Solid complexes of lanthanide picrates with N-Ethyl-2-{2′-[(ethyl-phenyl-carbamoyl)-methoxy]-[1,1′]binaphthalenyl-2-yloxy}-N-phenyl-acetamide (L), [Ln(pic)3L] (Ln=La, Tb, Y), have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra. The molecular structure of [Tb(pic)3L] shows that the Tb(III) ion is nine-coordinated by four oxygen atoms from the L and five from two bidentate and one unidentate picrates. The complex forms a 1D supramolecular structure along z-axis.  相似文献

In order to study the relationship between structure and conductivity, ten new organometallic radical ionic salts. [CpFeBz]n[M(mnt)2] and [CpFeBz]n[M(dmit)2] (M=Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu, Co; Cp=Cydopentadienyl; Bz=Benzene; H2mnt=maleonitriledithiole; H2dmit=4,5-dimercapto-1, 3-dithioie-2-thione; n=1 or 2), were synthesized according to a new synthetic route. They were characterized using elemental analysis, infrared and 1H-nuclenr magnetic reso-nance spectroscopy. The crystal structure of [CpFeBz]2[Ni(mnt)2] was determined using X-ray diffraction. The electrical conductivity of siolid stale was reported. Gomplexes of [CpFeBz]n[M(mnt)2] showed a low conductivity, while complexes of [CpKeBz]n[M(dmit)2] exhibited a rather high conductivity in the range of 10-1-10-2S·cm-1.  相似文献

The crystal structure and magnetic properties of a new dinuclear nickel(II) complex [LNi2(AcO)4]·14H2O, where L = 3,6,9,17,20,23-hexaazatricyclo [23.3.1.111,13] triaconta-1(29),11(30),12,14,25(26),27-hexene, has been studied. X-ray structure analysis shows that the compound consists of a discrete [LNi2(AcO)4] complex and 14 lattice water molecules. Each Ni atom is six coordinated by three N atoms from the macrocycle and three O atoms from the two coordinated acetates; two nickel atoms in each macrocycle are at the distance of 7.028Å. The result of the magnetic measurement indicates that the zero-field splitting constant of nickel(II) centres |D| = 1.87 cm–1.  相似文献

Reactions of Hg(OAc)2 with 2 equiv of TabHPF6 [TabH = 4-(trimethylammonio)benzenethiol] in MeCN/MeOH afforded a mononuclear linear complex [Hg(Tab)2](PF6)2 (1). By using 1 as a precursor, a new family of mercury(II) zwitterionic thiolate complexes, [Hg2(Tab)6](PF6)4.2MeCN (2.2MeCN), [Hg(Tab)2(SCN)](PF6) (3), [Hg(Tab)2(SCN)2] (4), [Hg(Tab)I2] (5), {[Hg(Tab)2]4[HgI2][Hg2I6]}(PF6)2(NO3)4 (6), [Hg(Tab)2][HgI4] (7), [Hg(Tab)2][HgCl2(SCN)2] (8), [Tab-Tab]2[Hg3Cl10] (9), and [Hg2(Tab)6]3(PF6)Cl11 (10), were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, UV-vis spectra, 1H NMR, and single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The [Hg2(Tab)6]4+ tetracation of 2 or 10 contains an asymmetrical Hg2S2 rhomb with an inversion center lying on the midpoint of the Hg...Hg line. The Hg atom of the [Hg(Tab)2]2+ dication of 3 is coordinated to one SCN-, forming a rare T-shaped coordination geometry, while in 4, the Hg atom of [Hg(Tab)2]2+ is coordinated to two SCN-, forming a seesaw-shaped coordination geometry. Through weak secondary Hg...S coordinations, each cation in 3 is further linked to afford a one-dimensional zigzag chain. The trigonal [Hg(Tab)I2] molecules in 5 are held together by weak secondary Hg...I and Hg...S interactions, forming a one-dimensional chain structure. In 6, the four [Hg(Tab)2]2+ dications, one HgI2 molecule, one [Hg2I6]2- dianion, one PF6-, and four NO3- anions are interconnected by complicated secondary Hg...I and Hg...O interactions, forming a scolopendra-like chain structure. The secondary Hg...I interactions, [Hg(Tab)2]2+ and [HgI4]2- in 7, are combined to generate a one-dimensional chain structure, while [Hg(Tab)2]2+ and [HgCl2(SCN)2]2- in 8 are interconnected by secondary Hg...N interactions to form a one-dimensional zigzag chain structure. Compound 9 consists of two [Tab-Tab]2+ dications and one [Hg3Cl10]4- tetraanion. The facile approach to the construction of 2-8 and 10 from 1 may be applicable to the mimicking of a coordination sphere of the Hg sites of metallothioneins.  相似文献

