, respectively, which are obviously larger than that (210 GM) of poly[9,10‐bis‐(3,4‐bis(2‐ethylhexyloxy) phenyl)‐2,6‐anthracenevinylene], indicating that the poly(2,6‐anthracenevinylene) derivatives with large TPA cross‐sections can be obtained by inserting electron‐donating moieties into the polymer backbone. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用新型荧光标记试剂10-乙基吖啶酮-2-磺酰氯(EASC)作为柱前衍生试剂, 在Hypersil BDS C18反相色谱柱上(4.6 mm×200 mm, 10 μm i.d.), 采用梯度洗脱在20 min内实现了12种EASC-脂肪胺衍生物的快速基线分离. 最佳检测波长为λex/λem=270 nm/430 nm. EASC与常用的Dansyl-Cl相比具有更强的光致发光特性(紫外和荧光): 紫外吸收强度之比为3.2∶1, 相对荧光强度之比为30.0∶1~105.4∶1, 荧光量子效率之比为43.0∶1. 通过荧光检测及离子阱大气压化学电离源的正离子模式获得了胺类组分的准确定量和相应的柱后质谱鉴定. 质谱灵敏度之比为1.6∶1~6.2∶1. 建立的方法对环境水样中脂肪胺类化合物的测定具有快速、准确和重现性良好等优点, 回归系数大于0.9995, 检出限为4.0~12.7 fmol.  相似文献

π‐Conjugated polymers (Poly1–Poly3) containing a 2,2′‐bipyridine (bpy) unit were subjected to coordination to nickel and copper dithiolate for the purpose of manipulating the photophysical properties. The absorption maximum peak of Poly1 [maximum wavelength (λmax) = 446 nm] redshifted by 36 nm upon the coordination of bpy to NiCl2, which produced Poly1–NiCl2. A further bathochromic shift was observed in the spectrum of Poly1–mntNi [mntNi = (maleonitrile dithiolate)nickel; λmax = 499 nm] bearing the dithiolate ligand, which stemmed from the extension of the conjugated system over the nickel dithiolate moiety through the bpy unit. An increase in the [Ni]/[bpy] ratio in Poly1–mntNi rendered the original maximum peak at 446 nm smaller and the lower energy charge‐transfer peak at 499 nm larger; the isosbestic points remained at 380 and 475 nm. The green fluorescence (λmax = 504 nm) emitted from Poly1 markedly diminished upon the coordination of nickel dithiolate because of the effective energy transfer. The absorption maximum peak of Poly1–mntNi in chloroform at 499 nm blueshifted to 471 nm when the volume ratio of the chloroform/N,N‐dimethylformamide solvent reached 10:90. The coordination of nickel dithiolate to Poly2 and Poly3 also brought about redshifts of the absorption maximum peaks of as much as 55 and 61 nm, respectively. The absorption maximum peak of Poly1–(phenyldithiolate)nickel(pdtNi) (λmax = 474 nm) redshifted by 28 nm in comparison with that of Poly1, whereas the magnitude of the shift of Poly1–bis(thiophenoxide)nickel(btpNi) bearing two thiophenoxide ligands was 20 nm. A new and convenient synthesis for amino‐phthalimide (1H‐isoindole‐1,3(2H)‐dione) derivatives has been developed starting from an α,β‐unsaturated ketone. The ketones were reacted with amines to give aromatic amine products. This is the first time that substituted amine groups have been incorporated in aromatic rings. The mechanism of the product formation is rationalized by the 1,2‐addition of amines to ketones. All aromatic compounds exhibited high fluorescence properties at the blue‐green region.  相似文献

