采用密度泛函理论在B3LYP/6-31+G(d)水平上研究了4种金属Mg, Ni, Cu, Zn配位的自由卟啉(FBP)及氮混杂卟啉(NECP)的几何结构及分子轨道能级. 采用含时密度泛函理论(TD-DFT)方法计算了金属与2种卟啉配位后在气体条件下的电子吸收光谱, 包括激发能、 吸收波长、 跃迁组成和振子强度.计算结果表明, 与金属配位的FBP(M-FBP)具有D4h对称性, 分子轨道能级HOMO/HOMO-1和LUMO/LUMO+1因能级相近发生简并, HOMO-LUMO轨道能级差大约3.0 eV, 在Soret带出现较强吸收峰.由于C/N原子位置的改变, 非对称性结构的M-NECP前线轨道组成发生改变, 轨道能级差(HOMO-LUMO)减小至2.6 eV左右, 且能级发生分裂, Soret带出现多个电子吸收谱峰, Q带也出现吸收峰. 本文研究了水、 氯仿和苯3种不同极性溶剂对M-FBP和M-NECP的分子轨道及电子吸收光谱的影响, 结果表明, 随溶剂极性减弱金属配合物的电子吸收光谱发生红移, 并且吸收峰强度增强.  相似文献

通过密度泛函和含时密度泛函方法对六元卟啉的钯金属配合物进行了系统的研究,探讨了几种金属配合物光学性质的变化.对于具有26π电子体系3个单金属配合物在Q带的最大吸收峰顺序为λmax(D26Pd)>λmax(R26Pd)>λmax(M28Pd),这同它们的ΔEH-L成反比.其中D26Pd和M28Pd的跃迁来自于π→π*的ILCT的跃迁,而R26Pd有部分金属d轨道参与到跃迁,跃迁性质为ILCT/MLCT.它们的B带的强吸收峰同自由状态下的配体的吸收光谱比较,配合物的吸收峰发生了约20nm左右的蓝移,吸收主要贡献都是来自于d(metal)→π*的MLCT的跃迁.非芳香性配合物M28Pd2α的跃迁性质则不同,无论是Q带还是B带都没有发现金属的参与,而且吸收强度明显降低.  相似文献

合成了2,4-二甲基-6-(4’-N,N-二甲氨基苯乙烯基)-1,3,5-均三嗪(1)和2-苯乙烯基-4,6-二甲基-1,3,5-均三嗪(2)两种化合物,并对其进行了1H NMR,MS,元素分析等表征.采用吸收光谱法研究了金属离子与化合物间的相互作用,结果显示:化合物1对Fe3+和Cu2+表现出高选择性光谱响应,其最大吸收波长由393 nm分别红移至525 nm和513 nm,溶液颜色由黄色变为粉红色.化合物1与Fe3+结合形成1∶1型配合物,其结合常数为1.8×104L mol-1;与Cu2+结合形成2∶1型配合物,其结合常数为2.6×1010L mol-1.化合物2仅对Fe3+呈现显著的光谱变化,其最大吸收波长由304nm红移至357 nm,而Cu2+的加入未引起光谱明显变化,2与Fe3+亦形成1∶1型配合物,结合常数为1.0×105L mol-1.结果表明Fe3+可能与化合物1和2中三嗪N配位,而Cu2+与化合物1中甲氨基中的N配位.同时考察了其它金属离子如Li+,K+,Mg2+,Ca2+,Co3+,Ni2+,Ag+,Cd2+,Hg2+和Zn2+等离子对化合物1和2吸收光谱的影响,结果显示两者光谱均无明显变化,据此提出了高选择性Fe3+,Cu2+的识别体系.  相似文献

以罗丹明B-酰肼和2-羟基-3-喹啉醛缩合反应得到新型罗丹明B衍生物L,其结构经1H NMR,MS及元素分析表征.通过紫外光谱法和荧光光谱法研究了目标物L在CH3CN-H2O溶液中与金属离子的识别特性.结果表明:目标物L作为探针可选择性比色识别Cu2+和荧光识别Hg2+.随着Cu2+或Hg2+的滴加,探针L的内酰胺环结构发生开环,并形成L-Cu2+1∶1配合物或L-Hg2+1∶2配合物,识别过程均是可逆的.  相似文献

