EBC‐219 ( 4 ), isolated from Croton insularis (Baill), was established by spectroscopic and DFT methods as the first member of a new diterpene skeletal class, uniquely defined by the presence of a bicyclo[10.2.1] bridgehead olefin. The proposed biogenetic pathway to 4 from the co‐isolated natural products EBC‐131 ( 1 ), EBC‐180 ( 2 ) and EBC‐181 ( 3 ) is highly likely. EBC‐180 ( 2 ) and EBC‐181 ( 3 ) showed moderate to strong cytotoxic activity against various cancer cell lines.  相似文献

EBC‐23, 24, 25, 72, 73, 75 and 76 were isolated from the fruit of Cinnamomum laubatii (family Lauraceae) in the Australian tropical rainforests. EBC‐23 ( 1 ) was synthesized stereoselectively, in nine linear steps in 8 % overall yield, to confirm the reported relative stereochemistry and determine the absolute stereochemistry. Key to the total synthesis was a series of Tietze–Smith linchpin reactions. The novel spiroacetal structural motif, exemplified by EBC‐23 ( 1 ), was found to inhibit the growth of the androgen‐independent prostate tumor cell line DU145 in the mouse model, indicating potential for the treatment of refractory solid tumors in adults.  相似文献

EBC‐162 isolated from Croton insularis, obtained from the northern rainforest of Australia, was structurally affirmed as crotofolin C ( 4 ). Novel oxidative degradation products, EBC‐233 and EBC‐300, which are the first crotofolane endoperoxides, were also isolated. Both endoperoxides were found to be stable intermediates, which are proposed to undergo an unprecedented homo‐Baeyer–Villiger biosynthetic rearrangement to give a new class of 1,14‐seco‐crotofolane diterpenes. Prolonged storage of all isolates assisted in authenticating their natural product status. Anticancer activities of reported compounds are presented.  相似文献

New carbohydrazone ligand derived from the condensation of carbohydrazide and ethyl acetoacetate, diethyl 3,3′‐(carbonylbis (hydrazin‐2‐yl‐1‐ylidene))(3E,3′E)‐dibutyrate (H4EBC), and its divalent Co, Ni and Cu chelates have been isolated and characterized utilizing convenient methods. 1H‐NMR spectrum of H4EBC revealed the abundance of the enol isomer in solution, which was the opposite to what was shown by the solid IR. This was supported by comparing the theoretical IR of both keto and enol forms. In [Ni(H4EBC)Cl2(H2O)]·2H2O, H4EBC acts as a neutral NON tridentate ligand via the (C=O)carbonyl oxygen atom besides the two (C=N)azomethine nitrogen atoms, while in [Co(H4EBC)Cl2(2H2O)]·2H2O, H4EBC behaves as a neutral NN bidentate ligand through the two azomethine groups. Magnetic measurements inherent to their electronic spectra show that both Ni (II) and Co (II) chelates have octahedron coordination frameworks. On the other hand, the ligand behaves as a binegative tetradentate in [Cu2(H4EBC)Cl2]·H2O via the deprotonated (C=O)carbonyl groups of the ethyl acetoacetate framework and the two (C=N)azomethine groups. In the latter complex, the carbonyl group of the carbohydrazide moiety is converted to hydroxyl group. Cu (II) complex has a tetrahedral geometry according to ESR and electronic spectral data. The reaction of H4EBC with SmCl3·6H2O or LnCl3·7H2O gave single crystals of abnormal product (C16H16N4O4). The packing diagram of this crystal has a chain structure. The photoluminescence spectra of [Cu 2 (H 4 EBC)Cl 2 ]·H 2 O , [Co(H 4 EBC)Cl 2 (H 2 O) 2 ]·2H 2 O and [Ni(H 4 EBC)Cl 2 (H 2 O)]·2H 2 O display emission broad‐bands at 342, 321 and 337 nm, respectively. The microbial behavior of the synthesized moieties was investigated against various bacterial and fungal strains. [Cu2(H4EBC)Cl2]·H2O complex shows the same activity as ampicillin towards Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus with inhibition zones of 26 and 22 mm, respectively. Antioxidant activity is determined using bleomycin‐dependent DNA damage assay besides erythrocyte hemolysis. Finally, in vitro cytotoxic activities against two different cell lines have been examined.  相似文献

