采用Lanczos数值计算方法研究了具有链间海森堡相互作用和链间Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya(DM)相互作用spin-Peierls梯子模型的基态行为.分析了链间海森堡相互作用和链间DM相互作用对系统二聚化的影响.结果发现,这两种链间作用都不利于系统的二聚化,会造成系统基态二聚化的减小,这说明随着系统维度的增大,系统的各向相互作用会限制系统的二聚化,甚至会破坏系统的二聚化相. 关键词: spin-Peierls模型 海森堡相互作用 DM相互作用 二聚化  相似文献

The effects of the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) and the Kaplan-Shekhtman-Entinwohlman-Aharony (KSEA) superexchange interactions on the ground state properties of the one-dimensional spin-Peilers system in open chain are studied by using the Lanczos numerical method.The study concentrates mainly on the influence of systemic dimerisation in open chain.The results show that systemic ground state energy density varies with dimerisation parameter δ in different DM interactions,and there exists a special point δ c where the DM interaction has no influence on the systemic dimerisation,no matter whether the DM interaction is relative or irrelative to systemic dimerisation (η=1 or η=0).The KSEA interaction has no fixed special point,but the points of intersection are dense relatively in a certain numberical value range,and sparse in other numberical value ranges.So we can conclude that the antisymmetric anisotropy DM interaction differs from the symmetric anisotropy KSEA interaction,but they are analogous in the sense of the influence of systemic dimerisation in open chain.  相似文献

Studying from first principles the competition between ferromagnetic (FM) and antiferromagnetic (AF) interactions in the charge-transfer-insulator GeCuO3, we predict that a small external pressure should switch the uniform AF ground state to FM, and estimate (using exchange parameters computed as a function of strain) the competing AF couplings and the transition temperature to the dimerized spin-Peierls state. Although idealized as a one-dimensional Heisenberg antiferromagnet, GeCuO3 is found to be influenced by nonideal geometry and side groups.  相似文献

通过求解Milburn方程, 研究了内禀消相干条件下包含Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) 相互作用的两量子比特Heisenberg自旋系统实现的量子密集编码最佳传输容量的演化特性, 分析了不同方向DM相互作用、不同初态、各向异性以及内禀消相干因子等参数对最佳编码容量的影响. 研究表明: 初态的选择对系统密集编码最佳传输容量的影响很大, 不同类型初态下密集编码容量的依赖参数不完全相同; 当系统初态处于c|01>+ d|10> 形式的非最大纠缠时, 引入较弱的DM相互作用z分量可提高最佳编码容量; 相位消相干可抑制最佳编码容量的涨落并使其在长时间演化下趋于稳定. 研究还发现: 内禀消相干下, 通过选取合适的最大纠缠初态, 系统密集编码的最佳传输容量能够保持理想极大值2; 而且无论引入哪个方向的DM相互作用, 基于两量子比特Heisenberg自旋系统的最佳编码容量总可优于经典通信的传输容量.  相似文献

We consider a layered system of fermionic molecules with permanent dipole moments aligned perpendicular to the layers by an external field. The dipole interactions between fermions in adjacent layers are attractive and induce interlayer pairing. Because of the competition for pairing among adjacent layers, the mean-field ground state of the layered system is a dimerized superfluid, with pairing only between every other layer. We construct an effective Ising-XY lattice model that describes the interplay between dimerization and superfluid phase fluctuations. In addition to the dimerized superfluid ground state, and high-temperature normal state, at intermediate temperature, we find an unusual dimerized "pseudogap" state with only short-range phase coherence. We propose light-scattering experiments to detect dimerization.  相似文献

We study the quantum discord of the bipartite Heisenberg model with the Dzyaloshinski-Moriya (DM) interaction in thermal equilibrium state and discuss the effect of the DM interaction on the quantum discord. The quantum entanglement of the system is also discussed and compared with quantum discord. Our results show that the quantum discord may reveal more properties of the system than quantum entanglement and the DM interaction may play an important role in the Heisenberg model.  相似文献