A series of novel poly(amine amide)s ( IIa – IIl ) with pendent N‐carbazolylphenyl units having inherent viscosities of 0.25–1.06 dL/g were prepared via direct phosphorylation polycondensation from various dicarboxylic acids and a carbazole‐based aromatic diamine. Except for poly(amine amide) IIc , derived from trans‐1,4‐cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid, all the other amorphous poly(amine amide)s were readily soluble in many polar solvents, such as N,N‐dimethylacetamide and N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone (NMP), and could be cast into transparent and flexible films. The aromatic poly (amine amide)s had useful levels of thermal stability associated with relatively high glass‐transition temperatures (268–331 °C), 10% weight loss temperatures in excess of 540 °C, and char yields at 800 °C in nitrogen higher than 60%. These polymers exhibited maximum ultraviolet–visible absorption at 293–361 nm in NMP solutions. Their photoluminescence in NMP solutions exhibited fluorescence emission maxima around 362 and 448–499 nm for aromatic–aliphatic poly(amine amide)s IIa – IIc and aromatic poly (amine amide)s IId – IIl , respectively. The fluorescence quantum yield in NMP solutions ranged from 0.34% for IIj to 4.44% for IIa . The hole‐transporting and electrochromic properties were examined with electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical methods. Cyclic voltammograms of the poly(amine amide) films cast onto an indium tin oxide coated glass substrate exhibited reversible oxidation at 0.81 V and irreversible oxidation redox couples at 1.20 V versus Ag/AgCl in acetonitrile solutions, and they revealed excellent stability of the electrochromic characteristics, with a color change from yellow to green at applied potentials ranging from 0.00 to 1.05 V. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Interferon α‐2b produced by Escherichia coli consists of 165 amino acids and contains two disulphide bonds; its purity was confirmed by LC‐UV (DAD)‐FLD and LC‐MS techniques. A C4 column was used with UV detection at 214 nm; diode array detector (DAD) spectra were recorded from 200–400 nm and fluorescence detection was performed at specific wavelengths of trypthophan emission and excitation. Peptide mapping was performed with trypsin. Peptides produced by trypsin digestion were analysed by LC‐UV (DAD)‐FLD, LC‐MS, and LC‐MS/MS using a C18 column. Amino acid sequence coverage was about 95%. UV spectra in the range from 200 nm to 400 nm, emission (Em) and excitation (Ex) spectra of each separated peptide were additionally compared with spectra of the same peptide produced by digestion of European Pharmacopaeia interferon α‐2b standard (spectral matching). The chromatogram of any interferon α‐2b (drug substance or certificated standard) sample produced in the same manner with the same amino acid composition should be similar to the chromatogram obtained by the method described in this paper. Molecular masses of peptides were obtained from MS experiments and MS/MS experiments gave additional structural information. The molecular mass of interferon α‐2b was obtained by MALDI‐TOF MS analysis in linear mode, with an accuracy comparable to the theoretical average mass ± 5 atomic mass units. The molecular mass was obtained from the deconvoluted ESI mass spectrum.  相似文献

A simple, sensitive, and mild method for the determination of amino compounds based on a condensation reaction with 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC·HCl) as the dehydrant with fluorescence detection has been developed. Amines were derivatized to their acidamides with labeling reagent 2-(2-phenyl-1H-phenanthro-[9,10-d]imidazole-1-yl)-acetic acid (PPIA). Studies on derivatization conditions indicated that the coupling reaction proceeded rapidly and smoothly in the presence of a base catalyst in acetonitrile to give the corresponding sensitively fluorescent derivatives with an excitation maximum at λex 260 nm and an emission maximum at λem 380 nm. The labeled derivatives exhibited high stability and were enough to be efficiently analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. Identification of derivatives was carried out by online post-column mass spectrometry (LC/APCI-MS/MS) and showed an intense protonated molecular ion corresponding m/z [MH]+ under APCI in positive-ion mode. At the same time, the fluorescence properties of derivatives in various solvents or at different temperature were investigated. The method, in conjunction with a gradient elution, offered a baseline resolution of the common amine derivatives on a reversed-phase Eclipse XDB-C8 column. LC separation for the derivatized amines showed good reproducibility with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase. Detection limits calculated from 0.78 pmol injection, at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3, were 3.1-18.2 fmol. The mean intra- and inter-assay precision for all amine levels were <3.85% and 2.11%, respectively. Excellent linear responses were observed with coefficients of >0.9996. The established method for the determination of aliphatic amines from real wastewater and biological samples was satisfactory.  相似文献

