A series of 4-furyl-2-guanidinothiazole derivatives and related compounds were synthesized and evaluated for histamine H2-receptor antagonist and gastric acid antisecretory activities. Among them, compounds I-17, I-48 and I-49 showed high activities in these tests. In addition, compound I-17 possessed potent inhibitory activities on each of the gastric ulcers induced by stress, ethanol and HCl-aspirin. On the other hand, compound I-48 demonstrated antimicrobial activity against Helicobacter Pylori and the potency was far stronger than that of clinically used H2-antagonists. Some structure-activity relationships are discussed.  相似文献

A new helvolic acid derivative named helvolic acid methyl ester (1), together with two known helvolic acid compounds, helvolic acid (2) and hydrohelvolic acid (3), were isolated from the fermentation of endophytic fungus Fusarium sp. in Ficus carica leaves. Their structures were elucidated and identified by spectroscopic methods. Compounds 1–3 showed potent antifungal and antibacterial activities.  相似文献

首次用硬脂法制备了Fe2O3-SiO2混合氧化物,经浸渍H2SO4后再焙烧得SO4^2-/Fe2O3-SiO2固体酸催化剂。用TEM,XRD,N2吸附/脱附和TG-DTA等手段对其进行了表征,结果显示制得的Fe2O3-SiO2混合氧化物具有多孔结构,且随着Si含量的增大,其比表面积明显增大,但孔径减小。用乙酸/丁醇酯化催化反应评估了该固体酸的催化性能。  相似文献

以2-甲基苯甲酰甲酸甲酯为起始原料, 通过与甲氧基胺的盐酸盐、甲胺、N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)和1H-1,2,4-三氮唑钠反应合成了两个系列共计22个2-{2-[3-(取代苯基)-3-氧代-2-1,2,4-三唑-1-基-丙基]-苯基}-2-甲氧亚氨基乙酸甲酯和乙酰甲胺类的衍生物. 经IR, 1H NMR和MS对目标化合物进行了结构表征. 用浓度为 10 µg•mL-1的目标化合物进行了初步离体杀菌活性试验, 结果表明: Ha4, Ha5, Ha7对油菜菌核病有杀菌活性; Ha2, Hb8对小麦纹枯病有杀菌活性; Hb4对蔬菜灰霉病有杀菌活性; Hb4, Hb5对小麦赤霉病和小麦纹枯病均有杀菌活性.  相似文献

In a search for novel nonsteroidal inhibitors of human prostatic 5alpha-reductase, we found a new series of indole derivatives that showed potent inhibitory activities for the human enzyme. Among them, 4-[(1-benzyl-1H-indol-5-yl)oxyl-3-chlorobenzoic acid (2d, YM-32906) showed more potent inhibitory activity than finasteride with an IC50 value of 0.44 nM. 3-Chloro-4-[[1-(4-phenoxybenzyl)-1H-indol-5-yl]oxy]benzoic acid (2m) showed inhibitory activities for both human and rat prostatic 5alpha-reductase with IC50 values of 2.1 and 73 nM, respectively. The synthesis and structure-activity relationships of these indole derivatives are presented.  相似文献

(S)-2-Amino-3-(2,5-dihydro-5-oxo-3-isoxazolyl)propanoic acid, (3a) and its analogs (3b--h) were prepared and evaluated for glutamate receptor-agonistic and antifungal activities. Several (S)- and (R)-2-amino-3-isoxazolylpropanoic acid derivatives (3a--d) were synthesized starting with (S)- and (R)-N-tert-butoxycarbonyaspartic acid alpha-methyl esters (4, n = 1) by means of Masamune's chain extension reaction followed by isoxazolone formation with hydroxylamine and subsequent deprotection reactions. Furthermore, (S)- and (R)-N-tert-butoxycarbonylglutamic acid alpha-methyl esters (4, n = 2) were converted to (S)- and (R)-2-amino-4-isoxazolylbutyric acid derivatives (3e-h) via the same sequence of reactions.  相似文献