6-Bromo-1-(3-bromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl)phenanthro[4,5-bcd]furan-2,3,5-triol (urceolatin, 1), a highly oxygenated bromophenol containing an unprecedented naturally occurring benzylphenanthro[4,5-bcd]furan unit, was isolated from the marine red alga Polysiphonia urceolata. Its structure was established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis. Compound 1 displayed significant DPPH radical-scavenging activity with an IC50 value of 7.9 microM, which is 10-fold more potent than that of the positive control, butylated hydroxytoluene.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structure analysis of the ditopic p-phenylene-bridged bis(pyrazol-1-yl)borate [[p-C6H4(Bpz2tBu)2]Li2] (LLi2; pz=pyrazol-1-yl) is described. A salt metathesis reaction between LLi2 and MnCl2 in THF leads to the dinuclear complex [L[Mn(THF)]2(mu-Cl)2] featuring a central diamond MnII-(mu-Cl)2-MnII core (X-ray crystal structure analysis). Treatment of LLi2 with 2 equiv of [Ti(NMe2)3Cl] gives the dinuclear titanium compound [L[Ti(NMe2)3]2]. Upon reaction of LLi2 with [Ti(NMe2)2Cl2] and water, the mu-oxo-bridged dititanium species [L[Ti(NMe2)Cl]2(mu-O)] is obtained in excellent yield (X-ray crystal structure analysis).  相似文献

[structure: see text] Penifulvin A (1), a new fungal metabolite with a previously undescribed ring system, has been isolated from cultures of an isolate of Penicillium griseofulvum (NRRL 35584) obtained from a white mycelial growth on a dead hardwood branch collected in a Hawaiian forest. The structure was assigned by analysis of NMR data and confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Penifulvin A (1) shows significant activity in dietary assays against the fall armyworm Spodoptera frugiperda.  相似文献

A pyrazole-substituted diiron dithiolate complex [Fe2(μ-pdt)(CO)5(3,5-Me2Pz)](1,3,5-Me 2Pz=3,5-dimethylpyrazole) was prepared as a biomimetic model for the active site of [FeFe]-hydrogenase by CO-substitution of all-carbonyl complex [Fe2(μ-pdt)(CO)6] with 3,5-Me2Pz. The molecular structure was confirmed by MS, IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray analysis. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a=9.108(7), b=9.743(8), c=11.192(9), α=109.235(5), β=101.914(9), γ=96.605(6)o. In CH3CN solution, reversible transformation between 1 and the acetonitrile-substituted species [Fe2(μ-pdt)-(CO)5(NCCH3)] was detected by both IR and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The electrochemical proton reduction catalyzed by 1 in the presence of acetic acid was also studied in CH2Cl2.  相似文献

Five new peltogynoids, irisoids A-E (1-5), have been isolated from the underground parts of Iris bungei. The structures of the new compounds were established on the basis of spectroscopic methods and were found to be 1,8,10-trihydroxy-9-methoxy-[1]benzopyrano-[3,2-c][2]-benzopyran-7(5H)-one (1), 1,8-dihydroxy-9,10-dimethoxy-[1]benzopyrano-[3,2-c][2]-benzopyran-7(5H)-one (2), 1,10-dihydroxy-8,9-dimethoxy-[1]benzopyrano-13,2-c][2]-benzopyran-7(5H)-one (3), 1,8-dihydroxy-9,10-methylenedioxy-[1]benzopyrano-[3,2-c][2]-benzopyran-7(5H)-one (4), and 1,8,11-trihydroxy-9,10-methylenedioxy-[1]benzopyrano-[3,2-c][2]-benzopyran-7(5H)-one (5). The structure of irisoid B (2) was established unambiguously by X-ray diffraction study.  相似文献