利用张量网络表示的无限矩阵乘积态算法研究了含有Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM)相互作用的键交替海森伯模型的量子相变和临界标度行为.基于矩阵乘积态的基态波函数计算了系统的量子纠缠熵及非局域拓扑序.数据表明,随着键交替强度变化,系统从拓扑有序的Haldane相转变为局域有序的二聚化相.同时DM相互作用抑制了系统的二聚化,并最终打破系统的完全二聚化.另外,通过对相变点附近二聚化序的一阶导数和长程弦序的数值拟合,分别得到了此模型相变的特征临界指数a和b的值.结果表明,随着DM相互作用强度的增强, a逐渐减小,同时b逐渐增大. DM相互作用强度影响着此模型的临界行为.针对此模型的临界性质的研究,揭示了量子自旋相互作用的彼此竞争机制,对今后研究含有DM相互作用的自旋多体系统中拓扑量子相变临界行为提供一定的借鉴与参考.  相似文献

We use the density matrix renormalization group method to investigate the role of longitudinal quantized phonons on the Peierls transition in the spin-Peierls model. For both the XY and Heisenberg spin-Peierls model we show that the staggered phonon order parameter scales as sqrt[lambda] (and the dimerized bond order scales as lambda) as lambda-->0 (where lambda is the electron-phonon interaction). This result is true for both linear and cyclic chains. Thus, we conclude that the Peierls transition occurs at lambda=0 in these models. Moreover, for the XY spin-Peierls model we show that the quantum predictions for the bond order follow the classical prediction as a function of inverse chain size for small lambda. We therefore conclude that the zero lambda phase transition is of the mean-field type.  相似文献

研究了热平衡温度,自旋交换相互作用,Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya(DM)相互作用及外加非一致性磁场对两比特海森堡XYZ自旋链量子系统的热纠缠与局域量子不确定度的影响,对比分析了并发度量子纠缠与局域量子不确定度描述自旋链系统量子关联的差别.结果表明自旋链系统的量子纠缠在热平衡温度,DM相互作用及外加磁场的非一致性参数的变化情况下均会出现纠缠突然死亡的再生现象,而自旋链系统的局域量子不确定度随着这些参数呈连续变化现象.并且,自旋交换相互作用,DM相互作用及外加横向磁场作用强度较小时,他们的变化对自旋链系统的量子纠缠与局域量子不确定度的影响有着明显的差别.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the entanglement dynamics of two-spin Heisenberg XYZ model with the Dzialoshinskii--Moriya (DM) interaction. The system is initially prepared in the Werner state. The effects of purity of the initial state and DM coupling parameter on the evolution of entanglement are investigated. The necessary and sufficient condition for the appearance of the entanglement sudden death (ESD) phenomenon has been deduced. The result shows that the ESD always occurs if the initial state is sufficiently impure for the given coupling parameter or the DM interaction is sufficiently strong for the given initial state. In order to study the effect of interaction and lattice distortion on quantum coherence in one-dimensional Fermi systems, we calculate the ground state energy and the phase sensitivity of a ring of interacting spinless fermions on a dimerized lattice. Our numerical DMRG studies, in which we keep up to 1000 states for systems of about 100 sites, are supplemented by analytical considerations using bosonization techniques. We find a delocalized phase for an attractive interaction, which differs from that obtained for random lattice distortions. The extension of this delocalized phase depends strongly on the dimerization induced modification of the interaction. Taking into account the harmonic lattice energy, we find a dimerized ground state for a repulsive interaction only. We investigate a kind of spin-Peierls transition (SP) in high Tc superconductivity. It is found the antiferromagnetic exchange integral of SP corresponds to the magnetic resonance peak. The kind of spin-Peierls transition applied to cuprate superconductors is that without dimerization of lattice ions and with dimerization of localized hole hCu attached to the ion. Absence of the magnetic resonance peak in La-Sr-Cu-O results from the dimerized state of localized hole, hCu below Tc into tetramerized phase above Tc in SP transition without dimerization of copper-ion. The checkerboard patterns with four unit cell period originate from the SP of electronic part without ion-dimerization and from charge occupation probability of oxygen-atom around Cu.  相似文献