从人面果乙酸乙酯提取物中分离出5个新的口 山 酮 化合物garcinenone A (1), B (3), C (4), D (7) and E (8)和7个已知化合物,其结构经过波谱技术,特别是2D-NMR技术来鉴定。Jacareubin (2), 1,4,6-trihydroxy-5-methoxy-7-(3-methyl-2-buteny1)xanthone (6), subeliptenone B (11) 和symphoxanthone (12)为首次从该植物中分离出来。在DPPH自由基的清除活性实验中,所有的化合物都显示抗氧化活性,其IC50的值在 6.0-23.2 mM。结果表明人面果是潜在的有前景的天然抗氧化剂。  相似文献

This paper is focused on investigation of coordination polymers constructed by Cu(II) and rigid pyridyl ligands, such as 4,4′‐bipyridyl‐1,2,4‐triazole (Hpytz) and 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) from a mononuclear precursor [Cu(DMF)4(NCS)2] ( 1 ). As expected, the complex was self‐assembled with phen to form a 1D double‐stranded chain of [Cu(phen)(µ‐SCN)2] ( 2 ), with Hpytz to form 1D zigzag chain of [Cu2(µ‐Hpytz)2(NCS)2(DMF)2(µ‐SCN)2] ( 3 ) in which thiocyanate anion linked the Cu‐µ‐Hpytz‐Cu chain into an infinite 2D network via weak Cu···S interaction. To treat 3 with the bridged anion dca, a novel 3D framework [Cu(µ‐Hpytz)(µ‐dca)(µ‐SCN)] ( 4 ) was obtained in which Cu‐µ‐Hpytz‐Cu chain is preserved and both thiocyanate anion and dicyanamide (dca) act as bridging ligands. In addition, complex 3 was applied as a metal catalyst in polymerization of MMA in aqueous solution at room temperature.  相似文献

The analysis of ionic content of exhaled breath condensate (EBC) from one single breath by CE with C4D is demonstrated for the first time. A miniature sampler made from a 2‐mL syringe and an aluminum cooling cylinder for collection of EBC was developed. Various parameters of the sampler that influence its collection efficiency, repeatability, and effect of respiratory patterns were studied in detail. Efficient procedures for the cleanup of the miniature sampler were also developed and resulted in significant improvement of sampling repeatability. Analysis of EBC was performed by CE‐C4D in a 60 mM MES/l ‐histidine BGE with 30 μM CTAB and 2 mM 18‐crown‐6 at pH 6 and excellent repeatability of migration times (RSD < 1.3% (n = 7)) and peak areas (RSD < 7% (n = 7)) of 12 inorganic anions, cations, and organic acids was obtained. It has been shown that the breathing pattern has a significant impact on the concentration of the analytes in the collected EBC. As the ventilatory pattern can be easily controlled during single exhalation, the developed collection system and method provides a highly reproducible and fast way of collecting EBC with applicability in point‐of‐care diagnostics.  相似文献

Three new compounds, including a benzofuran, 1‐{(2R*,3S*)‐3‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)‐2,3‐dihydro‐2‐[1‐(hydroxymethyl)vinyl]‐1‐benzofuran‐5‐yl}ethanone ( 1 ), a lignan, [(2S,3R,4R)‐4‐(3,4‐dimethoxybenzyl)‐2‐(3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)tetrahydrofuran‐3‐yl]methyl (2E)‐2‐methylbut‐2‐enoate ( 2 ), and a silphiperfolene‐type sesquiterpene, [(1S,2Z,3aS,5aS,6R,8aR)‐1,3a,4,5,5a,6,7,8‐octahydro‐1,3a,6‐trimethylcyclopenta[c]pentalen‐2‐yl]methyl acetate ( 3 ), together with the known coumarins obliquin ( 4 ) and its 5‐methoxy derivative 5 were isolated from the roots of Leontopodium alpinum. Another known coumarin derivative, 5‐hydroxyobliquin ( 6 ), was isolated from the roots of L. leontopodioides. The structures of these compounds were established by spectroscopic studies.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of dimeric lanthanide amides stabilized by a dianionic N‐aryloxo functionalized β‐ketoiminate ligand are described in this paper. Reactions of 4‐(2‐hydroxy‐5‐tert‐butyl‐phenyl)imino‐2‐pentanone (LH2) with Ln[N(SiMe3)2]3(µ‐Cl)Li(THF)3 in a 1:1 molar ratio in THF gave the dimeric lanthanide amido complexes [LLn{N(SiMe3)2}(THF)]2 [Ln=Nd ( 1 ), Sm ( 2 ), Yb ( 3 ), Y ( 4 )] in good isolated yields. These complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and 1H NMR spectroscopy in the case of complex 4 . The definitive molecular structures of complexes 1 , 3 , and 4 were determined. It was found that complexes 1 to 4 can initiate the ring‐opening polymerization of L‐lactide.  相似文献