Aplaminal (1), a novel triazabicyclo[3.2.1]octane framework metabolite, has been isolated from the sea hare Aplysia kurodai. The structure was determined by analysis of NMR data and confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Aplaminal (1) exhibits cytotoxicity against Hela S3 cells.  相似文献

The binding ability of a chiral L-cysteinato cobalt(III) complex, [Co(L-cys-N,S)(en)2]+ (l-H2cys = L-cysteine, en = ethylenediamine), toward a cadmium(II) center, together with the construction of S-bridged CoIIICdII structures that are controlled by anions and pH, is reported. The reaction of Lambda(L)-[Co(L-Hcys-N,S)(en)2](ClO4)2 having a pendent COOH group with CdCl2 in a 1:1 ratio in water, followed by the addition of NaCl, gave an S-bridged CoIIICdII dinuclear complex, Lambda(L)-[CdCl4{Co(L-Hcys-N,S)(en)2}] (1Cl), in which a cadmium(II) ion is weakly coordinated by a thiolato group from a Lambda(L)-[Co(L-Hcys-N,S)(en)2]2+ unit, besides four Cl- anions. The corresponding 1:1 reaction with CdBr2 and NaBr yielded an S-bridged CoIIICdIICoIII trinuclear complex composed of an S-bridged CoIIICdIICoIII trinuclear cation and a [CdBr4]2- anion, (Lambda(L))2-[CdBr3{Co(L-Hcys-N,S)(en)2}{Co(L-cys-N,S)(en)2} ][CdBr4] (2), while a CoIIICdII dinuclear complex analogous to 1Cl, Lambda(L)-[CdBr4{Co(L-Hcys-N,S)(en)2}] (1Br), was obtained by the addition of HBr instead of NaBr. In the CoIIICdIICoIII cation of 2, a CdII center is very weakly coordinated by two thiolato groups from Lambda(L)-[Co(L-Hcys-N,S)(en)2]2+ and Lambda(L)-[Co(L-cys-N,S)(en)2]+ units, besides three Br- anions, with the trinuclear structure being sustained by an intramolecular COOH...OOC hydrogen bond. On the other hand, no S-bridged structure was obtained by the corresponding 1:1 reaction with CdI2 and NaI, giving only a mononuclear CoIII species with a [CdI4]2- counteranion, Lambda(L)-[Co(L-Hcys-N,S)(en)2][CdI4] (3). When Lambda(L)-[Co(L-cys-N,S)(en)2]ClO4 having a deprotonated pendent COO- group was reacted with CdCl2 in a 1:1 ratio in water, followed by the addition of NaCl, a one-dimensional (CoIIICdII)n polymeric complex, (Lambda(L))n-[CdCl3{Co(L-cys-N,S)(en)2}]n (4Cl), in which Lambda(L)-[Co(L-cys-N,S)(en)2]+ units are alternately linked by [CdCl3]- moieties through thiolato and carboxylate groups, was constructed. An analogous (CoIIICdII)n polymeric structure having [Cd(NCS-N)3]- moieties, (Lambda(L))n-[Cd(NCS-N)3{Co(L-cys-N,S)(en)2}]n (4NCS), was also produced by the use of Cd(ClO4)2 and NaSCN.  相似文献

