氨基酸缓蚀剂在盐酸溶液中对钢的缓蚀作用   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
应用极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱等测试技术,研究了以谷氨酸作缓蚀剂在10%盐酸介质中对X65钢的缓蚀作用,测试腐蚀参数包括腐蚀电位(Ecorr)、极化电阻(Rp)、缓蚀效率(η)等.研究表明:该缓蚀剂是一种抑制阴极为主的混合型缓蚀剂,在较低的浓度具有良好缓蚀效果;缓蚀效率随着浓度的增加而提高,并在0.3g.L-1时达到最大值(90%以上).  相似文献

采用失重法、动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗等方法,分别研究了1 mmol/L L-蛋氨酸(L-Met)、L-半胱氨酸(L-Cys)、L-精氨酸(L-Arg)、L-赖氨酸(L-Lys)和L-丙氨酸(L-Ala)在0.5 mol/L HCl溶液中对铜的缓蚀作用。实验结果表明,5种氨基酸均为阴极型缓蚀剂,其中L-赖氨酸缓蚀效果最好,缓蚀效率可达84.77 %,同时也说明L-赖氨酸结构中游离的双氨基对于铜的缓蚀具有一定作用。  相似文献

采用失重实验,动电位极化,交流阻抗,量子化学计算和拉曼光谱等方法研究了N,N′-二异丙氧基丙基二硫代二丙酰胺(DPDA)在1 mol.L-1盐酸溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀性能.失重实验结果表明,DPDA在盐酸溶液中能够有效地抑制碳钢的腐蚀,当缓蚀剂DPDA的浓度为1×10-3 mol.L-1时,其缓蚀效率达到90.2%.极化曲线表明DPDA为混合型缓蚀剂,单一的容抗弧变化表明碳钢电极表面的腐蚀过程主要由电荷转移步骤控制.由失重实验,动电位极化和电化学交流阻抗方法得到的DPDA缓蚀效率具有较好的相关性,均表现为缓蚀效率随着DPDA浓度的增大而增加.另外,DPDA在碳钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式.吸附过程的吉布斯自由能(ΔG0a0d0s)为-38.65 kJ.mol-1,这说明DPDA分子在碳钢表面形成共价键而发生了自发的化学吸附.拉曼光谱表明DPDA分子有效地吸附在碳钢表面,量子化学计算结果证明DPDA分子在碳钢表面的化学吸附活性中心集中在S原子上.  相似文献

用电化学阻抗方法研究了铂片电极在BMIMPF6,BMIMBF4,BMIMClO4,BMIMTf2N,BMIMCl,BMIMBr,C3OHMIMBF4,C3OHMIMClO4和BMMIMPF6(BMIM:1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium;C3OHMIM:1-(3-hydroxypropyl)-3-methylimidazolium;BMMIM:1-butyl-2-methyl-3-methylimidazolium;Tf2N:bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)amide)等离子液体中的界面电容及结构.结果表明:当阴、阳离子半径相差不大且不存在特性吸附时,在零电荷电势附近,电极/离子液体界面的电容-电势曲线将出现电容单峰或者双峰.电极的零电荷电势对应于单峰的峰电势或者双峰之间的谷电势.当电极电势远离零电荷电势时,电极/离子液体界面成紧密层结构,可由紧密层理论来描述.如果存在离子的特性吸附,相应的电容峰可能不再出现,而表现为双层电容随电极电势对零电荷电势的偏离而单调增加.还研究了添加小的Li+离子对电极/离子液体界面电容的影响.通过向BMIMTf2N中加入LiTf2N,发现Li+离子可以改变电极/离子液体界面的双层结构,但无助于界面电容的提高,甚至可能引起电容的降低.最后探讨了不同条件下,尤其考虑阴阳离子特性吸附时,电极/离子液体的界面结构.  相似文献

建立了用紫外检测的反相离子对色谱梯度淋洗同时分离测定4种吡啶离子液体阳离子和5种咪唑离子液体阳离子的方法。实验采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18反相色谱柱,以离子对试剂水溶液(用柠檬酸调节pH值)+乙腈为流动相,考察了离子对试剂种类和浓度、乙腈浓度和色谱柱温度对保留的影响,探讨了相关保留规律,确定最佳色谱条件为:流速1.0 mL/min、柱温30℃,以1.0 mmol/L庚烷磺酸钠水溶液(pH 4.0)-乙腈为淋洗液进行梯度洗脱。在此条件下,4种吡啶阳离子和5种咪唑阳离子在15 min内达到基线分离。检出限(S/N=3)为0.31~0.54 mg/L,峰面积的相对标准偏差为0.10%~0.75%。将该方法用于实验室合成的离子液体样品分析,加标回收率为94%~98%。该方法准确、可靠,具有较好的实用性。  相似文献

