Hafnium ion forms a strong complex with nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA). But there is a controversy about the nature of the complex on whether it is a 1:1 or a 1:2 complex. We have carried out an electrophoresis experiment and supplemented data to establish the nature of the complex. Our data indicates that it is a 1:2 complex i.e. [Hf(NTA)2]2- in which the coordination number 8 has been satisfied for hafnium.  相似文献

Detection of protein complexes is very important to understand the principles of cellular organization and function. Recently, large protein–protein interactions (PPIs) networks have become available using high-throughput experimental techniques. These networks make it possible to develop computational methods for protein complex detection. Most of the current methods rely on the assumption that protein complex as a module has dense structure. However complexes have core-attachment structure and proteins in a complex core share a high degree of functional similarity, so it expects that a core has high weighted density. In this paper we present a Core-Attachment based method for protein complex detection from Weighted PPI Interactions using clustering coefficient and weighted density. Experimental results show that the proposed method, CAMWI improves the accuracy of protein complex detection.  相似文献

铽 氟罗沙星 (FLRX)配合物在 36 5nm紫外光照射一定时间后 ,Tb3 的特征荧光强度大大提高。通过对该体系的荧光光谱、磷光光谱、荧光量子效率和荧光寿命等的测定 ,证实Tb3 FLRX配合物光照后发生了光化学反应 ,形成了更有利于分子内能量传递的Tb3 配合物。探讨了其荧光增敏机制。  相似文献

In this study, the preparation of the 99m TcN complex of DMSA (dimercaptosuccinicacid) was carried out as a freeze-dried formulation, through a simple procedureinvolving the initial of 99m TcO 4 – with succinic dihydrazide in thepresence of stannous chloride as reducing agent, followed by the additionof the ligand DMSA to afford the final product. The radiochemical purity ofthe 99m TcN-DMSA complex was over 90% determined by thin layer chromatography.It was stable over 8 hours at room temperature. Its partition coefficientindicated that it was a good hydrophilic complex. Biodistribution in miceshowed that the 99m TcN-DMSA complex was accumulated in bone with high uptakeand good retention, suggesting it would be potentially useful as a bone imagingagent containing the [ 99m TcN] 2+ core. The biodistribution comparison inmice of the 99m TcN-DMSA complex and the 99m Tc-DMSA complex indicate thatthe presence of the 99m Tc nitrido group significantly alters the biologicalproperties of the 99m Tc complex.  相似文献

本文运用分子对接和分子动力学模拟的方法,对精氨酸酶进行手性选择性研究。通过对精氨酸酶Ⅰ与L,D型精氨酸复合物结构的比较,发现精氨酸酶Ⅰ与L型精氨酸结合得更紧密,进一步的复合物分子动力学轨迹比较分析显示,精氨酸酶Ⅰ与L型精氨酸分子的复合物RMSD曲线的震荡较小,并且酶与底物的结合能也是L型的高于D型的复合物。总之,在精氨酸酶Ⅰ在催化精氨酸脱胍基的反应中,只选择L型精氨酸分子是基于酶的手性选择性,手性选择性是由酶的活性口袋的形状决定的。  相似文献

8-Quinolinol-5-sulfonic acid can be used in compleximetric titrations by means of a displacement type of titration; a fluorescent weak complex is used to titrate an ion which forms a non-fluorescing stronger complex, the end-point being the appearance of fluorescence. The titration is best performed by an instrumental method. A non-fluorescing weak complex can similarily be used for the titration of a cation which is strongly complexed and fluoresces. By making use of suitable combinations, it is possible to titrate a non-fluorescing complex former and a fluorescing complex former in the same solution.  相似文献

The activation of PEPPSI precatalysts has been systematically studied in Pd‐catalysed sulfination. Under the reactions conditions of the sulfide and KOtBu in toluene, the first thing that happens is exchange of the two chlorides on the PEPPSI precatalyst with the corresponding sulfides, creating the first resting state; it is via this complex that all Pd enters the catalytic cycle. However, it is also from this same complex that a tri‐Pd complex forms, which is a more persistent resting state. Under standard reaction conditions, this complex is catalytically inactive. However, if additional pyridine or a smaller base (i.e., KOEt) is added, this complex is broken down, presumably initially back to the first resting state and it is again capable of entering the catalytic cycle and completing the sulfination. Of note, once the tri‐Pd complex forms, one equivalent of Pd is lost to the transformation. Related to this, the nature of the cation of the sulfide salt and solvent dielectric is very important to the success of this transformation. That is, the less soluble the salt the better the performance, which can be attributed to lowering sulfide concentration to avoid the movement of the Pd‐NHC complex into the above described off‐cycle sulfinated resting states.  相似文献

Water-mediated protein-carbohydrate interaction is a complex phenomenon responsible for different biological processes in cellular environment. One of the unexplored but important issues in this area is the role played by water during the recognition process and also in controlling the microscopic properties of the complex. In this study, we have carried out atomistic molecular dynamics simulations of a protein-carbohydrate complex formed between the hyaluronan binding domain of the murine Cd44 protein and the octasaccharide hyaluronan in explicit water. Efforts have been made to explore the heterogeneous influence of the complex on the dynamic properties of water present in different regions around it. It is revealed from our analyses that the heterogeneous dynamics of water around the complex are coupled with differential time scales of formation and breaking of hydrogen bonds at the interface. Presence of a highly rigid thin layer of motionally restricted water molecules bridging the protein and the carbohydrate in the common region of the complex has been identified. Such water molecules are expected to play a crucial role in controlling properties of the complex. Importantly, it is demonstrated that the formation of the protein-carbohydrate complex affects the transverse and longitudinal degrees of freedom of the interfacial water molecules in a heterogeneous manner.  相似文献