A series of novel polyimides (PIs) ( 3a–d ) were prepared from 3,3′,5,5′‐tetramethyl‐4,4′‐diaminodiphenyl‐4 ″ ‐isopropyltoluene ( 1 ) with four aromatic dianhydrides via a one‐step high temperature polycondensation procedure. The obtained PIs showed excellent solubility, with most of them dissoluble at a concentration of 10 wt % in amide polar solvents and chlorinated solvents. Their films were nearly colorless and exhibited high‐optical transparency, with the UV cutoff wavelength in the range of 328–353 nm and the transparency at 450 nm >80%. They also showed low‐dielectric constant (2.49–2.94 at 1 MHz) and low‐water absorptions (0.44–0.65%). Moreover, these PIs possessed high‐glass transition temperatures (Tg) beyond 327 °C and excellent thermal stability with 10% weight loss temperatures in the range of 530–555 °C in nitrogen atmosphere. In comparison with some fluorinated poly(ether imide)s derived from the trifluoromethyl‐substituted bis(ether amine)s, the resultant PIs 3a–d showed better solubility, lower cutoff wavelength, and higher Tg. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This article describes a series of nine complexes of boron difluoride with 2′‐hydroxychacone derivatives. These dyes were synthesized very simply and exhibited intense NIR emission in the solid state. Complexation with boron was shown to impart very strong donor–acceptor character into the excited state of these dyes, which further shifted their emission towards the NIR region (up to 855 nm for dye 5 b , which contained the strongly donating triphenylamine group). Strikingly, these optical features were obtained for crystalline solids, which are characterized by high molecular order and tight packing, two features that are conventionally believed to be detrimental to luminescence in organic crystals. Remarkably, the emission of light from the π‐stacked molecules did not occur at the expense of the emission quantum yield. Indeed, in the case of pyrene‐containing dye 4 , for example, a fluorescence quantum yield of about 15 % with a fluorescence emission maximum at 755 nm were obtained in the solid state. Moreover, dye 3 a and acetonaphthone‐based compounds 1 b , 2 b , and 3 b showed no evidence of degradation as solutions in CH2Cl2 that contained EtOH. In particular, solutions of brightly fluorescent compound 3 a (brightness: ε×Φf=45 000 M ?1 cm?1) could be stored for long periods without any detectable changes in its optical properties. All together, these new dyes possess a set of very interesting properties that make them promising solid‐state NIR fluorophores for applications in materials science.  相似文献

A heterogeneous material composed of MCM‐48/H5PW10V2O40 was produced and used as an efficient, eco‐friendly and highly recyclable catalyst for the one‐pot and multicomponent synthesis of 3,4‐dihydroquinoxalin‐2‐amine, diazepine‐tetrazole and benzodiazepine‐2‐carboxamide derivatives in aqueous media and at room temperature with high yields in short reaction times (40–60 min). The recoverable catalyst was easily recycled at least five times without any loss of catalytic activity. The structures of obtained products were confirmed using 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra.  相似文献

Thirteen new 2-alkylaminoimidazolones(4) wre rapidly synthesized by a new solution-phase parallel synthetic method,which includes aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane(1) with aromatic isocyanate to give carbodi-imide(2) and subsequent reaction of 2 with various aliphatic primary amine in a parallel fashion.The products were confirmed by ^1H NMR,MS,IR and X-ray crystallographic analysis.The unusual selectivity of the cyclization was probably due to the deometry of the guanidine intermediate.  相似文献

m‐Cresol‐imprinted silica nanoparticles coated with N‐propylsilylmorpholine‐4‐carboxamide have been developed that contain specific pockets for the selective uptake of m‐cresol. Silica nanoparticles were synthesized by a sol–gel process followed by functionalization of their surface with N‐propylsilylmorpholine‐4‐carboxamide. The formation of m‐cresol‐imprinted silica nanoparticles was confirmed by UV‐Vis spectrophotometry, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Electron microscopic studies revealed the formation of monodispersed imprinted silica nanoparticles with spherical shape and an average size of 83 nm. The developed nanoparticles were filled in a syringe and used for the extraction of m‐cresol from aqueous samples followed by quantification using high‐performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection. Various adsorption experiments showed that developed m‐cresol‐imprinted silica nanoparticles exhibited a high adsorption capacity and selectivity and offered a fast kinetics for rebinding m‐cresol. The chromatographic quantification was achieved using mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile/water (70:30 v/v) at an isocratic flow rate of 1.0 mL/min using a reversed‐phase C18 column and detection at λmax = 275 nm. The limits of detection and quantification were 1.86 and 22.32 ng/mL, respectively, for the developed method. The percent recoveries ranged from 96.66–103.33% in the spiked samples. This combination of this nanotechnique with molecular imprinting was proved as a reliable, sensitive and selective method for determining the target from synthetic and real samples.  相似文献