应用电化学极化曲线和交流阻抗研究聚天冬氨酸(PASP)对碳钢的缓蚀性能,讨论了PASP浓度和温度对缓蚀效果的影响.结果表明:PASP是一种以抑制阳极为主的缓蚀剂.在实验温度范围内,PASP在0.5mol/L硫酸溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀效率随着温度升高而降低,并以10℃时的缓蚀效果最好.在给定温度下,缓蚀率均随PASP浓度的增加而迅速增加,但当PASP质量浓度达到2.5g/L时,缓蚀率的增加趋于平缓,10℃下,缓蚀率的最高值可达80.33%(PASP 6.0g/L),PASP在碳钢表面的吸附基本服从Freund lich吸附等温式,PASP的加入增大了碳钢的腐蚀反应表观活化能.  相似文献

The addition of corrosion inhibitors is an economic and environmental protection method to prevent the corrosion of copper. The adsorption, performance, and mechanism of three 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium hydrogen sulfate ([BMIM]HSO4, [HMIM]HSO4, and [OMIM]HSO4) ionic liquids (ILs) on the copper surface in 0.5 M H2SO4 solutions were studied by quantum chemical calculation, quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR), and molecular dynamics simulation. It is found that the main reactive site is located on the imidazolium ring (especially the C2, N4, and N7 groups). When the alkyl chain of the imidazolium ring is increasing, the molecular reactivity of the ILs and the interaction between the ILs inhibitor and copper surface are enhanced. The imidazole ring of the ILs tends to be adsorbed on Cu (111) surface in parallel through physical adsorption. The order of adsorption energy is [Bmim]HSO4 < [Hmim]HSO4 < [OMIM]HSO4, which is in agreement with the experimental order of corrosion efficiency. On the imidazole ring, the interaction between the copper surface and the C atom is greater than that between the copper surface and the N atom. It is found that ILs addition can hinder the diffusion of corrosion particles, reduce the number density of corrosion particles and slow down the corrosion rate. The order of inhibition ability of three ILs is [Bmim]HSO4 < [Hmim]HSO4 < [OMIM]HSO4,which agree well with experimental results. A reliable QSAR correlation between the inhibition corrosion efficiency and molecular reactivity parameters of the ILs was established.  相似文献

The effects of expired bupropion on the corrosion protection of carbon steel in hydrochloric acid (1.0 M) and sulfuric acid (0.5 M) solutions were examined by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, Tafel polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Bupropion concentrations in both acid solutions were raised, which improved corrosion prevention. Bupropion was a mixed inhibitor because it retarded the anodic and cathodic processes, as indicated by polarization data. The inhibition efficiency decreased with the increasing temperature from 25 to 55 °C. In the presence of bupropion, the activation energies of corrosion in both acid solutions increased. The thermodynamic quantities were deduced from the influence of temperature on the corrosion process of carbon steel in both acid media. Bupropion adsorption on carbon steel followed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The polarization data yielded outcomes consistent with the results arising from impedance measurements. FTIR spectroscopy showed the active sites of bupropion molecule during adsorption on the alloy surface. The theoretical study and molecular dynamics simulation of bupropion was done by a density functional theory (DFT) approach to realize the effects of molecular structure on the inhibitive action of bupropion.  相似文献

The inhibitive action of the aqueous extract of Ruellia tuberosa L (ART) on the corrosion of copper in 0.5 ​M HCl was investigated. The inhibition efficiency increased with the extract concentration, acid concentration, as well as increasing the temperature. The Polarization studies revealed that the ART act as a mixed-type inhibitor. Based on the analysis of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, an equivalent circuit is suggested. The adsorption of the inhibitor ART on the copper surface obeyed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. From the results of scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy the adsorption of ART on the copper surface is confirmed.  相似文献

应用线性极化、循环伏安(CV)及电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等电化学方法对覆铜板(CCL)和纯铜的腐蚀电化学行为进行了研究和比较. 结果表明, 覆铜板的耐蚀性弱于纯铜, 其阳极溶解过程与纯铜有所不同; 在较低电位下, CCL 以铜的氯化络合物的形式溶解, CuCl-2的扩散为该过程的控制步骤; 随着电位的升高, 腐蚀产物CuCl在电极表面形成疏松多孔的膜, Cl-在膜中的传输成为溶解过程的控制步骤. 电极表面CuCl 膜的消长过程是产生感抗弧的主要原因.  相似文献