在密度泛函B3LYP/6-31G**水平下,结合金属赝势基组Lanl2dz对14种2-硫代黄嘌呤异构体和Hg2+、Cl-可能形成的47种配合物结构进行了全自由度优化,并计算了键长、键角、零点能、吉布斯自由能、总能量和相对能量等数据。计算结果表明,2-硫代黄嘌呤异构体和Hg2+、Cl-形成的配合物结构中,2-硫代黄嘌呤酮式N(7)H形成的构型较稳定,能量相对较低的5种配合物中,能量由小到大的顺序依次为:2TX(1,3,7)-2<2TX(1,3,7)-3<2TX(1,3,7)-6<2TX(1,3,7)-4<2TX(1,3,7)-5。同时,将实验报道的红外光谱数据进行了归属,实验值和计算值比较吻合,从而说明了异构体的配位形式。  相似文献

本文基于Ir(Btp)2(acac)为发光内核,合成了一种外围为萘环的苄醚型树枝状红光铱配合物,并通过NMR、MS和元素分析实验表征了该配合物。利用紫外-可见吸收光谱与磷光光谱实验研究了该配合物对金属离子的识别作用。结果表明:在CH3CN/THF溶液中,仅Hg2+的加入能引起配合物的最大吸收峰和发射峰均发生蓝移,溶液颜色由桔黄色变为浅绿色。该配合物可作为识别汞离子的光化学传感器。  相似文献

采用与文献不同的路线合成了4,4′-二(p-甲基苯基)-2,2′-二联吡啶,与文献结果相比,总收率由4.0%提高至15.3%.该化合物和4,4′-二羧基-2,2′-二联吡啶组成混合配体与金属钌配位,合成了两亲性、混配型配合物cis-N,N-4,4′-二(p-甲基)苯基-2,2′-二联吡啶-N,N-4,4′-二羧基-2,2′-二联吡啶-N,N-二异硫氰钌配合物,并用IR,UV-Vis,NMR和Maldi-TOF等手段进行表征.将该两亲性混配钌配合物首次用于对Hg2+的识别中,发现此配合物对Hg2+表现出灵敏的选择性“肉眼”识别:在DMF/乙醇溶液(体积比1∶9)中加入Hg2+后,MLCT态吸收由530nm蓝移到485nm.该配合物与Hg2+以1∶1(摩尔比)结合,检测限可低至0.5×10-6mol/L.  相似文献

采用密度泛函方法(DFT),对六元扩展卟啉的Ni(Ⅱ),Pd(Ⅱ)和Pt(Ⅱ)单金属配合物进行了几何构型的优化.在优化的基础上,对6种配合物进行了电荷分解分析(CDA)、扩展电荷分解分析(ECDA)以及前线分子轨道的成分分析.基于几何优化的结果,在含时密度泛函(TD-DFT)方法下,计算了6种配合物的吸收光谱.得出如下结论:无论是R型还是M型配合物,Pd(Ⅱ)同六元扩展卟啉的电荷转移值都是最大的,从而也说明中心金属Pd(Ⅱ)同配体之间的相互作用也是最大的.通过对吸收光谱和前线分子轨道的分析,在B带最大吸收峰上,R型配合物主要显示出由金属到配体的电荷转移(MLCT),并且金属轨道在跃迁成分中占比越大,最大吸收峰红移越远,其最大吸收峰顺序λ(Ni@RHP)(492nm)λ(Pt@RHP)(477nm)λ(Pd@RHP)(467nm).而对于M型配合物的Ni@MHP和Pd@MHP,90%以上的跃迁来自配体内的电荷转移(ILCT),并且展示了几乎相等的最大吸收峰(540nm).Pt@MHP与前者相比有40nm的红移,并展示了MLCT的吸收特征.  相似文献