Three novel curcuminoids, curcumaromins A–C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), along with a known compound, longiferone B ( 4 ) were isolated from Curcuma aromatica Salisb . The structures of the new compounds were elucidated as (1E,4Z,6E)‐5‐hydroxy‐7‐{4‐hydroxy‐3‐[(1R*,6R*)‐3‐methyl‐6‐(propan‐2‐yl)cyclohex‐2‐en‐1‐yl)phenyl}‐1‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)hepta‐1,4,6‐trien‐3‐one ( 1 ), 2,3‐dihydro‐2‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐6‐[(E)‐2‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethenyl]‐5‐[(1R*,6R*)‐3‐methyl‐6‐(propan‐2‐yl)cyclohex‐2‐en‐1‐yl]‐4H‐pyran‐4‐one ( 2 ), and (1E,6E)‐1,7‐bis(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐4‐[(1R*,6R*)‐3‐methyl‐6‐(propan‐2‐yl)cyclohex‐2‐en‐1‐yl]hepta‐1,6‐diene‐3,5‐dione ( 3 ) on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. Curcumaromins A–C ( 1 – 3 ) represented the first examples of menthane monoterpene‐coupled curcuminoids. The known compound, longiferone B ( 4 ), was the first daucane sesquiterpene isolated from the genus Curcuma.  相似文献

One new meroterpene, arisugacin K (1), and four known ones, arisugacin J (2), arisugacin G (3), arisugacin C (4), and territrem C (5), were isolated from the culture of Penicillium echinulatum pt‐4, an endophytic fungus isolated from the marine red alga Chondrus ocellatus. The structure and the absolute configuration of 1 were unambiguously elucidated by spectroscopic analyses and quantum chemical calculations, which further resulted in the assignments of absolute configurations for the other arisugacins and territrems. Compound 1 showed inhibitory activity against Escherichia coli with an inhibition diameter 8 mm at 30 µg/disk and 4 exhibited lethality against Artemia salina with an LC50 of 48.6 µg/ml. Four depsides, all of them new as natural products, were isolated from Cladosporium uredinicola solid‐media culture and identified as 3‐hydroxy‐2,5‐dimethylphenyl 2,4‐dihydroxy‐3,6‐dimethylbenzoate ( 1 ), 3‐hydroxy‐2,4,5‐trimethylphenyl 2,4‐dihydroxy‐3,6‐dimethylbenzoate ( 2 ), 3‐hydroxy‐2,5‐dimethylphenyl 3‐[(2,4‐dihydroxy‐3,6‐dimethylbenzoyl)oxy]‐6‐hydroxy‐2,4‐dimethylbenzoate ( 3 ), and 3‐hydroxy‐2,4,5‐trimethylphenyl 3‐[(2,4‐dihydroxy‐3,6‐dimethylbenzoyl)oxy]‐6‐hydroxy‐2,4‐dimethylbenzoate ( 4 ). The endophytic fungus was isolated from Psidium guajava fruits and cultivated over sterilized rice. The compounds 1 – 4 were purified by classical chromatographic procedures, and the chemical structures were identified by spectroscopic studies, mainly 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR and LC/ESI‐MS/MS. Three of the isolated depsides exhibited moderate bacteriostatic and/or bactericide effects on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Bacillus subtillis.  相似文献