A tetraphenylporphyrin (1b) bearing amide groups at the 3,5-positions of the meso-phenyl groups is assembled into a two-dimensional sheetlike structure and acts as an organogelator. When [60]fullerene was added, the sheetlike structure was dramatically changed into a one-dimensional fibrous structure, and both the gelation ability and the gel stability were improved. The stoichiometry between [60]fullerene and 1b was determined to be 1:2. Examination utilizing SEM and TEM observations, UV-vis and ATR IR spectral analyses, and XRD analysis revealed that an amide-amide hydrogen-bonding interaction creates a cavity, the size of which is complementary to that of [60]fullerene, and these cavities are connected by another amide-amide hydrogen-bonding interaction to provide a one-dimensional multicapsular structure. This is a novel example that the superstructure constructed in an organogel system is drastically changed by added [60]fullerene.  相似文献

[structure: see text] A natural bond orbital analysis of the distonic bicyclo[2.2.1]hepta-2-ene-5-yl-7-ylium radical cation interprets its structure and radical character by a three-center two-electron bond between C2, C3, and C7 (a bishomoaromatic stabilization) and a singly occupied orbital on C5, n(5). Moreover, B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) ESR parameters, which agree excellently with experiment, are interpreted in terms of spin polarization in the natural hybrids of sigma(C5-H5), and a dual hyperconjugative effect involving n(5), sigma(C1-H1a), sigma(C1-H1b), and antibonding counterparts.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Benzalacetone analogues of naphth[1,2-a]azulene (8), naphth[2,1-a]azulene (13), and naphth[2,3-a]azulene (18) were synthesized from 2-(5-methyl-2-furyl)-1-tropylionaphthalene (7), 1-(5-methyl-2-furyl)-2-tropylionaphthalene (12), and 2-(5-methy-2-furyl)-3-tropylionaphthalene (17), respectively. The synthetic method is based on furan ring-opening reaction by the intramolecular electrophilic attack of a tropylium ion. Single-crystal X-ray work on the naphth[1,2-a]azulene derivative (8) revealed that its tetracyclic system exhibited deformation from planarity similar to that of benzo[c]phenanthrene (tetrahelicene). A centrosymmetric associated dimer structure, just like the molecules of carboxylic acids but via C=O...H-C hydrogen bonds, was found in the crystal. Reduction of bond-length alternation in the seven-membered ring was also found.  相似文献

The terpene synthase encoded by the SCO5222 (SC7E4.19) gene of Streptomyces coelicolor was cloned by PCR and expressed in Escherichia coli as an N-terminal-His6-tag protein. Incubation of the recombinant protein, SCO5222p, with farnesyl diphosphate (1, FPP) in the presence of Mg(II) gave a new sesquiterpene, (+)-epi-isozizaene (2), whose structure and stereochemistry were determined by a combination of 1H, 13C, COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY NMR. The steady-state kinetic parameters were kcat 0.049 +/- 0.001 s-1 and a Km (FPP) of 147 +/- 14 nM. Individual incubations of recombinant epi-isozizaene synthase with [1,1-2H2]FPP (1a), (1R)-[1-2H]-FPP (1b), and (1S)-[1-2H]-FPP (1c) and NMR analysis of the resulting deuterated epi-isozizaenes supported an isomerization-cyclization-rearrangement mechanism involving the intermediacy of (3R)-nerolidyl diphosphate (3).  相似文献

A new cyanide-bridged bimetallic assembly [Mn(3-meosalpn)(H2O)]2[Fe(CN)5NO](1) was obtained by the reaction of [Fe(CN)5NO]2-with [Mn(3-meosalpn)]+,and characterized by elemental analysis,IR and single-crystal X-ray structure analysis.The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a = 12.992(5),b = 13.274(6),c = 14.644(6) ,β = 115.198(4)o,V = 2285.2(16)3,Z = 2,C43H44FeMn2N10O11,Mr = 1042.61,Dc = 1.515 g/cm3,F(000) = 1072,μ = 0.928 mm-1,S = 1.052,the final R = 0.0347 and wR = 0.0957 for 17377 observed reflections(Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ)).X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis reveals that 1 has a trinuclear molecular structure,in which the two [Mn(3-meosalpn)(H2O)]+ cations are linked by the central [Fe(CN)5NO]2-anion via two trans CN-groups.Furthermore,the two [Mn(3-meo-salpn)(H2O)]+ cations and [Fe(CN)5NO]2-anion are connected into a one-dimensional zigzag chain through hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

