闭合循环运行是实现高功率重复频率HF激光器小型化、实用化的重要技术途径。为了实现闭合循环电激励重复频率HF激光器激光能量的稳定性输出,研究闭合循环HF激光器的流场特性,建立了激光器管道的数学仿真模型,利用流体分析计算软件ANSYS,分析了激光器内增益区气体介质流场分布。根据流场分布均匀性要求,提出了增益区的注入段和传输段的不同的结构假设,对不同结构条件下流场进行了模拟计算及分析。最终设计了均匀性更佳的通流管道,并实验测量了激光器内增益区气体介质的流速分布,实验结果与理论仿真一致。  相似文献

建立了光强分布为高斯型的抽运光端面单程抽运时薄片激光器的温度模型, 实验测量了不同抽运功率下薄片介质表面的 温度分布、温度随时间的变化特性以及介质表面的温度差. 采用Hartmann法测量了薄片介质的热焦距. 考虑热焦距随抽运功率的变化, 基于四能级系统薄片激光器的速率方程组, 建立了薄片激光器热效应对输出功率影响的物理模型, 薄片激光器输入-输出功率曲线与实际相符. 所得结果对薄片激光器的设计和优化具有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

建立了燃烧驱动环柱型高能化学激光器环形增益介质的五种分布模型,使用差分和积分相结合的方法计算了束变换环孔腔在不同增益分布和折射率分布时的模式特征,研究了增益分布和折射率分布对束变换环孔腔输出性能的影响,结果表明束变换环孔腔在不同的增益介质及折射率分布情况下,仍然可以保持良好的输出光束质量,很高的提取效率,在化学激光器增益流存在激波扰动的情况下,输出光场的施特雷尔比仍达到0.8991,同时腔镜上光强分布较为均匀,可以避免镜面因热应力分布不均匀而造成镜面变形和破坏。该腔不但适用于高能化学激光器,也可以用于高能固体激光器,起到克服固体增益介质热畸变与热应力的作用,可获得优良的输出光束质量。  相似文献

针对薄片激光介质抽运和温度分布不均匀的问题, 设计了分区域主动冷却控制薄片激光器. 根据热传导方程, 对端面抽运方形薄片激光介质在均匀冷却和分区域主动冷却两种冷却方式下的温度和应力分布进行了模拟计算. 结果显示: 分区域主动冷却能使薄片介质横向温度分布趋于均匀, 相对于均匀冷却时最大温差的改善率达到了约86%, 介质边缘的张应力转变为低值压应力,有效地抑制了热应力炸裂. 搭建了分区域主动冷却控制实验装置, 并进行了验证实验, 实验结果与模拟结果相符. 为薄片激光器的热管理方式提供了新的思路. 关键词: 薄片激光器 端面抽运 分区域主动冷却 数值模拟  相似文献

热容激光器与常规的高功率固体激光器的本质区别是激光介质的热管理方式不同,常规高功率固体激光器是边工作边冷却,而热容式激光器采用了工作时间和冷却时间相分离的热管理模式。因此热容激光器不再受介质断裂极限限制,可提高平均输出功率,同时由于工作时介质内部不存在显著的温差、热应力,可有效减小光程畸变提高光束质量。  相似文献

 理论分析了激光二极管端面泵浦薄片Nd:YAG 激光器的激光介质热效应对波前相位分布的影响,给出了薄片激光器波前热畸变的计算公式。数值模拟了理想均匀泵浦及4阶超高斯泵浦下的波前分布,分析了介质厚度和泵浦均匀性与波前畸变量的关系。研究表明,介质越薄,激光泵浦光均匀性越好,泵浦功率密度越小,激光波前畸变越小;与介质厚度、泵浦功率密度相比,泵浦光光强分布对波前的影响更为显著。  相似文献

入射声波激励下非均匀流体介质内部散射声场的重建方法对超声层析成像具有重要意义。以往采用矩量法求解,但该方法全域离散形成的复数满秩矩阵规模随着分辨率与计算精度的提高而急剧增大,对算力具有很高的要求,一定程度上限制了其在实际中的应用。为克服上述缺陷,本文以逐层离散、逐层计算为核心思想,以声散射基本公式与近场声全息理论为基础,推导出逐层计算非均匀流体介质内部散射声场的理论公式并给出对应的几何离散模型。为验证该方法的可行性,以矩量法为参照,对同样的介质模型进行介质内部声场重构仿真。结果表明,逐层算法不仅可以有效地重建非均匀流体介质内部散射声场,且大幅度减小了求解规模。  相似文献

将kHz高功率固体激光器增益介质当作厚透镜处理,建立了热透镜效应分析的理论模型,使用矩阵的方法对等效热透镜腔进行分析.对增益介质抽运均匀性进行了改善,通过分析模拟计算结果,设计了混合非稳腔结构,选择了最佳凸面镜曲率半径对热透镜效应进行补偿.试验结果表明,补偿效果明显,kHz高功率全固态激光器的光束发散角优于1.3 mrad.  相似文献