Two new diterpenoids, named paecilomycine A ( 1 ) and paecilomycine B ( 2 ), including a novel skeleton with a five‐membered lactone ring, together with three known labdane diterpenoids, rel‐(1R,3S,4aS,5R,8aS)‐5‐[(3E)‐4‐carboxy‐3‐methylbut‐3‐en‐1‐yl]decahydro‐3‐hydroxy‐1,4a‐dimethyl‐6‐methylidenenaphthalene‐1‐carboxylic acid ( 3 ), botryosphaerin E ( 4 ), and agathic acid ( 5 ), were isolated from solid culture of the insect pathogenic fungi strain Paecilomyces sp. The structures of all compounds were established on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic studies. The relative configurations of 1 and 2 were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses.  相似文献

A µ‐oxo diiron(III) complex [{Fe(pbba)Cl}2(µ‐O)]Cl2 (1, pbba = N‐pyridylmethyl‐N,N‐bis(4‐methylbenzimidazol‐2‐yl)amine) bearing multi‐imidazolyl motifs was synthesized and characterized by X‐ray crystallography to closely mimic the structural features of methane monooxygenase. As shown by its X‐ray crystal structure, complex 1 is a centrosymmetric dimer with an Fe? O? Fe angle of 180° , and pseudo‐octahedral around each iron(III) center. The catalytic ability of title compound in the oxidation of alkane and alkene is investigated by employing tert‐butylhydroperoxide and m‐chloroperbenzoic acid as oxidants under mild conditions. In order to find novel bleaching herbicide lead compounds, a series of novel 3‐aryl‐4‐substituted‐5‐[3‐(trifluoromethyl)phenoxy]‐1,2,4‐triazoles were designed and synthesized by the multi‐step reactions. N‐(Arylformamido)phenylthioureas undergo ring closure in the presence of sodium hydroxide to generate 3‐aryl‐4‐substituted‐4H‐[1,2,4]triazol‐5‐thiols 1 , which reacted with methyl sulfate in the presence of K2CO3 to give 3‐aryl‐5‐methylsulfanyl‐4‐substituted‐4H‐[1,2,4]triazoles 2 . The target compounds 4 were synthesized by the oxidation of 2 in the presence of H2O2 and Na2WO4, followed by the substitution with 3‐(trifluoromethyl)phenol in moderate to good yields. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, EI–MS, and elemental analyses. The preliminary bioassay indicated that some of them displayed moderate to good selective herbicidal activity against Brassica campestris L at the concentration of 100 µg/mL. Compounds 4c and 4i possessed 75.0% and 82.6% inhibition against Brassica campestris L at the concentration of 100 µg/mL. However, the target compounds 4 showed weak herbicidal activity against Echinochloa crus‐galli at the concentration of 100 and 10 µg/mL.  相似文献

The properties and structures of the tetranuclear dibutyltin complexes [Sn43‐O)2(C4H9n)8­{OOCC6H3(NH2)2‐3,4}4] (1), [Sn43‐O)2(C4H9n)8{OOCC6H3(NH2)2‐3,5}4] (2), [Sn43‐O)2(C4H9n)8­{OOC‐2‐C6H4N?NC6H4N(CH3)2‐4}4] (3) are described. Complex 3 adopts a structure with a tetranuclear Sn43‐O)2 core. All tin atoms are five‐coordinate and form bonds with three oxygen atoms and two butyl ligands. Two carboxylates are bridging and two are terminal ligands. IR and NMR spectra indicate that the same structure is adopted by complexes 1 and 2. The molecular and electronic structures of complex 1 of C i symmetry have been studied using the semi‐empirical PM3 formalism. The calculated structure and bond distances agree with X‐ray data. Three different Graphene‐Metallic (Graphene‐Me) nanocomposites – Graphene‐Silver (Graphene‐Ag), Graphene‐Gold (Graphene‐Au) and Graphene‐Platinum (Graphene‐Pt) nanocomposites – were prepared and characterized. The electrochemical performances of these nanocomposites were tested by incorporating them with glassy carbon paste electrode (GCPE) and used them in biofuel cells (BFC) and as amperometric xanthine biosensor transducers. Present work contains the first application of Graphene‐Au and Graphene‐Ag nanocomposite in BFCs and also first application of these Graphene‐Me nanocomposites in xanthine biosensors. Considering BFC, power and current densities were calculated as 2.03 µW cm?2 and 167.46 µA cm?2 for the plain BFC, 3.39 µW cm?2 and 182.53 µA cm?2 for Graphene‐Ag, 4.43 µW cm?2 and 230.15 µA cm?2 for Grapehene‐Au and 6.23 µW cm?2 and 295.23 µA cm?2 for Graphene‐Pt nanocomposite included BFCs respectively. For the amperometric xanthine biosensor linear ranges were obtained in the concentration range between 5 µM and 50 µM with the RSD (n=3 for 30 µM xanthine) value of 4.28 % for plain xanthine biosensor, 3 µM and 50 µM with the RSD (n=3 for 30 µM xanthine) value of 9.37 % for Graphene‐Ag, 5 µM to 20 µM with the RSD (n=3 for 5 µM xanthine) value of 9.00 % and 30 µM to 70 µM with the RSD (n=3 for 30 µM xanthine) value of 8.80 % for Grapehene‐Au and 1 µM and 70 with the the RSD (n=3 for 30 µM xanthine) value of 2.59 % for Grapehene‐Pt based xanthine biosensors respectively.  相似文献