V2O5/AC具有很好的烟气同时脱硫脱硝能力,脱硫过程包括其对烟气中SO2的吸附、吸附饱和后SO2从其上的脱附(再生)及脱附出SO2的资源化。考察了同时脱硫脱硝后的V2O5/AC在含NH3气氛中的再生和硫资源化的耦合过程。研究了NH3注入量、再生温度、再生时间和尾气循环流量对再生效率、硫回收率及二次脱硫脱硝活性的影响。结果表明,再生温度和再生时间主要影响SO2的脱附,因而影响再生效率和二次脱硫脱硝活性;NH3注入量不影响SO2的脱附,但明显影响硫回收率和二次脱硫脱硝活性;尾气循环模式是提高硫回收率的重要方法,但在研究的条件下循环流量对再生效率、硫回收率和二次脱硫脱硝活性的影响不大。  相似文献

对共沉淀法得到的Fe2O3-SiO2混合氧化物前驱物进行微波水热改性处理,经浸渍(NH4)2S2O8后再焙烧得S2O82-/Fe2O3-SiO2固体酸催化剂。用XRD、TEM、N2气吸附/脱附及化学分析方法对其进行了表征,用乙酸/丁醇酯化催化反应评估固体酸的催化性能,并与通常条件下制得的催化剂进行了比较。结果显示,引入SiO2会延迟Fe2O3晶体的形成与长大;对前驱物用250W的微波水热改性处理1.5h,制得的固体酸具有适中的比表面积、均匀的孔径分布,含硫量为6.02%,比表面积为37.1m2/g。该固体酸对乙酸丁醇酯化反应有很高的催化活性,催化酯化反应3h,乙酸的转化率高达97.7%。  相似文献

In our investigation on the chemical constituents of Hippophae rhamnoides L., the chloroform-soluble fraction of the 80% acetone extract of branch bark was observed to inhibit nitric oxide (NO) production in a lipopolysaccharide and recombinant mouse interferon-gamma-activated murine macrophage-like cell line, RAW 264.7 cells. Two new triterpenoids, 2-O-trans-p-coumaroyl maslinic acid (1) and 2-O-caffeoyl maslinic acid (2), and three known triterpenoids, oleanolic acid (3), 3-O-trans-p-coumaroyl oleanolic acid (4), and 3-O-caffeoyl oleanolic acid (5), and 6-methoxy-2H-1-benzopyran (6) and beta-sitosterol (7) were isolated from the branch bark extract. Their inhibitory activities on the production of NO in RAW 264.7 cells and radical-scavenging activities were examined.  相似文献

<正>One new triterpene saponin was isolated from Panaxjaponicus C.A.Meyer var major(Burk.) A RP-HPLC method was developed for the assessment of caffeine and its metabolites in urine and was used for the evaluation of the CYP1A2, CYP2A6, xanthine oxidase (XO) and N-acetyl-transferase-2 (NAT-2) in vivo activities in 44 Greek volunteers (21 men, 23 women). Spot urine samples were analyzed 6 h after 200 mg caffeine consumption, following a 30 h methylxantine-free diet. The major urinary caffeine metabolites are 1-methyluric acid (1U), 5-acetylamino-6-formylamino-3-methyluracil (AFMU), 1-methylxanthine (1X), 1,7-dimethyluric acid (17U) and 1,7-dimethylxanthine (17X). CYP1A2, CYP2A6, XO and NAT-2 activities were estimated from the metabolic ratios (AFMU + 1U + 1X)/17U, 17U/17X, 1U/(1X + 1U) and AFMU/(AFMU + 1U + 1X), respectively. Metabolites and internal standard were extracted with chloroform/isopropanol (85:15, v/v) and separated on a C18 column by an isocratic HPLC system using a two-step elution with manual switch from solvent A (0.1% acetic acid-methanol-acetonitrile, 92:4:5 v/v) to solvent B (0.1% acetic acid-methanol, 60:40, v/v), and detected at 280 nm. The method exhibited adequate metabolite separation (resolution factors >1.48), accuracy (94.1-106.3%) and intraday and interday precision <8.02 and <8.78%, respectively (n = 6). Smoking affected only CYP1A2, whereas gender had no effect in any enzyme activity. NAT-2 exhibited bimodal distribution, 63.6% of volunteers being slow acetylators. The developed RP-HPLC method was fully validated and successfully applied for the evaluation of CYP1A2, CYP2A6, XO and NAT-2 activities.  相似文献

