The problem on the set-theoretical solutions to the quantum Yang-Baxter equation was presented byDrinfel'd as a main unsolved problem in quantum group theory. The set-theoretical solutions are a natural extensionof the usual (linear) solutions. In this paper, we not only give a further study on some known set-theoretical solutions(the Venkov's solutions), but also find a new kind of set-theoretical solutions which have a geometric interpretation.Moreover, the new solutions lead to the metahomomorphisms in group theory.  相似文献

Quantum correlations among parts of a composite quantum system are a fundamental resource for several applications in quantum information. In general, quantum discord can measure quantum correlations. In that way, we investigate the quantum discord of the two-qubit system constructed from the Yang-Baxter Equation. The density matrix of this system is generated through the unitary Yang-Baxter matrix R. The analytical expression and numerical result of quantum discord and geometric measure of quantum discord are obtained for the Yang-Baxter system. These results show that quantum discord and geometric measure of quantum discord are only connect with the parameter θ, which is the important spectral parameter in Yang Baxter equation.  相似文献

We define a new class of unitary solutions to the classical Yang--Baxter equation (CYBE). These boundary solutions are those which lie in the closure of the space of unitary solutions of the modified classical Yang--Baxter equation (MCYBE). Using the Belavin--Drinfel'd classification of the solutions to the MCYBE, we are able to exhibit new families of solutions to the CYBE. In particular, using the Cremmer--Gervais solution to the MCYBE, we explicitly construct for all n 3 a boundary solution based on the maximal parabolic subalgebra of obtained by deleting the first negative root. We give some evidence for a generalization of this result pertaining to other maximal parabolic subalgebras whose omitted root is relatively prime to n. We also give examples of nonboundary solutions for the classical simple Lie algebras.  相似文献

A local (or modified) Yang–Baxter equation (LYBE) gives a functional map from the parameters of the weights in the left-hand side to the parameters of the corresponding weights in the right-hand side of the LYBE. Such maps solve the functional tetrahedron equation. Boundary solutions to the quantum Yang–Baxter (qYB) equation are defined to be those in the boundary of (but not in) the variety of solutions to the modified qYB equation, the latter being analogous to the modified classical Yang–Baxter (cYB) equation. We construct, for a large class of solutions r to the modified cYB equation, explicit boundary quantizations, i.e., boundary solutions to the qYB equation of the form I + tr + t2r2 +. We analyze the relation between the properties of Hecke symmetry (i.e., Hecke type R-matrix) and the algebraic structure of the corresponding reflection equation (RE) algebra. Eight-vertex, free fermion, and Ising models are formulated using a convention that emphasizes the algebra of the local transition operators that arise in the quantum inverse method. Equivalent classes of models, are investigated, with particular emphasis on the role of the star-triangle relations. Using these results, a natural and symmetrical parametrization is introduced and Yang-Baxter relations are constructed in an elementary way. The paper concludes with a consideration of duality, which links the present work to a recent paper of Baxter on the free fermion model.  相似文献

A compatible Lie algebra is a pair of Lie algebras such that any linear combination of the two Lie brackets is a Lie bracket.We construct a bialgebra theory of compatible Lie algebras as an analogue of a Lie bialgebra.They can also be regarded as a "compatible version" of Lie bialgebras,that is,a pair of Lie bialgebras such that any linear combination of the two Lie bialgebras is still a Lie bialgebra.Many properties of compatible Lie bialgebras as the "compatible version" of the corresponding properties of Lie bialgebras are presented.In particular,there is a coboundary compatible Lie bialgebra theory with a construction from the classical Yang-Baxter equation in compatible Lie algebras as a combination of two classical Yang-Baxter equations in Lie algebras.Furthermore,a notion of compatible pre-Lie algebra is introduced with an interpretation of its close relation with the classical Yang-Baxter equation in compatible Lie algebras which leads to a construction of the solutions of the latter.As a byproduct,the compatible Lie bialgebras St into the framework to construct non-constant solutions of the classical Yang-Baxter equation given by Golubchik and Sokolov.  相似文献

The method of Riccati equation is extended for constructing travelling wave solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations. It is applied to solve the Karamoto-Sivashinsky equation and then its more new explicit solutions have been obtained.
