1，3—Dipolar Cycloaddition of Substituted Benzonitrile Oxide to 5—（R）—（1—Menthyloxy）—2（5H）—furanone

Several isoxazoline compounds were obtained by the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of benzonitrile oxide to 5-(R)-(1-menthyloxy)-2(5H)-furanone. The reaction condition was investigated preliminarily, the structures of these compounds have been established via the analysis of NMR data (involved NOEID or HMBC) and the reaction seems occurred regioselectively.     

An Efficient Synthesis of Highly Optically Active 4-Substituted-2（5H）-furanones from Chiral 3-Bromo-2（5H）-furanone

Highly optically active 4-substituted-2(5H)-furanones 6a-6j were obtained in good yields with de≥98% by the tandem Michael addition/elimination reaction of chiral 3-bromo-2(SH)-furanone (4a), which was conveniently prepared starting from 2-furaldehyde under mild conditions. The products were identified on the basis of their satisfactory elemental analysis and spectroscopic data of IR, UV, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and mass spectra. The stereochemistry and absolute configuration of this type of compounds were established by the X-ray crystallographic study. The reaction provided a short and efficient synthesis of the interesting highly optically active 4-subsdtuted-2(5H)-furanones containing an active pyrimidine and a purine base group.

A New Approach to the Asymmetric Reaction of the Chiron 5－L－Menthyloxy－2（5H）－furanones with Horner－Emmons Reagent

The asymmetric reaction of the chiron 2(5H )-furanones (4a-4c) with the Horner-Emmons reagents (5a-5b) has been investigated. The newly chirai organophosphorus derivatives 6 and 7 were obtained using the phosphoryl-stabilized carbanion as a building block in DMSO under mild conditions. Through the asymmetric introduction, the Horner-Emmons reagent could be transformed to a chiral building block to afford the novel functionalized phosphorus derivatives. The structures of the synthesized compounds 6 and 7 were identified on the basis of their elementary and spectroscopic data, such as IR,^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, MS and X-ray crystallography. These resuits provided a valuable approach to the synthesis of potentially interesting chirai organophosphorus derivatives and probing their biological activities.     

Structure and Crystal Growth of Li2Zn2（MoO4）3

Single crystal of Li2Zn2(MoO4)3 has been grown from a flux of Li2MoO4 by the top-seeded solution-growth method,and its structure was refined by the Rietveld method. It belongs to the orthorhombic system,space group Pnma with a=5.1114,b=10.4906 and c=17.6172. Good agreement between the experimental and calculated profile(Rp=6.69%,Rwp=9.73% and Rexp= 6.58%) was reached.

对环氧合物－2选择性抑制剂罗非昔布（Rofecoxib)进行了结构修饰,以对甲磺酰基苯乙酮为原料,经过溴化得到溴酮,然后与环己基乙酸钠在室温下反应,得到环己基乙基乙酸酯,后者在避光,碱存在下环合得到了新合物4－[4－（甲磺酰基）苯基]－3－环己基－2（5H）呋喃酮。目标产物结构经IR和^1H NMR验证。
