过渡区原子核的形变与准粒子占据的轨道密切相关。采用推转壳模型首次系统性地研究了奇A核~(99)Pd,~(101)Pd和~(103)Pd原子核中h_(11/2)轨道对核芯的形状驱动效应,基于Total-Routhian-Surface(TRS)方法的计算结果表明,当过渡区原子核~(99)Pd,~(101)Pd和~(103)Pd中的准粒子开始占据h_(11/2)入侵轨道时将会使原子核产生稳定的四极形变。另外,对A≈210质量区近滴线核的高自旋态研究现状及今后进一步的工作也进行了概述。  相似文献

Phase transition in odd-N isotopes99,101,103 Pd are investigated via the E-GOS(E-Gamma Over Spin)curves, which strongly suggest a structure evolution from vibration to rotation along the yrast lines with increasing spin. Theoretical calculations have been performed for the ground state bands of99,101,103 Pd in the framework of the cranked shell model(CSM) and the alignment properties observed experimentally are analyzed employing this model. The results show that the phase transition in the ground state bands of99,101,103 Pd can be interpreted as the valence nucleons start to occupy the g9/2proton orbitals with increasing spin which would polarize the core to a small, but rigid quadrupole deformation.  相似文献

High-spin states in 101Pd have been investigated by means of in-beam γ-ray spectroscopic techniques via the 76Ge(28Si, 3n) reaction at beam energies of 85 and 95 MeV. The previously known d 5/2 and 1/2?[550] bands were extended to higher spins, and the unfavored signature branch of the 1/2?[550] band was built. The band crossings observed experimentally are explained by the alignment of g 9/2 protons. The band properties in 101Pd are compared with those in the neighboring nuclei and are discussed within the framework of the cranked shell model (CSM).  相似文献

After careful data analysis, most of the previously-known bands have been confirmed and 5 new rotational sequences have been identified. We have investigated the Ce 4f electronic states in the Ce/Pd(1 1 1) and Ce-oxide/Pd(1 1 1) systems, using resonant photoemission (Ce 4d → 4f transitions), and XPS to understand Pd-Ce interactions in ultra thin layers of cerium and ceria deposited on Pd(1 1 1). Cerium deposited on Pd(1 1 1) at room temperature forms surface Ce-Pd alloys with Ce rich character, while a Pd rich Ce-Pd alloy is formed by heating to 700 °C. A modification of the chemical state of Ce can also be seen after oxygen exposure. RPES provides evidence that Ce-oxide layers deposited on Pd(1 1 1) have a CeO2 (Ce4+) character, however a net contribution of the Ce3+ states is also revealed. The Ce3+ states have surface character and are accompanied by oxygen vacancies. Heating to 600 °C causes Ce-oxide reduction. A significant shift of Pd 4d-derived states, induced by Pd 4d and Ce 4f hybridization, was observed. The resonant features in the valence band corresponding to Ce4+, Ce3+ and Ce0 states have been investigated for various Pd−Ce(CeOx) coverages.  相似文献

The projected shell model (PSM) study of 100?C118Pd nuclei is carried out. The reliability of the ground-state wave functions is checked by reproducing yrast spectra and electromagnetic properties. The results of calculations indicate that the observed deformation systematics in 100?C118Pd isotopes depends on the increase of occupation probability of (1h 11/2 ?? ) orbit and the deformation producing tendency of n-p interaction operating between Spin Orbit Partner (SOP) orbits (d 5/2)???(d 3/2) ?? and (g 9/2)???(g 7/2) ?? . Beside this, the results on band diagrams show that the yrast spectra in Pd isotopes do not arise from a single intrinsic state only but also from multi-quasiparticle states.  相似文献

High-spin states in 190Tl have been studied via the 160Gd(35Cl, 5nγ) reaction. The level scheme, consisting of the πh9/2(×)νi13/2 oblate band and a cascade with character of single particle excitations, has been established. Spin values have been firmly assigned to the oblate band in 190Tl, resulting in low-spin signature inversion in the πh9/2(×)νi13/2 oblate band for the first time. Based on the similarity of the level structure in doubly odd Tl nuclei, spin values for the oblate bands in 192―200Tl should be re-assigned, and a consistent low-spin signature inversion has occurred in these oblate deformed nuclei. The low-spin signature inversion phenomena can be interpreted qualitatively by using the 2-quasiparticle plus rotor model including p-n residual interactions.  相似文献