Surprisingly, it was found that Clopidogrel base (CLP) easily forms a solid complex with DIMEB in cold solution by precipitation. The complex can be isolated by filtration, the stoichiometry of the isolated complex corresponds to 1 : 1 molar ratio. Powder X-ray diffractometry proved the complex formation in solid state. The improved solubility of the complex offers the possibility of an adequate drug release over the whole pH-range of the GI-tract.  相似文献

In the present study, proline dithiocarbamate (PRODTC) ligand was radiolabeled with the [99mTc≡N]2+ core successfully to obtain the 99mTcN-PRODTC complex with high radiochemical purity. No decomposition of the complex at room temperature was observed over a period of 6 h. Its partition coefficient indicated that it was a hydrophilic complex. The electrophoresis results showed that the complex was negative. The biodistribution of 99mTcN-PRODTC in mice bearing S 180 tumor showed that the complex accumulated in the tumor with a certain uptake. The tumor/blood and tumor/muscle ratios reached 2.19 and 4.54 at 2 h post-injection, suggesting it would be a promising candidate for tumor imaging.  相似文献

Electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry of a phosphonium ylid complex of gold produces an ion whose mass and gas-phase chemical reactivity indicate that it is a gold benzylidene complex. The complex, with a supporting NHC ligand, corresponds to a type of reactive intermediates which have been presumed to act in gold-catalyzed cyclopropanation reactions, but which have not been observed to date in solution or gas-phase experiments. A threshold CID experiment also yields thermochemical information on the formation of the gold carbene from the ylid complex precursor.  相似文献

The preparation of transparent films consisting of one-dimensional tetranuclear platinum complex and an alumina gel was attempted. Characterization of the composite films obtained was performed by UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy. From the redox behavior of the complex in films, it was confirmed that the complex maintains the tetranuclear structure in the alumina gel, when the content of the complex is low. However, it seems to turn into another complex with a longer platinum chain, as the content of complex in the gel increases. The third-order nonlinear susceptibility (3) values of composite films was estimated from the third harmonic generation (THG) Maker-fringe measurements of this preliminary study.  相似文献

We have recently introduced GMA, a highly efficient method for flexible molecular alignment. Here we show how this approach can be used to improve docking accuracy and efficiency, in cases where a complex structure of a ligand with the target protein is known. In cases where a known ligand exists, yet the complex structure is unknown it is possible to make use of the advantages offered by this approach, by combining it with standard ligand docking.  相似文献

Hollow pyrrole-platinumpoly (PPy-Pt) complex spheres effectively catalyze the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide to form oxygen. The method used to synthesize the catalysts employs chemical polymerization of pyrrole with potassium hexachloroplatinate(IV) as oxidant and ZSM-5 molecular sieve as a hard template removable by dissolution. ZSM-5 molecular sieve used as template has the following merits: it can be easily removed, it is inexpensive and owing to micrometer size it shows a minimal aggregation. In addition, the use of the zeolite avoids the need for non-volatile surfactants which may be adsorbed onto the synthesized PPy-Pt complex spheres and interfere with their possible applications in catalysis. The new micron-sized hollow PPy-Pt complex spheres are produced simply and cost-effectively, and they can be expected to play an important role in wastewater treatment technologies. The synthetic method may represent a novel route to prepare hollow conductive polymer spheres doped by various metals for specific applications.  相似文献

Histamine is an important compound from a physiological point of view, but it is toxic since the absorption of low amounts of histamine can cause abdominal pains accompanied with vomiting. Why we have developed a new method for histamine analysis in order to improve Lerke and Bell method. From the absorption spectra, we showed that the stoichiometry of the complex histamine-orthophthalaldehyde (OPA) is 1:1. From the emission spectra, it was observed that the complex fluorescence is inhibited in acidic medium. In alkaline medium, an exaltation of fluorescence was observed, but the complex histamine-OPA was unstable. Nevertheless, kinetic study showed that good linear correlations between the fluorescence maxima of the formed complex and the histamine concentration could be obtained in this alkaline medium.  相似文献

Stable carriers are required for gene delivery. The use of polyethyleneimine (PEI) has been researched extensively; however, it is not suitable for targeted gene delivery to specific cells. To provide a targeting ability of the specific antibody to PEI, two repeats of Fc-binding domain of protein G (C2) were utilized. The constructed protein containing C2 could bind to a specific antibody and form a larger complex with plasmid DNA/PEI complex. The specific antibody to cell surface protein was bound to the complex through the use of C2 domain, and it was added to cells. As the result, the efficient expression of delivered reporter gene could be realized.  相似文献

The amination of a chiral Ni(II) complex as a model reaction was studied to develop a highly practical, efficient, and stereospecific approach for Ni(II) complex reactions in an aqueous phase. A convenient and clean water‐mediated reaction of the Ni(II) complex has been reached, and a broad spectrum of substrates could participate in the process effectively to produce desired products in good yields and excellent diastereoselectivities. Significantly, it is the first report of chiral gly‐Ni(II) complex reaction in aqueous media.  相似文献