This article presents the effects of strong ionizing radiations on the physico‐chemical modifications of aliphatic or aromatic amine‐cured epoxy resins based on diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA). Such epoxy resins have a considerable number of applications in the nuclear industrial field and are known to be very stable under moderate irradiation conditions. Using extensively high resolution solid‐state 13C‐NMR spectroscopy we show that the aliphatic amine‐cured resin (DGEBA‐TETA) appears much more sensitive to gamma rays than the aromatic amine‐cured one (DGEBA‐DDM). On the one hand, qualitative analyses of the high resolution solid‐state 13C‐NMR spectra of both epoxy resins, irradiated under similar conditions (8.5 MGy), reveal almost no change in the aromatic amine‐cured resin whereas new resonances are observed for the aliphatic amine‐cured resin. These new peaks were interpreted as the formation of new functional groups such as amides, acids and/or esters and to alkene groups probably formed in the aliphatic amine skeleton. On the other hand, molecular dynamics of these polymers are investigated by measuring the relaxation times, TCH, T1ρH and T1C , before and after irradiation. The study of relaxation data shows the formation, under irradiation, of a more rigid network, especially for the aliphatic amine‐cured system and confirms that aromatic amine‐cured resin [DGEBA‐4,4′‐diaminodiphenylmethane(DDM)] is much less affected by ionizing radiations than the aliphatic amine‐cured resin [DGEBA‐triethylenetetramine(TETA)]. Moreover, it has been shown that the molecular modifications generated by irradiation on the powder of the aliphatic‐amine‐cured resin appear to be homogeneously distributed inside the polymers as no phase separations can be deduced from the above analyses. The novel coumarin‐3‐carboxamides (=2‐oxo‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐3‐carboxamides) 5a – 5g containing lipophilic spacers were synthesized through the Ugi‐four‐component reaction (Scheme 1). The reactions of aromatic aldehydes 1 , 4,4′‐oxybis[benzenamine] or 4,4′‐methylenebis[benzenamine] as diamine 2 , coumarin‐3‐carboxylic acid (=2‐oxo‐2H‐benzopyran‐3‐carboxylic acid; 3 ), and alkyl isocyanides 4 lead to the desired substituted coumarin‐3‐carboxamides 5a – 5g at room temperature with high bond‐forming efficiency. These novel coumarin derivatives exhibit brilliant fluorescence at 544 nm in CHCl3.  相似文献

Altered levels of thiols in biological fluids are considered to be an important indicator for several diseases. In this article, 1,3,5,7‐tetramethyl‐8‐bromomethyl‐difluoroboradiaza‐s‐indacene is proposed as a fluorescent derivatization reagent for the determination of thiols including glutathione, cysteine, N‐acetylcysteine, and homocysteine by HPLC. Under the optimized derivatization and separation conditions, a baseline separation of all the four derivatives has been achieved using isocratic elution on an RP C8 column within 26 min. With fluorescence detection at 505 and 525 nm for the excitation and emission, respectively, the LODs (S/N = 3) are from 0.2 nM (glutathione) to 0.8 nM (cysteine). The feasibility of this method in real samples has been evaluated by the determination of thiols in human plasma from the healthy persons and hypertensive patients with recoveries of 92–105.3%.  相似文献

Soluble yellow/orange‐emitting poly[tris(2,5‐dihexyloxy‐1,4‐phenylenevinylene)‐alt‐(1,3‐phenylenevinylene)] derivatives ( 6 ) were synthesized and characterized. These polymers contained oligo(p‐phenylene vinylene) chromophores of equal conjugation length, which were jointed via a common m‐phenylene unit. An optical comparison of 6 and its model compound ( 8 ) at room temperature and low temperatures revealed the similarity in their absorption and fluorescence band structures. The vibronic band structure of 6 was assigned with the aid of the spectroscopic data for 8 at the low temperatures. 6 was electroluminescent and had an emission maximum wavelength at approximately 565 nm. With the device indium tin oxide/PEDOT/ 6 /Ca configuration, the polymer exhibited an external quantum efficiency as high as 0.25%. A high‐performance liquid chromatography method was developed for simultaneous detection and quantitation of total cysteine, glutathione, homocysteine and cysteinylglycine in human plasma. The two key steps in the analysis are reduction of disulfides and treatment with 1‐benzyl‐2‐chloropyridinium bromide, which rapidly and quantitatively reacts with thiol groups to form stable S‐pyridinium derivatives with intense UV absorption. The derivatives are well separated on a Zorbax SB C18 column using reversed‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography and monitored at 315 nm. The calibration graphs were linear over concentration ranges covering most experimental and clinical cases with a regression coefficients better than 0.999. The detection and quantitation limits for all analytes were 0.2 and 0.5 µmol/L, respectively. The recoveries were 99.25–101.68%. The intra‐ and interassay imprecisions were 0.88–4.24 and 1.68–5.14%, respectively. The method was applied for plasma samples donated by apparently healthy volunteers.
