以Nd2Fe14B/αFe为例,采用立方体晶粒结构模型,研究了纳米复合永磁材料中不同磁性晶粒间的交换耦合相互作用和有效各向异性.纳米复合永磁材料的有效各向异性Keff等于软、硬磁性相各向异性的统计平均值,每个晶粒的各向异性由晶粒表面交换耦合部分和晶粒内部未交换耦合部分的各向异性共同确定.计算结果表明,软、硬磁性相晶粒尺寸分布显著地影响有效各向异性Keff的值.当软、硬磁性晶粒尺寸D相同时,Keff随晶粒尺寸和硬磁性相体积分数的降低而减小, 当D<20nm 时,K

研究了纳米Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe复合永磁材料中晶粒交换耦合相互作用对有效各向异性的影响和变化规律.结果表明:晶粒之间的交换耦合作用使材料的有效各向异性Keff随晶粒尺寸的减小而下降、随软磁性相成分的增加而降低. 当晶粒尺寸 减小到4nm时,Keff值减小为其各自通常各向异性常数值的1/3—1/4.有效各向异性的变化特点与矫顽力的变化规律基本相同.纳米复合永磁材料矫顽力的降低主要由于有效各向异性的减小而引起.

利用微磁学有限元法,模拟计算了单相和复相各向同性纳米晶磁体的起始磁化曲线、退磁曲线和回复曲线.验证了用δm(H)曲线的正峰值来衡量纳米晶磁体晶间交换耦合作用的有效性.计算 结果表明,纳米晶单相和复相磁体的晶间交换耦合作用都随晶粒尺寸的增加而降低,当晶粒尺寸过大时 复相磁体表现出两相行为,其δm(H)曲线出现了两个正峰值.分析表明,外场较小的正峰值是软磁相与硬磁相晶粒之间交换耦合作用的结果,而外场较大的正峰值是硬磁相晶粒之间交换耦合作用的结果.

采用磁控溅射技术制备了具有永磁特征的Nd-Ce-Fe-B多层纳米复合薄膜,并对其进行了退火处理.通过改变退火温度,研究其对薄膜磁性能和晶体结构的影响.结果表明,随着退火温度的提高薄膜磁性能逐渐增大,但当温度达到695℃以上时,薄膜的磁性能急剧下降.当退火温度为675℃时,薄膜的矫顽力Hci=10.1 kOe(1Oe=79.5775 A/m),垂直于薄膜表面方向的剩余磁化强度4πM_(r⊥)=5.91 kG(1 G=10~3/(4π)A/m).薄膜的X射线衍射结果表明,磁性薄膜具有较好的c轴取向.通过对薄膜磁化反转过程的研究,发现随着外加磁场的增大,M_(rev)的极小值向M_(irr)减小的方向移动,这与畴壁弯曲模型类似,表明在薄膜中存在较强烈的局部钉扎作用,而剩余磁化强度曲线表明这种钉扎作用在薄膜矫顽力机制中并不占支配作用.此外,薄膜的Henkel曲线结果表明在薄膜中存在较强的交换耦合作用,在经过685℃退火的薄膜中磁相互作用更加显著. 相似文献

研究了交换偏置双层膜中界面存在二次以及双二次交换耦合下反铁磁磁矩转动及其交换各向异性.结果表明,其反铁磁膜中的磁矩转动存在可逆“恢复行为”、不可逆“半转动行为”、不可逆“倒转行为”以及不可逆“半倒转行为”四种情形,四种情形的出现强烈地依赖于界面二次、双二次耦合以及反铁磁膜厚度.其中可逆恢复行为情况下,系统出现交换偏置,而不可逆的半转、半倒转以及倒转情形,系统不出现交换偏置.特别地,在界面处仅存在双二次耦合的情形下,其界面双二次耦合常数J2≤0.1 σ关键词:

本文采用立方晶粒结构模型研究了晶粒间界相对纳米硬磁材料各向异性和矫顽力的影响.结果表明:晶粒间界相减弱了交换耦合作用.当晶粒尺寸D为定值时,随着晶粒间界相厚度d的增加,晶粒平均各向异性单调增加,而材料的有效各向异性Keff、矫顽力单调减小.我们计算的矫顽力随晶粒尺寸的变化与相关理论和实验结果基本一致. 相似文献

The effect of exchange-coupling interaction on the effective anisotropy and its varying tendency in nanocrystalline single-phase NdFeB permanent magnetic material have been investigated. The results show that the exchange-coupling interaction between grains makes the effective anisotropy of material, Keff, decrease with the reduction of grain size. The variation of Keff is basically the same as that of coercivity. The decrease in effective anisotropy is the main reason of the reduction of coercivity for nanocrystalline single-phase NdFeB permanent magnetic material. In order to get high anisotropy and coercivity in nanocrystalline single-phase NdFeB permanent material, the grain size should be larger than 35 nm. 相似文献

We study the ferromagnetic properties of spin-1 system, which is considered in the frame of the bond dilution and random positive or negative anisotropy Blume-Capel model in the effective field theory and a cutting approximation. The investigation of phase diagrams displays some rich properties of the trajectory of tricritical point, reentrant henomena at low temperatures. Under certain both bond concentrations and random negative anisotropy, there are new transition lines of double tricritical points. So special emphasis is placed on the influence of the bond dilution and random anisotropy on phase diagrams. The magnetizations of the system are also discussed. The paper overviews the behaviour of dipolar magnets with tetragonal lattice characterized by the ratio r = c/a reflecting the measure of tetragonal distortion of the crystal structure. It is shown that in zero magnetic field the dipolar systems with sufficiently large r despite the long-range character of the magnetic correlations can be mapped to two-dimensional Ising model with the nearest-neighbour interaction only. The magnetic properties of dipolar magnets with r 2 are described by reviewing the results obtained primarily on rare earth (R) dipolar magnets from the RBa2Cu3O7- and AR(MoO4)2 series (A = Cs,K). 相似文献

We report on a method to orient the easy axes of ferromagnetic nanoclusters during their deposition, with the use of a magnetic field supplied by a set of permanent magnets. This field is applied close to the substrate where the preformed clusters are deposited. The efficiency is demonstrated on an assembly of 4 nm Co clusters produced by a sputtering and gas-condensation technique. The magnetization of the deposited clusters measured at 6 K exhibits an overall in-plane alignment of the easy axes in the direction of the field applied during deposition, HD. Using a Stoner-Wohlfarth model, it is estimated that half of the clusters easy axes lie within 35° from HD. 相似文献

采用铁磁共振方法,研究了交换各向异性和应力各向异性对铁磁/反铁磁双层薄膜性质的影响。结果表明:界面交换作用导致单向各向异性,应力各向异性对材料的磁化难易程度有较大影响。在外磁场方向接近应力场方向时,共振频率向高值方向移动,其它区域共振频率则向低值方向移动。对频率线宽而言,接近应力场方向,频率线宽加宽,其它区域频率线宽则变窄。此外,当磁场变化时,应力的存在使得共振频率向低值方向移动,尤其在β=π方向情况较为复杂,在弱场范围出现了两个区域:即在某磁场范围内,共振频率向高值方向移动,且频率线宽加宽;而其它范围的共振频率(线宽)是向高值方向移动(加宽)还是向低值方向移动(变窄),取决于外磁场的相对强弱。 相似文献
