Two new clerodane‐based furanoid diterpenoids, tinosagittones A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), were isolated from the roots of Tinospora sagittata, together with five known diterpenoids, i.e., columbin ( 3 ), its glucoside palmatoside C ( 4 ), isocolumbin ( 5 ), 6‐hydroxycolumbin ( 6 ), and tinophylloloside ( 7 ). Their structures were established by mass spectrometry and spectroscopic methods, especially 2D‐NMR techniques.  相似文献

Two new diterpenoids, pedunculatic acid A (= (4R,5α,7α)‐7‐ethoxy‐9β,13β‐dioxyabiet‐8(14)‐en‐18‐oic acid; 1 ) and pedunculatic acid B (= (4S,5α,12β)‐8β,14β‐epoxy‐12‐hydroxy‐11‐oxototaran‐19‐oic acid; 2 ), together with three known sesquiterpenoids, were isolated from the Chinese medicinal herb Callicarpa pedunculata R. Brown . Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, and by high‐resolution mass spectrometry.  相似文献

We have isolated some flavones, lactone and two new saponins from Lysimachia capillipes1-3, now we continue to report the isolation and structural elucidation of two novel saponins, capilliposide C 1 and capilliposide D 2. Capilliposide C showed significant cytotoxic activity against human A2780 cells. The whole plant of Lysimachia capillipes was extracted with 95% and 50% EtOH, successively, and the extracts were combined and concentrated. Two new ent‐kaurane‐derived diterpene derivatives, phyllostacins A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ), were isolated from the aerial parts of Isodon phyllostachys, together with two known compounds, irroratin A ( 3 ) and serrin B ( 4 ). Both 1 and 2 were found to be present as diastereoisomers. In the case of 1 , the corresponding diastereoisomeric diacetates 5 and 6 were prepared and separated. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopic methods, in combination with MS experiments. In (D5)pyridine solution, the two epimers of 1 are present in equal amounts, but in CDCl3 or CD3OD, the (S)‐epimer predominates in the mixture of hemiacetals.  相似文献

Two novel abietane diterpenoids, wardinols A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), together with five known diterpenoids, 3 – 7 , were isolated from the fruits of Illicium wardii A.C.Sm . Their structures were elucidated on the basis of intensive spectroscopic analysis, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopy. Wardinol A ( 1 ) is a rare 9,10‐epoxy‐9,10‐secoabietane diterpenoid. All of the isolated compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicities against three human tumor cell lines, A549, HCT116, and CCRF‐CEM.  相似文献

Four novel diterpenoids, namely (4β)‐4,4‐O‐dihydrocrinipellin A ( 1 ), (4β,8α)‐4,4‐O,8,8‐O‐tetrahydrocrinipellin B ( 2 ), crinipellin C ( 3 ), and crinipellin D ( 4 ), along with three known ones, (3β,4β)‐3,3‐C,4,4‐O‐tetrahydrocrinipellin A ( 5 ), (4β)‐4,4‐O‐dihydrocrinipellin B ( 6 ), and phlebiakauranol alcohol, were isolated from the fungal strain Crinipellis sp. 113. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR experiments, and by HR‐Q‐TOF mass spectrometry. Antitumor and antibacterial assays with the novel compounds 1 – 4 were carried out, showing moderate activities against HeLa cells and no effects on the growth of tested bacteria or yeast.  相似文献

Two new diterpenoids, named paecilomycine A ( 1 ) and paecilomycine B ( 2 ), including a novel skeleton with a five‐membered lactone ring, together with three known labdane diterpenoids, rel‐(1R,3S,4aS,5R,8aS)‐5‐[(3E)‐4‐carboxy‐3‐methylbut‐3‐en‐1‐yl]decahydro‐3‐hydroxy‐1,4a‐dimethyl‐6‐methylidenenaphthalene‐1‐carboxylic acid ( 3 ), botryosphaerin E ( 4 ), and agathic acid ( 5 ), were isolated from solid culture of the insect pathogenic fungi strain Paecilomyces sp. The structures of all compounds were established on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic studies. The relative configurations of 1 and 2 were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses.  相似文献

Three new diterpenoids, together with three known ones, were isolated from the air‐dried whole herbs of Rabdosia lophanthoides var. gerardiana. The structures of the new diterpenoids were established as 3,4‐dihydro‐11‐hydroxy‐10‐(1‐hydroxy‐1‐methylethyl)‐2,2,6‐trimethylnaphtho[1,8‐bc]oxocin‐5(2H)‐one ( 1 ), 11,12,15‐trihydroxyabieta‐5,8,11,13‐tetraen‐7‐one ( 2 ), (2R,3S,4S,4aR,8S,9aS,13aS,16aS)‐3,4,4a,8,9,9a,10,11,12,13,14,16a‐dodecahydro‐2‐(hydroxymethyl)‐6,6,10,10‐tetramethyl‐2H‐benzo[4,5]cyclohepta[1,2‐h]pyrano[2,3‐b][1,4]benzodioxepine‐3,4,8,13a,15(6H)‐pentol ( 3 ) by spectroscopic methods, including extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR analyses. The structures of the known compounds were identified by comparison of their physical and spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature.  相似文献

Two new diterpenoids, (3β,13S)‐3‐O‐[6‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl]‐13‐Oα‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyllabda‐8(17),14‐diene ( 1 ) and (4R,13S)‐18‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosyllabda‐8(17),14‐dien‐13‐ol ( 2 ) have been isolated from the 95% EtOH extract of the dry fronds of Diplopterygium rufopilosum. Six ent-kaurene type diterpenoids were isolated from the leaves of Rabdosia nerwsa. Among them.ganer-vosin A and B are new compounds, the structures of which were elucidated as 1 and 2 respectively by spectral and chemical methods. The other four were identified as odonicin (3), novelrabdosin (4), nodosin (5) and shikokianal acetate (8). Compounds (1), (2), (5) and (8) have not been found in this herb previously.  相似文献

From the dried roots of Euphorbia nematocypha, eight new diterpenoids, with ent‐atisane (i.e., 1 – 5 ) and isopimarane (i.e., 6 – 8 ) type skeletons, together with five known compounds, were isolated.