应用循环伏安法、X射线光电子能谱法、电化学阻抗谱法以及现场椭圆偏光法研究了在弱碱性介质中添加Cl-对铜电极腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明, Cl-的加入能加剧铜电极的腐蚀,使腐蚀电流以及现场椭圆偏振参数Δ的变化范围都增大1个数量级, Cl-对Cu2O的掺杂将使铜电极的表面膜变得疏松,膜的耐蚀性变差.椭圆偏光实验不仅与电化学和能谱实验的结果一致,而且还能定性地、清楚地分辨出铜电极腐蚀过程中Cu2O的生成、Cl-对Cu2O的掺杂、CuO的生成等不同阶段;同时,利用恰当的模型还能定量地确定各个阶段铜电极表面膜的组成、厚度的变化,从而为研究铜电极的腐蚀与防护机理提供更多有用信息.  相似文献

The effects of expired lansoprazole and rabeprazole on the corrosion protection of carbon steel in phosphoric acid (3.0 ?M) solution were examined by Tafel polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Lansoprazole and rabeprazole concentrations (0.5, 1.0, 5.0 and 10 ?mM) in acid solution were raised, which improved corrosion prevention. Both lansoprazole and rabeprazole as the mixed inhibitors retarded the anodic and cathodic processes, as indicated by polarization data. With the increasing temperature in the range of 25–55 ?°C, the inhibition efficiency drops from 92.9% to 69.3% for lansoprazole and from 94.8% to 74.2% for rabeprazole. The major decrease in the inhibition efficiency with ascending temperature proved the physisorption of the drugs. The activation energies for carbon steel corrosion in H3PO4solution were enhanced from 41.6 ?kJ ?mol?1 to 81.9 ?kJ.mol?1and 85.9 ?kJ ?mol?1 for lansoprazole and rabeprazole, respectively. The influence of temperature on the corrosion process of carbon steel in the acid medium was used to derive the thermodynamic quantities of corrosion. The adsorption of both lansoprazole and rabeprazole on carbon steel followed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The polarization data yielded outcomes that were consistent with the results arising from impedance measurements. The theoretical study of both lansoprazole and rabeprazole was done by a density functional theory (DFT) approach to realize the effects of molecular structure on their inhibitive action. Both lansoprazole and rabeprazole contain a higher EHOMO, a lower ELUMO and a lower energy gap than some inhibitors earlier reported as good corrosion inhibitors in the literature.  相似文献

Electrochemical polymerization of tyramine was achieved on copper electrode surface from tyramine in 0.3 M oxalic acid (pH=1.2) solution by using cyclic voltammetry technique. The formation of polytyramine nanoparicles (PTN) were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV), fourier transform infrared‐attenuated total reflectance (FTIR‐ATR) spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The corrosion behavior of PTN coated copper was investigated by means of the change of open circuit potential with exposure time (Eocp t), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and anodic polarization curves in 3.5 % NaCl solutions at room temperature. The obtained results showed the shift of corrosion potential toward positive values for electropolymerized copper and a significant decrease in corrosion current and corrosion rate in comparison with bare copper, so that the PTNs coating could be used as an important protection against corrosion of copper.  相似文献

The effect of sodiumcarboxymethyl cellulose (Na-CMC) on the corrosion behavior of mild steel in 1.0 mol·L-1 HCl solution has been investigated by using weight loss (WL) measurement, potentiodynamic polarization, linear polarization resistance (LPR), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) methods. These results showed that the inhibition efficiency of Na-CMC increased with increasing the inhibitor concentration. Potentiodynamic polarization studies revealed that the Na-CMC was a mixed type inhibitor in 1.0 mol·L-1 HCl. The adsorption of the inhibitor on mild steel surface has been found to obey the Langmuir isotherm. The effect of temperature on the corrosion behavior of mild steel in 1.0 mol·L -1 HCl with addition of 0.04% of Na-CMC has been studied in the temperature range of 298-328 K. The associated apparent activation energy (E*a) of corrosion reaction has been determined. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) has been applied to investigate the surface morphology of mild steel in the absence and presence of the inhibitor molecules.  相似文献

采用失重法、动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NTBC)在1.0-5.0mo·lL-1HCl溶液中对冷轧钢(CRS)的缓蚀作用.结果表明:NTBC在1.0mo·lL-1HCl溶液中对冷轧钢具有良好的缓蚀作用,且在钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式.缓蚀率随缓蚀剂浓度的增加而增大,但随盐酸浓度和温度的增加而减小.求出了相应的吸附热力学(吸附自由能ΔG0,吸附焓ΔH0,吸附熵ΔS0)和腐蚀动力学参数(腐蚀速率常数k,动力学常数B),并根据这些参数讨论了缓蚀作用机理.动电位极化曲线表明:NTBC为混合抑制型缓蚀剂;EIS谱在高频区呈容抗弧,在低频区出现感抗弧,电荷转移电阻随缓蚀剂浓度的增加而增大.SEM再次表明NTBC对钢在盐酸介质中的腐蚀产生了明显的抑制作用.  相似文献