One-dimensional dihalide-bridged polymer Co(thiazole)2Cl2 has been studied with the self-consistent full-potential linearized augmented plane wave method (FP_LAPW) based on the density functional theory (DFT). Spin distributions in ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic states of it have been obtained by the calculation. 将具有正宇称的gds组态空间扩大到包含具有负宇称的1h11/2轨道,采用修正的表面δ相互作用(MSDI)对101Pd和101Ru两个奇A核进行了形变HF计算,得到了基态和一些激发态的解.同时,还用近似角动量投影形变Hartree Fock(PDHF)方法对101Pd和101Ru进行了能谱计算,得到其正、负宇称带的解,计算结果与实验谱基本一致. Using modified delta interaction, enlarging the gds configuration space to include the 1h11/2 orbital with negative parity, the deformed Hartree Fock calculations for both nuclei: 101Pd and 101Ru are performed. Their ground state and some excited configurations are obtained. Angular distribution measurements of gamma-rays from the22Ne(p, γ)23Na reaction on theE p =897, 1006, 1091 and 1278 keV resonances have been made. Spin and parity assignments for several bound states are presented together with multipole mixing ratios for transitions from resonance and bound states. The level at 6617 keV (7/2+) is proposed to be a member of the rotational band based on the Nilsson orbit 5(K π=5/2+).  相似文献

Spin splitting of optically active and inactive excitons in nanosized n-InP/InGaP islands has been revealed. Optically inactive states become manifest in polarized-luminescence spectra as a result of excitons being bound to neutral donors (or of the formation of the trion, a negatively charged exciton) in InP islands. Spin states of a non-Heisenberg magnet with a magnetic ion spin of 2 have been determined. It has been shown that the inclusion of the higher-order spin invariants leads to realization of specific phases with the tensor order parameters whose realization is impossible in magnets with S = 1. The temperature dependence of the different binding states of oxygen on Pd(111) has been studied using photoemission spectroscopy and Auger spectroscopy. By examining the oxygen 2s binding energies, three distinct states are observed, which are identified as surface chemisorbed oxygen, oxygen incorporated into the first Pd layer, and subsurface oxygen. Changes in the relative oxygen Auger peak heights for 1000 K exposure temperature are explained if the oxygen is assumed to become more negatively charged as it penetrates the Pd surface. A model for the interaction of oxygen with the Pd(111) surface is proposed.  相似文献

Electronic structure of epitaxial Co films on Pd(111) has been investigated as a function of the Co overlayer thickness, by using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES). It is found that experimental band structures for Pd(111) and work functions for Co/Pd(111) agree reasonably well with the results of band structure calculations. Compared to Pd(111), valence band ARPES spectra of Co/Pd(111) support the existence of the induced magnetic polarization of Pd atoms near the interface, suggesting large hybridization between Co 3d and Pd 4d states near the interface.  相似文献

Au chain structures have been prepared on Ni(110). Au6 s,p-derived features in photoemission spectra are identified as quantum-wire states due to their strong dispersion along the chains and absence of dispersion perpendicular to the chains in agreement with our ab initio calculation of the electronic structure. Spin analysis reveals that the states have minority-spin character showing that the confinement of electrons in the chain structure depends on the electron spin.  相似文献

Eight resonances have been observed in the 52Cr(p, γ)53Mn reaction between Ep = 0.90 and 1.03 MeV. Gamma-ray spectra have been accumulated at four of the resonances. Spin assignments have been made to the resonant states on the basis of the measured angular distributions of primary γ-rays. Excitation energies and γ-ray branching ratios have been determined for 36 levels between 2.0 and 5.6 MeV. Mean lives for nine of the states have been extracted by the Doppler shift attenuation method.  相似文献

Electronic properties of single Pd atoms, deposited on Al(2)O(3)/NiAl(110), have been characterized by scanning tunneling spectroscopy at 12 K. The spectra reveal distinct conductivity resonances, assigned to discrete electronic levels in the atom. The energy position of the resonances reflects adsorption properties of Pd atoms on different sites of the oxide support. Mapping the spatial extent of conductivity channels in the Pd atoms yields the symmetry of the underlying electronic states. The results demonstrate the effect of a heterogeneous oxide surface on the electronic structure of adsorbed metal atoms.  相似文献

Ab initio methods have been used to investigate the properties of Pd as impurity in bulk SiC at five charged states within the framework of density functional theory using the local spin density approximation. It was found that Pd interstitials and substitutionals have similar energy to their intrinsic counterparts. In addition, Pd substitutes for a vacancy, di-vacancy, and tri-vacancy with similar energies. Pd diffuses through SiC via an interstitial mechanism employing the tetrahedral sites and Pd can substitute for Si and C at positive charged states. Removing electrons (p-type doping) from SiC lowers the formation and migration energies of Pd defects in SiC for most configurations.  相似文献

Excited states of129Xe have been investigated through the126Te(α,n)129Xe reaction at the incident energy E=16MeV by means of in-beam gamma ray spectroscopy. Numerous levels below the excitation energy of 2.5MeV were found. Spin assignments were made from side feeding excitation functions. A new level at 274.2keV, which is suggested as spin 9/2 negtive parity bandhead, was observed for the first time.  相似文献