设计合成了阴阳离子均具有碱性位点的新型氨基功能化碱性离子液体1-(2-氨基乙基)-3-甲基咪唑咪唑盐([2-aemim]im,3),经ESIMS和1H NMR确定了结构.[2-aemim]im的碱性与氨基功能化的阳离子([2-amim]+)有关,但主要取决于咪唑阴离子(im-).TG-DSC分析显示[2-aemim]im具有高的热稳定性.将[2-aemim]im用于催化水相介质中芳香醛、丙二腈和酚的三组分一锅法反应制备2-氨基-4H-色烯衍生物,阴阳离子之间表现出协同促进催化作用.该催化剂具有高效和底物作用范围广的特点,应用不同的酚类及类似物,如1-萘酚、2-萘酚、间苯二酚和环己二酮,以高产率得到了相应的不同官能团取代的2-氨基-4H-苯并[h]色烯(4a~4e),2-氨基-4H-苯并[f]色烯(5a~se),2-氨基-4H-色烯(6a~6e)和2-氨基-4H-四氢色烯(7a~7e)四类2-氨基-4H-色烯衍生物.离子液体至少可以循环使用5次,催化活性无显著降低.  相似文献

Rare-earth metal alkyl tri(tert-butoxy)silanolate complexes [Ln{mu,eta2-OSi(O(t)Bu)3}(CH2SiMe3)2]2 (Ln = Y (1), Tb (2), Lu (3)) were prepared via protonolysis of the appropriate tris(alkyl) complex [Ln(CH2SiMe3)3(thf)2] with tri(tert-butoxy)silanol in pentane. Crystal structure analysis revealed a dinuclear structure for with square pyramidal geometry at the yttrium centre. The silanolate ligand coordinates in an eta2-bridging coordination mode giving a 4-rung truncated ladder and non-crystallographic inversion centre. Addition of two equiv. of 12-crown-4 to a pentane solution of 1 or 3 respectively gave [Ln{OSi(O(t)Bu)(3)}(CH2SiMe3)2(12-crown-4)].12-crown-4 (Ln = Y (4), Lu (5)). Crystal structure analysis of 5 showed a slightly distorted octahedral geometry at the lutetium centre. The silanolate ligand adopts an eta(1)-terminal coordination mode, whilst the crown ether unit coordinates in an unusual kappa3-fashion. Reaction of 1-3 with [NEt3H]+[BPh4]- in thf yielded the cationic derivatives [Ln{OSi(O(t)Bu)3}(CH2SiMe3)(thf)4]+[BPh4]- (Ln = Y (6), Tb (7) and Lu (8)); coordination of crown ether led to compounds of the form [Ln{OSi(O(t)Bu)3}(CH2SiMe3)(L)(thf)n]+[BPh4]- (Ln = Y, Lu, L = 12-crown-4, n = 1 (9,10); Ln = Y, Lu, L = 15-crown-5, n = 0 (11,12)). Reaction of 1 with [NMe2PhH]+[B(C6F5)4]-, [Al(CH2SiMe3)3] or BPh3 in thf gave the ion pairs [Y{OSi(O(t)Bu)3}(CH2SiMe3)(thf)4]+[A]- ([A]- = [B(C6F5)4]- (13), [Al(CH2SiMe3)4]- (14), [BPh3(CH2SiMe3)]- (15)), whilst two equiv. [NMe2PhH]+[BPh4]- with 1 in thf produced the dicationic ion triple [Y{OSi(O(t)Bu)3}(thf)6]2+[BPh4]-2 (16). Crystal structure analysis revealed that 16 is mononuclear with pentagonal bipyramidal geometry at the yttrium centre. The silanolate ligand coordinates in an eta(1)-terminal fashion. All diamagnetic compounds have been characterized by NMR spectroscopy. 1, 3, 4, 6 and 13 were tested as olefin hydrosilylation pre-catalysts with a variety of substrates; 1 was found to be highly active in 1-decene hydrosilylation.  相似文献