合成了一组不同碳链的胆甾醇酯侧链卟啉配体和金属Zn配合物. 研究了它们的吸收光谱和发射光谱. 将这些卟啉配体以一定浓度掺杂在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中制成固体薄膜, 发现由于在卟啉环上引入了手性的胆甾醇酯侧链, 卟啉化合物在soret带和Q带均有较强的CD吸收, 这种现象可能是卟啉环上的四个手性胆甾醇酯侧链与四苯基卟啉环发生偶合作用. 进一步还发现这些卟啉化合物的圆偏振吸收性质与在PMMA中的浓度有关.  相似文献

A new method of simultaneous determination of Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+ is proposed here by using the second-derivative spectrophotometry method. In pH=10.35 Borax-NaOH buffer, using meso-tetra (3-methoxyl-4-hydroxylphenyl) porphyrin ([T-(3-MO-4-HP)P]) as chromomeric reagent, micelle solution was formed after Tween-80 surfactant was added into the solution containing Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+ ions. The original absorption spectrum of the above complexes was obtained after heating in the boiling water for 25 min. The second-derivative absorption peaks of five metal-porphyrin complexes can be separated from the original absorption spectrum by using chemometric tool. In this way, Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+ ions can be determined simultaneously. Under the optimal conditions, the linear ranges of the calibration curve were 0-0.60, 0-0.60, 0-0.40, 0-0.80 and 0-0.48 μg mL(-1) for Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+, respectively. The molar absorptivity of these color systems were 1.38×10(5), 1.01×10(5), 3.24×10(5), 1.07×10(5) and 1.29×10(5)Lmol(-1)cm(-1). The method developed in this paper has advantages in selectivity, sensitivity, operation and can effectively resolve spectra overlapping problem. This method has been applied to determine the real samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

The structure and energetics of complexes obtained upon interaction between cysteine and Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Cu2+ cations were studied using quantum chemical density functional theory calculations with the 6-311++G** orbital basis set and relativistic pseudopotentials for the cations. Different coordination sites for metal ions on several cysteine conformers were considered. In their lowest energy complexes with the amino acid, the Zn2+ and Cd2+ cations appear to be three-coordinated to carbonyl oxygen, nitrogen and sulfur atoms, whereas the Cu2+ and Hg2+ ions are coordinated to both the carbonyl oxygen and sulfur atoms of one of the zwitterion forms of the amino acid. Bonds of metal cations with the coordination sites are mainly ionic except those established with sulfur, which show a small covalent character that become most significant when Cu2+ and Hg2+ are involved. The order of metal ion affinity proposed is Cu>Zn>Hg>Cd.  相似文献

 研究了meso-四(对羟基苯基)卟啉为柱前衍生化试剂与Cd2+,Pb2+,Cu2+和Zn2+离子的配合反应条件及配合物在C18色谱柱上的分离条件,建立了反相高效液相色谱快速分离光度检测Cd2+,Pb2+,Cu2+和Zn2+的新方法。配合物和试剂在15 min内出峰完毕。4种离子的检出限为: Cd2+0.02 ng,Pb2+0.02 ng, Cu2+0.02 ng,Zn2+0.12 ng;线性范围为:Cd2+0.8 μg/L~150 μg/L,Pb2+0.8 μg/L~300 μg/L,Cu2+0.8 μg/L~500 μg/L,Zn2+5.0 μg/L~1 000 μg/L;方法的日内相对标准偏差为:2.8%~4.8%,测定低、中、高3个浓度的日间相对标准偏差为3.7%~9.7%。  相似文献

The mononuclear complexes of Zn(II), Cd(II) and Hg(II), [Zn(phen-dione)Cl2], [Cd(phen-dione)Cl2] and [Hg(phen-dione)Cl2], where phen-dione?=?1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione, have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR, 1H?NMR and electronic absorption spectroscopies. The ν(C=O) of coordinated phen-dione ligands in these complexes shows that the phen-dione is not coordinated to metal ion from its C=O sites. Electronic spectra of the complexes show two absorption bands for intraligand transitions. These absorption bands show dependence on the dielectric constant of solvents. These complexes exhibit an intense fluorescence band around 545?nm in DMSO when the excitation wavelengths are 200?nm at room temperature.  相似文献

