Two novel norlignans, sinensigenins A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), were isolated from the rhizomes of Curculigo sinensis, together with six known norlignans, crassifogenin B ( 3 ), cucapitoside ( 4 ), crassifoside B ( 5 ), crassifoside H ( 6 ), curculigine ( 7 ), and isocurculigine ( 8 ). Their structures were established on the basis of spectral evidence and comparisons with literature data. All of these compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.  相似文献

Three new phenolic glucosides named orcinosides A, B, and C ( 1, 2 , and 3 , resp.) were isolated in low yields (4.0×10−6, 11.5×10−6, 4.5×10−6%, resp.) from the rhizomes of Curculigo orchioides. Their structures were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic analyses including FAB‐MS, HR‐ESI‐MS, IR, and 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR (HSQC, HMBC) data. The genus Curculigo, as a folk herbal medicine, has been used for many years in China, treating impotence, limb limpness, and arthritis of the lumbar and knee joints. The last systematic review of the genus Curculigo was written in 2013, scientifically categorizing the phytochemistry and biological activities. Hitherto, the original compounds and their pharmacological activities were presented as the development of this genus, but there is not an updated review. To conclude the progression of the genus Curculigo, we collected the new literature published from 2013 to 2021 in PubMed, Web of Science, Google Scholar databases, and the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure. The novel chlorophenolic glucosides, curculigine, phenolic glycosides, orcinosides and polysaccharides were isolated from Curculigo. The new analyzing methods were established to control the quality of Curculigo as a herbal medicine. In addition, the pharmacological effects of Curculigo focused on anti-diabetes, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, osteoporosis, antioxidation, etc. The antitumor and neuroprotective activities were newly explored in recent years. The application of herbal medicine was gradually developed in scientific methods. The medicinal value of the genus Curculigo needs to further investigate its pharmacological mechanisms. This new review offers more insights into the exploitation of the pharmacological value of the genus Curculigo.  相似文献

Two pairs of diastereoisomeric acetylenic norlignan compounds with PhCH(OR(1))CH(OR(2))CH(2)C triple bond CPh skeleta: (1R, 2R)-1-O-methylnyasicoside (1) and (1S, 2R)-1-O-methylnyasicoside (2), and (1R, 2R)-crassifogenin D (3) and (1S, 2R)- crassifogenin D (4), were isolated from the ethanolic extract of rhizomes of Curculigo crassifolia. Compounds 3 and 4 are new and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence and comparisons with literature data.  相似文献

Cephalomappa sinensis (Chun et How) Kosterm belongs to the family Euphorbiaceae. It is distributed in southwest and west of Guangxi Zhung Autonomous Region1. Zedoardiol ( 1 ), a new furanoguaiane sesquiterpenoid, and 3,4‐dihydroxybisabola‐1,10‐diene ( 2 ), a new naturally occurring bisabolane sesquiterpenoid, together with six known compounds, were isolated from Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb . A new flavan‐4‐ol glycoside, abacopterin K ( 1 ), and a new dihydrochalcone glycoside, abacopterin L ( 2 ), were isolated from the rhizomes of Abacopteris penangiana. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of various spectroscopic analyses and chemical evidences. The novel glucosylation pattern of abacopterin K consisting of two ‘glucose‐fused’ dioxepine ring moieties is found for the first time within natural flavonoids.  相似文献

The genus Paris is an excellent source of steroidal saponins that exhibit various bioactivities. Paris mairei is a unique species and has been widely used as folk medicine in Southwest China for a long time. With the help of chemical methods and modern spectra analysis, five new steroidal saponins, pamaiosides A–E (1–5), along with five known steroidal saponins 6–10, were isolated from the rhizomes of Paris mairei. The cytotoxicity of all the new saponins was evaluated against human pancreatic adenocarcinoma PANC-1 and BxPC3 cell lines.  相似文献

对当归多糖ASP3的水解特征及其水解产物的组成和红外光谱特征进行了研究。分别采用0.05、0.2和0.5mol/L三氟乙酸(trifluoroacetic acid,TFA)和内切-α-(1→4)-聚半乳糖醛酸酶对ASP3进行部分酸水解和酶水解,并研究其水解特征;结合GC、FT-IR等方法对其水解产物的组成和红外光谱特征进行分析。实验结果表明,ASP3是一种果胶多糖,主要由光滑区(半乳糖醛酸聚糖)和毛发区(富含中性糖侧链的鼠李半乳糖醛酸聚糖)两部分组成:GalA和Rha位于多糖分子的主链,由于Rha含量较低,大部分GalA相连形成半乳糖醛酸聚糖光滑区;Gal、Ara、Man及Glc位于多糖分子的支链,其中Gal以较高的聚合度(半乳聚糖)与主链相连,Ara以还原性末端或低聚寡糖的形式与主链相连或与半乳聚糖末端相连形成阿拉伯半乳聚糖。  相似文献