以非均匀内热源模型为基础,并考虑材料的导热系数和热膨胀系数的温度相关性,利用有限元方法,对板状激光振荡介质在不同功率和冷却强度下的温度和热应力分布进行了数值模拟及分析。根据计算结果提出了最大有效换热系数的概念,指出换热系数超过最大有效换热系数后,继续强化传热对减小高功率激光器的热效应已无明显效果。以此得出采用常规冷却技术所允许的最大泵浦加热功率。  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of vibration transmission from slab track structures into bridge is studied by theoretical analysis. A vehicle-track-bridge coupling system dynamics model is established based on a multibody dynamics theory and a finite element method. The system model consists of vehicle model, track-bridge model and wheel/rail interaction model. The vehicle model is established based on the multibody dynamics theory, and the tack-bridge model is established by the finite element method. The vehicle model and track-bridge model are coupled through wheel/rail interaction model, and the track irregularities are included. The system dynamic responses are calculated, and the effectiveness of elastic materials in vibration reducing is discussed. The results demonstrate that elastic materials like slab mat layer inserted between slab track and bridge can reduce vibration transmitted from track into the bridge. Some suggestions for the design and application of slab mat are provided in the end of the paper.  相似文献

An analytical model of quasi-continuous wave (quasi-CW) diode array side-pumped slab laser for Yb:YAG oscillator in long-pulse free-running has been developed based on the CW model. In this model we first introduce a new parameter, pump pulse width, and make the model available for use in the quasi-CW model. We also give an analytical equation of laser delay time to calculate the laser pulse width. A detailed model is also presented for a new structure laser design, taking account of the geometry of Yb:YAG slab. A quasi-CW diode array side-pumped Yb:YAG slab laser is investigated theoretically and experimentally. Experiments yield a quasi-CW output energy up to 20.36 mJ with the laser pulse width of 654.55 μs at 1049 nm when the diode arrays operate at 25 Hz and 1 ms pulse width. The crystal dimensions are 3 mm×8 mm×1 mm and the doping density is 10 at.%. The experimental results are in good agreement with the predictions of the theoretical model.  相似文献

Theoretical and experimental results on the heating process of gold nanoparticles irradiated by nanosecond laser pulses are presented. The efficiency of particle heating is demonstrated by in-vitro photothermal therapy of human tumor cells. Gold nanoparticles with diameters of 40 and 100 nm are added as colloid in the cell culture and the samples are irradiated by nanosecond pulses at wavelength of 532 nm delivered by Nd:YAG laser system. The results indicate clear cytotoxic effect of application of nanoparticle as more efficient is the case of using particles with diameter of 100 nm. The theoretical analysis of the heating process of nanoparticle interacting with laser radiation is based on the Mie scattering theory, which is used for calculation of the particle absorption coefficient, and two-dimensional heat diffusion model, which describes the particle and the surrounding medium temperature evolution. Using this model the dependence of the achieved maximal temperature in the particles on the applied laser fluence and time evolution of the particle temperature is obtained.  相似文献

报道了高效紧凑室温Yb:YAG板条全固态激光研究进展。建立了室温Yb板条激光动力学模型,分析了泵浦激光通量和注入激光亮度与光光效率的关系,以及板条边缘效应抑制方法。实验获得了输出功率22.3 kW、光光效率36%和光束质量优于2.4倍衍射极限的激光输出,为更高功率的Yb板条激光关键技术研究及开发小型化、轻量化、实用化的高功率激光器奠定了基础。  相似文献

The laser short-pulse heating of metallic workpieces initiates the non-equilibrium heating in the surface vicinity of the substrate. The material response to the non-equilibrium heating cannot be predicted accurately by the one-temperature model. Consequently, new models pertinent to laser short-pulse heating are needed. In the present study, laser short-pulse heating of gold, copper, and lead is considered. The material responses to the laser short-pulse due to the electron kinetic theory and the two-temperature and the one-temperature models are examined in detail. The differences between the collisional and diffusional heating mechanisms are presented. The conditions for the convergence of conduction mechanisms are discussed. The electron kinetic theory, the two-temperature, and the one-temperature predictions are compared for three substrates. It is found that the electron kinetic theory predictions differ from the predictions of the one-temperature model in the surface vicinity of the substrate during the early heating duration. As the heating progresses, both models predict similar temperature profiles. The electron kinetic theory and the two-temperature model predictions are in good agreement. A set of similarity equations is derived to describe the hydrodynamics of transient X-ray lasers from slab plasmas generated by combined irradiation of nanosecond and picosecond laser pulses. By separating nanosecond and picosecond laser heating processes into different periods, analytical solutions are obtained for the similarity equations. The calculated results are in agreement with numerical simulations and experimental data.  相似文献

The thermal stress effects of the diode-end-pumped Nd:YLF slab laser crystals are numerically investigated. The theoretical model is established by considering the divergence of the pump beam in the slab and the additional heat generated in the upconversion. Using the three dimensional finite element analyses, accurate numerical solutions based on the theoretical model are achieved. Our analyses focuses on the thermal fracture damage of the Nd:YLF slab under both the lasing and non-lasing conditions, and the predicted values are compared with the experimental results.  相似文献

A new set of asymmetric modes was recently revealed in a Xe slab laser with pronounced lens effects originating from gas heating in the discharge. The appearance of these modes is a threshold effect. Their domain of existence in the Xe laser is discussed. It is shown that mode competition can result in output radiation asymmetry. Theoretical results are compared with experimental data.  相似文献

Thermal heating is a major limiting factor in scaling the average power of a solid-state laser. The relationship between the heat intensity in a laser slab and the heat transfer coefficient has been studied by considering the variations of thermal conductivity and expansion coefficient of the laser slab with temperature. In this paper, the laser rod has been studied by including its thermal, stress and optical aberration effects. It is pointed out that different heat transfer coefficients should be adopted according to different heat intensities inside the laser rod in order to obtain better pumping input as well as to optimize the cooling effects.  相似文献