The interactions between metal ions such as Zn2+, Pb2+, Mn2+, Hg2+, Cd2+, Ni2+ and chitosan have been investigated using the model cluster model method and density functional method. Full optimization and frequency analysis of all cluster models have been performed employing B3LYP hybrid method at 3-21G basis set level except metal ions which were invoked to use effective core potential (ECP) method. The energy changes, and the main structural parameters have been obtained during the theoretical study of the adsorption of metal ions on the chitosan. The calculations showed that the coordination modes of metal ions with chitosan models were different, the geometries of Mn2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+, Pb2+ ions coordinated with two nitrogen atoms and two oxygen atoms were distorted tetrahedral, while the square planar structure of Ni2+ coordinated two nitrogen atoms and two oxygen atoms was observed. The heat of reaction between six metal ions and chitosan models showed the order: Mn2+ >Ni2+ >Zn2+ >Pb2+ >Hg2+ >Cd2+, this suggested that the coordination strength of Mn2+ >Ni2+ >Zn2+ >Pb2+ >Hg2+ >Cd2+.  相似文献

Four novel tetrathienyl-substituted boron-dipyrrin-type (BODIPY-type) complexes, 3-(R')-4,4-di(R')-8-R-4-bora-3a,4a-diaza-s-indacene (4a, R = 2-T, R' = 2-T; 4b, R = 3-T, R' = 2-T; 5a, R = 2-T, R' = 3-T; 5b, R = 3-T, R' = 3-T; T = thienyl) have been prepared and fully characterized to explore patterns of stoichiometric Mn+ recognition in solution. Treatment of the respective parent BF2 dipyrrin with 2- or 3-thienyllithium gave the unexpected asymmetric tetrathienyl-substituted products in 8.5-35% yield. Compounds 4a and 4b bear a neutral "scorpionate"-like [SSS] tridentate binding pocket. Extensive NMR and UV-vis spectroscopic studies were performed on 4a-5b; 5a, 4b, and 5b were structurally characterized. The PhiF values for 4a-5b all decrease compared to the BF2-containing parent molecules (0.00058, 0.012, 0.00090, and 0.0051, respectively), with lambda(abs,max) values (epsilon, M(-1) cm(-1)) of 563 (44,000), 553 (29,000), 539 (33,000), and 531 (44,000) nm, respectively, and Stokes' shifts of 25-36 nm. Upon treatment with metal ion (Ca2+, Cs+, Mn2+, Co2+, Cu2+, Ag+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+, Pb2+) perchlorate salts, the solution of 4b undergoes rapid pink-to-clear switch-off behavior upon Cu2+ addition (10 microM scale) with smaller effects seen for 4a. Further, there were 2- to 19-fold Cu2+ fluorescence enhancements for these ligands. Cu2+- and Hg2+-L (L = 4a-5b) binding was modeled, and response patterns for Mn+-L 1:1 molar solutions upon Cu2+ addition were measured. Upon treatment with Hg2+, all ligand solutions show a significant fluorescence decrease accompanied by minor absorption increases. The UV-vis spectroscopic detection limit for Cu2+ and Hg2+ is approximately 270 ppb and approximately 1.7 ppm, respectively; the naked eye detection limit for Cu2+ with 4b (1.0 x 10(-5) M) is approximately 23 microM. DFT calculations gave HOMO-LUMO gaps of 478 (4a), 462 (4b), 448 (5a), and 442 nm (5b). Molecular orbital diagrams for 4a-5b revealed that the HOMO and LUMO electron density is distributed onto the 3-position-thienyl group and to a lesser degree the B(thienyl)2 moiety.  相似文献