Summary X-ray structural data are reported for 2-hydroxythiobenzoic acid (T=200 K;P21/a;a=14.903(5) Å,b=5.203(3) Å,c=9.114(6) Å, =92.40(4)°;Z=4;R=0.049) and 2-hydroxydithiobenzoic acid (T=297 K;P21/a;a=14.416(3) Å,b=13.447(3) Å,c=3.947(1) Å, =90.96(2)°;Z=4;R=0.047). In 2-hydroxythiobenzoic acid, each two molecules form cyclic dimersvia S-H...O=C hydrogen bonds, analogous to the association pattern of 2-hydroxybenzoic acid. In 2-hydroxydithiobenzoic acid, the molecules are linked to chains by S-H...O(H)-C hydrogen bonds. Solid state IR, and solution IR and NMR spectroscopic data of 2-hydroxybenzoic acid, 2-hydroxythiobenzoic acid, and 2-hydroxydithiobenzoic acid are summarized. The main characteristics of the intramolecularly associated phenolic O-H groups of the three title compounds are for the solids, for solutions (CCl4), and OH=10.21, 10.53, 12.20 ppm for solutions (CCl4:CDCl3=5:1).Dedicated to Prof.O. 活性氧分子在生物内所引起的脂质过氧化可造成组织和细胞的损伤。因此,从天然产物中寻找抗活性氧的物质已引起国内外广泛重视。本文采用化学发光分析法,利用H2O2-CTMAB-鲁米诺发光体系,研究了中草药有效成分咖啡酸、氯原酸、连翘酯甙、阿魏酸、对.羟基香豆酸、间-羟基香豆酸、肉桂酸抗活性氧H2O2的作用。并与公认的抗活性氧物质抗坏血酸(Vc)进行了比较。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶自燃烧法,以柠檬酸为燃料制备了多种CuO-ZnO/Al2O3催化剂.利用N2静态吸附(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)和H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等方法研究了柠檬酸与硝酸盐比例关系对催化剂物化性质,形貌和还原性能的影响.并将其用于二氧化碳加氢制甲醇反应,考察催化剂的CO2转化率,甲醇选择性以及甲醇时空收率等催化性能.实验结果表明,当柠檬酸用量等于化学计量比时,CuO-ZnO/Al2O3催化剂的催化性能最好,当柠檬酸用量大于化学计量比时,催化性能次之,且变化不大,但当柠檬酸用量小于化学计量比时,催化性能明显降低.这一结果与其物化性质和还原性能有关,当柠檬酸用量等于或大于化学计量比时,催化剂中CuO颗粒较小,分散均匀,且分散度高.  相似文献

A new diphenyl ether methyl 2-(2-formyl-3-hydroxy-5-methylphenoxy)-5-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoate (3), together with four known compounds, asterric acid (1), methyl asterrate (2), 9(Z),12(Z)-nonadecadienoic acid (4) and orsellinic acid (5), were isolated from the Phoma sp. strain SHZK-2, which was isolated from a polluted environment in southern China. The structures of these compounds were determined by spectroscopic methods. Cytotoxicities of compounds against HEPG2 cell and Raji cell lines were preliminarily evaluated by the MTT method.  相似文献