We establish exact results for coupled spin-1/2 chains for special values of the four-spin interaction V and dimerization parameter delta. The first exact result is at delta = 1/2 and V = -2. Because we find a very small but finite gap in this dimerized chain, this can serve as a very strong test case for numerical and approximate analytical techniques. The second result is for the homogeneous chain with V = -4 and gives evidence that the system has a spontaneously dimerized ground state. The columnar dimerized antiferromagnetic S?=?1/2 spin ladder is numerically studied by the density-matrix renormalization-group (DMRG) method. The elastic lattice with spin-phonon coupling ?? and lattice elastic force k is introduced into the system. Thus the S?=?1?/?2 Heisenberg spin chain is unstable towards dimerization (the spin-Peierls transition). However, the dimerization should be suppressed if the rung coupling J ?? is sufficiently large, and a Columnar dimer to Rung singlet phase transition takes place. After a self-consistent calculation of the dimerization, we determine the quantum phase diagram by numerically computing the singlet-triplet gap, the dimerization amplitude, the order parameters, the rung spin correlation and quantum entropies. Our results show that the phase boundary between the Columnar dimer phase and Rung singlet phase is approximately of the form J ?? ~ \hbox{$(\frac{k}{\alpha^{2}})^{-\frac{5}{4}}$} ( k ?? 2 ) ? 5 4.  相似文献

We show that spin S Heisenberg spin chains with an additional three-body interaction of the form (S(i-1)·S(i))(S(i)·S(i+1))+H.c. possess fully dimerized ground states if the ratio of the three-body interaction to the bilinear one is equal to 1/[4S(S+1)-2]. This result generalizes the Majumdar-Ghosh point of the J1-J2 chain, to which the present model reduces for S=1/2. For S=1, we use the density matrix renormalization group method to show that the transition between the Haldane and the dimerized phases is continuous with a central charge c=3/2. Finally, we show that such a three-body interaction appears naturally in a strong-coupling expansion of the Hubbard model, and we discuss the consequences for the dimerization of actual antiferromagnetic chains.  相似文献

We initially introduce one-dimensional mixed-five-spin chain with Ising-XY model which includes mixture of spins-1/2 and spins-1. Here, it is considered that nearest spins(1, 1/2) have Ising-type interaction and nearest spins(1/2, 1/2)have both XY-type and Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya(DM) interactions together. Nearest spins(1, 1) have X X Heisenberg interaction. This system is in the vicinity of an external homogeneous magnetic field B in thermal equilibrium state. We promote the quantum information transmitting protocol verified for a normal spin chain with simple model(refer to Rossini D, Giovannetti V and Fazio R 2007 Int. J. Quantum Infor. 5 439)(widely in reference: Giovannetti V and Fazio R 2005 Phys. Rev. A 71 032314) by means of considering the suggested mixed-five-spin chain as a quantum communication channel for transmitting both qubits and qutrits ideally. Hence, we investigate some useful quantities such as quantum capacity and quantum information transmission rate for the system. Finally, we conclude that, when the DM interaction between spins(1/2, 1/2) increases the system is a more ideal channel for transmitting information.  相似文献

We study the thermal output entanglement and teleportation in a two qubit Heisenberg XXZ chain with different Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) interactions. The analytical expressions of the output entanglement and the average fidelity are obtained for this model. We find the entanglement of replica states will be induced by some large value of Dz and the output entanglement exists for the case of Jz < − 1. The influences of the different DM interactions on the fidelity of teleportation are studied. We show that by introducing the x-component DM interaction, the average fidelity FA can reach its maximum value 1.  相似文献

This paper investigates the entanglement dynamics of the system, composed of two qubits A and B with Heisenberg XX spin interactation. There is a third controller qubit C, which only has Dzyaloshinskii--Moriya (DM) spin-orbit interaction with the qubit B. It is found that depending on the initial state of the controller qubit C and DM interaction, the entanglement of the system displays amplification and sudden birth effects. These effects indicate that one can control the entanglement of the system, which may be helpful for quantum information processing.  相似文献