A dichlorinated alkaloid with a novel skeleton, chingazumianine ( 1 ), was isolated from the herb Corydalis koidzumiana, and its structure elucidated by spectroscopic data and X‐ray crystallographic analysis. In citrate‐treated human platelet‐rich plasma (PRP), known compounds, i.e., protopine ( 2 ), (±)‐tetrahydropalmatine ( 3 ), and palmatine ( 4 ), isolated from this plant, showed significant inhibition of secondary aggregation induced by adrenaline in a concentration‐dependent manner, suggesting that the antiplatelet effects of these compounds is mainly due to an inhibitory effect on thromboxane formation.  相似文献

The synthesis of potassium (η2‐4‐allyl‐2‐methoxyphenol)trichloridoplatinate(II), K[PtCl3(C10H12O2)], ( 1 ), starting from Zeise's salt and Ocimum sanctum L. oil has been optimized. Starting from ( 1 ), three new platinum(II) complexes, namely (η2‐4‐allyl‐2‐methoxyphenol)chlorido(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐κ2N ,O )platinum(II), ( 2 ), (η2‐4‐allyl‐2‐methoxyphenol)chlorido(5‐nitroquinolin‐8‐olato‐κ2N ,O )platinum(II), ( 3 ), and (η2‐4‐allyl‐2‐methoxyphenol)chlorido(5,7‐dichloroquinolin‐8‐olato‐κ2N ,O )platinum(II), [Pt(C9H4Cl2NO)Cl(C10H12O2)], ( 4 ), containing eugenol and a quinolin‐8‐ol derivative (R‐OQ), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, MS, IR, 1H NMR and NOESY spectra. For ( 1 ) and ( 4 ), single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies were also carried out. Complexes ( 2 )–( 4 ) show good inhibiting abilities on three human cancer cell lines, i.e. KB, Hep‐G2 and LU, with IC50 values of 1.42–17.8 µM . Complex ( 3 ) gives an impressively high activity against KB, Hep‐G2, LU and MCF‐7, with IC50 values of 1.42–4.91 µM , which are much lower than those of cisplatin and some other platinum(II) complexes.  相似文献

Three new compounds, (5β,9β)‐guaia‐6,10(14)‐dien‐9‐ol (=rel‐(1R,3aS,5R,8aR)‐1,2,3,3a,4,5,6,8a‐octahydro‐1‐methyl‐4‐methylene‐7‐(1‐methylethyl)azulen‐5‐ol; 1 ), 6‐acetyl‐8‐methoxy‐2,3‐dimethylchromen‐4‐one (=6‐acetyl‐8‐methoxy‐2,3‐dimethyl‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐one; 2 ), and (2S)‐3′‐hydroxy‐5′,7‐dimethoxyflavanone (=(2S)‐2,3‐dihydro‐2‐(3‐hydroxy‐5‐methoxyphenyl)‐7‐methoxy‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐one; 3 ) were isolated from the roots and rhizomes of Ligularia macrophylla, together with seven known compounds. Their structures and configurations were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including 2D‐NMR techniques.  相似文献