大孔氯甲基化聚苯乙烯小球先后与乙二胺、2-氯乙酸反应得EDTA型螯合树脂(PS-EDTA),再用磷酸在室温处理得PS-EDTA/P树脂。PS-EDTA/P树脂被用于水相中Cu2+、Zn2+和Cd2+的吸附净化处理,探讨了溶液的pH值、初始金属离子浓度、时间、温度等因素对吸附性能的影响,并研究了其对重金属离子的吸附动力学和热力学。结果表明,PS-EDTA/P树脂对Cu2+和Zn2+的吸附符合Langmuir等温式、对Cd2+的吸附符合Freundlich等温式,准二级吸附动力学方程能够很好地描述3种金属离子在树脂上的吸附动力学行为。同时,PS-EDTA/P树脂对重金属吸附的热力学参数表明,PS-EDTA/P树脂对Cu2+、Zn2+和Cd2+的吸附是一个自发的、吸热的过程。已吸附Cu2+、Zn2+和Cd2+的树脂可以用0.1mol/L HCl解吸,解吸后的树脂对Cu2+、Zn2+和Cd2+仍具有较高的吸附量。  相似文献

The synthesis, electrochemical, electronic, and cation sensing properties of the ruthenocene-terminated 2-aza-1,3-butadiene 2, linear ferrocene-ruthenocene dyads 3 and 5, and the new structural motifs diaza[4.4]ruthenocenophane 7 and mixed ferrocene and ruthenocene metallocenophanes 8 and 10 are presented. The properties of these compounds have been systematically varied by introducing the ferrocene and ruthenocene moieties at the 1- or 4-position of the unsymmetrical 2-aza-1,3-butadiene bridge. Spectroelectrochemical studies of compounds 3 and 8, in which the ruthenocene unit appended at the 1-position of the bridge exhibits a rather unusual electrochemical behavior, revealed the presence of low-energy bands in the near-infrared (NIR) region in the partially oxidized forms, at 1070 and 1163 nm, respectively, which indicate the existence of intramolecular charge transfer between the iron and the ruthenium centers. The electrochemical and intermetallic charge-transfer (MMCT) studies (HAB, lambda and alpha parameters) indicate that the 3*+ and 8*+ systems belong to the Class II classification for a mixed-valence compound. In addition, the low-energy (LE) band of the absorption spectra of all compounds prepared, except compound 10, are red-shifted by complexation with divalent Mg2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+, and Ni2+ metal ions. For open dyads, biruthenocene compound 2 exhibited the higher red-shift by 92 nm, whereas for closed compounds the [4.4]ruthenocenoferrocenophane 8 displayed a remarkable red-shift by about 180 nm for Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+, and Ni2+ metal ions and by about 146 nm for Mg2+ cation. The changes in the absorption spectra are accompanied by dramatic color changes which allow the potential for "naked eye" detection. The experimental data and conclusions are supported by DFT computations.  相似文献

The effect of various metals on uridine diphosphate (UDP)-glucuronyltransferase and beta-glucuronidase activities in rat liver microsomes was investigated. The presence of Mn2+, Cd2+, Zn2+, V5+, Ni2+, Co2+, Cu+ or Ca2+ (20 microM) in the enzyme reaction mixture did not cause a significant alteration of UDP-glucuronyltransferase activity in hepatic microsomes. Of these metals, Zn2+ and Cd2+ (20 microM) caused a remarkable increase in hepatic microsomal beta-glucuronidase activity. Appreciable effects of Zn2+ and Cd2+ on beta-glucuronidase activity were seen at 5.0 microM, and the effects were saturated at 50 microM. Ca2+ (5.0-50 microM) and/or the Ca2(+)-binding protein regucalcin (2.0 microM) did not have an appreciable effect on UDP-glucuronyltransferase and beta-glucuronidase activities in hepatic microsomes. Thus, Zn2+ and Cd2+ uniquely increased beta-glucuronidase activity. The Zn2(+)- and Cd2(+)-induced increase in beta-glucuronidase activity was completely reversed by the presence of an SH group-protecting reagent (dithiothreitol). The response of the microsomal enzyme to Zn2+ and Cd2+ (20 microM) was no longer seen after treatment with 0.2% Triton X-100 [polyoxyethylene(10)octylphenyl ether], indicating that the stimulation by these metals is dependent on membrane association. The present study suggests that, of various metals tested, Zn2+ and Cd2+ can uniquely increase hepatic microsomal beta-glucuronidase activity and that their effect is based on binding to membranous SH groups, beside the enzyme protein.  相似文献
